The food was really good and fresh. 96 health score. We sat outside on the patio. The wait was estimated at 45 min, but we were called in about 20. Waitress was nice and the attached gift shop was beautiful.

After reading many reviews and friends telling us this is the best place to go we decided for my wife's birthday to have lunch there. Well it wasn't up to the standards that I guess my expectations and set. The food was good. Not as delightful as other people have said not as great as what I've had in Mexico on the streets. The server was okay not attentive. She spent more time at other tables talking to people that were friends we waited after we ate for our bill while she continued to talk to other people for 10 minutes and finally had to go to the bar and ask a manager to get me a bill for me so I can pay it. I told him what table I was at pointed to it it was right there and they couldn't come up with my bill asked me what it is that I ordered I said you know there's my server over there why can't you just get my bill but the manager then sent another associate out to ask me more questions about my bill. All in All is very frustrating food okay service yeah the decor very authentic Mexican over the top but hey they brings people in. This is my review you don't have to agree with it if you would like to come in and try it yourself be my guest just don't have a super high expectations

What a fantastic find! Super cool place with multiple bars and dining venues. The patio and outdoor seating areas look really fun for days when the weather was better. The art and decor were fun and unique. Our breakfast was absolutely delicious. I was disappointed that the market says it opens at 10am and we waited until 10:15 and there was no sign of anyone coming to open it. I had definitely planned to do so shopping while we were there. If we lived in town I do feel like this would be a regular hang out for me. Don’t judge the burrito portion size by this photo because it was half gone before I remembered to take a photo 🤪

I can't give 5 stars because I like to be as honest as possible in my reviews. The food and atmosphere are always good to me. I'm not sure what the deal is with the other reviews. The only complaint I have is that it does take a while to get in and seated and then... we did wait a good 10 minutes for a server to come by and greet us. During our stay, we waited another good while for her to come back to order additional drinks. She was absolutely pleasant though and made great suggestions. And there was an Atlanta United game starting soon so when we first arrived, the restaurant was packed. However, the service didn't get any quicker once the fans had left to go to the game. That's my only issue. All in all, it was fine. Just be aware that you're very close to the stadium, and if it's game day, service will be slower, AND the parking lot will be full. They allow anyone to park there if they pay. I guess I get it. It's another way to get money, but sucks for the patrons of the restaurant.

Found a new spot! Great for a date, family dining or dinner party. The decor makes it very comfortable, my son loved the lighting. Our server was great I believe her name was Caty or Kody, but she knew the menu well & gave good recommendations. I got steak fajitas and my partner got barria tacos (their most popular item). Food was seasoned well & came out fast. Budget friendly and FREE 2 hour parking. We are excited to return.

We enjoyed our meal. Service could've been better. I hated that the Tortillas were wrapped in the same cloth that it typically used as a napkin. They also had an 84 health score. I probably won't go back. Check it out for yourself.

One of my favorite Mexican restaurants to eat at when I’m home! No Mas has a great authentic menu (it’s not too small nor too big). The passion fruit margarita is the best hands down. It’s just the right amount of sweet and tangy. Definitely add No Mas to your list!

Loved this place! Our server was excellent and so was the food. It's a very large place with an outdoor patio. Unfortunately the patio was closed when we arrived. The inside is amazing though too. The theme and decor are beautiful . It also has an upstairs seating area that overlooks the restaurant. This is a great place for a couple, or a group. And get the Margaritas!

Went here with my kickball team for dinner. Our waitress Maria was awesome, she gave great recommendations on food and drinks that were on point! Restaurant is clean and pretty, nice astomphere and decorated very nice. Bathroom has the cozy lights. Drinks were good. Food cooked to order so fresh well seasoned food. I would definitely recommend.

Our server, Lucas, was fantastic. We are vegan and he helped us with choosing what to order making it a smoother process. The food was good and the decor was awesome! Will be returning! ♥️ Update: Came in yesterday (November 12, 2023). Ordered guac but the guacamole was $10 for a small bowl. Since me and my kid are vegan, it’s crazy how I left out paying $60+ when really all we had were veggies since we’re vegan. Might I add that it was BLAND. The veggies had no flavor and I believe my waitress over charged us for a simple bean burrito and a veggie burrito. I should have went elsewhere because it was not worth it. The atmosphere is the best part of the place.

