    The flats are good but to reach the flats the roads are very bad. During rainy season, water remains stagnant and It's very hard to reach optima. Everything is ok except roads.

    Nice responsibility of staff . but I have some small doubt it is agricultural land if any insects and reptiles will come to the flats and while cyclone times water will flow. I am very interested in your flats so I am asking OK consider.

    One of the Worst Watch Man's so far I have seen in the Gated Community in Chennai and surrounding areas, they don't know how to behave with Flat Owners and relatives coming in for Flats.

    Optima Upgrade Team at different levels from Top Management to Ground Level have one thing common.. "Willing to Listen" to Customer's Need (with willingness to implement if possible). My feedback is based on my interactions (more than 10 with different people). Location is good & facilities promised by them in brochures are nearly same as their deliverable.

    Very good place and very peaceful. Staffs are approaching good. Very good security services. Fresh air and good location. Well structured Flats, used very good materials and used bricks instead of hollow blocks is hiligted. Good to buy Good to stay.
