Amazing menu. Great variety of options for every course. The oysters were fantastic and didn't need any of the condiments offered. Fish & chips were hot and fresh. The batter also light and complimented the fish vs. being a part of the meal. French fries were nicely cut and seasoned. Blue cheese wedge salad was the perfect size and well-dressed. The service was phenomenal and extremely helpful. The drink menu was vast with a well stocked bar. We will definitely return to try other menu options.

Was excited to try a new place in a neighboring town. Salt Factory has an interesting decor but know seating can be tight during busy times. The drink menu is extensive as you’d expect in a gastropub and the food menu as well. I asked the server to tell us what not to miss on the menu as we were a first time visit. Her response was “well look at the menu! Everything!” I specifically asked if we could only try one thing, never to return, what not to miss and she just started listing various menu items. When we asked about the pizza she said “I feel you can get pizza anywhere”. That told me there were items on the menu that was better than others. I tried the Alpharetta burger. It had good potential but missed the mark. The bun was fresh but cut so thinly on the bottom that is came to me soggy from the layer of coleslaw and the top bun so very thick. The fries were dripping with grease, a sign the oil temp was too low. The star was the pulled pork. That is the item not to be missed! We were looking for a food experience, a place excited about what they do. Salt Factory has potential, I hope it was just an off day.

You might not think it from the outside but this is one of the best restaurants I’ve tried in the area. Both dishes were excellent - I had the chicken friend chicken and shrimp for an appetizer. Server was amazing and helpful 100%! Great experience here

Mediocre, and overpriced! I ordered the Thai lettuce wraps with the H salt salad. The fancy menu uses words like mesclun to describe the salad then turn around and serve the salad with a cheap Ranch dressing that made the appetizer unbearable! I hate Ranch dressing and I was surprised the waitress did not offer options for the dressing. Did you read that? The salt salad automatically comes with Ranch dressing and it’s nasty! In addition the Thai wraps did not taste like Thai AT ALL! They don’t ask how you want your beef prepared: rare, medium or well done. The meat was too well done, and it was so bland I left the entire plate at the restaurant. The waitress was was a little testy, she definitely should not work with the public! I will never return! Two appetizers and chicken came to $63.00

Nice place! The atmosphere was great. Comfy seating. Very neat and clean, but a little tight in the walk ways. They play old 80's hits on the radio and sports on a few tvs. Our server was Awesome! She made us feel comfortable and laughed at our corny jokes. The fish and chips were great! Very nice sized portion. It was cooked just right and was nice and crispy. A little on the salty side but still good. The slaw was infused with jalapeno so it has a little kick to it. And the fries were a little over done. The "She crab soup" started off great but as you get to the bottom of the bowl was pretty oily and it altered the taste. Overall a great time. I'd definitely come back.

Went for a nice dinner and that’s exactly what we got. Food was excellent, appetizers were awesome. Oysters were nice and fresh, egg rolls very flavorful. Wife had the seafood pasta special, I had the steakhouse burger. Both were very good, compliments to the chef on his special. But the best part was Sam, our server. Attentive and caring even in a busy dining room without much help. We’ll definitely be back and I highly recommend asking for Sam if you try them out

This was a great place to eat, and have a few drinks to start our night. We enjoyed the starters. The cocktails, and craft beer. I loved that I was able to get raw oysters. Everything was fresh and had wonderful flavors, no matter what we ordered. I enjoyed the Moscow Mule. The service from Alex went above and beyond. She was amazing. The whole establishment was very clean. I would recommend and would come back when in the area.

Stopped in for a bite after shopping at the farmers market. If you’ve ever been to salt, it’s just like all the others, but the service was great here, the people were great. The food was delicious. We had the meatball app. - lamb and beef mix! 👍🏽 I had the she crab soup both very tasty. Would I go here again? Yes, great food and service!

