Absolutely amazing staff and customer service! I love the way they communicate with each other and me! Very professional and friendly as well as consistent. I love their waxing beads, soft and gentle touch, warm room and bed (the heat was on and it felt so good in that room), the positions for waxing, funny and loving conversations were on point, and just being in a positive and welcoming environment was the best part for me. I received my first wax ever in 2018 from Luciana; as scared as I was it was seriously the BEST EXPERIENCE!!! Luci is super friendly, professional, knowledgeable and THOROUGH!!!!! My waxes are sooo clean and perfect! I would 1000% recommend her and this place. She’s a perfectionist so you won’t go home with random hairs unless you want them there, of course. She is the reason why I’ve been waxing for 5 years; this is a top experience! The inside is cute, calm & clean. Street parking wasn’t bad either. The receptionist is super sweet also! If you are looking for a clean, friendly, and safe space for all your wax needs look no further. You will love her!!!

I cannot remember the name of the lady who serviced but she was really efficient and did not leave any hair behind. The receptionist was kind and was very helpful with scheduling me. The inside of the place was very nice and clean as well. Pricing was great for me as well. I will be coming back here.

A wonderful experience. Lily explains the difference between waxes and what’s best for hyperpigmentation. She waxes in sections and used coco powder wax. If it’s your first time, the price is $35. Plus, you get a member card and your tenth wax is $10 bucks off. She is located on 138 in the Big Lots shopping center. Thank me later!!!
