I
stopped
in
today
to
order
coffee
and
use
the
restroom
because
I
have
a
30-minute
drive
back
home.
I
usually
go
through
the
drive
thru,
and
everyone
is
very
polite.
Same
thing
this
morning,
great
customer
service.
However,
I
believe
the
employees
locked
the
bathroom
stalls
so
no
one
can
use
them
but
them
because
when
I
attempted
to
use
the
restroom,
both
stalls
were
locked.
I
asked
do
I
need
a
key,
immediately
one
server
said
that
someone
was
in
there
and
they've
been
in
there
for
a
while,
I
waited
a
few
minutes
no
one
came
out,
then
another
server
said
what
the
other
one
said
that
someone
was
in
both.
Well,
another
customer
came
in
that
had
to
use
the
restroom,
and
I
told
him
they
said
someone
is
in
each
stall
because
I'm
waiting
as
well.
After
a
few
more
minutes,
he
went
to
knock,
no
one
responded,
and
he
noticed
that
the
lights
were
out
in
underneath
the
stall
doors.
No
one
was
in
either
stall,
the
workers
watched
us
and
still
told
the
same
lie,
I
got
my
coffee
and
had
to
go
to
another
place
to
use
the
restroom.
I'm
upset
because
they
lied
to
my
face
without
hesitation
they
saw
that
I
was
waiting
and
continued
to
let
me
without
being
truthful.
I
tip
with
every
order,
and
I'm
a
shareholder
with
this
company.
This
is
unacceptable.
If
customers
have
to
use
the
restroom
while
purchasing,
there
shouldn't
be
any
problems.
Do
Better!
And
hire
people
who
are
not
professional
liars,
they
lied
with
straight
faces.
