I must admit that my most recent visit was very different from my previous experiences. Over the past few years, I have booked with them several times when I am in Georgia and need manicure and pedicure treatments and have been very satisfied with the customer service and the care they have provided. This time, there was a big difference with the professionalism and attention to detail in the technician who performed my service. Since contacting the day spa directly through their online portal contact page almost two weeks ago, I have not received a response. To put it simply, I am disappointed.

Exactly what I needed! Thoughtful, professional staff. No harsh upselling, though although I was interested in the CBD oil massage I didn’t have the time to go home and sleep the rest of the day. My therapist told me it “was very relaxing” so I’m going try that one late afternoon and ho home for a deep nap. Totally worth everything:)

I bought my mom a spa day-long time ago- and she enjoyed this place/people. Down to earth and left her very relaxed. I just had my very first appointment and let me just say I will be back! I am relaxed as ever! When my massage therapist told me my time was up and boy I could not get up lol! I had to roll off because the massage was that good!!!! Definitely be back and get on the packages for every month!

Me & my husband went to the Upper Hand during our vacation in Georgia. It was super nice! The masseuses were very nice and everything smelled really good. We did the couples massage, it was something different that I hadn’t done before, but I liked it!

This was a great experience.The receptionist was very polite and helpful. The massage therapist, Ashley was very good. She also gave me great advice on how to take care of myself in-between massages. Looking forward to the next one.

Absolutely the best massage I've experience. The staff was pleasant and helpful the entire time. This was a wonderful birthday present. Will definitely revisit soon.

Wow. This is my happy place. I found it through groupon and learned there was so much more. I had the pleasure of working with Phyllis and her daughter and they are GIFTED. They are truly beautiful people who are passionate about their craft. I had the honor of getting reki done and it was life changing experience and it helped me to continue to walk of my path of healing. I also got crystal alignment/ energy cleansing. Yes it works. Yes its worth it. Best 80 bucks i have ever spent. Tip my girls tho!!! But seriously everyone is friendly,! Especially the receptionist, Raven. She is sunshine in a bottle. She will make sure you get what you need and is so relatable. Their storefront has a vast selection from unique brands that I usually don’t see in these type of places. Just book your session already . You wont regret it.

My whole left side of my neck and shoulder was so tight. Chris really relieved me of all my pain. I would recomend the upper hand spa to anyone who needs a spa day. awesome crew awesome message therapist my husband and myself enjoyed our massage today.

Excellent experience with the ladies at Upper Hand Day Spa! My niece got a jade stone facial from Katherine and loved it!! I got a massage from Marianne and loved it! My sister received a massage from Kila and loved it! We highly recommend these ladies, services and this spa!!

Marianne was amazing!!! I got my massage as Bday gift and I asked her to focus on my hands because of work and sports. A week later and my arthritis and pain are still gone!! Will definitely be back for this miracle.
