First of all the silverware looked awful. I ordered the lobster bisque. It was too thick and oily. It needed some cream or milk in it. Didn't like the taste and the croutons were so hard I couldn't chew them. Was very disappointed. The prime rib was tender, I ordered medium well, but could have tasted better. I've had better steak at Long Horn and Stony River. Didn't give you enough mashed potatoes to go with the meat, and they were supposed to be garlic, but I could hardly taste it. They don't give you any bread with your meal, so I wasn't quite filled up when I left. They did give us a free tiramisu for our anniversary, and it was excellent. I wouldn't advise wasting your money here for the prices they charge. We ate here years ago at another location in GA and the food was excellent. Maybe my expectations were too high. This was in July but I am reposting because it wouldn't allow me to upload my photos at that time

Server needs more training but we all new in something. Killed ne on the salt. Nice to go on special occasions. Dinner maybe different from lunch dining. Steak was good cooked just right

Came here for my 30th Birthday. The food lacked seasoning and was mediocre. I wasn’t impressed. I may go back to try other menu items but I’m not sure, I’m sad to say that I cook better food at home. The Scallops were COMPLETELY unseasoned. They were simply pan seared, most of the dishes my family and I had were similarly under-seasoned.

Excellent job by M & S for our Atlanta casual market dinner this past week. Celebrating a friend’s birthday and they were excellent. Food was on point and drinks were delicious. 5 Stars Sea bass and steaks were excellent

McCormick & Schmick's Seafood, by far the best shrimp and grits! Their spin with the Honey Tabasco was genius. It was so good! Extra treat was she smoked Old Fashion!

The place is great inside, we were at a convention that had 15k people in the area all getting out at the same time we were seated quickly and our server was great the food was awesome I highly recommend the shrimp Kisses. We tried to get reservations for the following night but they were booked but we weren't surprised. All in all I recommend this place

I recently dined at McCormick's; unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. When I sat down, I noticed several issues with the food and the service. Firstly, the glasses at the table were dirty, with visible lipstick stains on the rim. This is an oversight that one would not expect from a restaurant of McCormick's reputation. Clean and presentable tableware is a fundamental expectation. The jumbo shrimp I ordered needed to be deveined, an introductory presentation standard. Attention to detail in the kitchen is crucial, and this oversight could have been avoided. The mashed potatoes I received were bland and lacked any discernible flavor. It starkly contrasted with the herb goat cheese mashed potatoes that accompanied a different meal at our table, which were notably more flavorful. It's disheartening to experience such inconsistency in the quality of side dishes. While the waitress was pleasant and accommodating, the service as a whole fell short of expectations. It took excessively long to receive new glasses, water, and food to the table. I expected a more efficient and attentive service for a restaurant that prides itself on offering quality food at higher prices. In conclusion, my visit to McCormick's was marred by subpar attention to cleanliness, a lack of consistency in food quality, and slower-than-expected service. A restaurant of this caliber should strive for excellence in all aspects to meet the expectations of patrons with discerning palates. I hope these issues are addressed to raise the restaurant's reputation for providing a high-quality dining experience.

The Google directions were accurate and led us directly into the valet parking deck which was $30 but well worth it in my opinion. (Parking in that area can be pretty hectic.) We were about 15 minutes late for our reservation but were seated pretty promptly. The hostess who greeted us was ok but our waitress made up for it. I don’t remember her name but she was awesome. She explained the menu when we had questions and our food and drinks arrived in a timely manner. We ha the margarita (7/10) and the MS Iced Tea (9/10) Lavender Haze (9/10) For the appetizer we had fried oysters (3/10)and the lump crab crake (8/10). The entrees we had were pretty good. The serving size was decent and everything had a good amount of flavor. The Chesapeak Shrimp (8.5/10). The Grilled Swordfish- the fish portion was small yet filling (9.5/10) The truffle mac & cheese -tasted better than it looked.(8/10) The lobster mashed potatoes- very flavorful (8/10). Overall, an positive experience and will definitely return.

Honestly I was expecting something better, about the price. Food was nothing special. Service not so great. Atmosphere is just sufficient,and food not very well presented.

Hungry for lunch decided to try this place. The service is lacking. The waiter was unwelcoming. He was slow. I mean slow. Forgetful. Had to remind him on item we requested. Did bring us bread when the other waitress was giving good service. Other than taking our order the waiter didn't bother to check on our table. $20 for a burger, I was expecting something very delicious. I was wrong. Small serving of fries. How is this place in business with such bad service.

