My husband and I have given this location a try on multiple attempts. Based on poorly rated experiences, I treated my husband for an 60-min full body appointment (enhancements included at booking) and his experience was subpar. The body oil was cold, I paid extra for aromatherapy and there was none applied to his massage. Overall the masseuse did a poor job. Fast forward a couple of months I booked a prenatal massage for myself with the intention to reactivate an old membership used in another state. I was asked to confirm my weeks of gestation and the employee confirming the booking put me on hold to check the process of booking prenatal appointments. When I arrived for my appointment, after completing prenatal consent forms I was escorted back to my room and the masseuse asked what areas I needed assistance with. I began to inform her I was having difficulty with body aches during my pregnancy and was immediately informed that I had not been booked with a prenatal masseuse and that it was the fault of the front desk staff because they were all new hires who were unsure how to properly book prenatal appointments. A few days later I received a follow up call from the manager who gave me the same poor excuse that her front desk staff was “too new” to properly book and even though the appointment was audited to reconfirm my appointment days prior, the auditing employee was also “too new” to understand how to book correctly. Overall it has been a disappointing experience on two separate attempts. I was excited to reactivate my membership because my experience being a member of Massage Envy in Florida was the complete opposite. The result: I will now be driving over an hour to a more professional location for a better experience.

Honestly…wow lol. I tried to get a 90 minute massage just now. They were the only location available for today and I’ve been having back pain as a result of traveling so much. I was willing to tip well since it’s the holidays and was looking forward to this appointment all day. I walked in at 2:05pm for my 2:00pm appointment — I called at 1:50pm letting them know I’d be 5 minutes late, they said that was fine. I show up, do the intake questionnaire and was escorted to a waiting room. I was just sitting there for at least 15 minutes while workers walked by me, just looking at me. My massage therapist was supposed to be Jason. Once it hits 2:27pm, the front desk attendant says that Jason had JUST called saying his asthma was bad today. Now, I’m all for accepting medical excuses, but what are the odds that Jason had bad asthma ALL DAY but decided not to tell his job/show up to work until 20 minutes into a scheduled appointment? I don’t believe you, Jason. They also gave me the option to reschedule with a free enhancement (so wait in pain and still pay $105 with a little extra oil), never mentioned a cancellation/refund until I brought it up. Amazing. I’m not new to Massage Envy even though my profile says I am, and I’ll be sure to never even think about spending my money at this location again. I’ll also be sure to let everyone I know to avoid not only this location but Massage Envy, in general, if they ask for suggestions. —P.S. feel better, Jason.

I hate it here already!!! I had a 5pm appointment. I arrived at 5:10 placed in a waiting area. I'm still sitting here at it's 5:34. Correct me if I'm wrong.....I booked a 60 minute message, I know I was 10mins late but my therapist shouldn't be busy. I have a 60 minute time slot blocked off for me so what's with the wait!!!!???? Then I here all kinds of rachetness and loud laughing coming from the back of this place like it's a party going on. Like seriously....!!!!!

The woman at the front desk was wonderful, but the rest was very disappointing - I was still in the waiting area almost 10 min after my start time so short changed on the length of the massage. More worrisome was that my masseuse made me quite uncomfortable, way too close for comfort!! It was definitely not full body (no face or head) and his timing was not good - ended up rushing at the end to do my other leg and arm before ending the session.

It was just "OK". Massage Envy used to be an experience that I enjoyed. Then they have the audacity to allow you out of your contract but unable to use any services that you've already paid for. It's a racket!

I purchased a monthly membership and now have a surplus of membership visits that no matter how many times I try to use them, I get rescheduled or canceled on. I am going to have to cancel and eat the losses on my money, because at this point I am paying for an unobtainable service. From the looks of this, others have had the same experience. Maybe Massage Envy needs to be investigated for their practices.

Absolutely horrible location/branch. I was originally charged for our monthly membership Nov. 29th, then getting a call from massage envy, them explaining the only deep tissue therapist is unable to make the apt/out of office, we rescheduled for 2 weeks late for the credit of Nov, & then once again two days ago, they charged are act directly for “month of Dec” yet apt was suppose to be credit from end of Nov. Now being charged twice $120.00 dollars with not a single apt being received. As a business owner myself the “formality to the system at massage envy is to bill clients card, no matter what!” I called asking if I can please receive the credit for Nov 29th them claiming there is now no credit. So I proceeded forward to ask for the apt the manager made herself for me as client for Dec 22nd, over 3 weeks ago, as we have now been charged twice, that will be credited apt correct? They then claimed I’ll be paying a third time for “month of Dec, even though been charged 29th of Nov, the 7th of Dec, & now again the 23rd of Dec they claim? 3 charges, with NOT a single massage received. This location is totally different than other locations I’ve been to, & it’s very upsetting to see as a client now going to pay $180.00 for 1 massage. Absolutely mind-blowing, I’d give 0 stars if I could!

Long time Massage Envy customer here. Today was the Worst experience i have ever had at a location and the worst massage therapist ( Stephen). Extremely unmotivated and non caring. Did not know a thing about massage. He would just put his hand and not move it for long stretch of time because he assumed I was sleeping maybe. I need my session credit back. If an area manager is reading this please reach out.

My therapist Ashelin was phenomenal. An expert at her craft. Overall the location is suitable but will note the walls are super thin could hear folks throughout my massage, and randomly a crying baby which is weird to hear during a massage. Other than that no complaints.

Paula was very good. She was engaging letting me know what she was doing at all times. She is the best and I would definitely recommend her. I can’t wait until my next visit with her

Had a great first time experience at Massage Envy. The facility is very clean. The receptionist Deja? was very nice and made me feel comfortable. Reggie, my massage therapist was friendly and most of all very professional. He also gave me some good advice. Thanks for your help.

Had a 60 min Massage with Paula and she was fantastic! She did some stretching on me and pressure points of my pain. I felt so much better afterwards. Looking to see her again in 2 weeks. Highly Recommend her!

Paula is the most knowledgeable therapist I’ve ever met. Over the years she has benefited me greatly. I’ve had a long history of degenerative arthritis and joint surgeries and replacements. Paula has helped me with my range of motion and flexibility, pain relief, relaxation and recovery from surgeries. Paula is truly an incredible therapist and a key individual of my wellness team.

I scheduled my facial appt last month and it was cancelled due to Massage Envy not having an esthetician they were in the process of hiring someone. Now I rescheduled my appt and plan to use a credit that was a wedding gift. Unfortunately, I cannot keep the appt due to being a high-risk pregnancy and being advised to wait until after the baby is born to receive services is out of my control. Which means my appt was cancelled and that should not allow then to keep my credit at 100%. Massage Envy should be investigated for their practices. A compliant was also left on the portal through the link provided to the previous customers with the same complaint.

Went to have a facial. The person was new, so this was my first time with her. Overall, it was decent. She needed to smooth out her process because too much time was spent with her opening packages and containers during my 55 minutes. She kept dropping the bottles so the whole "peaceful" vibe was interrupted.

I love going to massage envy especially seeing Ms Donna. She fixes me whenever I have a problem with my back or any other part of my body. She really knows her stuff and most times I don’t have to tell her where I hurt she can tell when she starts working on the area that something is wrong. She is the best.
