OMG! This place is super dope. So many Guinness half and half drink options and of course plain Guinness. They offer a variety of other good craft beers and plenty of mixed drinks and other liquors but they have Guinness and pretzels and I couldn't be happier with how good it was. I really enjoyed this place and look forward to coming back. Definitely worth a revisit. Check them out if you haven't already.

Excellent food at reasonable prices. The fried goats cheese is OUTSTANDING! service was right on and friendly. Although I didn't drink they do have an extensive selection of beer and booze. Parking, I believe is free although we parked @ a meter across the street. Nice atmosphere can get a bit loud but that's just everybody having a good time. A must go, 6 people with 2 appetizers and 6 dinners was under $150.00 including the tip.

The establishment was plenty of parking around buckhead village. The restaurant is big and nicely decorated. I’ve come during the World Cup and holiday season and every time is a great time. They have a plenty of drinks to choose from and all of them are amazing. The food is also really good and well priced. Overall I would recommend coming for any sport event or just to grab a drink.

Came in for drinks and to watch the F1, but the owner was nice to let my group know. He was going to close down before the race even started. The drinks was good, and the service was awesome. Definitely will come back again.

As I dipped my soft pretzel into the golden hot cheese and sipped my dark brown libation, I was hoping the rest of my fair would be as good as the start. I was not disappointed. Everything was brilliant. The food was delicious and the service was top notch. And for Buckhead the prices were very reasonable. Can’t wait to go back and gain another 5 pounds.

The service was excellent here. The location is stunning and loved it. We were at the rooftop bar and it was beautiful. I loved the woodwork inside and felt like authentic pub.

Irish pub food in buckhead! They have my favorite shepherds pie and fish and chips! They have a dinner and lunch fish and chips where dinner is two pieces more. I recommend the pretzel and salmon bites for appetizers. The bread pudding is good as it’s not too heavy. It’s vanilla ice cream and hot bread pudding. Valet parking is available or validated parking deck.

I wasn't necessarily excited that the group had mad a reservation at the pub for dinner - who likes pub food? But this was GOOD Irish pub food. Several people had the shepherd's pie and all said they were impressed, one person had a burger and said it was delicious. I had the chicken curry and I would order it again. Appetizers were good as well - a huge pretzel with sauces, the cheese dip with very good wedges of a type I've never had before, and fried goat cheese. I was very impressed with the food quality.

They keep taking my review down. Very antisemitic place. They are best friends with guy named Ness from Croatia who harrases everyone and has a swastika on his back and celebrates Hitler's bday. English bartender said all Jews need to leave Georgia and go back to where they came from.

Nice furnishings, but some seats need repair. Shepherd's pie tasted fine, but was priced about twice as much as the small portion size warranted. Salmon bites were good. Server never brought part of the order, and was not really paying much attention, even though it was not busy. Bathroom dirty.

Visited Fadó during a recent visit to Atlanta. Located in Buckhead, this Irish Pub has high ceilings and plenty of seating for a sports bar. I developed an instant connection with this pub - they stream all of Liverpool games and that’s all I need to develop affinity for a bar. I was bar hopping with a group of friends and the bartender at Fado were really generous to host us despite having made the last call just before our arrival. Their Guinness pour is smooth yet strong - just the way it should be. Bartenders are polite and engage in good conversation if you like. Definitely a solid recommend!

Had a company event here. Stellar service, great food. Was free beer and wine so we didn’t get to try any speciality drinks. Will def revisit! Small parking lot for the restaurant itself but there’s a deck right around the corner.

We went to the Atlanta History Center and we're ready for some food! We changed up on Fado Irish Pub and we lucked out! They were friendly and amazing! We got some appetizers to split and loved the wings (buffalo and some lemon pepper) and their giant soft pretzel. This hit the spot for the whole family! The adults got to enjoy a beverage and they were perfect. The staff was wonderful and friendly.. something that seems hard to come by nowadays! Can't wait to go back!

