Great place to grab a cup of coffee and any of their little baked goods. Muffins are even better warmed up with butter. If you like a crispy bagel, this is a go to spot for a bagel with cream cheese, or get fancy with a build your own sandwich. Winter months can be busy, as it’s a small shop with only 3 tables and window high top seating. Best time to come is in spring/summer/fall when they have their outdoor seating open for customers. Pop by Saturday morning before walked a block north to the farmer’s market. A local favorite for downtown Springfield!

Definitely not a cheap cup of coffee. But, so worth it. Made fresh and served with a smile. Don't know what you want? Ask one of the ladies behind the counter. They are more than happy to help. Definitely better than that other place. You know the one with the over priced burnt coffee beans. Can't wait to go pay them a visit again.

I ordered an iced latte with almond milk and salted caramel. It was smooth and not too sweet. My partner ordered the royal treatment tea and that was very good too. The people who work here are friendly and helpful if you are unsure of what to order. Highly recommend!

Great service and friendly faces every time I go in. The coffee is good and love their veggie sandwich and rosemary potatoes. They have vegan pastries too! The prices for a latte are a little higher than other places but still good!

Best Espresso drinks we found on our visit to Springfield. Really nice. Enjoyed the outside seating too. They are doing a good job here.

Great food! The Vegan options for pastries are nice, a bit pricey for the size of a donut($3.00) and a teacake but tasty ($4.50). Lunch doesn't start until 11 so if you have a grilled cheese in mind for breakfast forget about it! But you can get a fried egg sandwich with cheese and bacon but not just a grilled cheese. The Vegan taco pot pie is flavorful and hearty, I even loved the vegan sour cream; they should go easier on the onions in the pico. My 1st visit I had a small cup of decaf... I tried it again today, it was decent; I think I'll stick to my $1.29 cups of coffee at McDonald's. Over all its a cool little spot expect to spend at least $15 each visit and remember to support small businesses! #shopsmall #vegan #coffee

I couldn’t be happier that my business is directly across the street from Custom Cup! They keep me caffeinated and well-fed with the best, freshly roasted coffee and breakfast sandwiches in town. Everyone is always warm and welcoming. I have never experienced anything other than polite, friendly, five-star service. Some of the baristas have been there for many years — which really speaks to the quality of this family-owned business. Their baked goods are delicious as well — especially the cinnamon rolls — which are to die for. At the holidays, you can order amazing gifts for family. It’s such a special place - and Springfield is lucky to have it!

All the stars! Delicious coffee and friendly service. They sell locally made merchandise and fresh locally gown flowers.

Our 20 oz vanilla lattes came with 4 shots of espresso, so we didn’t have to add more, like we usually do. The taste was great with the right strength of coffee flavor and not too sweet. Very cute café with classy decorations and a cozy vibe. The barista that took our order was friendly. My husband chatted with the owner while we waited for our drinks. She seemed passionate about roasting her own beans and was very pleasant to talk to. I got a slice of banana bread and my husband took a couple of bites. It was the best banana bread that either of us can remember eating. Perfect moisture. Great texture. The right amount of banana flavor. Definitely worth a higher rating than 5 stars! We were only in Springfield for one day, but would have loved to visit again.

On my recent road trip, I stopped into today this morning and loved the espresso. I decided to come back before attending this dog show to bring a few lattes on the road with me in my mason jars. I asked the barista Emily if she could rinse them out for me as I’ve been on the road for some days now. “Sure.” I asked her to use some soap. She responded to me “I’m not going to do your dishes” in the most unprofessional and rude way she could have. She continued to be rude as I waited for my lattes, as she handed them to me she couldn’t even look me in my eye and say have a nice day. People like this do not belong in any field dealing with customers face to face. The product is good the workers suck. I will not be coming back here after spending 50$ in one morning. Whoever runs this place you seriously need to hire better employees. I can’t believe she expected a tip after that.

An absolute delight! I hardly ever drink coffee but I pass this restaurant every day so I stopped in one day and I'm so glad I did! The barista Emily especially helped make the decision making as easy as it could be for a newcomer like me. Foods great, staffs great, restaurants a 10/10

Best coffee I ever had in my life. Very friendly staff and natural ambience. Try their golden milk, it's a throat relief drink. My all time favorite is Vanilla latte 😋😋. Their baking is so perfect, breads just melt in your mouth. Their hand made energy bites are wonderful and must try them.

They have expanded but still need more room for this popular place. We heard about it on YouTube and while in town stopped by. Unfortunately had to take order to car because college students using wifi.

Visited from out of town and was pleasantly surprised by this coffee shop. I searched for a while and could only find places that serve sugar-filled lattes (i.e. not real coffee). This place serves single origin specialty coffee and a pourover only cost me $3.50. Good stuff!

One of Springfield's best coffee spots. The food is just as good as the coffee too (their buttermilk biscuits warmed up with butter and jam is amazing). Grab some coffee, breakfast and get a haircut next door. We make it a monthly tradition for my son and husband. Support this local gem! 🙌❤️

Locally roasted beans, friendly baristas, reasonable prices and location close to downtown make this the go-to destination for coffee, tea, and treats.

A very very delicious espresso, served with a smile and a kind greeting. What more could you ask for? Um.... great slice of banana bread? Check!

Coffee and staff are always exceptional. Would love to see some new food and sandwich ideas in the future. It is hard to find seating depending on the time of day you so since they are such a small space, I would love to see them expand in the future so that I don't have to guess each time I walk in if I will get to sit and enjoy my coffee or have to drive somewhere else to do so. I just wish they were open on Sundays! But I completely understand the need for small businesses to have some days off :)

Great coffee. Not a fan of the newer lady working the register today, 10/21/22, at 9:18. It was too difficult to buy a bag of beans and use our (freshly dishwasher) Custom cup hydro flasks. Everyone else thats ever worked there is the most polite and helpful.

I tried this coffee shop for the first time today and had the best experience! After hearing that their coffee beans are fair-traded, I had to stop by, but the quality is what's going to convince me to come back! I ordered the garden gnome latte which has both lavender and honey. The coffee was delicious, and the staff were wonderful. I'll definitely be returning!

Wonderful atmosphere and amazing coffee. Highly recommend trying the pecan bars. The ladies are fun and informative. They know their stuff.