The service by Sinclaire was incredible. Overall, the food was good. We started with the eggs rolls, She Crab Soup and Salad and both were divine. The egg rolls packed big flavor and were so delicious. The soup really was perfect. As an entree we tried the London Broil and the Fish and Chips. The steak on the broil was cooked and seasoned perfectly; same for the fish. There are a few things that they could improve to make this 5 stars such as seasoning the mashed potatoes and coleslaw. Sinclaire then surprised me with a piece of cake for my birthday and a candle!! I would definitely eat here again and would recommend.

Ambience was good. Drinks were on point and food was tasty. I did think menu was rather limited. For vegetarians, it was just down to one of the three items aside from salads. From a service standpoint, I liked the speed and quality. I usually go for bar seating so I can enjoy a conversation with the bar staff. Not so here, as they kept to themselves. Also some bar staff weren't wearing masks - I docked one star for that given how important that is in these times.

First time visiting. The our door seating is really nice. I like that this location is not in a nice cut of downtown Alpharetta and parking is available on property. The service was 5 star! Jon the manager is friendly and extremely welcome. Our waiter, Trace, was very welcoming. He suggested his favorite things on the menu and they were all great. He Was very nice!!! We’ll definitely be back. The Philly cheese steak and house burger were amazing. The blubbery ice cream desert is to die for 😋😋😋😋!!!!!

We had a party of 4 at 5:30 pm on Tuesday, 6/28/22. It was the night of the Backstreet Boys concert, so it was packed and they were understaffed. Hopefully they’ll check the concert schedule at Ameris Bank Amphitheater so they’ll be better prepared next time! Plenty of free parking. They have inside seating and an outdoor patio. Very casual, but could be fun for a date. The seating inside is a little weird though. We sat at a table in the middle of the restaurant and there was a clear divider in between so that another party could sit on the other side, so we made awkward eye contact with the people on the other side. That specific booth wouldn’t be good for a date. Here’s what I had: - Butternut Squash Ravioli ($13.95): This was the star. Super good and flavorful. - Spicy Salmon Crispy Rice ($12.95): Basically no flavor. I don’t recommend. - F&H Burger ($15.95): Very good! Our waitress said it was big enough for my friend and I to split, so we did. Between that and the appetizers, it was enough! The fries were nice and crunchy. - Mission Lychee ($14): Not worth it. The drink tastes fine, but it was like 4 sips for $14. I wouldn’t get it again. Overall, the food was pretty good. I would come here again before another concert, but wouldn’t go out of my way to come here.

Lunch date 8/4/22. Ordered the Shepard’s pie and fish & chips. Fish was crispy hot and fresh, fries weren’t. Cole slaw was good, not great. Shepard’s pie said made with lamb, but tasted like beef. All in all not bad. Not worth a second try.

Finally made our way up to Salt Factory Pub. I opted for The Blue blue cheese burger with mushrooms and onions. Excellent flavors, perfectly cooked with a toasted bun and tasty seasoned fries. The wife went for the chicken pot pie and thoroughly enjoyed it. Our server was friendly and quick. We will be back for sure. 👍 For those curious, they have an extensive beer and spirits menu also. Lots of scotch, bourbon, rye, even Irish whiskies. Wines are also many to choose from.

Came here on a Saturday afternoon. Hostess seated us at a table along the wall. Within minutes a woman (assuming it was the manager) comes out of no where yelling you can’t sit here. I told her your hostess literally just sat us here. She said “Well this is a reserved table” so we moved to a booth where we were sitting with another family just divided by a clear screen. Awkward. After that we sat and waited for about 20 minutes before a waiter finally acknowledged us and asked had anyone been by the table to which we said no. He sent another waiter over. We ordered the chargrilled oysters and were served the broiled oysters. My fiancé ordered the mahi-mahi. It was overly salty and the risotto was more like soggy rice. I ordered the trout. The fish was ok. The green beans, onions, and peppers that were underneath seemed like something from the frozen food section. We are still sitting here as I write this review and the “reserved” table still is unoccupied. Service was terrible and management needs a lesson on customer service.

