Best team of professionals. Clean and very pocket friendly. Transferred my two puppies from a very unprofessional, greedy and arrogant clinic nearby, where I spent 46,800 in only 4 days yet lost two puppies. Brought the the other two siblings and are fully recovered after 3 days at less than 10k, now back home. Thank God for such a dedicated team that kept me fully posted on the progress. A great place with good veterinary surgeons who care about the animals under their charge. This is a great place to bring you dog or cat for its annual shots. We were served by Dr Ragen who showed great care to our cat that was in a fight and ended up with an infected eye. Dr took out the infected eye and looked after kitty for for a week making sure he was alright before asking us to collect him.

Their hospitality is on point.Good with animals too.Rest assured your pet animal will be taken care of very well.

Would not recommend!!!!! I brought my puppy on Thursday morning and unfortunate no tests were done to ascertain the illness of my puppy. A general diagnosis was given that he has Parvovirus. The puppy kept on deteriorating day by day as they told me it’s management and it should recover from the forth day. instead l found it dead this evening l have no clue what killed my puppy Let’s be very keen where we take our pets and ask questions.

My cat got himself in a bit of a bind and i called Dr.David Kibaria, I knew we were in good hands. I was given a complete and detailed treatment plan and daily updates for the nights my fur baby was admitted at the clinic. On discharge, I was given hands on demonstration on aftercare. Dr.Kibaria and the rest of the team are very professional,knowledgeableable,caring and they give good services 💯they were so kind and gentle with my Cat. They even managed to wash him. The location of the clinic is excellent, easily accessible and quiet as serene. The sleeping quaters were so clean,spaced well and secured well. And yes, they are affordable. I highly recommend Royal Crest Vet Clinic,, Fantastic work ♥️you guys are top notch!!

Horrible service. The lady was just watching videos on phone and could not even respond to a query even though I was the only customer.

No proper assessment was done to diagnose the illness of my dog...which caused it's death. I can't recommend anyone.