First off, a very beautiful restaurant and cafe! We came for Adios cafe but the only serve breakfast, so we ate at the restaurant section which is No Mas. We sat on the patio and it was good weather. I can't express the beauty and creative energy I felt in this place! The server was friendly and easy going. The food was very yummy and worth the money. We shared a dessert, 2 entrees and 2 sides between 2 adults and 2 children and still took a doggy bag. Sopapillas : sweet, airy, puffy, dusted well French toast: it says bread pudding but it's like bread slices soaked then cooked. Right amount of moist. Very sweet, no syrup needed Divorciados: flavorful, great textures with the tortillas and over medium eggs Very traditional flavors but elevated and presented in a more than casual way. Definitely will recommend to anyone coming to ATL and eat again. The store is very beautiful as well

No mas! For me, this is a great place to go to and enjoy the nightlife. Beautiful drinks they make here. But I can honestly say as far as dining. I would not recommend this restaurant. Absolutely terrible Mexican food. I've been from Texas originally. Didn't I mean this food is like the food that was thrown in the trash when they make a mistake. The tamales are clearly not freshly made.. But I can't give them a 4 star for. Appetizers They absolutely make a delicious appetizer.

Love the ambiance!! Two story and looks amazing. Also, love how they have seating outside as well. Service was good. Food was not that great in taste, in my opinion. Sucks how you have to pay for chips and salsa too and the salsa wasn't even that great in taste. Overall, looked very cool but probably wouldn't go again.

I liked the food, the crepe with Nutella and plantains wasn't as good as I thought it'd be. The omelet was delicious though. I really loved that while I waited for my food order I was able to browse the store section, which had some interesting items. $35 for a fairly small scented candle was sort of outrageous to me, but the experience of the place had me in a good mood. I can see myself going there again.

OMG😱 I have never been to such a Mexican spot that the food tasted like back home and the drinks hit! You can mix up to 2 flavors for margaritas. What we chose was the pitcher with flavors mango and peach margarita. This is my new work location and the service was phenomenal, our server Epiphany checked on us all the way till the end give her a raise so nice well spoken 100 stars with great recommendations since it was our first time. Great place overall for regular days birthdays etc you name it. Great vibes affordable prices and relaxing atmosphere.

As an avid Mexican food lover, the queso was too bland and watery for me. I love a thick queso. The Birria tacos are sooooooooooo good!!!!! We did reservations (for 630, had other plans after) and although it was patio and inside space, I still recommend reservations. Especially depending upon the time you choose to dine.

I've been here twice before and it was amazing. The food and service was excellent. Pretty decent size menu with well price food. This was the third time my family went and the service was extremely slow. We waited 20 minutes for a server to show, but no one appeared. So, we went to host and requested for a waiter. They waitress was really nice and helpful. She received our drink order and took another 20min for the food the queso tasted expired. The food hand very little flavor and over priced. Very disappointed.

We reserved a table for dinner, and we were pleased to have the table ready when we arrived. It was very conscious of social distancing so I was happy with that (tables spaced apart). The service was quick and friendly. The food was also very tasty! The chips were a little flat and thin for my taste, and I wish they didn’t charge for the chips and salsa, but that’s not a big deal. Good burrito and sangria overall.

What visual treat! Everywhere you look, there's so much to see! The ambience makes you want to stay, if for no other reason than to just check everything out! I met a friend for lunch and we had a great time. My friend chose this place because she read great reviews about it online. It was a far drive for me, but worth it! When parking, scan the barcode posted on the sign in the parking lot, then take your phone to the hostess. They should validate it for you. The entrance was a little confusing for me because of the outside seating layout. But once we were inside, we were greeted warmly. We sat outside and thankfully there were heaters overhead that they turned on for us. Food, drinks, service, ambience, staff, cleanliness, vibe, music, prices, everything was great! Our fajitas were hot and flavorful. Drinks delicious. Staff friendly. Just a great overall experience. We'll be back, and I'll bring more friends next time!

We ate lunch here (about a month ago) and everything about No Mas Cantina was excellent. although we went on a Tuesday, we still made reservations. Once you check in and get seated, they give you a 2 hour parking code. Now for the restaurant itself: as soon as you walk in you’re transported to a whole other place as if you’re on vacation and forget you’re actually in Atlanta. The way the restaurant is decorated is very cheerful and organic. We decided to share a few plates to share and everything was delicious. We got nachos, esquites, birria tacos, tortilla soup and the cantina salad. Also, our server Denise was the sweetest person ever! They also have a gift shop with different handcrafted items from Mexico which showcases many beautiful items.

