Lovely hotel at the Namanga border between Kenya & Tanzania. I really loved their food.. the breakfast was so delicious!! The reception and ambience was great. Our room was spacious and clean with hot water shower. It can get a very hot at night and the mosquitoes can be quite a bother. . We were able to cross over to Tanzania for lunch and a little clubbing. The hotel has a swimming pool. You also get to see monkeys roaming around.

A great hotel to stay at and have a meal or a drink 🍸 at while at Namanga. They've got an amazing pool too to cool down the heat at Namanga town. They also prepare and serve some great meals, especially their mbuzi. I really loved it, and the portions are really good enough to leave you full.

Beautiful hotel and quiet. Surrounded by trees and beautiful views of the hills. They have delicious meat which we really enjoyed.

Nice quiet hotel located in a serine environment. Nice for relaxation purposes. Though they could try sprucing up the place where they can. All in all, the food was amazing, even though its takes time to arrive. The staff were friendly too.

Great location, food, drinks, near Ke-Tz border, friendly staff, swimming pool, nice manicured lawns, nicely kept vegetation.... would recommend when you visit Namanga.

Very nice location, quiet however, the service was poor. Took 30 minutes to get our starter which were samosa which were cold...surprise. Choma was not the best, quite tough. There was a waitress that was hard working, than the other two other men.

The cottages are a site to view when you first get there. Its a nice getaway place with rich MAASAI/SAMBURU culture, you will find nice samburu ladies at the entrance that will sell you ornaments of literally every part of the body. I would rate them as Average, Dont expect top notch services...just basic services to get by. Infrastructure is nice made up of nice cottages with a vintage touch...nice pool and resting gazibos No WiFi and neither is the network strongest there, slow services on food in the restaurant but drinks have a fast turnaround time ????

The environment was the best, if you're looking for a green location in Namanga then this is your place. Quite serene and lots of natural sceneries to enjoy.

  • 5/5 Paul O. 1 year ago on Google
This place is very serene and quiet. Slept for 2 days in a standard room. Their food is surprisingly consistently good. Try the mbuzi choma or even mbuzi fry. Even the chicken was great. And the tea - heavenly. With the standard room, well, it's just standard. You'll hear people talking from outside. Basically, no, privacy. Was served by one Mike Katulo. A very friendly guy.

This is an awesome place as a rest stop between traveling. Loved the deluxe suites which served my family well. The manager was very responsive and even agreed to add an extra mattress & bedding at no extra fee.

One of these rare gems you'll come across in unexpected places. I was pleasantly surprised to get quality accomodation, excellent service, meals and local assistance after a long day's drive from Tanzania. I highly recommend this for short to medium stays, as their room rates are extremely affordable. Parking is both safe and adequate, even for a convoy.

Serene environment, rooms are basic and clean. Food is fresh and readily available. Good security, and friendly staff. Walking distance to the Kenya- Tanzania border

Lifeless and dull staff and premises despite being in a very beautiful location. One egg made a whole plateful of chips and the result is in the picture. Like heavy mashed potato coated with one egg. Whack! I don't know about other meals though but I'll only go back if there's no alternative

Pretty great restaurant with great nyama choma! I enjoyed my launch here…..I even left a sweater here. Great place for a motorcycle tour stop. The staff had a weird rule about motorcycles in the gate (tone) :(

The rooms were spacious nicely with modern decorations providing it with a chiq lovely look. Bed was very comfortable to sleep on and windows were meshed to prevent the many insects that could be heard outside. Service was very slow but nonetheless very good. We had some beef fry which was very good and tender. Together with ugali, fries and vegetables. For breakfast the following day we had a buffet of food which very fresh and filling. It’s also so close to the border that brings about convenience.

They have really awesome rooms, a good expansive pool, cool chilled gardens and just awesome landscaping. However their service is a bit slow and bit on the expensive side.

If your traveling to the border and looking to drop for a night this would be the best place to sleep in. The different categories of room are clean and spacious. They have a good restaurant and swimming pool. Good break before you head for a Safari into Amboseli National Park. The Staff are friendly.

Nice place for family. The greenery and tress give it a perfect location for relaxing, rooms er ok, could need some updates especially the sheets toilets too need renovation. Food is okay and the pool is perfect downside is there is no lifeguard which in my view is not good. Price is fair and the staff are friendly

Lovely mature gardens. Amazing conservation of trees some estimated to be 100 + years old. Variety of birds and playful monkeys
