I visited this place for a swim and lunch with my friend and observed the following. 1. The swimming pool water was not clean. 2. They don’t ask guest to shower before entering the pool. 3. No inspections carried out for the pool, many hazards observed that can cause harm to swimmers. 4. No Covid-19 precautions practices are observed in this hotel. 5. Jackson the waiter who was attending to us was not professional. 6. The waiter took our order and payment only to deliver after a long wait-we had to check up with other waiters. 7. The waiter could tell us some beverages are not available yet we could see other waters serving the same. 8. The food especially the fries were not up to standard- they were overcooked, so oily and cold. 9. The food prices are overpriced for what is brought on the table and the services. 10. The security at the entrance was so nice to us, thumbs up to him,also the guy at the reception he was so informative.

The place is just awreck the place hasn't been renovated especially the pool side.

Kaputiei safariland hotel is a very nice place with cool climate....very conducive to anyone.....a very clean and enjoyable swimming pool found in this place,I tell you will enjoy....clean staff members ready to serve in a good mood...,take your time to visit this place and a I know you will make it your place

There's ample parking, Customer service was great they have a unique pool and it continues to expand. This is a nice place for a weekend getaway on a budget because they are not that expensive. Either way i had a nice experience at this restaurant and i would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a nice place to chill for the weekend

This place doesn’t deserve no start. Pathetic is the right definition for it. It’s a motel with a pool. Poor services, horrendous bed. Hygiene is super bad. They should either close it up or change!!

A really great place for the weekend gateaway, swimming pool, private conference rooms, WI-FI, variety of drinks from soft drinks to hard drinks, Serene Environment, friendly staff and the best customer service. A really nice place for kids, with all sorts of kid games and arcades, they've also got a nice garden to hold both public and private functions eg weddings, chamas, birthdays, get togethers etc. You can't forget the experience and the fun it's breathtaking, just excuisite!!!! Home away from home....We had a great time at Kaputiei Safariland Resort...

Kaputiei is well located next to Namanga road. The place ia fancy with wifi (in the restaurant) a cozy swimming pool and children zone. Enjoy fresh nyama choma and a beautiful view around the swimming pool
