Went here on a Tuesday evening and it had great vibes, drinks, and food from their popup menu. The decor is really nice and the whole place is comfortable and cozy. I can’t wait to be back. The poutine is the best in the city!

Definitely a cool place for chilling with friends after dinner at night. Especially it's really convenient to the Ponce city market and the beltline. We just love the vibes here. Staff are friends and cool, no complains about the food and drinks.

This is a must go in Atlanta and you do not have to be a fan of Twin Peaks either. I have been here numerous times and still enjoy coming here. I always have great service, the drinks are amazing, and the food is unique and affordable. One of the best things about Bookhouse is the tiki/taco Tuesdays. They serve specialty tacos, some vegetarian, but not typical tacos for Tuesday. Not only that but they also serve tiki drinks and you can purchase them in a tiki mug you get to take home. The drinks are real good and it is hard not to get more than one. Bookhouse is definitely a place to check out.

Bartender was cold upon entering pub. Told me that bar seating wasn’t available and last call would happen in 30 minutes before I could ask about patio seating (didn’t want to sit at the bar to begin with and only planned to get one drink). We proceeded to head to the patio only to be completely ignored by two different servers. I walked back in to inquire if I needed to order at the bar. The bartender said we would get table service. We proceeded to be ignored while the tables adjacent to us were constantly served. Terrible service. Super disappointing.

Wonderful hole in the wall pub, for nerds, run by nerds. We had the most wonderful experience with our waiter Dev. He recommended drinks for us, and they were perfect. They have a great selection of games you are welcome to play. Truly an unmatched experience in Atlanta. The food was beyond what we expected. We are a group of out of towners, that will definitely be back.

I picked up lunch from them, this past Friday. And paid $13…. They stole an extra dollar from me after, I made it clear no tip. Why am I tipping you for take out.? Be careful and check your accounts after leaving here. I am disgusted. This is theft.

Delicious food - really well done! Atmosphere is also top notch! Board games are on site as well which may, if you’re in the mood, lead to some legit laughs. Highly recommended

Great older pub. Cozy feel inside and large patio outside. I was there on a night they had a pop up guest chef, which I love when bars/restaurants open themselves up to do this. (So photos of food are so so fed popular.) the cocktail I had was awesome, some spicy tequila drink. And a large section of beer. Look forward to going back for a drink. Oh and the staff were fantastic. This place was crazy busy and they did everything to accommodate and make it a special experience.

We loved the food here. I got beef poutine, which was excellent. My friend got grilled cheese and fries and the ranch for the fries was awesome. Everything was great and the atmosphere was low key and surroundings inside was nice. There is a place to dine/ drink outside also.

We stopped in because we knew they had a pop up restaurant in there today. We only got drinks from the pub. They were very good and the waitress was helpful by letting us sample a cider from draft before we committed to it. The atmosphere is great too. They have lots of books on the wall as decor and have card games if you want to play games with your party. Try the trivia card game. It was a hidden gem. I would gladly return again for a drink again.

Smaller pub with decent eats. Cocktail specials are great. Plus, there's a Tardis on the bar. And a mando helmet. This is the way.

The place was terrible. The waitress for super rude. Please save your money and don’t go here. The drinks are really bad, but was surprised me was how rude the waitress was. Literally threw our drinks on the table and asked us to move from our table in order to accommodate a larger group even though we were clearly first. I’m never going back.

Went Sunday evening to check out their Artist Market. It was pretty small, only 3 vendors, but I did get a cute little plant. They didn't have their regular food menu this night so idk how the food is usually. My husband and I did enjoy everything on the specially Puerto Rican menu though. The waitress said they have a fully stock bar to do cocktails but we got an IPA and rose cider; both were good. Our waitress was very attentive and nice. We liked the patio space, service, DJ, and overall vibe. Thanks for a great date night before the start of a long week!

The price was good but to the point that the bartender severed us shots in a mouth wash cup was unacceptable and unpleasant! He quoted “honesty I wants to pour shots only “ it was only 20 mins before last call. He gave the majority people glass shot expect for us. I kinda feel some type a way with the service. He also toss the change back to me on the bar (disrespectful) and I still said thank you. He said whatever. Customer service is wasn’t great and very unwelcoming!! Will never come Again!

I’ve never had a bad time at the Bookhouse. Good drinks, always. Friendly service, always. It’s a happy nerd bar hug.

