One of the best hospital in Chennai for Maternity. They take care of Mother and baby at utmost care. The nurses are too good and polite in nature. They provide the Maternity packages with the affordable price which is rare to see in this competitive world. They are making sure our rooms are clean and hygiene by sending the housekeeping person regularly. I would highly recommend this hospital if you are planning for normal delivery for your first baby. Thought to give 5 star but due to some bad circumstances happened to us gave 4. * All the nurses and doctors have taken care very well. * Hospitality also not bad, they maintained neatly. * They will push us and wait for normal delivery till the last minute, if nothing works then they will go for c section. Cons - * Paediatrician not answered properly if we ask many questions. As we are new to parenting we may get multiple questions, we have paid money for one year child care too, but we did not get much answers from them (both morning and evening we faced the same issues). * There wont be one dedicated doctor to a particular person to taken care the entire process. So we have faced some difficulties like one doctor asked us to stop the calcium tablet intake and next week itself another doctor asked us to continue to take the calcium intake and asked us not to stop till the last week of delivery. These things can be avoided that led us to having confusions. Apart from that we are much thankful to doctors, nurses, helpers.

I recommend this place for normal delivery. Few staff are kind hearted and many are showing attitude. only drawback is they don't provide our scan/blood test report to us. Everytime we need to call them and have a follow up and even during call there won't be proper response. They simply say like if there is nothing wrong in report then we won't call. These kind of answers from them is annoying. As a patient or caretaker we need to know the outcome. Additionally, there is no visit based on appointment and we need to wait for a long period to meet doctor. We have been waiting for more than 1 hr 30 minutes still haven't met the doctor yet. Keeping pregnant woman to wait by skipping there food is not acceptable. I request the concern management to take necessary action. Thanks 🙏

My sister had normal delivery Best hospital for normal delivery husband inside delivery room is a blessing. From day of conception till delivery good care. Package was really affordable and charges were given as said before so we had hassle free delivery. All doctors staffs and house keeping took care well care of my sister.

There is no proper receptionists to do front end process... Everything is handled by nurses.... Each time we should ask them for an report and discharge formalities..... Doctor Services is good.... During my admission time one lady as delivered the baby near reception around 05:10 AM only guardian and one nurse was available for past one hour they waited for doctors and other nurses to get them to operation room.... On emergency time there won't be any doctors or Nurse. even on Sundays doctors will not be available everything will be taken care by nurses by phone call guidance. Poor management..... "Being a female we are attract to the words husbands are allowed in delivery room" Due to this we are falling in the trap.....

In night only nurse will be available. Even in day time doctor will be available only on their duty time and if you get admit doctor will come to you only before or after op time. They schedule delivery after doctor op only. Also I don't think they prefer normal delivery I was pushed to c- section. I was admitted 1dt day 10AM and water breakage happened on night 9AM nurse told can be delivered in early morning but they came to put trip by 7AM only once by 9AM doctor came and told it's open to 6-7cm but they stopped pain trip after doctor check up. By noon 1 clock telling after 9AM they didn't put pain dose as baby heart beat is low and immediately we need to do operation. During operation after cutting all layer doctor says she can't find baby and called head down waiting for 10min and that doctor took my baby out.

Pros: This is a best hospital for Normal Delivery. I was uncertain at first but during delivery time I was with my wife all the time and I totally saw how the delivery went. My wife was 39 weeks 1 day and she didn’t have any pain so they applied couple of gels at 2nd day and the pain was just getting started. 3rd day they started doing drips and the pain she gone through is real tough. I make sure she didn’t get any nervous and gave all my confident but still it’s her effort finally. Nurses and doctors are really good and friendly, they are well experienced as well. They keep on encouraging to do normal delivery and 99% they give their best to do normal delivery. Cons: Rooms and lift should be improved.

