Bottom line: The chef's table is a rare experience with a rare experience price. It you want to make sure to emphasize that an occasion is special, this will get it done. The chef's table is located in a nook off of the main kitchen where you can watch the ballet of an large culinary operation while you eat your dinner. You get a multiple course meal with wine pairings, neither of which you pick or really know what they will be ahead of time. We got two dedicated servers and the chef brought us our entree course. We had a blast, our servers really paced the entire meal so that we were able to really enjoy everything. The price tag is no joke, so not something you'll probably do frequently, but I think it was well worth it for the experience.

It's been a while so I can't remember the specifics but everything was delicious and great service. Oysters were fresh, love the nachos, the steak and the beignet. The ahi tuna is the only thing I didn't care about. A good selection of whiskey and wines!

First off, I will start by saying I was not offered a free visit to give a review. My friends and I were having a bday brunch and found this restaurant while we were scrambling for another choice as the initail brunch spot had some issues and we could not eat there anymore. This is just my honest opinion! Parking: It is not as easy to find the parking lot, but they have clear signs about where to find parking. The parking garage has a lot of parking spaces and you can validate your ticket at the restaurant! So yes, even though it is a paid parking garage, it is free for paying guests. Food: Since this is a buffet style meal, some items were a hit, and some were meh!. We were a party of five, and each tasted something different! Everyone loved the sweet potato and pastrami hash. The biscuits were smaller in size than what I am used to, but I think that was perfect, and the eggs were very creamy! Another hit at the table was the fruit and yogurt & the shrimp and grits ( the seasoning used was to die for). The quiche was cold, and the Mac & Cheese and turkey sausage were "so so." All in all, the food was tasty, and the only big issue I had was not really the taste but more environment. Since it is a buffet style, you have to go get your own food, which is located in the kitchen area. In this case there are certain things I prefer to leave to my imagination when I eat out just because of who I am as a person and so for me seeing that, I was not enticed to eat properly. I was just making it clear that the restaurant was not dirty and I did not observe any unclean practices, but because I was going through an active kitchen, I did not feel enticed to eat. Again, this is just a personal ick and one of the reasons I give the restaurant 4 stars because for that price point, I want all my senses to be wowed. Drinks: The drinks were wonderful. Most people in my party got the Orange Mimosas, which did what it had to do. It was strong and just the perfect buzz for brunch. Service: The service was good. We were seated pretty quickly, and luckily, there was no wait time. As soon as we sat, they took our drink orders, and then we went to eat. Throughout our meal, we were always checked on, and I really appreciated that!

Stopped here for drinks several months ago and really enjoyed the bar and decided to come back for dinner. Eclectic selection of cocktails which I loved! Great menu! I very thing we saw come out looked amazing! We had the Thai Asian salad and Beef & Broccoli. Both were delicious and we will definitely return for dinner again and try some of their other amazing looking dishes!! The Bourbon menu is out of this world!!

The food and service was good overall, but, like others have said, this is a bit overpriced. The portions for $25 per entree for brunch doesn’t seem justified when it’s something you can get at any other brunch place in town for less without having to drive to a big office park with nothing else around it. This location needs better wayfinding. The sign to Local Three in the parking deck by the stairwell is small, and the sign inside the office lobby is even harder to find. They do validate parking though! If you’re in the area, then this place is a good option for a nice brunch with friends.

If you love Miss and Turner you will love this other restaurant by the same owners. The quality of food is top notch. Definitely enjoyed the shishito peppers and burnt ends. The mixologist make some great drinks as well. This restaurant is a must try!

We were there eto celebrate a birthday party. We had a chef's table done. It was an amazing experience with 7 course meals. Each meal had come with a wine. The presentation was lovely.

We had the Chef's Table experience. We took a long walk to a table in the midst of the huge kitchen and then proceeded to have an 8 course meal over the course of 4+ hours. Drink pairings, tax, and gratuity were included. We were with another couple and the server Armand was awesome and time passed quickly. We enjoyed all the food and flavors other than the dessert which was just meh. If this helps anyone, we've had Michelin tasting menus in Europe, and the portions here, in comparison, were enormous, so be prepared to eat a ton of food or box up a lot of it. Highly recommended!

This place is outstanding. You would not know it's here pass by, nevertheless, the Sunday brunch is out of this world. The service rivals that of being at a resort. The bartender, shame on me for not getting his name, made me a Brunch punch that only made my meal exponentially better! You want fine dining, this is it and you can sit outside on the patio.

The Chef’s Table is the best dining experience we’ve ever had. This 8-course dinner offered by Local Three is nothing short of stunning. For this experience, guests are seated in a private section of the kitchen. Each delicious dish is paired with a wine selected by L3’s sommelier. If you’re looking for the perfect date night, or to shock your friends with some of the best food ATL has to offer, book the Chef’s table at L3. Don’t forget to arrive hungry!