I would like to start by saying that we have frequented the McCormick & Schmick's in Cincinnati on several occasions before we moved to Georgia. The Cincinnati location more than exceeded our expectations for food quality, ambiance and amazing service. Tonight, 11/12/2022, we drove 2½ hours to the Atlanta location only to leave very disappointed and taken back by our experience. Granted, they were busy due to several events including the Chris Stapleton concert. We had 5 p.m. reservations and were seated about 10 minutes late which wasn't any inconvenience due to the high business levels. After being seated is when our experience took a down turn. My wife and I both ordered the pan seared Alaskan halibut. When the plates arrived, the presentation was great, however, I sent my plate back due to the fish being completely raw. The replacement fish was fully cooked but pressed completely flat and overcooked but still had good flavor. My wife's appeared to be cooked perfectly. About 10 minutes after we left, she started having bad stomach cramps and got sick 2 times before we got home (2 hour drive). Our server was very polite, however, she didn't check on us for drinks, etc., as often as preferred due to the high number of tables she was tasked with. We were very disheartened by tonight's experience. We understand that things happen and would normally give it a second chance, but the fact that my fish was raw and hers made her quite ill, I doubt we will revisit the Atlanta location again.

This was my first time trying this restaurant and I would like to say it definitely did not disappoint. I was welcomed at the door by three super friendly hostess’s one named Sparkle. Now Courtney & Brittany @ the bar were great and Courtney makes a fabulous strawberry henny margarita as well as a crown pomegranate Margarita. The ambiance was very chill! My entree of blackened chicken pasta and Cesar salad were excellent!!! Also, the lovely stylish manager with the white pearls on was very pleasant. I can’t wait for my next visit! Thank you for the excellent experience ❤️

Meh. For the price I can find you about 100 other better options within 15 minutes. But if you like the ambiance and overpaying go for it. Service is decent menu is good if uninspired. Nothing really bad except the price for what you get.

Diverse menu, friendly staff, and the food was excellent! Had the bourbon glaze salmon with lobster mashed potatoes and spinach. Everything was cooked perfectly and out to us in a reasonable time. Highly recommend if you’re looking for great food and a great atmosphere

Dined at M&S while in downtown Atlanta and had a nice experience. Food was very good. Ordered Twin North Atlantic Lobster tails and Ali Tuna. We also had couple glasses of red wine.

The food here was amazing. The service was not great. Waiters were too busy to take care of tables. And the tables are very close together, not a lot of privacy.

I was taking here for my birthday. I must say it was a very delightful experience. Service was excellent, Food was very good and fresh, and the atmosphere was quite inviting. Will definitely be back again.

First time at McCormick and it was great. Bar service was a bit slow (5+ minutes after you order). The food was delicious. We had the Mahi Mahi, ribeye, stuffed salmon and clam chowder. Everything was great.

Went here for an anniversary dinner. The staff and food was wonderful.

The food was very delicious. However not sure the wait was worth it. It took a couple of hours to get our food. Again not a single complaint on the food as it was great. Just wish I didn't have to wait 2 hours to eat. Waiting with kids made it nearly impossible. I highly recommend you clear your calendar and be prepared to wait a very long time if your going to eat here.

We made reservations online and when we arrived the reservations didn't show in their system. We was still seated with no problem but the food was okay. I guess our expectations was a little too high.

Where do I start, everything was immaculate from the time we walked in to the time we left. I wish I could remember the waitress name because she made the experience even better. She was so nice and sweet, and very professional

It was my first time dining here I expected more being that it is in the center of all the tourist spots. Food was mediocre, cocktails were not strong had to ask the server to add more alcohol. The air filters and ceiling are so dusty. One thing I did like was the fact that you can close your door to your section is you are seated with a larger party.

I ordered from DoorDash and this is how my chicken arrived for my salad I ordered. It look like the aluminum foil had already been used a few times as it was all crumbled. Add to that, it was just tossed inside the bag as seen in the picture it was partially opened as you see in the picture. The steak I ordered was sitting on top of mashed potatoes. On a nice restaurant like this you would think they would know how to package their food.

Service was very good. The food was also. If you're having an anniversary, or something like that, they may designate your table as a VIP. You and your special guest can receive a choice of a preselected desserts from the menu. Their best dessert was the apple one, but it wasn't on the preselected menu. I had the sea bass, it is a good size for someone with a healthy appetite.

Wow so freaking good. This will be our new go to dinner restaurant when we stay at Harrah. Everything was so tasty and fresh. I highly recommend, we went on a Sunday Night with no reservations and was sat right away.

Enjoyed McCormick and Schmick before the Luke Combs concert July 30, 2022. Despite my guests being delayed from the massive rain storm, the hosts Jarvis and Jessica (awesome host team) and our server Nae (excellent, patient and happy) took great care of us. Pre-ordered dinner so ready when everyone arrived. Excellent service and awesome food. Salmon, Steak - delicious. You need to book this great restaurant really close to Mercedes-Benz Stadium and the Olympic Park when in Atlanta. Thank You McCormick and Schmick - Loved our service, Food / a memorable night.

