Andrew was amazing and such a delight. The food was good...little pricey but they are located in the Four Seasons...soooo. Menu isn't robust but serves the purpose.

I took myself on a solo date yesterday and dined here around 8pm. The server Shana or something like that was amazing. *please forgive me for forgetting your name* She immediately greeted me by name and said it correctly. I told her I wanted to get into wine but I had no idea what I liked. She asked me a few questions and brought back two to try. She was very attentive and kind. The food was just ok to be honest. I ordered the deviled eggs which were awesome. The House made cacio e Pepe was not good at all. It lacked flavor and the noodles were very tough like they weren’t cooked all the way. They were probably 3-4 mins away from being Al Dente. The plate had more seasoning than the food. My server must have noticed I didn’t like it so she switched it out for veggies. The jollof rice wasn’t all that. It tastes like rice and tomato paste. However, I loved my server and she is the reason this is a 4 star review. I would come back to try something different because it was a great ambience.

This was my very first time visiting Bar Margot. Wonderful experience and amazing dinner partner. The restaurant is located on the 2nd floor of the Four Seasons hotel. The ambiance is very nice. The food is great and the staff is super. Great place for a date night or a girls night drinks and conversation.

My husband took me for Valentine's. We had 5-course meals. Because he's allergic to crustaceans, we were limited to only one option per course. Didn't care for rare waygu. Chicken and Brussels were delish as well as sorbet and nitro dessert bar. Dinner for two was over $500. Wish there was some soft music playing. We sat out in the open, so didn't really feel like we were in a restaurant vs hotel lobby. Waitress was a little awkward at times, but male server was awesome.

Quality of food was amazing. Octopus, shrimp, truffle fries, lamb chops and grouper were the best. Giving 4 and not 5 stars because Service needs some improvement though. The service staff were slow and not proactive in offering appetizers / drinks for our group of 10 at a business dinner. They also mixed up our order at some point.

Great vegan options!! Crispy oyster mushrooms, Brussels and spicy joloff rice with trumpet mushrooms and avocado was all very good! Drinks were phenomenal, and Ruthie at the bar was so cool and such a pleasure, I want her to be my friend. Lol a great vegan spot on 3rd floor of Four Seasons. They have valet.

Champ! Such ambiance and elegance. I love my bartender. I truly enjoyed myself with my girl friends. The video being played showcase vintage films. Their drinks are artistic and delicious at best. The meals and aperitifs are phenomenal. It’s a tad bit expensive, but it comes with a classy feel. It’s situated upstairs in 4 seasons hotel.

Located on the second floor of the Four Seasons in midtown Atlanta. Went by for after dinner drinks. Didn’t get to the cosy seating inside because we didn’t have reservations so we were seated in the hotel mezzanine space by the bar. Service was a little slow but friendly. The old fashion was a little too sweet.

It’s not always easy eating out vegan without it feeling like a burden, but our waitress was so helpful! She was vegetarian & was able to recommend and modify quite a few of the menu items. Very attentive and helpful. My favorite was the vegan peach cobbler with cashew based ice cream. Would definitely come back.

Beautiful spot, fun vibe later on. Service was very slow - waters were only topped off once and no plates/glasses were cleared. We ordered 1 drink each plus the truffle fries (which were amazing). We would have gotten a drink or two more had the service been faster.

This restaurant and bar is located inside The Four Seasons Atlanta, where we stayed for a week while visiting the city. The service is always professional and accommodating. They have well curated charcuterie boards with a broad selection of gourmet cheeses and meats. They make their pasta onsite; I had the tagliolini cacio el Pepe, which was the appropriate level of al dente, and seasoned simply, but well, with Parmesan and pepper. They also have tasty deviled eggs. We tried almost every drink they had, but my favorite was Mordecai’s Escape (pictured). We also had a couple of deserts over our time there, the Baked Alaska (spiced chiffon cake and cranberry sorbet) and oozy dulche de leche with pretzel ice cream. Everything was exquisite. Great place for snacks or a night cap.

