This is a small town, on Mutungoni Rd. Mutungoni Rd connects ATHIRIVER and JOSKA. Kinanie Town's growth was pegged on sunrise Teacher Training college & WARIDI FLOWERS COMPANY. Future growth prospects is very good. Soon it will having @kinanieLeatherPark by Epz. The road is also being tarmacked. It's home to current Machakos Governor, @wavinya Ndeti. It's also home to kenya's Deputy Chief Justice @philomena Mwilu. It's home to ambassadors, lawyers, scholars and many professionals.

Quiet and simple place to live in, seven kilometres from Mombasa road at Devki steel mills in Athi River and fifteen kilometres from Kangundo road at Joska. Road extremely dusty but road works going on currently with plans to tarmac it.

Small town, 6km away from athi river. Good place to buy flats or buildings. Poor roads to the town, but... has room for expansion. Its a great place to get away from city & town life.

A local and remote village shopping center. Equipment with all sorts of convinient shops. But difficult to access. Serves the purpose for the neighborhood for it's basics.

The road is very stony and dusty in some parts. During rains the muddy parts may be impassable. Needs raised cars during rains.
