Chris is a very competitive and knowledgeable Jiu Jitsu practitioner under Professor Paul Creighton. He’s been grappling for years and has an excellent demeanor for teaching and applying Jiu Jitsu techniques. I very much enjoy our rolls and learn from each and every one of them. This is a great gym for both beginners and experienced practitioners. Chris is a highly experienced and knowledgeable professor with excellent teaching skills. The other students in the adult classes are all very fun. This is also a great gym for kids to learn Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, as they provide high-level hands on instruction to give kids the tools they need to learn defend themselves, develop confidence, and practice discipline. Come give it a try, you won’t regret it!

Rolling with Chris and his students was fun last night. It was my first time there. Everyone was welcoming and very friendly. A great place to train! Chris is professional and very nice. The facility is top notch and clean. I would definitely go back to train there.

Our family has had a wonderful experience here! Our 11 year old has played baseball, flag football, basketball, etc. but none of the traditional team sports were anything he’d get excited about. Fortunately we heard great things about this place, and it’s been really awesome! It builds confidence while they are having fun, and there is a wide range of ages/sizes of kids, and there are girls and boys. The Coaches are excellent. Our family could not recommend this place any more-it’s a lot of fun, it’s active, and they form friendships easily in this environment. Highly recommend-you can try out a free class at first, and that’s what we did. Definitely check out the free class, and I bet your kid will be hooked. They have 3 classes per week, and you can attend as many of those as you are able. We try to come all 3, but it’s nice to have that flexibility when things get hectic or someone gets a cold. They have adult classes that I hear great things about as well. Definitely recommend-this is a place of excellence without being intimidating for beginners.
