I gave them 3 stars because I hope they get better, as the food has gotten much better since they have been open a while now and I have been a couple of times. I love that they are in Conyers and I want them to make it. My only gripe is that the service needs attention. Servers sitting around on phones and not checking on patrons because they are so engulfed by whatever they are looking at. I started to get up to ask for water because I was attempting to get my Servers attention when he looked up from his phone for at least 10 minutes. There were about 8 people in the place and at the time, I was his only customer. I don't require a lot once I start eating, but at least check on me. I left $10 on the table still. Then when I went to pay, I saw a tip jar, so I put an additional $3 in there, but the young lady who cashed me out, took it out and slammed it on the bar like I offended her. Had me feeling like I needed to explain that I had tipped my server and I thought that was a general tip jar. Then she was like oh OK. Like I said, I just want the place to make it and as a restaurant owner, I know every little bit counts. Customer service is the cornerstone of longevity in business. You have to take care of the people who keep your doors open. Not saying the customer is always right, because after 30 years, I know some are just unreasonable for no reason. But you can't start the negative process by not giving them the appreciative service they deserve.

Great first time here! 7/23/23 Edit: When a customer state that they weren't impressed with an item on the menu, staff shouldn't take it personally(I'm sure the lady who'd taken my order was either the owner or owner's daughter... Summer was the name on my recipe.) However, in future situations, try and ask... Hey, let's see if we can try it again today... Maybe the chef was having an off day that day or offer something in place of that menu item. 🤷‍♀️ Instead, I was met with an attitude as if I'd just cursed the lady out and told her to pay for my food. I really enjoyed this place. That rubbed me the wrong way, so this will be my last time visiting. Please, be more light-hearted, don't take life so seriously all the time! Life is too short. I love this place- the food is delicious- I’ve never been disappointed, I go weekly- John comes out from the kitchen and personally makes sure you are satisfied with your meal he is very accommodating! So happy to have good Vietnamese food nearby! My favorites are the vermicelli bowl (bun) and pho soup with flank steak!

It was our first time eating here our server Ariel was very nice He asked us questions and brought us our food very helpful explain every item for us and then I think that boss man came out there and told us they make their own chili sauce in the back if we wanted some spices or anything to let him know or Ariel Thank y'all so much for our great dinner date we will be back

The food is delicious and fresh. I had the chicken soup and noodles with fresh vegetables and spring rolls. I also tasted the pork and it's like grilled ham. It was so good. This is a beautiful and clean restaurant. The staff was attentive and the prices are reasonable. We will definitely return. They also have vegan options.

What a gem in Conyers! Do yourself a favor and visit Pho Viet. I grew up in the DMV area where there are Pho restaurants on almost every corner, so to say I’m excited about having a Pho house around the corner, it’s an understatement. So authentic, and the customer service is so organic and genuine, everything is 10/10!

Grand Opening Day!!!! Both pork egg rolls and shrimp spring rolls were delicious. I ordered the pho combo #P1. I made sure to let the server know that I didn’t want any cilantro in my pho. He confirmed “no cilantro” but, unfortunately my pho came to my table with cilantro in it. The server kept trying to convince me that the cilantro was green onions. But I’m in catering, so I know cilantro leaves from green onions… I picked out as much as I could. Other than that the pho was very delicious. And shout out to Ariel, she was phenomenal. Congratulations Pho Viet!

P1 & B5 on the menu. This is so good! This is our first time here and we will definitely be back. (We started eating before we took the photo) The hoisin and fish sauces were great too. Quality, fresh ingredients! There's no robots! Our server was very pleasant and personable. The environment, was also pleasant, clean and beautiful. They also have beer!🥳 - hubby was very pleased with that!

This place is awesome! Very clean, friendly staff, fresh ingredients and the food was amazing. I got a Bahni Mi and it was delicious. I will be back!

Viet Pho 1 is exactly what Conyers needed!! The servers were extremely friendly and attentive from the moment we walked in. I ordered the bún thịt nướng which was absolutely phenomenal - the grilled pork and fresh toppings in the rich broth totally hit the spot. Exactly what I was craving. We also got the taro boba tea to go and it was perfectly sweet and creamy. We will definitely be back again soon! If you enjoy Vietnamese food, I highly recommend checking out Viet Pho 1. The friendly staff, tasty dishes and reasonable prices make this a place you won't be disappointed by. I can't wait to go back 🤤

I wasn’t feeling well, weather was cool and rainy. I just wanted something that would make me feel better and my Pho bowl did just that! The young lady that took my order was so knowledgeable and kind when answering my questions and I also met John the owner he was so welcoming and told me exactly how to fix it up when I got home. I will definitely be going back and highly recommend this restaurant! 💯
