POOR POOR SERVICE! TERRIBLE FOOD! ZERO INTEGRITY FROM MANAGEMENT! We visited this place twice as a group, german club once in February and again in July. I have to warn anyone planning to visit, the service is really poor. The management had promised a whole day of activities which included zhumba, swimming and a live band in the evening. The only activity we did was swimming. On inquiring from the management, they did not bother to explain or apologize, they simply became defensive and unapologetic. We had already paid them and well they decide they wouldn't hold up their end of the deal. We had come with our own food to cook there because on our first visit in February the food was terrible. We had paid a fee for using their premises and utensils to cook, but the management was rude enough to ask us to clean the cooking pots before we left. The restaurant's menu is overpriced for nothing, the food is really terrible. The only attractive thing in Galaxy inn is the large, clean swimming pool. POOR SERVICE! ZERO INTEGRITY FROM THE MANAGEMENT! TERRIBLE FOOD!

The food is good but they really have to progress in the service they give. You can wait more than one hour only for a piece of chicken and ugali.

Off Mombasa road in Athi river, Galaxy Inn offers an off the road tranquil visit with several freshly cooked foods on the menu, restrooms, swimming pool and a nature arboretum. Get also lessons of rabbitry and other fowls while visiting.

Great place for a family weekend outing. The have well sized swimming pool, tasty foods and drinks, a nice restaurant and a supermarket. They also do weddings with the beautifully kept grounds next to the pool. Also have a gym and guest houses. I love the privacy,

A typical hotel with resturant, bit expensive , and far from city. No much attractions near by areas. Less hygiene! Poor customer service.

The rating would be better if there was a standby generator in place when blackouts happen. I couldn't use the gym because there was 'no power'

Rooms are fairly clean. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was very delicious. However its a working in progress with internet, TV cable and internal communication. You need to instal room telephone though.

The galaxy inn is now all inclusive there is a supermarket, restaurant, swimming pool, fully equipped gym and housing facilities. The restaurant service was good and life is now more convenient with a place where you can shop incase you need anything while in the area.