A secret gem Local three has a chef's table experience that is incredible. The menu and the wine pairing were fantastic, but the service puts it above anything I could have expected. The value of what you get is better than other tasting menus. If you want a great private experience this is one of the best in the city.

Just a heads up. They DO NOT HAVE THE BRUNCH BUFFET ANYMORE!We came specifically for that and were disappointed to see it gone. However, what we ended up ordering was still good though a bit expensive. We got the shrimp and grits, biscuits, bacon, eggs, chicken sandwich, bourbon cream coffee, and peach Bellini.

I don't know what they put in or on the McDowell, but it must be Ground Unicorn Horn or angel whispers, because this burger, will make you question your other life choices, its that good seriously, been there a few times and no matter what is served at the table, its all good, and the Pizza rolls are not what you expect WOW!!!

The specialty drinks were good but a bit too sweet for me. The oysters were a definite no--not good quality. However, the duck meatloaf and the short rib were amazing.

An absolutely astounding eight course tasting dinner at the chef's table last night. One beautifully presented deliciously tasting course, one after another. Kudos to the chef (Brandon) and the server(Katie). Thank you!

This year we thought we would do something a little different for Thanksgiving. We ordered the full holiday meal with some add on sides. The service on the phone ordering was amazing. The drive up service bringing out the huge box of everything was amazing and they were super organized! I was so excited as I was having my 80 year old aunt and uncle over (which was a big deal because they don't get out much anymore) and we had opened our table to a couple that has no family locally so they could have Thanksgiving and be with people. I was looking forward to the chef curated meal and that it was going to be a delight to my guests and we could just relax and reheat. Thanksgiving morning we realized there were no directions in the box. So, my ever clever and helpful Hubby got on the internet and found their reheat instructions online. Thank goodness the internet wasn't down at the time! We reheated everything that needed it carefully and displayed it beautifully and it looked amazing...until it came time to taste. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't great. Not $600 good for sure. I was not happy at all. The mac and cheese tasted like it was out of a box, the turkey had no flavor worth mentioning, the green bean casserole was very loose and liquidy. I had added some nice fresh cut pear to the salad and it really added a great texture. The cranberry sauce was probably the best thing about the whole meal, but one can not live on cranberry sauce alone. :) My hubby made homemade, from scratch sweet potato casserole from a church lady recipe book and it was the best thing we had. The "chef curated" food was not up to par at all and I am very disappointed especially spending that kind of money to be able to not be in the kitchen and enjoy my precious family and my sweet aunt and uncle that went through a lot to drive to our home. Not to mention, our sweet friends that we were opening our home to give them a Thanksgiving they wouldn't have had otherwise. After the meal, we pretty much threw everything away. It wasn't good enough to keep and I didn't think another reheat would serve it well at all. I do want to share the picture of the perfect, from scratch German chocolate cake my aunt G brought. We had that for dessert. The love and the pure deliciousness that went into that cake put the "chef food" to shame. I am not asking for anything, but I wanted someone to know. The meal was not bad, but it was not good at all and just was not Local 3's standard that we have come to expect.

Wonderful evening at Local Three with two girlfriends. Great lively vibe, good music, and excellent service. Our server was incredibly helpful with food selection, cocktail suggestions, and wine. The entire eveing was perfectly timed. We had the cheese plate starter and each of us thoroughly enjoyed our meals. Aside from our server, the entire staff was helpful and welcoming. Five stars across the board.

I admit that I had given a not so great review earlier on. I have ordered from this places a good amount of times, still after that review because I realized I absolutely love the food. The empanadas are amazing, I've also tried the street tacos and the beef stew, both were very flavorful. I appreciate them and the food they make. Definitely worth trying it out!

The service was fantastic. The mussels we had as an appetizer were ok. They didn't have any flavors that stood out or popped. They were a little on the salty side, had a little kick but not overwhelming which was just right. My wife had the sole which was cooked properly and tasted good but again lacked distinguishing flavor. I had the dry aged pork chop which was a down right failure. I asked for the cut medium. It was well done. I am happy with a little char but it was charred burnt in spots, bitter. The chutney was to sweet. The accompanying sweet potatoes were but the slightest smear on the plate. The serving of greens did have a stronger presents on the plate. For the price the portions were small and the flavors were not robust enough to make up for it. It took over an hour for our dishes to come out. Will try somewhere else.

Food and services great. Hidden fees, 5% “admin fee” for… what? We had a cheesecake that they cut a that was $2 per person. These fees just felt under the table. Just charge the fees you need, and don’t add fees that ruin the experience.