Over the top service from employees at the bar. Good wine list.. Kitchen need a bit of work getting food out in a timely manner. Thirty plus minutes for an orkra appetizer. Nice place though.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the food here. We actually ordered the key lime tart two times in a row. But the service and the food and the ambiance make this place a worthwhile treat whether you're staying at the four seasons or not. They really treated us well on our first anniversary. My wife and I just love how everyone was in sync and they try to do their best to give us a nice cocktail that we thoroughly enjoyed.

My Queen and I had a nice time at the Four Seasons Hotel and this restaurant inside was absolutely amazing, and our server Mike was superb with his customer service. He didn’t let my sparkling water glass go empty the entire time. Now, that’s paying attention to detail. He fixed us custom drinks that taste delicious. The atmosphere was relaxing, cool and mellow with a splash of style and charisma with Dj and bartender and servers as well. Nice lighting that set the tone for a smooth night for me and my Queen. I definitely recommend staying at the four seasons hotel in ATL and eat at this restaurant. The valet service was tremendous and courteous. I tip well when me and my Queen receive top notch service. If you want to come to a hotel and restaurant that’s classy and grown up style without any shenanigans that may go on this is the place for you. You are around adults that have money and carry themselves as such with maturity. Make reservations in advance! Spots fill up SUPER FAST!!

Sampled several menu items at Bar Margot today. The crab on the crab toast was so fresh I was looking for the Bay. The French onion soup was very cheesy. There was a lot of croutons and onions in the mini tureen. I only wish they would serve it in a bowl for the price. The burger was one of the best in the city. The biggest disappointment was the mussels. They lacked flavor and were tepid. I have to say though the highlight of the meal was the pastries prepared by Lasheeda who recently starred on Best Baker in America. Every dessert was phenomenal. If I had my choice, I’d skip the meal and go straight for dessert.

The vibe is is outstanding. We came here to order a few drinks as well as to try some of the food. I was not to impressed with the food other than the oysters mushrooms. The octopus was on the salty side. However the drinks was impeccable! We loved each and every drink we order. Would definitely recommend before a night out just to enjoy some drinks while in the city in a different atmosphere. Our server was on point with all the questions we had and was very attentive.

Tasty food with great flavor! The portions were perfect. I love that the menu has a variety of new American cuisine with unique flavor. The menu is inclusive to various dietary lifestyles(gluten free, dairy free, vegan, vegetarian). This is the perfect restaurant for date night, meeting with a friend, or even dinner after work. Our waitress Andrea and she was amazing! For starters we ordered a glass of the Belle Annee Rose wine and the unhinged cocktail. For our entrées we ordered the grilled 9oz chicken with beech mushrooms in a merlot reduction with broccolini and crispy brussels with a bourbon gastrique and cranberries and the grilled 7oz Tenderloin & grilled jumbo shrimp potato puree with a lemon cream and red wine jus.

Called multiple times to confirm birthday party. They claimed “they couldn’t get in touch with us.” We waited over an hour and a half for our table. Our first waiter was awesome while we waited for our table. Gotta say. Our 2nd Waitress barely came around, seemed to not care. Food was great but same quality could be found plenty of places in ATL. Drinks were underwhelming for expectations. Super loud venue, very impersonal. Probably cool as a hotel bar stop but as a sit down, restaurant, eh.

Nice bar/restaurant inside of The Four seasons hotel. The decor is gorgeous and welcoming. Its full of warm colors and plush chairs. It feels like youre in an exclusive club instead of a hotel restaurant. The menu is small but includes unique items packed with lots of flavor. The plating is very upscale. The prices are more affordable than you would think for a place of this calibur. During the summer they had $5 burger and milkshake lunch specials every Wednesday. I tried a white Russian milkshake which had me really relaxed at work. This place is in the middle of midtown so there isn't much parking but they have valet and are very timely with bring cars back. I would definitely recommend this place. Upscale dining in a relaxed environment and at an affordable price

Three stars on atmosphere and service - we didn't eat. It is a rather small space and the music was LOUD - there is a DJ and it seems that Bar M would like to be a club. If that's what you expect at a Four Seasons, then maybe you will enjoy it. A server waited on us, took our (simple) drink order and then wasn't seen again AT our table for 30 minutes. I did see him, however, just standing behind the bar with his work friends. He also sailed by from time to time, but never stopped to check in and explain the delay or even look our way. I want to emphasize that there was no labor shortage - many servers and bartenders were in view. So, all this to say that, for this kind of money, there are many other places to get a drink in Atlanta where you won't be made deaf AND ignored. (May be good for lunch, though...quieter and the burgers looked great.)

