Great spot for an intimate date night. Ambiance is really nice. And our food came out so quick and everything tasted amazing. We had a really nice server and the bartender made our drinks as described on the menu. I definitely suggest visiting this place if you’re in the area.

Marlow's Tavern Midtown is a great spot for a casual meal in the heart of Atlanta. The restaurant has a warm and inviting atmosphere, with exposed brick walls and a cozy bar. The menu features a wide variety of American dishes, all made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. I recently visited Marlow's Tavern with a group of friends, and we all had a great experience. We started with the asparagus fries, which were perfectly crispy and seasoned. For our main courses, I had the salmon, which was cooked perfectly and served with a delicious lemon sauce. My friends had the black and blue burger and the chicken pot pie, and they both raved about their dishes. The drinks at Marlow's Tavern are also excellent. I had the signature Marlow's Mule, which was made with vodka, ginger beer, and lime. It was refreshing and flavorful, and the perfect way to start our meal. I had a great experience at Marlow's Tavern Midtown. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was inviting. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great meal in Atlanta. * Delicious food * Excellent service * Warm and inviting atmosphere * Great location * Extensive drink menu I would highly recommend Marlow's Tavern Midtown to anyone looking for a great meal in Atlanta. The food is delicious, the service is excellent, and the atmosphere is inviting.

This is the second time that I've been to one of Marlow's taverns. The 1st time was 4 years ago and the experience then is what drew me to this one tonight. When I feel comforted in my surroundings, I never forget the place and this place will always be a comfort for me. The food was delicious, my 1st drink was on point (the 2nd one not so much), our servers were fantastic(I didn't get to catch their names, one was in training and she said it was her first serving job). The ambiance and the service will keep me coming back. Thank you for a wonderful evening...

Great meal at Marlow’s in midtown. They have a few tables outside on the sidewalk and it was a beautiful night to be outside. We ordered the shrimp and crab nachos, which are so delicious. It’s just a few chips(like 8) stacked with shrimp, crab, cheese and jalapeños. I tried the chopped salad and it was very flavorful with a variety of ingredients but I won’t order it again. My daughter ordered the burger and this place has quickly become her favorite place for burgers. Love the fries and their consistency- crispy and soft - good flavor!! Server was sweet and overall a good atmosphere! It wasn’t packed for a Friday night.

Seven out of eight PERFECT dishes. Perfect. Cleanest smelling bar ever. Eight beers on draft. Loyalty club. Know that it’s kept on the understaffed side, so they’re always moving yet your service pace is very, very relaxed. So let your server know if you’re on a schedule. Don’t: Chicken sandwich. Must: Everything elseI’ve ever had here, just scroll down.

My husband and I went to this restaurant for my birthday before seeing Wicked at The Fox Theater. The first thing I noticed was the atmosphere of this restaurant, it is very calm and relaxed with warm lighting. Our food was amazing! I highly recommend the Creme Brulee. Our waiter was very friendly, and was helpful to us, and paid great attention to our table.

Service was a little slow at first but understandable. Our food was served properly and looked great. Kettle chips with blue cheese sauce was amazing, hamburgers are great and the steak sandwich was good. I got the grouper sandwich but would not order it again just because I really like the thick grouper instead of the thin grouper served here. I did ask before I ordered and was told it was the thick grouper. It wasn't, the thin grouper is folded over so it looks like a thick sandwhich. It was our first time here. I will try it again soon. My son said the jalapeño grits were a miss for his taste.

So, the grit cakes are made with witchcraft, totally confirmed by our server, Nick. My sister, her fiancé and I were in town for the night, never been to Atlanta before and I got put in charge of finding the restaurant. Marlow's had such good reviews, I figured it was either amazing or over-hyped. Trust me, this place deserves every 5⭐ it gets! I told Nick my sis and I were going to split the Banh Mi Wrap and the Fish Tacos and they LITERALLY brought the food split on two different plates for each dish! Never had a place split the food for us before! And the presentation was still perfect. Everything we ordered tasted phenomenal. Our service was above and beyond, Nick was a blast. Seriously, can we give it 10🌟?

