Management,
I
am
writing
to
provide
some
feedback
regarding
my
recent
experience
at
your
hotel.
While
there
were
aspects
of
my
stay
that
I
appreciated,
I
feel
it
is
important
to
bring
to
your
attention
some
concerns
I
encountered
during
my
visit.
Firstly,
I
must
express
my
disappointment
with
the
speed
of
service
provided
by
your
staff.
Throughout
my
stay,
I
noticed
a
consistent
delay
in
response
times,
especially
the
service.We
were
literally
ignored
since
we
walked
in.A
couple
right
behind
us
was
escorted
and
assisted
with
a
seating
and
served
before
us.Even
though
we
are
not
comparing
the
service
as
we
are
both
customers,we
were
not
given
any
attention.We
sat
right
Infront
of
the
restaurant
and
all
wait
staff
walked
by
us
without
eye
contact
for
close
to
an
hour
before
we
got
someone
ask
us
if
we
were
serviced
even
though
they
walked
by
us
several
times
without
noticing
and
It
seemed
that
the
employees
were
either
understaffed
or
lacking
the
necessary
efficiency
to
handle
customer
requests
promptly.
This
sluggishness
resulted
in
unnecessary
waiting
times,
which
could
be
frustrating
for
guests.
Furthermore,
the
quality
of
the
food
served
in
the
restaurant
was
subpar.
I
received
a
dish
that
was
served
lukewarm,
indicating
a
lack
of
attention
to
detail
in
the
kitchen.
Cold
food
not
only
diminishes
the
taste
and
overall
dining
experience
but
can
also
pose
health
concerns.
It
would
be
beneficial
to
ensure
that
the
kitchen
staff
adhere
to
strict
quality
control
measures
to
prevent
such
occurrences
in
the
future.
One
issue
that
left
a
lasting
negative
impression
was
the
behavior
of
some
of
your
employees.
I
observed
instances
where
staff
members
appeared
to
be
profiling
customers
based
on
their
appearance
or
other
factors.
This
kind
of
behavior
is
highly
unprofessional
and
creates
an
unwelcoming
atmosphere
for
guests.
It
is
essential
to
emphasize
the
importance
of
treating
all
customers
with
respect,
regardless
of
their
background
or
appearance.
I
understand
that
managing
a
hotel
involves
various
challenges,
and
it
is
possible
that
these
issues
may
have
arisen
due
to
unforeseen
circumstances
or
temporary
lapses.
However,
as
a
guest,
it
is
crucial
for
me
to
communicate
these
concerns
to
help
you
identify
areas
for
improvement.
To
enhance
the
overall
guest
experience,
I
recommend
taking
the
following
actions:
Assess
staffing
levels
and
consider
increasing
the
workforce,
if
necessary,
to
ensure
prompt
and
efficient
service
delivery.
Conduct
regular
training
sessions
for
kitchen
staff
to
emphasize
the
importance
of
maintaining
food
quality
and
presentation
standards.
Implement
a
comprehensive
customer
service
training
program
that
focuses
on
treating
all
guests
with
respect,
regardless
of
their
background
or
appearance.
Establish
a
feedback
mechanism,
such
as
comment
cards
or
online
surveys,
to
encourage
guests
to
share
their
experiences
and
provide
suggestions
for
improvement.
By
addressing
these
issues
proactively,
you
can
work
towards
creating
a
more
enjoyable
and
satisfactory
experience
for
your
guests.
I
believe
that
with
the
right
measures
in
place,
your
hotel
has
the
potential
to
excel
in
providing
top-notch
service.