I was extremely with this hospital since my wife was admitted, they took care of her like their own family.We started treatment here only after 7 months because we consulted the maximum no.of hospitals nobody guaranteed normal delivery. I delivered my first baby boy in 2017 thru emergency C section. I was totally satisfied with the treatment provided there. Recovery time is fast. They try the best for normal delivery. Oly if needed they go for c section. So now in 2022 October I delivered my second baby girl thr thru C section. I chose this hospital again since I like d treatment right from d doctor to nurses all r friendly and helpful. Doctor Ellakiya mam is cool to handle every patients so patiently. We came to this hospital in last minute of my delivery date. I had no labour pain till last so came to check here. They told me to admit immedietly because of the lack in water level. The centimeter of my cervix didn't opened after all the gel and injection. We lost hope in normal delivery. But the sisters and doctors are extremely supportive and told that normal delivery will happen if you co-operate. And they DID IT as they said.❤ I had a normal delivery with a beautiful girl baby.🧚‍♀️ They are super suportive and caring!!! Surely recommend this hospital for delivery.

I delivered a baby girl normally at wcf.. I was 37 weeks and went for my regular checkup. Doctor examined me and told me to get admitted as I may get pain anytime and without any single medication I got my pain and delivered my baby girl. A big thanks to all the doctors and a special mention to all the staff nurses at wcf. Without wcf I would haven't known what normal delivery is.. from the beginning of my pregnancy I had some complications and during my 31st week my water started leaking but with the help of the doctors at wcf they postponed my delivery till 37weeks. Without any pain induction I got natural pain and deliver vaginally. Labor was so good and memorable because of the staff nurse. Even though I had severe pain at my labor because of the nurses my labor went well and am extremely thankful for wcf. Thank you wcf 😃

We came here during the 8 month of pregnancy following suggestions from relatives and friends. Overall, they have a good reputation for getting normal delivery. We were consulting Dr. Elakya. Right at the beginning she identified a minor risk from the scans and suggested some lifestyle changes. We followed them properly and the risk was mitigated. During the labour also, all the nurses in the hospital were helpful. With their care, my wife was able to have a normal delivery. Just one minor downside I found - the facilities can be improved and polished.

Same like first delivery, got a good care from all staffs. All nurses are very caring and encouraging at the delivery time. Doctors are also very supportive. We had come to this hospital expecting normal delivery and the sisters helped well, tried till last for normal delivery and they made it happen. We are satisfied with the service. There are some good experienced nurses. Doctors are also well experienced. The only problem we faced was the doctors were keep on changing their schedules and each time we had to consult a different doctor. Overall it was an unforgettable experience. Thank you WCF! We had a wonderful experience on WCF hospital T.nagar.....yes we got our baby delivered on day before yesterday as normal delivery. We went to hospital without labour pain, but till last minute they gave us hope and induce pain and really worked hard for normal delivery and the very next day baby is delivered. Special thanks to the entire team. Staffs are very experienced and the care provided to us is really great. A billion thanks to all doctors nurses and staffs. Special thanks to OP staffs. I recently gave birth to my first child at [WCF Hospital] and I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience. I visit the hospital final 38th Week, I was greeted with warm and friendly staff who made me feel at ease. Before we planned another maternity hospital they said not expect for normal delivery becoz some complications in pregnancy time. But after we came here get normal delivery were expertly handled by the highly trained persons. They were attentive to my needs and kept me informed every step of the way. My delivery went smoothly and I felt supported and encouraged by the nurses & doctor's. After my delivery, the postpartum care I received was exceptional. The nurses were always available to answer my questions and provide me with the support and guidance I needed. The lactation consultant was especially helpful in teaching me how to breastfeed and offering helpful tips and advice. Need to change. As my point of view I have only one suggestion. Post operative (isolation care) is not included our package. We pay that amount separately the price is too high. It's little difficult to prepare the amount on the time of isolation care.

This review is based on my experience. Please don't visit this hospital ,they are money minded only. Initially they will speak nicely and take care well. After treatment,they will not respond properly Even Ayyamma will speak ill. My mom underwent a surgery and after 2 month same issue happened. we checked with another two gynecologist from other hospital for the same issue. Don't get fooled by them. If you want to waste money ,you can go there...

My pregnancy journey was very smooth with WCF. Throughout the entire process every staff were very much helpful especially at the time of birth they all motivated me to keep trying through the process. I was a very big cry baby and was very fussy but all the nurses were very kind throughout my labour. Even though I wasn't confident or cooperative enough for normal they made sure I didn't deviate and made it a normal delivery. I'm very much thankful to all the nurses, doctors and staffs who helped me deliver my baby.
