    Good service, fast and friendly. Good size shop with plenty of indoor seating and some outdoor seating available as well. It was very slow on my visit so was assisted quick. Located in front of shopping strips so plenty of available parking by and near. Semi-clean inside, could have been winding down from a rush so clean up in process maybe. Recommend a visit if in need of some java and a pastry.

    First and last time at this location. Waited around 30mins in the drive thru on a busy Saturday morning. The wait wasn’t the issue, it was my poorly made order. My egg white bites were burnt and I ordered + paid for a Carmel Apple Spice drink and received steamed apple juice. I paid $5 for steamed apple juice that they honestly could’ve kept. The service was also lackluster. Will not return.

    I stopped in today to order coffee and use the restroom because I have a 30-minute drive back home. I usually go through the drive thru, and everyone is very polite. Same thing this morning, great customer service. However, I believe the employees locked the bathroom stalls so no one can use them but them because when I attempted to use the restroom, both stalls were locked. I asked do I need a key, immediately one server said that someone was in there and they've been in there for a while, I waited a few minutes no one came out, then another server said what the other one said that someone was in both. Well, another customer came in that had to use the restroom, and I told him they said someone is in each stall because I'm waiting as well. After a few more minutes, he went to knock, no one responded, and he noticed that the lights were out in underneath the stall doors. No one was in either stall, the workers watched us and still told the same lie, I got my coffee and had to go to another place to use the restroom. I'm upset because they lied to my face without hesitation they saw that I was waiting and continued to let me without being truthful. I tip with every order, and I'm a shareholder with this company. This is unacceptable. If customers have to use the restroom while purchasing, there shouldn't be any problems. Do Better! And hire people who are not professional liars, they lied with straight faces. 🙄

    First time visiting this Starbucks location. Ordered the grill cheese, which is my favorite food item there, and a Mint Majesty. I didn't enjoy the sandwich as I normally do. It was very dry and not toasted to my request. I was also disappointed that they were out of Mint Majesty at 8:00 in the morning.

    I visited in the morning time around 9:01am. The line was long BUT was moving at a very fast pace (for Starbucks). I was very impressed with that because I know how the wait time can be here. I ordered a bacon/egg gouda sandwich and a grande (medium) cinnamon dolce latte. The barista was very pleasant on the intercom. My total was $11.34. The sandwich was sadly overcooked and slightly enjoyable. The latte was wayyyy too sweet. Yikes! I could barely stand the overwhelming amount of sugar. That was disappointing. I may try to dilute with some coffee from the office. ☹️

    I make it my special place to treat myself when I go here. The staff is wonderful, polite and kind. I recently asked for coffee grounds for my mother's garden since they do run a program giving away coffee grounds. The manager was nice and gave it to me. I would definitely go back for ice coffee and my coffee grounds for the garden.

    This is the worst Starbucks location I have ever been to! It is so slow and the line is wrapping around the building past the pick-up window. They closed the inside at 5 pm so you couldn’t even go inside to order/pick up a mobile order. Tried to walk in at 4:58pm and they already had the door locked. Do not go to this location. You are better off going to the one in Target.

    The service at this location doesn't even deserve 1 star. The servers are rude, they ignore you when you ask a question, pleasantries does not exist in this location, laugh and joke with each other in the store while the line wraps around the building and the store becomes more and more crowded. The average wait time for in-store pickup, mobile or not is 25-30 minutes. There may be a day that one person comes in and works, but if there's 9 servers but 1 worker, the math doesn't add up. There should be one working as cashier, one working mobile, a couple working hot drinks and another cold drinks and someone in the middle. There should be a rotating so one person doesn't get stuck while all the slackers stand around. I rather drive out of my way to another location than to spend my money at this location.

    Something is going wrong at this location. Suggest regional management does a review here. 6 employees, but >30 mins to get a coffee order. Also, one restroom has a broken toilet and the other had no paper towels and the air dryer is broken. After the wait, one of our drinks was also incorrect to add to the issue.

    Always the longest wait. Drinks not consistent. Bypass this location and go to Salem Rd or inside Target. Placed a mobile order at 12:51pm and my drink wasn’t ready until 1:18pm. I understand there were only 4 workers but they were moving in slow motion with zero urgency to clear orders.

    Always a delight to speak with anyone hear! Service is always up to par! Try the “medicine ball” or honey citrus mint tea and thank me later! I’ll pass it to my friend who introduced me to the tea 🤭

    Who is the owner of this establishment? Do they know business is being turned away regularly? 🤔 EVERY time (3 times past 3 months) I have stopped here in my travels, they say they are focused on mobile orders and deliveries and CAN'T take inside orders. I have NEVER had this happen at any other Starbucks in any other city, or state. I think the owner should rethink the set up here. Maybe 2 batista. 🤔

    This is probably the worst place to get any type of food/ drink in Conyers. The bar is literally on the floor with this place. I placed the mobile order at 11: 20, showed up 20 mins later. I didn't get my mobile order until 12:10. Now I understand that it may be a staffing issue but It's pretty unexcusable to have someone wait an additional 30 minutes past when their order was supposed to be ready. If you're entire lobby, consist of people waiting on mobile orders and perhaps you should reroute your employees. I wanted to venture outside of my normal coffee places to check out this particular location, but I can be certain that I'll never come back again. Perhaps the manager should put more than one person handling all of the drinks. I don't want to judge the entire brand based on this one experience, but I probably won't be trying Starbucks again for another year on this singular visit. Good luck to all you die hard fans. Y'all are going to need it if you visit here.

    On many occasions, the lobby is being closed HOURS before the actual closing times. This is a huge convenience for customers who would like to sit inside of the establishment. Today, I arrived and there was a handwritten sign that states “lobby closes at 6” . This has become very typical at this location. You never know what you will see or have to encounter when coming here. It’s quite disappointing.