My experience was really a good one, but I couldn't give it a 5 star. The reason is because my son and daughter both had to send their steaks back because they were not cooked correctly. They both like their steaks cooked totally opposite from the other, and it looked as if the kitchen mixed up their temperatures. Our server, Majestic (who was AWESOME), apologized and had them redone. Because of this, my family couldn't eat together (It took a while for their food to be redone, and I had finished my food before their new plates came out). The two of them ended up just taking their food home with them. I am not going to let this one experience stop me from coming back. I would definitely give them another chance. Oh yeah, the manager came over and talked to us about what had happened and gave us free desserts because of their mistakes. I appreciated that. I'm sure I'll give them 5 stars next time!

Was in Atlanta with the wife for a week and wanted to splurge on a fancy dinner. I was a little skeptical about a dinner at this kind of price but I was shockingly surprised! This was honestly one of the most juicy, flavorful, perfectly cooked steaks of my life! Had some mushrooms on the side and that rounded it out perfectly. Wife had the Crab cakes and she said they was so good, she almost cried. After being a little put off by the prices to begin with, after eating the meal, I regret nothing! It was fantastic and I look forward to doing it again one day!

I ordered the oysters with shrimp on half shell and clam chowder and wine. The presentation of the oysters on the salt was not enticing to the eye, and I was expecting more from what I thought would be more upscale on plating. They did not taste good to me, there were 4, I forced myself to eat 3, they had shells in them as well in all 3 of the ones I ate. The clam chowder was just ok. it tastes more like potatoes chowder with some clam. Loved the bread and butter, just delicious . Would i come back? Yes, I would give it another try, but maybe order something different.

We waited for about ten minutes at the front before someone came out and acknowledged us. They sat us at a table in the middle of the room. Everyone around us was aggravated with the exception of one of the private tables in the back. I only saw two waiter/waitress employees there. We waited fifteen more minutes and then went and sat at the bar. The bartender quickly served us and got our order as soon as we sat down. The hostess didn’t even check on us once. I watched several parties come and go from the hostess station while we were eating. Barely anyone actually got sat at a table before they’d stand there too long and leave. My husband has been to several locations in Baltimore Maryland, and says that their service and food here are horrible compared to other restaurants. The food was sub par. The best thing about the restaurant is the bartender.

Shawn at the bar is the best bartender he made me this Delicious 😋 😍 lemonade w/mint strawberry n raspberries. I also had green walnut salad w/ shrimp to die for the best. Everyone was extremely friendly. Will come definitely.

Took my wife here for her birthday dinner, The wait staff made our visit outstanding from the moment we walked. The young man at the desk seated by the window facing Marietta st. , so we have a great view. Our waitress Tiffany greeted us promptly and her service to us was outstanding. Do yourself a favor and get yourself to their happy hour! An excellent deal with a lot of excellent options. The burger and mussels were perfect. Monte was attentive, kind, funny, and really so enjoyable to spend a few hours with. Oh and he makes one of the best dirty martinis ever! He and Sean both made it an exceptional experience and were really so wonderful. This type of service is becoming more rare and they are both absolute gems!

My husband and I had dinner at this restaurant while on a short vacation in Atlanta. Service was great! Staff was friendly and helpful. Recommendations from both Eddie and our server did not disappoint. We started the meal with Shrimp kisses and the taste set the tone for an amazing food experience. Both the sea bass and the scallops were delicious!

We are from out of town and when we went to visit family, this was the place they suggested we go for the best steak around. M & S did not disappoint! The filet was flawless! It was perfect. Our son in law said it was the best he’s ever had. Beautiful restaurant and wonderful service, too. Someone in our party had a tree nut allergy and our server was very attentive and careful. We had a stellar experience. They also have a couple options for a more private dining experience. Definitely making it tradition to dine here every time we come to visit our family!

One of my preferred places for quality Quality Meals. Service is always excellent even when they have a full house. This place has many great reviews for a reason.

This was my first time going to M&S and off the top, the idea of paying $10 to park I find ridiculous! especially when you have to park across the street from the restaurant and get harassed by people standing by the parking meter asking for money it's a bit scary when you are a woman with two young daughters and you just trying to go out and have a nice bite to eat. I digress, it was for my daughter's 21st birthday so we thought we give it a try. We went late so the restaurant was basically empty but we were seated at a great private table where you could close yourself in so that was a plus. Our waitress was awesome very courteous and commutative. However, not sure if the menu is limited do to Covid, but the selection is not all that great when it comes to choosing your vegetable. They are already are pre-selected with the entree so you can forget trying to substitute! Because of this I got a simple fish and chips plate which was basically your cod and french fries which were seasoned pretty well so I will say they both were pretty tasty. The restaurant was clean overall and the ambience was amazing. if I have to say what I go back probably not but is always worth a try for the first time. side note if you are going for a birthday celebration they do absolutely nothing to honor that birthday again I'm not sure if it's due to covid but we let them know in the door that it was my daughter's birthday and they didn't even acknowledge it so if you're going for a birthday celebration if you want something big you might have to ask if get free dessert or something. I'm not sure because it's considered a little bit more of upscale than a place like let's say Applebee's that they even do anything like that but just to give you a heads up bon appetit!