Family dinner at Salt Factory Pub. Very nice variety of delicious foods on the menu. Everything we ordered was enjoyed by all. Service was good. Restaurant is clean and inviting. Will be back again.

Lots of choices downtown but this one is worth a visit (or two). I love the menu selection, while it’s not vast, it is diverse so whatever your in the mood for there is probably an option. I got the chick stack thing and it was amazing. My wife enjoyed whatever hunk of meat they put in front of her. We will return. I also didn’t think the prices were too bad, you can spend a lot more in the downtown area and not eat as well as this.

Literally one of the best meals I've ever had in my life. The Steakhouse Burger was unbelievable. The White Pizza was also amazing. Great beer selection. Our waitress was so nice. I will literally drive 2 hours again just to eat there. Such a great evening!

I ordered a ginger sidecar and it was delicious! My boyfriend ordered whiskey neat and it was the perfect temperature. The food was good, but not memorable. Mine was a little bland for my liking, but the fish and steak were well cooked. I will say I was frustrated that the server put the check in front of my boyfriend and not in the middle, in today's day and age I don't feel as though it is appropriate to make assumptions about who is paying. The ambiance and the service (other than the check) were excellent though!

Food is great! All the staff, very friendly and kind. It was clean, and family friendly. Also, you can see everyone wearing masks, which is very appropriate it on this times. The week menu has great options and very big portion. All we eat was great, probably the Shepherd's pie was slightly under seasoned, but as I said, everything was good, and the portions are very generous. We would definitely come back here!

Love this little place. Whenever I’m in Roswell, Salt Factory is my “go-to” restaurant! The she crab soup is AMAZING! The chicken egg rolls are also very good. My husband likes their “bleu burger”. We like to sit at the bar. Drinks are always good!

Food was incredible and amazing!!! My wife and I crushed the very. tasty egg rolls for appetizer. Then I crushed my Chicken Fried Chicken dish with spinach subbed for beans.😁🍴👍 My wife's Salmon over sticky rice, spinach and great sauce was fantastic too. John, the manager was very gracious and welcoming. He was very well-mannered and cares about the customer's experience. And Dianne (Diana?) an excellent server, offering friendly conversation and her food suggestions were on point. Oh yeah, we'll definitely be back.

Our experience at Salt Factory Pub was fantastic! John the manager was super sweet. He found us a coool, comfy table on the patio and checked on us often. My husband and I are Newlyweds; Heather was our server and she was phenomenal. When she found out we recently got married to gifted us a glass of champagne. She knew the menu well when we had questions and we never had to wait long for any of our food to come out. Best calamari I've ever had. The steakburger was EVERYTHING! If your looking for a great night out this is the place!

Came in for an early Friday lunch and the place filled up quickly. I sat at the bar and started with the Crispy Shrimp w/Thai Carrot Slaw, Charred Lime, & Sweet Chili Vinaigrette. It was really good, a nice portion and the slaw gave a nice crunch to the shrimp. For my entrée, I ordered the “Nashville Hot” CRISPY Chicken Sandwich w/Sweet Pickles, Jalapeño Spiced Hot Sauce, & Garlic Aioli. The sandwich was okay - I felt the sauce was not a typical Nashville hot sauce but more like BBQ sauce with a little hot sauce in it (unfortunately, I'm not a fan of BBQ sauce in general). They have a really nice menu of different options so I would be willing to come back and try something else.

We absolutely loved this restaurant!!! Our waitress was a short (like 4’10) vibrant smiles Disney princess. She was so bubbly and helped us pick the perfect food and drinks. The atmosphere and ambiance was so cozy and romantic 🥰. The food is everything we wanted to order more but didn’t want to seem greedy 😂 and the prices are reasonable for an everyday lunch/dinner vibe for you significant other. We most definitely will be back!!!!

