😠 I wouldn’t recommend this place. The new management Gloria & her staff do not care about the tenants. Gloria, doesn’t know how to talk to her tenants. It’s all about a paycheck. I wouldn’t recommend this place. The new management Gloria & her staff do not care about the tenants. Gloria, doesn’t know how to talk to her tenants. It’s all about a paycheck. When my lease was up the staff put my paperwork(my identity) on the wrong door. When I told Gloria about it (just sorry) Exactly it not your identity!!!! (Very clumsy, not professional at all) The new management didn’t introduce themselves. This property has nothing for the youth. If you are looking for a nice home more for your money. This isn’t the place. The management act like they care but don’t let them fool you. Also, they can’t keep maintenance people. I also had leaks never was fixed. Just sprayed painted over. (Pictures below) This place also has a pest problem. (Rats, bugs pictures below)The place does not have good lightening, and the stairs are pure nasty. I have uploaded pictures to help people not to waste your money on this property.

A disaster... do not engage, back away slowly people. No really, if you are looking for new digs, this place should not be anywhere on your radar. I was taken in like the fool I am, handing over $233 for hope and desperation to qualify (which I easily do based on poverty guidelines), for reduced rent due to disability. This property has been purchased with bond money and is supposed to be flipping over to income restricted, based on income. It would have been a huge help since my son and I have recently become displaced at best. But no, they simply took my money ($233 a lot for me) and have never processed my application. It has been over two weeks since the money and application left my person. They quickly processed the payment w' a rapidity paralleling a tornado. I have called, left messages, nothing. I received one call back which said they would let me know within 24-48 hours, that was over a week ago. The person that called was named Morgan or Gloria, maybe both :) . This is a con, please my people, do not be fooled like I was. Amen

Sooooo it’s 82 degrees in my apartment, I’m pregnant and have a special needs son that has seizures and nose bleeds when hot. Maintenance stated it’s not an emergency and will come the next business day. I have asked for the corporate number multiple times and have yet to receive it. They were suppose to do preventive maintenance a month ago, air filter wasn’t changed and they probably didn’t put freon in my a/c either. I work at an apartment community and I know for a fact this not how a business suppose to run……..

Y'all...what's going on here? Please explain. Your residents deserve better than this blight and health hazard. Update: this was finally cleared 2/16 after being there for weeks. Glad it's gone, but concerning that it took leaving a Google review for it to be addressed (the timing is too convenient). Be better, guys.

My sister been living in this apartment complex since 2017.She have never had any issues until they sold to this new property management. She recently moved from the town home back into the apartment in April 2023 and since then she have had 5 leaks. The first one was like a water fall in her appliance closet. She showed the staff, they sent the maintenance guy and his repose was, There is nothing he can do since the leak had stopped. They seem to never be able to keep a maintenance staff. Right now they have a 19 year old as maintenance. Not to knock the boy for his hustle but he clearly do not know what to do when there is a leak. She went away on a business trip to return to water damage on the ceiling. She proceed to show the staff of the damage. And was in hope that they will be able to fix it before leaks began. Its has now been about 3 weeks since this issue was brought to their attention. Maintenance (19 year old) came to seal up the leak before figuring out the problem, now that people have moved above her the leaks has started back and even worse. She have explained to them that she have had a transplant and therefore taking immune suppressants. She mentioned a number of times her fear of mole and how damaging it can before her health. However, they seemed not to care. Not to mention the trash piles up every weekend and a tree fell on her car damaging it and they had nothing to say about and even made a smart comment. My sister is very kindhearted and forgives so easily but something need to be done. So I do not recommend anyone staying in this apartment complex! In my opinion staff my seem nice but they are rude and do not care about their residence. The apartment looks nice on the outside but they have major issues! You have been warned!!

Edited to add: I see they’ve come down on the prices after a year. Can’t imagine why…it’s too bad they couldn’t offer us a lower price like that while we were still residents. But ultimately, it wouldn’t have changed anything considering how downhill other things were going. Things were great when we moved in in June of 2019, but recently the apartments were bought out and it’s just gone downhill. Maintenance has gotten worse, trash overflowing, little communication from office. But the biggest thing is the raise in rent prices. We are moving out of a 2 bedroom 2 bath unit, and our rent is currently $870. For this same unit on their website they are asking $1400 a month. DONT FALL FOR THESE INSANE PRICES. They are not worth it. Also, when they approached to ask us about early renewal of our lease this year, they only offered us an early renewal price that was $175 more a month! We definitely weren’t planning for that much of an increase. And when we expressed we couldn’t afford that, they just said “okay, well that’s the market value so hand in your keys when your lease is up.” No care was given that we are great tenants for the past 3 years with no late payments or anything. They really don’t care. Also, the apartments around these ARE NOT THAT EXPENSIVE. I have no idea what market they are comparing these to, but I can’t see how they can justify the hike in price when nothing in the unit is changing or improving. Also, the photos in the website showing the interior of the apartments is misleading. They don’t look like that so don’t be mislead by the photos or even the tour. I’d ask to see your individual unit before signing anything. It’s disappointing when you are a perfect tenant and a company can’t see your value until it’s too late. The neighbor above us moved out about 3 months ago now and no one has moved in, and I’m sure no one has even been in to prepare the unit for a new tenant. So I don’t know what’s going on here, but it definitely isn’t good. All the community events and stuff like that just feel fake when you don’t care about your tenants or listen to them. And these community events are part of the new management so I feel like it’s a distraction tactic rather than than actually making tangible improvements to the community. I included a photo of the trash overflowing, it was like this for an entire weekend and into Wednesday of the following week. This is the only trash receptacle too. Disgusting. This was never an issue with the old management.

Avoid at all costs. new management is shady. Pools are never open. Tennis court is a pile of rubble. The office does not answer phonecalls and sends people strait to voicemail. Crooks and liars. This place used to be great. New management has completely ruined it. Also the trash is usualyl over flowing form the dumpster and in to the street. with rats and raccoons having a feast. See the photos from the other reviews. The ladies that run the office after the new owners bought it out are some of he most unprofessional and rude people I have ever dealt with. Public health needs to inspect this place.

Verandas at Rocky Ridge is not what it use to be. I had to wait an hour for emergency maintenance to call back because it’s no running water for shower, toilets doesn’t flush or sink water is barley coming out. They always switch up different office people. This apartment complex doesn’t care about the people just want the money and keep taking up the rent.