Great place to catch a game, eat wings, and share a traditional Guinness pour in an Ireland themed restaurant. Sat on the patio under a heater with my party and caught a little college football on a Saturday. Great stop for watching sports of all types and hanging out with good company. Cheers!

Quesadilla and pretzels were off the chain! Service was disorganized but the waitress did the best she could to keep up. Had to wait too long for our table to be bust and saw others waited on when they came in afterwards. Overall, this place is jumping and the food is top notch.

We went over to Fado today to grab a drink and a snack. It was a fantastic experience. Our waitress, Kat, was amazing. She was very kind and attentive, and she kept coming to check on us the whole time even though we were on the patio outside. This was old school customer service at its best. It’s a lost art these days in Atlanta. Thank you, Kat, for taking such good care of us! We will definitely be back soon.

My boyfriend and I came on October 10th to watch Football/The Atlanta United Game around 6:00 pm. I made a reservation but we were about 10-15 minutes late. We got there and they said they were full, I told them I had a reservation. Not only did they still have a table reserved for me, but it had my name on it! Our server was busy but very sweet and our drinks and food were great and she got to us as quickly as she could. Since my boyfriend and I had our Atlanta United jerseys on, the hosts/staff (although they were busy) made sure that we had a TV facing us with the game on. At one point another group asked them to put on another game so they again made sure we had the ATL UTD game on a TV near us. We actually had 2 major football games and the ATL UTD game on 3 TV's facing us and we could not have been happier. We were only 2 people but they really made us feel like VIP's. I've always liked this place but they have my business forever now!

If pubs are your thing then you need to visit Fadó Irish Pub in Buckhead. They currently have new business hours, but the customer service remains excellent. Upon arrival I found plenty of on street parking near the restaurant, and with a short walk I was at the entrance. I was warmly greeted, my afternoon reservation was found, and I then chose great outdoor dining on their covered patio. I chose high top bar seating. From this view you’ll see passersby walking dogs, shoppers heading in, and out of nearby department stores, singles, and couples sitting on area benches, and socializing. Many people can be found out, and about, and enjoying a beautiful summer afternoon. The atmosphere is full of moving good energy. For my entree I ordered the bacon cheeseburger, and thick cut fries. This grilled all-beef patty, American cheddar, Applewood smoked bacon, lettuce, tomato, onion topped burger is worth the visit to Fadó! The side of hot, and perfectly seasoned fries was the right choice. If you haven’t visited Buckhead dining options lately. You now have a new reason to. Thank you for reading, and sharing this blog Dining Today!  For your next dining out experience I hope it’s amazing, and make sure you are wearing fantastic accessories from  Diary Talk And More.

Excellent Irish pub with high-end flourishes and good food. Happy-hour pricing on food and beer during the afternoon soccer matches make this my favorite Atlanta soccer pub. Valet park or metered street parking. Saw Manchester United win the 2016 F.A. Cup here so always a special bar for myself!

I am blown away by the hospitality, smiles, and level of professionalism displayed by all staff members (especially the bartender, Whitney) at Fado in Buckhead tonight. I was planning on having 1 beer and getting St. Patty’s Day take out, and ended up staying for two courses and multiple beers. The food was only outdone by the service! I know that tonight should have been the most lucrative night of the year; for the staff and the restaurant, but the vibe was nothing but positive and welcoming. This was my first visit and I will certainly be back! Thank you for allowing me to escape reality for a bit and providing a sense of normalcy in the midst of all this chaos! 🍀

