We
decided
to
give
Fandangles
a
try
after
a
long
drive
to
Atlanta
for
a
volleyball
tournament.
According
to
the
website,
the
restaurant
closes
at
10.
We
rushed
to
get
dinner
as
soon
as
we
checked
in
to
our
room,
arriving
around
9
pm
at
the
restaurant.
The
hostess
outside
said
we
could
only
order
take
out
at
the
bar,
which
we
did.
We
moved
to
the
end
of
the
bar
where
we
were
told
to
pick
up
our
takeout.
We
waited
patiently
for
our
food
as
the
restaurant
was
pretty
busy.
We
understood
the
wait
and
did
have
a
couple
of
the
bar
staff
ask
what
we
were
waiting
for.
Finally,
after
nearly
45
minutes,
someone
found
our
food
sitting
at
the
opposite
end
of
the
bar.
Unfortunately
the
food
was
not
palatable.
The
fries
were
cold,
dry,
and
tasted
of
oil,
the
burger
soggy
and
the
cold
chicken
wrap
was
soggy
and
very
overdressed.
The
manager
was
very
apologetic
as
was
another
member
of
the
bar
staff.
The
manager
credited
the
cost
of
our
meal
back
to
our
room
and
suggested
we
still
take
the
food
as
she
would
have
to
throw
it
away
anyway.
We
accepted
because
of
the
late
hour
and
found
a
microwave.
We
salvaged
the
burger
minus
the
bun.
The
fries
and
wrap
were
a
lost
cause.
We
appreciate
the
refund
and
the
manager’s
kindness,
but
the
food,
even
if
it
had
been
fresh,
just
did
not
taste
good.
I
cannot
recommend
this
restaurant.
We
gave
2
stars
because
we
were
impressed
with
the
manager
of
Fandangles.
