Fandangles tends to be our DragonCon weekend default dinner spot. The food is always excellent and the staff is awesome and helpful. Wait times for when we come tend to be longer but given that it's a 60,000+ person convention it's completely understandable

We decided to give Fandangles a try after a long drive to Atlanta for a volleyball tournament. According to the website, the restaurant closes at 10. We rushed to get dinner as soon as we checked in to our room, arriving around 9 pm at the restaurant. The hostess outside said we could only order take out at the bar, which we did. We moved to the end of the bar where we were told to pick up our takeout. We waited patiently for our food as the restaurant was pretty busy. We understood the wait and did have a couple of the bar staff ask what we were waiting for. Finally, after nearly 45 minutes, someone found our food sitting at the opposite end of the bar. Unfortunately the food was not palatable. The fries were cold, dry, and tasted of oil, the burger soggy and the cold chicken wrap was soggy and very overdressed. The manager was very apologetic as was another member of the bar staff. The manager credited the cost of our meal back to our room and suggested we still take the food as she would have to throw it away anyway. We accepted because of the late hour and found a microwave. We salvaged the burger minus the bun. The fries and wrap were a lost cause. We appreciate the refund and the manager’s kindness, but the food, even if it had been fresh, just did not taste good. I cannot recommend this restaurant. We gave 2 stars because we were impressed with the manager of Fandangles.

Great service, good restaurant and in room service at Sheraton. Warm and gooey Peach cobbler with vanilla ice-cream is highly recommended. Tried seared salmon and chicken noodle soup turned out good but portions were small for the price.

I ate here twice while staying at the hotel. The first night I had the special - shrimp and chicken fried rice. Good flavor, but a bit heavy on the salt/soy sauce. The shrimp was the star of the dish - deep fried, but without breading, so it was crispy without the heavy breading. The second night I ordered the sausage and onion Flatbread. It was delicious and hit the spot perfectly. I also had a mixed drink - the boulevard. It's great if you like fruity drinks, basically like an alcoholic strawberry lemonade. Portions were large both nights which made the higher prices more reasonable. The service was a bit slow, but very friendly.

Food was absolutely delicious. I have never had a better shrimp and grits than what I had here. The crab cake was also delicious. The staff and service were fantastic as well. Very welcoming atmosphere.

Fandangles was a different experience for me. I liked the casual and trendy atmosphere. I enjoyed the meal but our server became a stranger after he seated us, brought us water and took our order. William and the other staff were more accommodating and treated us better. The gentleman bussing the tables was great and got the server's tip. I can't remember his name, but when I do I will certainly shout him out.

Takes forever to get your food. Both times we came here it took over an hour to get our food after we ordered it and the quality was not on par with the prices charged.

I would not recommend. The service was especially poor. They seemed to be under staffed. It took almost 35 min to even get bottled waters. They got my cocktail order incorrect. I did not get my entrée salad until the meal was completely over (over an hour in). I had to remind the waitress 3 times that I did not receive my salad. I asked for complimentary fries for the extremely long wait. She said they have fries but they would not be complimentary. At the end of the meal she gave us a discount on the meal, asked if we wanted any more drinks and meal coupons. However, all this could have been avoided if she would have just brought out the fries I requested for the trouble. Fries are a lot cheaper than meal coupons and drinks… The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because the food was decent. It was expensive for what you got, but not terrible. I would give the service 0 stars. I found the waitress to be extremely rude. I would recommend if you are staying in this hotel, go out for dinner instead…

We were staying in hotel, so initially this was easiest place to eat, but the food was so nice we returned a second night. We were given warm bread with our drinks. I had the ‘nice small salad’ which was exactly as described. I added salmon, and it was perfect. We ended with peach cobbler (which was so good I ate it before taking a photo, so you’ll have to imagine!) Thick sweet pastry, warm peach, a little cream, served with vanilla ice cream. Excellent.

I know it's a hotel restaurant and expectations are low but wow. I got a grilled chicken Ceasar salad. Nothing fancy that's fine. It was over $20 plus tip and I did take out. It was barely side salad sized. Tiny piece of dry grilled chicken. Again I knew better than to have high expectations but this was bad. Bad bad.