Food was pretty good. We got the firecracker shrimp which were crispy and flavorful with a little kick. I got the prime rib French dip and my coworker got the Buffalo chicken wrap. We both enjoyed our meals. Service was nice and friendly. Atmosphere was cool. I would definitely come back if I’m near this spot.

Great location in midtown Atlanta. It is a happening place and felt like vibrant yet cozy. The wait staff was super friendly and helpful. The food was good and filling. It is a place to go with a group of people and have a good time. They have bar seating as well as tables and booths.

I got the 6oz filet with garlic butter and twice baked potato and it was the best meal I’ve had in a while! My friend got the honey mustard wings and really liked those too. The service was good, food came out quick, and I also liked the atmosphere. Also, the food was very reasonably priced. Together our bill was only $42. Will definitely be back soon!

Had an amazing Black and Blue Steak salad with Traven Burger and the veggie burger. Surprisingly the best item for me was the salad in the Steak, it was out of this world!!!!!! Perfect acidity combined with rich flavour of the beef. Highly recommend it to everyone!

I always do take out and the guy at the counter is super friendly and welcoming. Everything is always quick and smooth. Food is packed thoughtfully and the quality is quite good and beyond expectations. The only thing that can be improved is that sometimes there’s no ketchup when I ordered fries.

Nice atmosphere and seems to be a "happing place" in Atlanta. I love these types of restaurants. The menu has great options with all the works. The decor is not all that bad as well. Casual dress is a plus and have good music playing. I did not order anything from the bar because I do not consume alcohol. The sauces and food are homemade and everything seems to be made fresh to order. My server (Lila) was very friendly and nice. A little rushy as usual in restaurants as they want to turn the tables as fast as they can. Unfortunately this why I didn't give it 5 stars. I ordered an appetizer with a entree to follow. Both came out pretty much at the same time. Next time I will let the server know that I would like a two course meal served correctly. But it is really no big deal. I just do not like to have a small buffet on front of me as I eat. There is no way she would know my eating habits. Just a little rushy. Get in and get out. I still gave her a $20 tip because she was really good and friendly. If you are looking for a cool place and needing to relax. Check out Marlow's. I am sure you will not be disappointed unless you are a tight wad and do not know the restaurant business and how it works.

Marlow's has terrific presentation. Our waitress Nicolette was friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, always back to fill our drinks in a timely manner, which is very important to us, and her food recommendations were a perfect fit for what we told her we were in the mood to try. All our dishes were flavorful and substantial.

My mom and I came in after spending like 6 hours at Emory and this place was AMAZING! The waitress, Zue, was so kind, understanding, and helpful. She provided us with some of the best service we've ever had. The food was delicious, the blackberry mojito was so refreshing, and the creme brulee was phenomenal. My mom had the black and blue burger and I had the black and blue salad! I've never had creme brulee before, but it was so worth it! Thank you to Zue, the chef, and the bartender for putting my mom and I in a much better mood.

They could use some help in the service area. From the front door all the way through getting the check at the end. Drink orders weren't correct. Appetizers were. Actual meal orders were off a bit, but corrected quickly. It's really loud in here most nights. Don't go expecting to be able to hear the person across from you easily, much less announcements from whatever sporting event you may be interested in on the TV's. We were told they ran out of a very popular Whiskey. That ended the drinks for several in our group. Then they wanted to just go. Certainly better options in the area. It's downtown Atlanta after all. Menu has greater emphasis on their drinks, wines and beer than they do with meal choices. Plenty of appetizers, that's for sure!

Nice setting. We were seated quickly. Pancakes were delicious. Barely had any bacon or fruit, eggs were great. Bottomless mimosas left a lot to be desired. Took about 20 min to get my first carafe, barely had any champagne in it, refills took FOREVER, and too much ice. The manager did a great job trying to make up for the slowness of the staff. Our server had a great personality, but needs to work on checking on customers and bringing what was ordered

Went here for a work lunch during the weekend. We sat at a booth and had great service. There is parking in the deck for free. I had the poke and loved it. The grapefruit drink was also really good. Nice coffee. We also shared the potato chips with gorgonzola cheese.

