A quite large pet shop, offering most known brands and some veterinary medication. The staff seem eager to help, which is always a good thing. The two-star recommendation is because, a) they only offer delivery if you order online or call your order in, which doesn't help if you've already gone into the trouble of walking there in the stifling August heat and you're unable to carry any weight back home for health reasons. As a customer, I'd appreciate a little flexibility and not corporate organisation policies from a sales institution. And, b) because their online prices are lower than their shelf prices - by quite a bit. Again, although I understand this is common, I think that customers who get into the trouble of coming over to make their purchases in person should be given the same courtesy and respect. Other than that, if you know in advance and place an order online it's a good shop.
