Love the practice but not pleased with Dr.Cohen ..I don’t like how you are basically forced to go to a doctor you don’t like.. She is very cold I avoided her my whole pregnancy and got stuck with her for delivery. No personality and did not respect my concerns . At my postpartum check up I told her I’m still in pain and she says what will you like me to do about that …. Definitely avoid her if you can . Hsaio is the best and Bills is pretty good

This OB Gyn practice was a nightmare. NOT RECOMMEND ❌ I can’t event put into words and express my level of disbelief. They treated my wife as a number and not as a customer, non the less a 6 month pregnant woman looking for the right attention and professional prenatal care. To resume our experience this is the first review I have ever left and that’s because I wish for other people not to experience this terrible customer service especially from Irma billing department and careless team.

Dr. Bills is very professional in his field! He listened very carefully to all my concerns, answered all my questions and asked additional questions regarding my situation. Pays attention to every detail, he really cares about his patients. Great specialist, also he so sweet, highly recommended!

Dr. Jennifer Elliott is the best gynecologist I've ever had. She really takes her time and listens to you and never rushes through appointments. Her bedside manner is unparalleled. I had some monstrous fibroids (one the size of a newborn baby's head!), one of which was in a particularly challenging location on my cervix. She performed my surgery robotically and was able to leave my uterus completely intact, versus other doctors I had visited who were itching to perform a hysterectomy. I had one scar that is barely noticeable, and the other two have completely disappeared, versus a friend of mine who went to another doctor that left her with a long ugly scar from hip to hip along her bikini line. My recovery was a breeze. I highly recommend her to any woman, especially women who suffer from fibroids.

I think most ppl come here for Dr Hsiao, he is the best Ob I've ever seen. I used to seen an ob in NYC, and couple obs in Atlanta. I decided to go with Dr Hsiao! He is the best. Very personable friendly and informative. You are surely getting good care in his hands. Most of the office staffs are very nice and accommodating. However I am giving 3 stars because dr cohen. She definitely has a I hate my job face, I have seen her a couple times, not at once she has a smile on her face and showing an attitude that she wants to encounter with patients. Dr bills is very experienced, not with the best attitude toward patients tho. And sometimes he made ppl feel uncomfortable...based on my own experience and my friends' experiences too. Schedule with Dr Hsiao if possible!!

Dr. Elbridge F. Bills should be fired. My girlfriend has been in severe pain for 2 weeks and has been recommended by the ER that she see an OBGYN and he turned her away. This is not acceptable.

Dr. Hsiao is an amazing doctor whose reputation precedes him. SEVERAL of his colleagues referred me to him as well as people I would encounter that had experienced having him deliver their babies. His bedside manner is phenomenal. He is approachable, charismatic, extremely intelligent and direct with his information and process. He invites questions and goes above and beyond to provide concise information with follow up. I cannot wait for him to deliver my next baby and to continue to provide impeccable care!!! Dr Jennifer Elliot is an amazing gyn doctor. She listens, gives her time to you. She is compassionate, wise and professional. I adore her and don’t ever want to go to another gyn doctor. Hoping my insurance continues to work with this group

Used to be a great place. They’re pathological liars and claimed I had covid without testing so they didn’t have to check if my baby was alive or dead …they didn’t care. I nearly passed out in their office literally across from the hospital and they left me & my unborn for DEAD. Dr. Bills walked past me & I called out his name, he turned and looked at me and kept walking. My RN mother was disgusted with how they treated me and expressed her disgust with my lack of care bc they left me & my baby for dead by the elevators so ELIZABETH the manager dismissed me because my mom said didn’t like they left her Daugther and unborn grandchild for dead by the elevators because they thought I had covid. Knowing covid harms unborn babies and Mothers becoming sicker you would think they’d care for expecting parents suspected of covid but they merely tell you to die at home and not to be seen. I had to go to the ER to check if my unborn child was alive bc I couldn’t feel the kicks. They literally were like screw you and your baby. Shame on them and Dr BILL who cares nothing about the Hippocratic oath he swore.

I've been going to Dr. Elliott for about 7 years and absolutely love her. She is caring, knowledgeable and I never feel rushed when I come see her. She has helped me through quite a bit. She is also now my 20-year old's doctor and she loves her too. Her staff is always great too. Highly recommend her!

Dr. Elliot’s office is clean, the medical assistants are nice, prompt, and thorough in explaining things. The moment I met Dr. Elliot she displayed professionalism, caring, and confidence. She was prompt with all my appointments, informative, and answered all my questions. Before surgery she was comforting as well as after surgery. Her bedside care was the best I’ve ever seen because she’s very personable, caring, and answered all questions which made me trust her. I definitely recommend her care as she did a wonderful job with me from day one til post op.

i had a good experience with the office staff and never any issues. i was seeing Dr. bills for my pregnancy and it could have been better. i felt that any concerns I'd bring up, it would would be dismissed. i never spent more than 5 minutes with him anytime i saw him and interactions would feel rushed.

My appointment with XIAOYAN LI WHNP, was amazing! For the first time, I felt like someone in healthcare actually heard me and my concerns. I’m still undergoing testing; however, I feel very certain that she will help me in my health journey moving forward.

I love Alliance! I had 3 high risk pregnancies with their office and all the doctors and staff have been wonderful. They are easy to ask questions of, have flexible appointments, lots of ultrasounds as the doctors do them themselves and 2 convenient office locations. Plus, the doctors are quick to reply to emails. Dr. Bills is extremely knowledgeable and tells it like it is which gives me great peace of mind. Dr. Cohen delivered my third baby via c-section a few months and it went smooth as could be! I couldn’t be happier! Plus, the staff is so nice, I feel like family when I am there.