Tom was the best server ever! I was worried about where I parked and Tom not only told me where to go but walked me out to the parking garage to point out where I should move my car to so it wouldn’t get towed! Awesome customer service. Truffle Parmesan fries and the grit cakes were the menu MVPs, they were awesome.

Very fast service. Amazing food that’s very fresh & very well cooked! Didn’t even have to wait to be seated even though it was super busy. They got my food in 7 minutes! Will definitely be back!

Met for dinner here with a friend. Sat at a very nice high top table near the open full front windows overlooking W. Peachtree Street. The menu has a nice selection of local beers and a good wine selection as well. I ordered the Royale with Cheese...best described as a wagyu beef diner burger. It was delicious. The fries were great. Nice and crispy. And we had an order of fried okra as well. The okra is very lightly breaded and fried in full pod form. Our waitress, Katie, was attentive without being intrusive. Overall, dinner at Marlow's Tavern on W. Peachtree was a great experience.

Visited with my family a total of 7 people, had to remind servers of items we asked for. The staff appeared to be very unorganized. As we were also, brought items that did not belong to us. Tried the crème brûlée and it was by far one of the worst desserts I’ve ever had 0/10 I do not recommend under any circumstances.

I had the crab and shrimp nachos. They were good, but I expected something better. The prime rib sandwich was yummy.

Popped in here for lunch. Sat at the bar. Excellent, friendly service. I had a freshing white Sangria. For lunch I had Prime Rib French Dip - delicious, juicy with soft bread. Yum! Had friend okra. I love when places have fried okra as a side choice!

Awesome place for tavern style burgers, Flatbread pizza and sandwiches. They have a great assortment of local craft beers. The service is super friendly and they make you feel welcomed.

Usually stop by for an occasional lunch meeting. They have a nice selection and pretty good service. I tried out the grouper fish sandwich and it was delicious. Service was very good and attentive to our needs. Definitely a recommended location especially if you want a nice environment for a business meeting.

Our waiter was very pleasant. They ran out of peach flavoring to make peach margaritas. I tried the Blackberry Mojito ($9.50) and it was not my favorite. I asked for an Angry Orchard and a Strongbow - which they were both out of! Not cool, so I ended up drinking Sprite. The drink menu is real basic. There is around 8 cocktails available. The dinner menu has burgers, salads and finger food. The Firecracker Shrimp is really good and costs ($13). I ordered Fish Tacos as my entrée. My husband ordered Shrimp n Grits and it was not his favorite. My kids had mac n cheese with asparagus.

I was in the city visiting and stopped by Marlow's for a quick bite to eat. The service was fast, the restaurant was clean... and the food was perfect. Probably one of the best burgers I've had in a while. The Prime Dip sandwich was also very good.

  • 5/5 Cresta C. 1 year ago on Google
The food is fresh and cooked perfectly. We got the kettle chip appetizer and it was incredible! The fish sandwich was a perfect blend of spices and sauce. The shrimp and grits tasted like Mardi Gras in my mouth! Sooo delicious! We ordered a medium rare hamburger but it came to us very well done, which is our only complaint. The restaurant was clean and our waiter was A+ attentive. Great, fresh, quick food!

We visited Marlow’s Tavern in search of a good burger and were not disappointed. For starters we tried the recommended shrimp and crab nachos. They came out different than how we expected. Rather than crab and shrimp on top of a bowl of nachos, they literally melted those ingredients and cheese on top of individual chips. The taste was still good especially if you like cheesy dishes. For entrees, I ordered the Royale with cheese along with a side caesar salad and my girlfriend ordered the black and blue burger with a side of fries. My burger was definitely one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. The richness of the wagyu beef came through magically. The black and blue burger was also quite good. For the sides, the caesar salad was good but the fries were a bit average. All in all, will definitely return when craving a burger!
