This is a lovely place. Well designed with lots of African sentiments. Definitely has a tropical oasis vibe. We had breakfast here and it was lovely. The waitress was very polite and efficient. Breakfast was served hot and it was very delicious. Will definitely be going back!

The place is located away from the main road hence you would need to drive there. The dirt road is a bit dusty so be prepared for that. The serenity of the place is unmatched. Spacious Rooms that would be brought to life with amazing decor but probably they will improve it in future . Rooms lacking basics like glasses , cups , enough towels so you would probably need to carry yours 😄. They don't allow drinks from outside in your room 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️.

I cannot recommend this place to anyone. I went there on Christmas which it was expected to be packed. The services were poor, waiters are overwhelmed and cannot handle such occasions or holidays. The food not so tasty and everyone forced to eat a buffet so for me I did not find the place to be child friendly because kids normally just love fries and soda which was not an option. The pool was quite small and extremely full Overall kids were happy because of the activities like bouncing Castle,trampoline,swings etc

Terrible service, waitresses were not helpful at all, just pacing up and down yet the place was literally empty. We had to ask for help from Sam the supervisor who then served us after like one hour of waiting with two little children. A disappointment!

No disrespect to the owner but the customer service is horrible!first I got here and got no directions/help.I had to start asking anyone I met about where the restaurant was etc.Second,no waiter paid us any attention. Infact the first one we waved over and gave our order never came back!20 minutes later she sent over another one to report to us that she had way too many orders to attend to!Christ!We gave our order again for simple sodas....as am texting it's more than half an hour since she went to get them.No sign of it happening any time soon!!Now am wondering if serving drinks takes so long,when will they serve us our food!! In addition there are charcoal heaters/jikos.i have requested to have one since it's chilly but was told to go personally to the gate and talk to the guard!WHAT A JOKE!!! For people who like value for the money,strike this place out.

This is one of the best hotels in Kajiado. Wonderful reception, food, and drinks. Their accommodation is also top notch especially the cottages. They have lots of activities including a mini golf course, swimming pool, quad bikes and others. Will visit again soon.

The services takes 20 hours. Why in the world do I have to wait an entire 2 hours for a meal? The swimming pool is too small and oddly situated. Their meat has a lot of bones and is harder than my own😒😒😒

At the poolside, the waiters kept passing by without asking for our order. Had to go to the bar and still they didn't come to serve us. Had to call a martial/poolside lady to call a waiter to serve us. However, the food was good.

There are no positives to write about this hotel. Rigid management, poor services, poor food, tiny stuffy rooms, faulty water heater, smelly toilet and unhelpful staff. Basically the hotel doesnt offer value for money.

Tv kept going off Air. Fridge not working. Some taps in the bathroom were broken. Some sockets not working. The breakfast was too basic and and meals too expensive. Jacuzzi was ok. Unfortunately I will not come back again .please improve room facilities

The environment is cool, the place is all green but that's the only good thing about this place. Services are very poor if I was on HB, I was made to choose one type of meal and that's what was served to my whole family. Broken taps, very uncomfortable beds. Breakfast we were offered fried beens and peas...its was the worst weekend out. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The Galaxy Resort Kitengela is right opposite GMC Place. This place has a very unique and impressive decor right from the gate to the inside of the buildings. The decor has an ancient look and that of antique at the same time potraying copper and brass metels. Since it was our first time in this resort, we were curious in wanting to see what it holds. We managed to tour almost the entire place. The place has a pool which was packed at the time of our arrival. conference room, mini golf fields, a garden sitting area and an indoor restaurant, a bar and children play ground. The place is quiet and has mature trees and plants that cools the heat from the sun in this hot area. Accommodation is also available here. The several entertainments in this place are placed far apart and there is plenty of parking space. Our fish meal was great but the roasted goat meat was not anything like roasted but pan fried. The dawa drink was too bitter. The management listened to our complaint and changed the drinks. We left happy customers.

It really is a nice place if you like serene environment with grounds, and horses and if you want yo work. the food is fresh everyday, but could so with some variety, but IT IS FRESH AND ORGANIC! The staff are eager to serve and please, but may require a bit more people skills at reception and especially when theyre tired. Theyre understaffed, but perhaps its just low business season. otherwise theyre a very pleasant and responsive team.
