I was cheated by still water aquatics Mumbai team as I had ordered dooa terrabase and got broken item mainly due to their packing.one can't say it packing as it was just wrapping the terrabase in newspapers and sending it. They didnt even stick fragile sticker on to the box which is basic. Charged 500 for courier. Made a blunder ordering through them . Then I found this guy from YouTube video and placed an order. He guaranteed replacement in case of damage which means he made sure there won't any ,as he packed it in such way that even if it falls it won't break . Thanks to the effort. He cared about the end-user need as no one will be happy on recieving broken item even if refund is given . I recommend sacpe art for aquarium product needs . The gallery set at this store is really nice. There are about to close to 5 nature aquarium tanks and all are well maintained. Products are decent quality brand products and rate is also nominal. Had good deals and purchase on my visit.

Never seen anything like this in Chennai. This place is years ahead. The best place for PPL who love aquascaping. They have ADA also. Mr. Sarvesh was so polite and kind to me when I went there. He spent so much time explaining and giving ideas. It was a great experience. A must see. This place is a beauty.

simply the best aquascaping gallery ever, the store owner MR. Sarvesh was so kind and provided great customer care service. I had bought the ADA tissue culture cups from them , definitely the best conditioned plants and available in better prices compared to other stores. This is my 2nd order but it was live fishes and previously it was plants. Fishes were received in good condition. Especially the way it was packed was clean and neat without any water leakage. And the water temperature was cool. Comes with an instruction which is top and made it easier to open. Just ordered via whatsapp and he shared me the videos of the fishes. Received a complementary gift of their own fish food product as well but i haven't tried the food. Both of my orders were just made through chat and not even a single call made. Thank you for the timely delivery as well ☺️