Excelent atmosphere to start the night. Food was well received. The enchiladas de camaron wete a hit. I ordered the Plato Mexicano. Steak, enchilada de pollo, a taco and chile relleno. The chile relleno was very good. The filling stayed melted and creamy. I sampled de Mole sauce which started sweet and ended with a hint of spice. Overall very fun and waitress was nice.

I was really excited about dining here but was really disappointed. Online it says this is an authentic experience and I'd say it's far from it. The rice was not seasoned or traditional Mexican rice. I ordered fajitas and received more cheese than rice. We also ordered drinks--they were strong but did not have any flavor. It tasted like alcohol with ice. The drink menu is also a bit confusing bc of the way the top shelf options are presented. Customer service was okay. Waited 10-15 minutes before anyone took our order. My friend asked a question about the drink menu and the waiter caught an attitude because the top shelf options were confusing. And we had to flag him down several times to ask for things. Parking was decent. There is a lot directly behind the restaurant so no paid parking. Overall I probably would not come back because it is a bit over priced for the taste and overall experience.

Delicious food and fantastic staff. I was craving a breakfast burrito and happened upon this place. I highly recommend for a fall brunch. Their porch offers a large outdoor eating area. Anthony was incredibly sweet and welcoming. Our waiter Nick was so professional and nice and our server Donovan was so friendly! We enjoyed their company as much as our food.

We went on special date night dinner at this restaurant. The place has beautiful traditional Mexican look to its decor. Reservations are highly recommended on weekends. I liked their salsa, it’s different from other Mexican restaurants. The food was warm and good but the only thing I didn’t like is that they take so long to bring out the food to table. It took us total 2 hours to have food there, out of which we waited for around an hour to get food on table. The brownie with ice cream was delicious.

I found No Mas! Cantina online and decided to visit based on the overwhelming positive reviews. They did not disappoint! The food was visually appealing and very delicious. The ambience was enjoyable, and it was not too noisy. There is outside seating as well. The artisan Market was beautiful and had a little bit of everything. I met the owner and he was so kind! He went out if his way to help my group have a positive experience. I'm definitely visiting here again!

The environment was lovely and our server Donovan D was amazing and friendly and gave good recommendations on the menu items. I forgot what they called it in the menu but I had the fish tacos with a slaw and Chipotle sauce on top. And that mango margarita 🍹 😋 oh and the fried icecream was to die for. And I'll definitely be coming back here!!!

No Mas! Cantina is located in the historic Castleberry Hill area of Atlanta, not far from Mercedes Benz Stadium. We stayed at the Omni Hotel, it’s a hike if you’re walking but a quick ride via Uber/Lyft. The Guava Margaritas were ok, maybe a little light on the tequila. All of the food was outstanding and the service was good. My favorite was the Camerones Brochette, I will definitely return the next time I’m in Atlanta.

We made a reservation, and we were so happy we did because it was insanely busy for a Saturday afternoon. This meant that our server was a little inattentive but the service was still good. The frozen ice cream was not freshly fried, it didn’t even seem like they reheated it, disappointing to say the least. Everything else was super delicious!!

I made a reservation and we still waited to be seated even though there was a lot of open tables and booths when we arrived. The server was nice even though we waited awhile to order and receive our food. The building and inside is beautiful. It also has upstair seating and a bar. The salsa was yummy and the fajita was just ok. They validate your parking with a code for 2 hours so that’s cool.

I really enjoyed the little shop within here. Got lots of cute jewels and a glass authentic from Mexico for a reasonable price. I loved the atmosphere here. I personally didnt care for the Mexican eggs Benedict. I thought it lacked a lot of flavor on the cake the eggs were on and the hollandaise was bland as well. My brunch guests loved the french toast and crepes though! Awesome server and very nice shop employees as well !

3.5 stars for this place. I sat at the bar and had chips and salsa (for a charge), Classic No Más! Margarita, and Plato Juárez. The salsa was Ok, description says it’s smoky but I barely tasted the smokiness. Margarita was good. Plato Juárez was ok, best part of it was the ribs that tasted good, and the grilled jalapeño. This is not an authentic Mexican place (flour tortillas with my fajitas??!), but a decent commercial one. The vibe is nice. The service was really great. I was greeted cordially when I walked in, and the bartender was super friendly. PS: Parking is free for 2 hours with a validation code provided by your server.

