Rude and unprofessional staff! Bought pet food that was infected with bugs and fungus. When I returned the food for replace or refund, they refused with various excuses to resolve the situation. They prompted me to initiate a return process to their supplier, in order to inspect the food and grant a replacement days later! They even doubted I originally aquire the food from them!! In my despair I bought a second, same pack of food from the shop selve, paid for it and opened in front of them only to reveal the same infected and rotten condition of the food!!.. They again refused to return me my money and told me to initiate the same tedious return process... No further comments.. Avoid like the plague!!

During these VERY difficult days, the managers of this store seems to try and take total advantage of this horrible situation we have been faced with. Most of the prices on the shelves have been removed, I asked why and they replied prices will be changing - ok, understood. Canned cat food, buy 5 - get 1free, this could not be more of a lie. I had asked someone in the price per can, and he told me the price, plus if you buy 5, you get 1 free. They charged me for 6, it's not the amount, but the gesture. I called to complain and their excuse was unacceptable. Very disapointed.

I've ordered from them several times. They always seem to have some kind of delay in delivery, the longest being about a week later from intended/promised, without any attempt to inform me. Furthermore, it is their company policy to NOT care/provide for strays at all, even if directly outside their store, even if they are dying from harsh temperatures or starving. Recently an employee of theirs was removed simply because they complained about this issue to management.

My puppy and I love this place! We can find everything we want. There are plenty of brands and treats!

Bought exactly what I was looking for. Same applies to all my visits to this shop.

I have tried three mornings in a row to use their customer parking which has been closed for loading. I jumped out the car this morning to enquire and was told to feel free to move the wooden pallet and the rubbish bin blocking the entrances if I wanted to shop.. When I expressed my dissatisfaction I got two adult members of staff pulling faces.... Luckily athens is full of pet shops.....ps their online store is very prompt and good

I love this place. They are so nice. As an immigrant, they all speak english and they always very jind and friendly. :)