My friends and I were really looking forward to eating here. The menu looked amazing, the atmosphere seemed warm and inviting and they’re an Atlanta United pub sponsor so we thought this would be an amazing place to watch the game this past weekend. The first red flag was when we walked in. There was a sign that said to seat yourself. This wouldn’t had been a big issue if we hadn’t made reservations and had to confirm those reservations earlier that morning. We went upstairs and had a drink before we decided to find a seat to watch the game. We found a table for the four of us near the bar and were greeted by a server. He asked if we were getting food. We said not now but we would probably order something later and we’d order more drinks after we finished the ones we had. About fifteen minutes later, all our glasses empty, no one had come back to our table. The table to the right of us was served promptly, they finished their food, got the check, the table was cleared, and a new couple sat down and was served by a different server then the one that greeted us. Each of us made eye contact with our server. I had my menu open and no drink. I am READY to order and at that point I was hungry, so I was ready to order food as well (my husband and I really wanted to try the chips and sauces). We finally give up and order from the bar. I want to stop here and say this wouldn’t have been a big deal if he hadn’t come up to our table right as we sat down to introduce himself or if he had told us we had to order from the bar. After having to order from the bar we decide to leave after this drink in the middle of the soccer game. While we are drinking a couple sits to the left of us. They are immediately greeted, get their drinks in record time, their food even arrives before we leave all done by the server that greeted us. We were sitting there for at least an hour with no service. I’m not one to make assumptions but I’m hoping this inexcusable bad service, no, lack of service was because of short staffing (which on a Saturday night, during a soccer game, as a pub sponsor is unacceptable) and not the fact that my friends and I were not sporting designer bags or heels but instead were wearing Atlanta United gear and sneakers. I hope that as a pub sponsor, they take my review to heart and try to treat everyone that comes into their establishment to spend money the same. I don’t think we’ll be returning any time soon.

Imagine a millennial and modern Irish pub concept. The food is great. There are a ton of mixed drinks. Beer is beer. Visited at a very busy time. I have zero complaints but there is no homey feeling or friendly feeling of a traditional Irish pub.

Food was decent. I loved the voodoo wings. The shrimp and grits were extremely cheesy but you only get 5 shrimp and for $14 I was a little disappointed. The bbq Mac and cheese was ok ..Prices were kinda high for the amount of food given. Parking was a little difficult.

The sauce on the bread pudding tasted like syrup with cinnamon added. All the food I ate had flavor but missing something the bisque was just a roux that is used probably on the shrimp and grits. The the gumbo was chicken soup and greasy.. won't go back..sorry 😞

The service was great the food was subpar. Tasted like everything was either frozen and then unthawed or they just over cooked the pasta. It seemed like the food was more food truck than dining and a brick and mortar.

This is a perfect spot for lunch or dinner, especially on a rainy day! We had the voodoo jambalaya and the red beans and rice with sausage, which was all incredibly comforting. We got regular portions with enough to take home for later so I imagine you could probably split a large between 2 people. We also ordered a bread pudding which I highly recommend! The service was excellent. The gentleman who took our order helped me work around a food allergy and he brought us samples of other desserts. Saving this place to revisit during a future trip to Atlanta!

Awesome fun family event. Went there this weekend for a Wedding Shower. The roof top deck is outstanding. Whitney and Tori were our bartenders and servers and could have not been nicer, friendlier and helpful. Food was excellent - Shepard pies, fish & chips, deviled eggs were a hit. This is a really great venue for a special gathering.

The first time I visit any restaurant I order the fish n' chips. It's not as easy to make as it might seem, and it's a favorite dish, so I use it to test a place. The menu states Fadó has the best fish and chips in Atlanta, and it's not just boasting. This is absolutely a top contender. The fish is perfectly flaky and crispy, and the chips are hearty. I can absolutely recommend it.

I went here the first time this afternoon to watch football and all televisions were on soccer. I asked a bartender do they play nfl games and she said yes. She said after soccer and I asked did she have an idea of the time and she said I don't know. (Now if you work where they do this on a weekly basis you could give me an average time... but ok.) So I left and went to another bar and came back after halftime. No one greets me. I asked a server if she knew which TV had my game on, (I've never been here before and didn't want to walk around wandering) She said, "I don't know" and walked away. I then sat at the bar and the bartender from earlier just looked at me while others never said a word. I left! So rude!

Great place to watch Formula 1 races with the locals. Early events you can get some very nice brunches. The Irish breakfast was perfect. Gotta try it!

