I literally bought some stuff online to take away from the store for the day I chose and their customer service called me the same day I made the purchase to tell me some of the stuff I wanted weren't available but I should still go to the store and get the stuff that are still available ,well ,when I did that one of the workers of the shop said to me that my purchase didn't EXIST and a week later the store calls me to say that they will deliver my purchase to my home tomorrow ,I'm just very unsatisfied because I gave up on wanting my purchase after they said it was NONEXISTENT since I wouldn't be able to finish a project I wanted to do on time ...

Πειραιά can kind of take you back almost half a century or probably just a little further. Reason; the blend of older decaying buildings can do that but, at the same time can bring you back to the present 😊 with some modern fitted & reconstructed stores in amongst the blend. Bear in mind, Πειραιά is an ancient city rich in history (the port & harbour) Πλαίσιο is one of the modern ones. Overall, beautiful part of Athens, also surrounded with cafes, eateries with rich traditional Greek Cuisine at it's finest. Won't disappoint. Just take it all in and allow your mind to wonder one would suggest. Also many stores to do plenty of shopping from clothes, footwear etc.

What can you say abouy Plaisio? Always with the latest stock, best prices and friendly staff willing to show you around and provide the best service available. Well done guys!

I was impressed by the fact that whoever customer enter the store was immediately asked by staff what can i do for you, A business culture which i admire the most.I searched all market around to find sth i need , I asked every person i could remember, eventually and without having a strong acquaintance inside the shop but clarifying what i need and to what extent could i support my business i was offerred the most appropriate solution.All, please note during your purchase enquiry visit Plaisio and discuss your specific needs.its most likely to be offerred services you could not imagine or could get from people more close to you.

Considering my visit was during NYE it was busy, however, it was still organised, fast and friendly customer service.

This shop doesn't deserve not even 1 star Worst customer service I have rver experienced in Greece

kinda pricey but has pretty much everything. they also charge a big fee for prebuilt computers so it is better to support local shops with building your computer

Be soo careful ordering online from them , from 3 month till now nearly 3000 euros they did not give it back to me, no refund till now!! I will update what will happen in the future with details.

Friendly staff, great support. 3 floor store that includes elextronics, gaming, art mterials for design, and many more. All of the staff is very professional and well orientated. Accommodation might be trouble for some, but the location is fun too. Recommend