To be fair, I didn't actually eat the food. The food didn't look like it would taste good. I also couldn't eat the cheese topping the flatbread. After waiting 40-50 minutes, at a time when the restaurant didn't seem extremely busy, I declined to eat my order, because it had a dietary restriction on it that was not listed in the description. The service was slow. The best thing would've been the convenience, as I was staying in the hotel, but I ended up having to walk somewhere else for dinner.

Food was delicious but greatly overpriced for what it is. Two burgers, two waters, and an appetizer were over $75. Upside is the wonderful convenience and beautiful view.

We enjoyed our 14 year Margarita and Old Fashion cocktails prepared by DJ. He gave us stellar customer service and recommended the Angus burger and Fried Chicken. I prefer my burgers cooked medium and it was perfect! The Friend Chicken was juicy and had just enough crispy skin & flavor was on point. Thank you DJ for a great experience!

This is the restaurant located inside of the Sheraton hotel. It is very casual seat yourself dining. The food prices were high for what they were serving. The room could use an update, the chairs were worn out and it's right next to the pool. For a Friday night they only had one server, he had too may tables to cover by himself.

Finest bar in the Sheraton Giving this review exclusively to give a shout-out to DJ. Excellent service and was working his butt off as the only bartender to make sure everyone was taken care of.

Disappointing for the price. We paid $50 for a dinner for 2 (no drinks), and got food of slightly lower quality than I'd expect of an Applebee's. The "fresh pico" the menu promised with my quesadilla was prepackaged Heinz salsa, and our fries were somehow both overcooked to a nearly-black brown, and also soft and chewy. I know everyone is hurting with supply chain issues, but seriously: if you can't do it right, take it off the menu.

Their struggling with finding enough help, servers were friendly but overwhelmed. Meal was not very memorable. The restaurant really needs an upgrade.

Took for ever to get food. Drinks were served in clear Dixie cups. Menu is very small and super expensive. Waitress was super nice but that was the only pleasurable part of the experience.

Horrible!!!! Super expensive and the staff sucks. We went here during a convention so they had a very limited menu. Im in a wheel chair so they put us in a section that they were not using. No one came over for 15-20 mins I finally asked for a server. I ordered a Bloody Mary and a sprite and 2 meals for me and my husband. Our food came in about 15 mins not still no drinks finally about 30 mins late i flagged down someone and asked. The bar tender gave the guy attitude. $40 for a Bloody Mary, chicken tenders, and chicken quesadilla worst food ever

Just Wow!! Never have I had such horrible service! They could care less that your there and it shows. No hello, no smile, takes 5 min for someone to even ask you of you need anything, this is at the half full bar! We stayed in the hotel so it was convenient to go for a drink and a snack but I'd rather walk on glass barefoot to go somewhere else! Don't waste your time and hard earned money! Tried it twice for drinks since we were staying there thinking it may just have been a bad night the first time, NOPE, its brutal! I'm not one to complain, just give me a small smile and say hello, acknowledge I'm there and have pretty good food and I'm set! Oh and watching the bar back clean glasses, drop the rag, catch it with his foot and go right back to cleaning glasses inside and out was the topping no one wanted!!

When I entered it took at least 30 minutes to be served, despite the fact there were literally only 4 people ahead of me. The food was flavorless and I got stopped by another waitress to pay again for the meal I paid the first waitress for. She didn't offer to help the whole time, but wanted to stop me to pay again. Needless to say I never eat there again.

Seriously better food here than other restaurants around the area, by far! It's a compliment. Great service.

TERRIBLE!! Waitress wouldve been good if she wasnt overly stressed because kitchen wasn't doing their job. 3 of us in our party never received our food. Sodas were in cans. Overpriced and underperformed. I had to walk out since my blood sugar got low since I never received food. Manager was horrible. Had a little party on the side while her restaurant was on fire. We will NEVER return until new management is hired.

Pretty expensive for what you get. Paid $15 for a pizza, it was good but not great. Wait staff was good with checking in on us a lot. Restaurant should have a trail mix without nuts for guests with allergies. Atmosphere is good for a sports game. Beer flight was all IPA's, they should have more variety with a GA beer flight.

😠 DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!! Terrible service! The server cannot remember what you ordered…it cannot be that hard to write it down. Friends waited for (Hennessy) drinks…at the same table for an hour and 15min. It took the bartender 3 tries….It took over an hour to get food even with a reservation. YOU CAN...
