I had recently undergone a medical treatment at Prolife clinic manapakkam but I was not satisfied with their service. First of all the staff were not courteous. They were very biased with each patient. Their charges for the same treatment differ from person to person. They don’t even mention the medicine name in the bill but they just type “medicine” without any description of what medicine they prescribe. As a patient we would like to know what medicine they prescribe and how much dosage is given but even when we requested they never revealed. Also in their bill they blindly type the charges (without any break-up of the charges) and deny when we requested for the exact charges. The staff over there are totally unaware of the charges of the hospital. Each staff will say different amount for consultation, scan etc. They’re very impatient in explaining the bills to the patients and they’re only keen in their marketing strategy. They claim to have test lab within their premises but it’s not true, they actually get it done from outside and charge double for it. All their prices are expensive and discriminatory. During my treatment they didn’t even provide food or beverage. I can only count and tell you how many were really professional there. On a whole it was definitely not a good experience for us. They really need improvement with their services and the way they treat their patients. They have to treat everyone equally and be transparent about their charges and especially educate their staff on it who are totally irresponsible. Their washroom was not cleaned properly. Since it is a very sensitive and primal issue we will also take this to the attention of Health Ministry of TN and initiate necessary legal action regarding the same. #healthministeroftamilnadu

Went for doctor consultation here.The consultation fee is 300 rupees. Took appointment through phone before consultation.The patients weight and other health conditions were checked and noted before consultation.The service was good.The clinic is maintained with good hospitality.The doctor was kind and genuine.You can communicate and clarify your doubts with doctor without any hesitation. The medicines were provided in the clinic itself.Before taking any scan or test, the patients consent is discussed. Good amount of parking facilities available. There were wide number stray dogs while entering the premises.Please be careful while stepping in to the clinic.

Wonderful hospitality. I went with my wife for NT scan. First they provide energy juice for complement and issued face mask for free. Doctor mam carrying my wife as a mother and taking care very well. It's one of the best scan centre in Chennai... Good luck... And keep it up..... Thank you....

Dr. Thamarai Ram is wonder ful!! I Came in for a polypectomy and was very anxious. But the moment she came in Iwas able to settle down.