Well don’t have any pictures to post, was so upset of the order I placed to pickup. This specific location no where to park. Parking in front super dangerous. The staff very polite, but the food was horrible had a stuffed flounder with vegetable and mashed potatoes ( overly priced and was a small portion, I order a stuffed salmon with crabmeat spinach and mashed potatoes ( small portion overly priced and ordered a bowl of lobster bisque which I never received and cost ($16.00) overall spent $101.89 I called and spoke to manager, she stated that the $16.00 we be applied back to my card. I’m still waiting. Will not recommend or return to this location.

two days ago was the first time we came to that good restaurant. But It is obviously not the last time. We had a good time with the attentive service, with the exceptional dishes and wine and with the honest charge. We will no doubt return there in a short time.

We went in. Everything was on time. Food was more than excellent. Everything from steak to seafood. Drinks were shoe stopping and the hostest was our server. When there was a special request put in on the middle of the meal it was taken over smoothly and a family of five left happy

I’ve been there Oct 2020. - They are following Covid safety rules: sanitizer available, social distancing, staff wear mask The food: - this is a sea food, guess what the fish is delicious :) quantity is just enough, perfect. - i had a dessert, the crème brûlée is not perfect, but it is much better than many place I have been in the US. - staff is nice - outside of the restaurant is currently under work, but this is temporary. I definitely recommend this restaurant, for professional or personal launch and dinner Price for 1x Pelegrino + 1x Salmon signature plate + 1x Crème Brûlée = 45USD incl taxes before tips.

The bar tender comes to the table to make the drink right in front of you and it was pretty interesting and fun. The food was very flavorful and filling. The vegetables on the side were seasoned perfectly and cooked properly so that they were not overcooked. I wish that this place was near my place of business, I would have visited again to try the other entrees and drinks. I would highly recommend this place.

I wish I can give them a -1! This was my absolute worst experience I've ever had in a dining in restaurant. It took them two hours for our food! (and it seemed like they didn't care because gratuity was added to the check anyway) There were only 3 couples in the whole restaurant. My husband had a cheeseburger w/fries and I had crab cakes/ with burnt potatoes. Our ticket came up to $95 with a $15 gratuity. I will never ever eat there again. We didn't get water refills, we ended up having to go to the bar ourselves to get our drinks (however I was very pleased with the bartenders). Management did not come to my table to let us know what was going on. My mother's birthday dinner was going to be there this weekend but after that bad experience there's no way they can handle 25-30 guest.

5 stars for McCormick & Schmick's. It was reported that they laid victim to violence while darkness persisted in May/June 2020. My sincere condolences, you were innocent. They who unleashed their pain, shame and hate on your restaurant will be revealed in the light, their motivations clear for all to see. those who seek you are forgiven peace on earth

This place is outstanding. Customer service under these circumstances can be tricky but they executed it professionally. The seafood fettuccine was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend this place.

I get to eat here a lot since I work close by. I like how the service is always fantastic and they keep the spot well kept at all times. Rates are fair and they serve large portions.

We have been to McCormick & Schmicks before. We ate at the one in West Palm before it closed. Our reservation was for 845 and we arrived at 840 and were seated immediately. The place was pretty empty. We sat for about 15 minutes before we even saw our server. Then after we ordered our drinks we waited for another 30 minutes before we got our drinks or even saw our server again. We ordered our dinner and waited another half hour to get our steaks. The steaks were good but the service was disappointing for an expensive steakhouse that was empty.

Messed up my food purchase order with 2 items. Other than both the Chef and the gentlemen who took my order were very kind and professional. They made great efforts to complete my order.

Went to this restaurant with friends to celebrate a dear friends bday it was the most horrible experiences that I have every have Do not I repeat do not go there first went we sat down and the service was super slow the and the did not tell us that we wanted to order and was out of a lot of items and it was still advertised they were out of when the food came it was cold I sent it back and they put it in the microwave which made the shrimp rubbery so as I said do not go there I won’t be back and I will tell my friend

I really enjoyed my lunch here. Simple, good ingredients prepared really well. Which is how it should be. Good portions, and a very kind and nice professional wait staff. We were worried for a minute because a big table ordered before us, but our food came out at the same time as theirs, which is especially impressive due to limited Covid staffing.