Excellent corn beef and cabbage meal .....I had to get two orders! The bread pudding is off the chain ⛓️. Will definitely recommend 👌🏾 #iwillbeback

Irish Sports Pub with tons of TVs for sports viewing. They also open early for Formula 1 Fans on Sunday Morning and provide us fresh coffee. For brunch I recommend the breakfast tacos! Delicious.

Drink prices are a wee bit high, but hey it's Buckhead. Drinks were very good and the staff and servers were very nice. One of my favorite spots in the area.

Terrible. went in on a Saturday afternoon. Empty other than 4 or so other people. Waited for 15 minutes for a bartendar to show up behind the bar. Ordered a beer, bartendar doesn't say a word, turns around and walks toward the taps on the other side of the bar. I wait for another 15 minutes and still no beer, no bartendar. I get up and leave. Wierd place with a depressing vibe.

They pretty much have the best bar food imo. We came in randomly last night as a last minute decision. The bartender informed us that they were closing but Alyssa our waitress was super sweet you would have never known they were slower that night and possibly not expecting many patrons. Her service definitely made me open to returning on a game night.

Went for dinner & a drink. For a Thursday evening this place was busy. I had the fried goat cheese appetizer, which was pretty good, & the shepherd's pie was very tasty. Even though it was busy, I had excellent service. The place looks very nice, but the volume of music & voices was very loud.

Best fish tacos I've ever had. At an Irish pub... Go figure! Signature Old Fashioned was amazing, too.

Went there today for lunch with my daughter. She had the Reuben and I had corned and cabbage. We both agreed, it was some of the best we've had. I would definitely return the next time I'm in Atlanta.

Overrated place. Used to be an Atlanta staple, but now is another commercialized chain. Bartenders and servers are a little strange and don't seem to like customers during the daytime or happy hour. Got overcharged on a round of drinks and had to protest it through my card company.

Nice Place. We visit mostly to be with like Minded people (Atlanta base for official Liverpool Football Club's local chapter). Good variety of spirits and excellent vibe.

Wonderfully authentic Irish pub, including a snug and a fireplace. I will definitely be back!

I come here to watch f1 races and it's great! Open for early morning races and generally not too crowded for f1 races. Recommend getting the buckhead village parking validated here if you drive, or park at the library parking lot not nearby. Food is standard bar fair and good. Service is good too

You all were great, especially Heather behind the upstairs bar along with the other nice ladies. Thanks for your great service. Food was good, too. 😋

On our 5-day Irish pub tour, we stopped in Buckhead at Fado's Irish pub for lunch. First off, let me say, this is one of the most beautiful Irish pubs we have seen. We took our seats at the bar. Our bartender, Russell soon came over and we ordered our usual Irish beer, Smithwicks, and Harp. They were very cold and most refreshing on a hot summer day. We shared the fish tacos with chips (fries). It was delicious. We chatted with Russell, btw, he was from England and he was very friendly, and attentive. It was a great experience. We will definitely return.

Not the best food, but the place to go to if you want to see a good football (soccer) game in Atlanta. Several tv’s so you’ll see whatever game, premier league or any other league you’d like to see. Good variety of beers

I ordered harvest bread pudding and received a brownie instead. I ordered the shepherds pie and I found a staple in my food (random foreign object) I had to spit it out and the food made me sick. I all ask is that you care about preparing food for people to consume.

Went for drinks on a weekday and watched the ATL Utd game. Service and atmosphere were great while the food and drinks were okay. I had the cheese dip and wedges and a mimosa seltzer (because they were out of the beer I wanted) while my friends had wine, a salad, and the fish and chips. It was packed on a weekday which is great (depending on the vibe you're looking for). Recommended for grabbing drinks with friends or watching a game.

Popped in after checking out the Christmas Market. Service was impeccable. Guinness flowing and scrumptious Lamb Dip Sandwich. Our bartenders were on point and provided a great atmosphere. One even suggested and took our picture with the Santa that was there for their brunch. Pub Santa is the BEST. 10/10.