I'm absolutely glad we came to eat dinner here!. Our server Leo I believe, was his name was so helpful and attentive. Walking in the ambiance was relaxing and dim for a relaxing night. We started off with an appetizer which was the crispy shrimp and my goodness the sauce and the julienned sliced carrots that garnish it were absolutely delightful. Shrimp cooked perfectly. I tried the four cheese tortellini and it was soooo delicious. My son had a kids cheese pizza and it definitely could have fed two children it was perfect. Overall my experience was memorable and I would definitely visit again when in the area. Go check them out!!

I went with a party of 6 no reservations on a Friday night and we were able to get seated right away. Service was good at the beginning, but then we had to get their attention to put in a food order. There were a few who got the Steakhouse burger, which was really good. I got the Italian Pizza minus mushrooms, which was also really good. I asked for balsamic glaze on the side and it transformed from 4 ⭐️ to 5. I got a specialty cocktail- I’m not sure what it was called but had rum, blueberries, and some kind of lemon, which I thought it was pretty good, but needed some more fruity flavoring. It was also pretty expensive compared to what I paid for my actual meal. Overall we had a great time here and would return if passing through the area again

This was my family's first visit to this location; we had been to the location in downtown Woodstock. When I pulled up I was shocked to find that this was clearly a repurchased fast food restaurant. They've done a bit to spruce up the outside, but inside you'd have never known. The service was prompt and we were checked on a respectful amount, for drinks and "how's the food, anything I can bring for you..." was overall very satisfied. The food, like the Woodstock location was delicious. The quality of meat, it's preparation, and presentation are all pretty great. Will definitely visit again. It did not have the same ambiance as the Woodstock location, but quality all around was on par, and definitely met with mine and the family's satisfaction.

Absolutely wonderful meal. Great wine and beer lists - and some fun cocktails. But mainly the menu and food quality are top notch! Great burgers, steaks and seafood. We loved how there were choices for everyone (salads, pizza, BIG burgers, grilled fish, etc.). A little pricey but worth it. Not to busy early Saturday evening (but Spring Break week).

I'm always looking for good burgers and I was excited to test the burgers at this place. Based on previous photos I was expecting a thick, juicy burger but it wasn't as thick as I expected. But it was juicy and delicious. Perhaps I would rate it 4.5 but I also appreciate that they keep the business running during this time and I can say that they consider all the safety and health protocols.

Amazing food. Wonderful service. Some gluten-free options including pizza and shepherd's pie (the bread is on the side because I requested gluten-free). We were in Atlanta on vacation and met some friends whom we hadn't seen in a while here as it was a good half way spot and the reviews were good. Well, let me add to those good reviews! The atmosphere here was relaxed and not too loud. Our waiter was very attentive but not hovering. When one in our party was indecisive he brought out a sample for her. We ended up staying for 4 hours catching up with each other - never felt rushed. We left a big tip (at least 40%) to hopefully make up for dominating the table. But the best part I haven't mentioned is the FOOD!! SO great!!! I had their Sheppard's pie that they make with real lamb and not ground beef - DELICIOUS!!! My husband had the She crab soup and I tasted it - so good!! I just wish we lived closer as this would be my favorite restaurant to come to often!!

Great ambiance. There were 4 of us, two couples that arrived on a Saturday at 7 with no reservations. They put us on the list and the bar area was fairly busy but we were able to get some well mixed cocktails and a beer while waiting. We then got a table within 30 minutes and ordered with a savvy server. She was efficient, helpful with the menu and timely. We all ordered different entree's which were generally enjoyed. The jambalaya and the Scallops were the favorite dishes. The burger was good. The shepherds pie was good but seemed less traditional that we expected. Overall great experience we will be back.

Cozy place with exceptional food. The Louisiana egg rolls are phenomenal! Pretty good Sheppard's pie. Good selection of beer and spirits. Great service and friendly folks. Get there early, before 5:30pm to avoid reservations or grab a seat at the bar. It is a bit on the pricey side but we'll worth it. The atmosphere is cozy, casual but can be loud when crowded. Outside patios are available for seating during warmer weather. Self parking or valet parking is available. This place is a decent discovery you should check out.