07,30,2020 was my daughter 18th birthday. She wanted to go to no mas and trust me they did not disappoint. The food was good and the portion will not disappoint .I had a specialty margarita and it was amazing. My daughter and one of her friends had a ball taxing pictures in every part of the place and what a gorgeous place it is,but the most special part of our visit was our waitress. I know I'm going to get her name wrong(I'm sorry)but I think her name is Andele she is about 5'3 with short dark hair.We sat off the kitchen so everything hot and fast including her,This waitress was moving at the speed of light and she was so busy she made us a priority when we needed anything she made us feel like we were family there not just customers but actually welcomed.Just when you thought she couldn't anymore awesome. She stopped to actually sing and I mean she can sang Happ birthday to my daughter daughter was so happy and smiled the whole time,When she was done we were clapping and up on our feet she was just that good. How awesome.I. sorry if I butchered your name but I will never forget what you did to make our visit so very special.Fr that reason alone I will be back for sure and I definitely recommend this place. Ordered my food online & the forum that should have the appropriate estimated pick up time said that the food was supposed to be ready by 7:31. Whenever I asked the lady who was handing out food when mine should be ready, she essentially said, ??‍♀️. It’s now 7:50 & still no food. I go to cancel the food, & the lady replies, “sure, what’s your name,” then proceeds to write it on a napkin. I will update if I actually get refunded or not. I just got a call, at 8:49, from y’all saying the order was ready for pick up. I was refunded. I understand that y’all were busy, but you shouldn’t falsely estimate a time if you know you’ll be backed up. An accurate wait time would have been helpful information before arriving to help determine if we were fine with the wait, instead of being told that you have no clue when my food will be ready whenever I arrive on time.

Enjoyed the amazing, authentic atmosphere and great food. I would suggest going with a fun group of people, eating family style and trying a little bit of everything. Have a tasting party! . Consistent in quality. Will A. was an amazing server who was able to suggest dishes that were as good as he described. Will was attentive, detailed and checked in just enough for us to feel “taken care of”.

The Food was Absolutely Delicious! Service was horrible. Waitress dropped our drinks on the table that then spilled on guest. The waitress then handed my guest the rest of the drink that spilled on the table and had us standing while she waited for the " Bus Boy" ( her words) clean the area. After waiting for a while we asked to seated at another table. The waitress looked at us like we had two heads. She finally sat us at another table but then when asked for a new drink she forgot. Although the food was great, The service was horrible! We just wanted to patronize this spot to support but may not be back.

We had a great afternoon Birthday gathering at No Mas Cantina. They are requiring reservations currently due to Covid, which I really appreciated. We were greeted by name when we arrived and the host explained clearly how they were promoting safety while she showed us to our table. Our server Mina, was really incredible. She not only reiterated their safety practices, she did so while making menu suggestions, taking drink orders, and suggesting appetizers. We started, of course with an order of their delicious cheese dip and an order of the guacamole. There were six of us dinning, two on diets and one a vegetarian. This didn’t throw Mina at all. She made great suggestions for everyone. Of course we blew the diets by ordering two desserts but it was my birthday. Thanks for a great experience.

The food is the best in Atlanta and the service is incomparable. My server was JaQonna who my family, as well as my friends and workers, truly enjoy her great attitude and hospitality. From the food to the staff to the owners it just is such a great experience. The Artisan area is breathtaking. If you are in Atlanta and you don’t try it you are missing something amazing. Thanks No Mas! See you Thursday for lunch.

Great food and great staff. When we got there we saw where they want reservations for inside dining. But it was early so they had room first us. This is a beautiful restaurant with outstanding and unusual décor and excellent food. I highly recommend it!

A great restaurant and energy. When you walk in you're immediately taken in by the design, art, culture, and vision. Btw the food is great as well. Before or after your meal visit the connected shop, you won't be disappointed!

Writing this review saddens me because this was one of my favorite go-to-spots less than four months ago. That said, today's meal was definitely luster-less. Rice was dry, bland and only about 3/4's cooked; Beans were dry and bland (after tasting them, I didn't mind having so few of them in the container). The jimica slaw was inedible as it taste spoiled. The enchillads were okay thanks to the verde (green sauce). That said, despite this poorly prepared take out, every meal I had previously (and there were many) was absolutely delicious and with good portions. The decor is great and No Mas is/was a fun place to dine with friends.