The staff is really sweet. The food is really delicious, I highly recommend the arugula salad, the wings and the poutine. It’s delicious every time! The pop up menus on Tuesdays are really yummy as well.

Great service. Good food. Cool atmosphere. They were going a pop up night for Illegal food, was a nice touch and change of pace. Nice find tucked away in the area. Would recommend.

I've been going here for years and the atmosphere and food are great. Their menu has become more limited recently (maybe due to covid?), But what they still have is delicious! Definitely try their poutine.

I was really eager to visit this place but their inconsistent business hours ruined it for me. I arrived at 1025p on a Tuesday specifically to get some late work done and grab a bite. Their posted closing time is 12m. Tried to order and was told they closed the kitchen early and that I could order one drink before last call. I asked the bartender what time they were closing and she said 11p. I then asked what their closing times were and she said “Tues through Thurs, sometimes 11, sometimes 12...on Fri and Sat, sometimes 12, sometimes 1 but we mostly stay open past 1 on Sat...it just depends on when we feel like closing." Ok then. Even still, if you're closing at 11p, why would last call be before 1030p? Mind you, there were about ten people in the place. Drove here for nothing. Won't be back.

The Bookhouse Pub isn't what it used to be when I first ate here over a decade ago, but then again I've changed too. The food is tasty, but not as great or impressive as it once was. I miss the tiki nights and the wider variety of mixed drinks they used to have. Still a cool place to hang out, but not as remarkable as it once was.

We were given a different menu from what was listed on the google maps. There were about 5 options for entrees from a Puerto Rican menu that did not include any sides which would need to be separately ordered. We accepted that it was a different menu and were willing to try before judging, but the food that came out was sad, overly oily, and came out in small fry paper trays which did not seem very presentable. The alcohol list was also severely reduced to only beer.

This place was a great place to spend my birthday. It's intimate, charming and unique. Service is great and there's board games to play, even books to read.

Great spot in midtown to grab a drink & a burger. The atmosphere & decor are fun (book shelves & movie prints), and there's a great little patio.

We hopped into this place while searching for a late night snack. Unfortunately, kitchen was closed but we recharged with a couple of cold drinks. Liked the interior and fun paintings of characters on the wall!

Lots of good books and art. Outside patio is a great place to hang out as well. Food is decent and drinks are well made. Price keeps it from getting 5 stars in my book.

We went for a private event but the owners have created a very "nerd-friendly" establishment. I can't wait to go back on a regular night!

Friday night, 10:30, they serve food until 12. We were turned away at first- many people were turned away prior and after us. Then as we discussed with the male associate at tge front door, he DECIDED to seat us ..... meanwhile several empty tables. Food took over an hour to get food- after ordering hamburgers. And It was mediocre, if it even mattered at this point! Staff completely overwhelmed and UNDER staffed in every area. Questions for Management- Been in business long?? Do you know what you are doing?? How can you run a business this way?? I will NEVER BE BACK.

Been coming here for years and was happy to see it full and busy on Saturday night. Sad they closed the back patio, but the front patio is still nice. Food and drinks are always good here

Got there late right before they were closing the kitchen but they were super nice and accommodating to the best of their ability. Only had lemon pepper wings and they were 🔥. The atmosphere was cool not a bad spot to just chill, eat /drink and vibe.

Drinks are always on point and food is decent. Theme and decor and proximity to Ponce and the beltline is why I keep coming back. Staff is nice too.

The burger is the best thing on the menu to me. Love it All. The reason I didn't give five stars. Sometimes some of the staff has not been so friendly. Other than that, great

This was a cozy spot. The beer was good and so was the food. We had "A Night on Ponce", a milk stout and a Red Room. All were good. I can see coming back for a brew or two.

Great, cozy spot for a drink! Loved the energy. Bartender was great on Halloween and attentive. Would definitely go back. I was thankful there was a parking lot, though it is shared with a few other bars and had a lot of people walking around in it by the time we were leaving at around midnight.

Stopped by while visiting Atlanta and had such a great experience here! The pub itself has a low key divey feel, it’s cute!! The staff was super friendly and the food was very good. If I lived in Atlanta, this would likely be my local bar (:

😠 DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!! Terrible service! The server cannot remember what you ordered…it cannot be that hard to write it down. Friends waited for (Hennessy) drinks…at the same table for an hour and 15min. It took the bartender 3 tries….It took over an hour to get food even with a reservation. YOU CAN...