So yesterday i call to make a reservation for the bar. When we get there they say that they don’t have any spot in the bar and the only sit they have was outside. Not a bar vibes more like a coffee shop, the alcohol menu very expensive and the food is ok , not worth the money at all you can find more restaurants with better food and better price. Im not going to go back there.

Went to Bar Margot for lunch, I really enjoyed the crispy mushroom sandwich, I would definitely go back to have that again! We also ordered the lobster roll, not as good as the mushroom sandwich, I would suggest trying something else off the menu.

Things you should know: I. LOCATION In the Four Seasons hotel, on the second level. You can't miss it once you go up the grand staircase. II. SERVICE No complaints III. QUALITY Pricey, but you're paying for the ambience IV. CAPACITY We were here around 4 on a rainy day. It was surprisingly populated, so I assume it's busy at night.

This bar is located in the Four Seasons and the hotel itself was very hard to find. However, I called and was given good directions. It took a while to get served but the service was great. I had the lamb chops and they were cooked to perfection. It paired VERY well with the salad that came with it. The drinks were also great. I will definitely be coming back.

While the food was decent, it was grossly overpriced. The bill at the end would be fine if the quality of the product was there. But when you order even some of the simple items as well it easily becomes clear. A simple bread starter for $6 is just one piece of standard bread that's been put in a toaster from a local grocery store and served with a small dollap of olive oil. The charcuterie plate as well at $34 is severely lacking as well, and followup plates that evening are 50 percent overpriced. It pretends to have good food and puts a high price tags on mediocre meals. There are many other places to eat in the area than this one. Get your money worth somewhere else.

A low-key bar and restaurant inside of a four seasons. We originally just went for drinks but the food smelled so good that we couldn't resist getting some. The staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive. The bar itself is low lit and gives off a bit of a smoking lounge vibe. The crowd was diverse, with people of all ages enjoying the atmosphere.

Bar Margot was a disappointment. After arriving at the restaurant I was asked “Would you like bottled water or sparkling?” Sparkling obviously being charged I told the waitress Bonnie “bottled please” mined you I was never told they charge for water. After asking for a minute to order, she did NOT come back for another hour. We arrived at 6:30 and order at 7:22. After sipping on water for an hour the waitress only came back refill our waters. We did NOT ask to have refills. But she knew it was charged and that we did NOT know so she took advantage of that and kept charging us. It was $9 dollars a bottle. After ordering at 7:22 our did NOT arrive until 8:30. Over an hour of waiting for food. Food with small portions mind you. As we ate the waitress kept refilling our water without us knowing it was charged and without being asked. She never asked, “Is there anything you guys need?” but instead came by with waters. At the end of our total of 4 hour meal due to negligence, we received the bill with a charge of $72 dollars of JUST water. We were not told it was charged and the waitress seemed to dragged out the time so that we drank more water. This way she can bring us more adding on to the bill. This is outrageous charging someone without them knowing. Highly disappointed. The food was also not very good especially for how much it cost. You will find better food at a generic steak house or fast food chain.

Do not come here. My friends and I came here on a Thursday night for a fun fancy dinner; however, we ended up incredibly disappointed. My friends and I waited over an hour for our food after ordering. Additionally, portion sizes were terrible. Nothing was worth their price, the food portions were tiny and food was mediocre. One of my friends ordered the duck, which was $34, and only received two slim slices of duck. We were wrongly charged for water. When the waitress came by, she only gave us two options for water, bottle stilled and sparkling, not informing us of the third option, filtered. She knowingly only offered us the water that costs. We were charged $75 for water for “9” bottles despite only being given two. There were two bottles placed on our table, however, the waitress kept coming by and refilling our cups. We were unaware of the pricing and how we were being wrongly charged. Not to mention, the waitress we had was terrible. She rarely checked on us. Service here was truly atrocious. Additionally, we could not divide the bill by items. My boyfriend and I’s charcuterie board went from $38 to $81. That is with tax and the auto gratuity, but our bill somehow more than doubled. My friend’s $28 burger went up to $61. Do not waste your money and time here. My friends and I were done incredibly wrong.