I came here for my birthday, and the food was great. Nicely presented. The crema sauce that comes with the enchiladas es muy deliciosa. Our waiter had an attitude, but the food overpowered that. I’d still come back.

Their $18 margarita tasted like 100% mixer, the nachos were extremely greasy and topped with queso that was too thick and cold to eat. I love love love Mexican food but between the service, the inedible nachos and flavorless rice I left hungry.

We had a lovely experience at lunch! The food was great (they have mole!)! The wait staff was super friendly and the service was accurate and swift. The retail store has beautifully authentic made pieces, I could have bought all of them! We were also lucky enough to chat with the owners who were equally as friendly and knowledgeable, and obviously have a passion for what they do. They really went above and beyond and even made my kids feel welcome and special. Can't wait to get back to eat and shop! What a great business to support!

This has been my family’s favorite restaurant to visit for almost 10 years now. We keep coming back because the restaurant is immaculately decorated with art from all over Mexico. The owners meet and appreciate the local people that make the artwork which makes it all the more special. Their gift shop is very well curated, you’ll find something you love, especially if you love blown glass! (See picture. And they ship!) I’m very excited to give gifts to my family because of the memories from No Mas and the great quality and value of these gifts!

  • 2/5 Talia S. 3 years ago on Google
Decorations amazing. Drinks and food are not good.. not a single fresh margarita on the menu. Everything is watered down with sweet-and-sour mix. Edit: no I can promise you we were not offered anything fresh. Drinks were practically only sweet and sour mix, and if that is your "fresh made" version you need to check your recipe.

No Mas! is right. Probably won’t be coming back and not because we don’t live in Atlanta. They didn’t have grapefruit juice for a Paloma they were out of pork tamales and now I have time to write this review as we sit hear waiting for our food having sat an hour ago and here we wait. The food finally came and it was edible but I have never seen a bean burrito at a Mexican place come dry(without cheese and/or sauce on top) also typically enchiladas have corn tortillas. Relleno pepper was not cooked and the cheese was almost melted. Mexican typically is a little spicy. I am sure there isn’t a jalapeño in the place. I will hand it to them the decorations are great but you gotta have the basics like tasty Mexican food and clean tables. My cup kept sticking to the table and I thought it was the condensation and as it turns out there was a sticky build up on the table see the pic yuck🤮. The waitress when clearing the table had to give a second tug on the plate to actually pick it up. Not to mention it seemed a bit on the pricey side and the online menu didn’t align with what we saw in the restaurant.

Family fun!! I hope you go and try a bit of everything. Everything was all fresh and delicious. Our waitress was wonderful. Its a great place to people watch. We there the night of the Beyonce tour and enjoyed all the outfits.

Stopped by this place for dinner at the recommendation of an Uber driver. I was in town with a group for a work conference visiting from Oklahoma and we were craving some good Mexican food and not sure what to expect to find in Atlanta. We were quite pleased with what we got!! The food was great, there were a variety of options we could pick from, the salsa was mild and I could have used more heat but the others in my party were ok with it. It was not the small places we were used to at home with all you can eat chips/queso/salsa/tortillas with any order but we ordered a large side of queso and a chips and salsa and it was good for 5 of us. The atmosphere was fun and made it nice to look around. Part of my group ordered the margarita pitcher and said they were amazing! Make time to go through the shop next door they have a great selection of small and large Mexican made crafts that you are sure to find something to take home.

Probably the best Mexican food I've had East of the Mississippi. Very authentic! Very much like Southern California Mexican food. So darn good. The service was great and with a touch of Southern charm. The atmosphere was energetic and the bar area had lots of TV's with sports. Definitely added to my list of places to come back and enjoy again.

I recently dined at a No Mas! restaurant that left me thoroughly impressed. The grilled chicken had beautiful grill marks, adding a smoky and flavorful dimension to each bite. The homemade salsa was a delightful surprise, bursting with freshness and a perfect balance of spices. However, the real star of the show was the queso – it was absolutely amazing, creamy, and irresistibly cheesy. This restaurant is a must-visit for any Mexican cuisine enthusiast.