Found Local Three on a random Google search for a late Sunday evening dinner with family. Very pleasantly surprised. The evening started out a bit as a mystery as we pulled into an upscale (more like pretentious) shopping office complex and we’re directed with signs to a parking garage in back and up a few levels. When the signs stopped we parked and went in search of Local Three down a level, past a staffed security table and down a narrow corridor. But once there we were immediately charmed. Very friendly and unpretentious staff (our server was late to his job interview here also just trying to find the restaurant. Upscale and friendly atmosphere. Starters and mains to please. Trout and Snapper were excellent as well as the charred beef tips. Start with a bowl of their garlic truffle popcorn as you peruse their wine, cocktail and extensive whiskey and bourbon menu. Desserts - if the party is big enough order the run and get knives and plates for everyone. Parking is validated when you arrive. Great evening.

Their location hidden away in an office building only adds to the "it factor" for these awesome folks. Amazing craft cocktails slung on a ever-evolving menu by a fantastic bar crew. One of the better whiskey collections in town. Food is always delicious and I'll encourage you to not overlook the McDowell burger over some of the more alluring options. It's a great cheeseburger you won't want to miss.

A favorite in the area! Everything is amazing, never gotten a bad meal! Be sure to stop by the bar for a drink before and grab one of Sean’s signature cocktails! The menu is always changing and they are all incredible. Food is super fresh and locally sourced. A must try for the ATL area!

Local Three provides indoor and outdoor seating, they serve Creature Comforts on tap, and the food is great. My wife got the burnt ends, which are taking something similar to bbq and elevating it! I had the burger and fries, which were also good. The validate parking in the garage, too. Recommend!

We went for a company dinner. The service was excellent, and the food was generally pretty good. Everyone that ordered the pasta was not happy though. I think the food was inventive, but the prices were a bit too high. For the quality and number of plates, a 20% reduction in price would have been appropriate.

I gave 4 stars for overall value and service. It was a “girls night out” and we did the chef’s table. (Literally in the kitchen). Was a bit disappointed that we didn’t have any interaction with the chef but our server Jason was awesome!! I’ve done several tasting menus and server presentation is at least 60% of the experience in my opinion so Jason definitely delivered. The overall value was good because it included excellent wine pairings. The food was good. Everything was cooked well, steak slightly over cooked for my taste. The oysters were really fresh. All the dishes were interesting and the progression was nice and thoughtful. The mussels and Brussels was my favorite. Again really nice wine pairings. I would return.

4.5 ⭐️ Definitely a little tricky finding the restaurant, and I feel like they can change up the decor / seating inside to elevate it and match how great the food was. I do love when restaurants pre-split dishes when you say you’re sharing… it’s a great extra step. The edamame was a very tasty appetizer, the sauce is highly addictive. The Thai salad was full of flavor and quite filling, the strawberry and avocado salad was good, but not much to it so it would get the Thai salad. The mountain trout main was delicious and the beurre blanc it was cooked in was perfection.

Found this spot on a business trip. Atmosphere and food was great. It also helps to have a great server. Thank you Armand for the recommendations!!!

It's a pricey place, but high quality. There's a lot of variety to choose from with the shareable plates as well as oysters, charcuterie, and cheeses. We had a couple and they were good, but a little pricey for the portions. On the other hand, the entrees all had generous portions and were delicious across the board. They have a modest selection of draft beer and a decent list of bottles/cans. Good list of wines too, but their specialty is clearly whisky, so it's a great spot if that's your thing. Service was very polite and reasonably quick. Overall I'd say this place is a great destination for a nice dinner in a fairly casual atmosphere.

Love this place! Unique food options and literally, almost one million bourbon options. Bloodys are on point and all of the brunch options we tried were fan-freakin-tastic! The atmosphere is a nice vibe too.

Really REALLY GREAT!!!! If you can, a must go. Service was FANTASTIC! Food was DELICIOUS & had a Kentucky mule that was mighty fine too.

This restaurant has it all! An interesting menu, a fantastic cocktail list, well executed, local ingredients, plenty for folks with different dietary needs. The space is cozy and well thought out. The best thing, though, is the service. Marc made us feel like we were the only people in the restaurant on a busy Saturday night. He was also very knowledgeable about the menu (drinks and food), and made excellent recommendations. Come here! You won’t be sorry.

My first outing since moving to Atlanta and glad it was here! I Went with a large group and the staff handled everything with ease. Service was quick. Food was amazing. A little hard to find because it is essentially inside a very unassuming office building.

Loved the ambiance inside this secret restaurant! The strangest location. We’ve lived and dined out in the area for 10+ years and never knew this existed. The spicy peach burrata is amazing! Did not love the duck bolognese-too much of the same and not too tasty. The chef’s veggie pasta dish was meh. Drinks were on point and our server, Mark was perfection. Willing to try it again and hope to make better food choices. Decor is fantastic. Love the humor and fun integrated into an upscale restaurant.