I love Bar Margot! I’ve been there 6 times now I believe. The last time I was there I got the roasted chicken , it was delicious! I love the ambiance. I’ll probably take my out of town friend there in 2 weeks. So twice in one month 😅🤣

I’m an Atlanta local and I love going here. Prior to covid, it was our go to after show hang out spot when we went to symphony hall or the alliance theater or even an evening event at the high. They always have the best djs. Not what you’d expect of a hotel bar/restaurant. It is pricey but it really is quality stuff. We’ve gone to other restaurant/bars in fancy hotels and the food is blah and super expensive. Bar margot’s stuff is actually good aaaand service is always super consistent. Their bar tenders are cool and make great suggestions, too. Great spot for a classy night on the town!

Service and food were awful. We essentially got ignored by the server, Faith, and the manager, Carlson. We had to stack all of the plates on the table before they paid enough attention to clear the table. Half of the entree order were not put in until we brought it up after 30 minutes, the first 2 were brought out with apps. Our server never came back after that. The host (or with how much she had to take on hopefully a manager), a different server, and a food runner ultimatimatly had to help the manager pick up the slack. It took another 20 minutes for my chicken... which wasn't the roulade I ordered and no one communicated they were out. The chicken dish brought out had incinerated carrots, overcooked chicken, and the potato puree was a very odd, unpleasant textrue. The meat and cheese board was never explained to us (which meat and cheese is which?). The tropical desert tasted spoiled and the strawberry desert had a sorbet that overpowered the whole dish with vinigar and salt. The first old fashioned I got because they were out of the coctail I wanted was more water than whiskey when it was brought to the table. 2 hours 15 minutes and not enough edible food for me to be full. No one at the table will ever go back, and it was bad enough I probably wont go to the 4 Seasons if they are willing to let this kind of thing happen in their house.

Everything about Bar Margot was perfect. HOWEVER, the only complaint was the Lead Bartender Tokiwa Sears who was rude and disrespectful to me when my fiance and I were ordering. I had asked for sweet drink recommendations and stated some drinks I typically have (ie tequila sunrise), and she said "Sorry we don't have candy here. We don't use fake sugar. Everything here is perfectly well-balanced; nothing is super sweet." Never once did she smile at me or ask if we even liked our drinks after they were served. I'd go back, because the drinks were very good and so was the ambiance, but I would NEVER have her as my bartender again.

I had a great experience here! We came to celebrate a friends birthday and were not disappointed. Service, ambiance and food were great!! I was pretty surprised by how good the food was to be honest. We had some Brussels sprouts, Mac and cheese and fries and all were above average. The desserts were also mouth watering! We had the bread pudding and chocolate mousse. They brought out the dessert on an extra special dessert tray for celebrations along with a candle that made this a great place to celebrate. We went on a Wednesday night and it wasn’t too crowded. Prices are as expected for the four seasons. I would definitely come back and try an entree!

From the moment we walked to the reservation desk the service was great. There is nothing like getting slammed all at once with 12 tables and your P.O. goes down, yet they bar tender, host, and server seamlessly got it covered. We happened to stumble in on their 5yr anniversary specials and what an absolute treat. A perfect sazerac accompanied by a flavorful crusted burger loaded with and over easy egg, bacon and mushroom heaven. The peach salad had light soft grilled peaches with a top notch crouton game halves Heirloom tomatoes and romaine lettuce with a perfectly balanced dressing. Finished the night out it’s an espresso with perfect crema on top to rotate between an amaro and a creek brûlée. So perfect 👌🏽

The food was good but the service was a little slow. The salmon pictured was excellent though I would have liked more than just a few bites of salad on the side. We ordered two appetizers & for one of them they brought something completely different. They didn't bring the correct one until after we had received our food.
