Been
going
here
since
December
2020.
Pros:
I
already
had
a
little
knowledge
about
working
out
before
I
joined.
But
incase
I
did
have
doubts,
the
trainers
always
helped
me.
They
also
have
basic
knowledge
about
food.
They
tell
you
healthy
alternatives.
Sometimes
I
see
some
new
trainers.
Some
are
very
helpful
and
some
are
totally
useless.
The
regular
trainers
who
come
at
the
evening
are
good
though.
The
music
is
always
upbeat
and
the
TV
is
always
running.
A
lot
of
different
types
of
equipments
and
weights
are
available
that
focus
on
a
different
body
parts
and
helps
you
workout
efficiently.
A
workout
chart
is
prepared
for
you
based
on
your
assessment
test.
Cons:
There
are
no
female
trainers
at
all
despite
it
being
a
unisexual
gym.
The
male
trainers
know
how
to
release
air
bubbles
that's
locked
in
your
body
but
they
help
only
the
male
customers
because
culture.
The
space
is
too
small.
Looks
crowded
if
there
are
more
than
7
people.
The
female
locker
room
was
closed
during
lockdown
period.
Now
it's
open
but
the
worker
uses
it
as
her
space
so
I
don't
use
it.
The
nutritionist
is
non
existent.
I
have
never
met
her
in
the
2
months
that
I've
been
going
there.
Don't
rely
upon
the
gym
for
diet.
Assessment
of
my
body
was
taken
only
when
I
kept
asking
for
it
again
and
again.
The
trainer
casually
told
me
he
threw
away
my
assessment
papers.
I
worked
hard
for
a
whole
month
but
wasn't
able
to
compare
results
because
of
that.
Overall
I
wouldn't
say
it's
the
bestest
gym
in
the
area
but
it's
not
the
baddest
also.
There
are
better
gyms
in
the
area
though.
Joined
because
I
thought
the
brand
value
meant
something
but
I
was
proven
wrong.
It
is
just
as
flawed
as
the
other
brandless
gyms
in
the
area.
But
these
were
tiny
flaws
that
I
could
handle.
Overall,
it's
decent.
Tried
to
be
as
honest
and
fact-oriented
as
possible.
Hope
this
review
helped,
cheers!
