Let me set the scene. A pair of 25 and 26 year old white women walk in with a pair of 27 year old black men to get some burgers. One very nice young woman told us to grab any seat we want. However, the bartender immediately asked for our IDs. She did not ask anybody else who walked in to see theirs and we were not going to be drinking, but we showed them anyway. She walked back to the kitchen to “show her manager,” yelling very loudly that “these are clearly fake!” I will let you in on a not-so-secret secret: they are all 100% valid. She came back a few moments later saying that they were fake and they can’t serve us but that she can either keep them or call the police. I told her to go ahead and call because we can’t drive anywhere without them. She walked back into the kitchen for quite a while, came back and said she wasn’t calling the police but that we can have our IDs back, however they will not serve us and we needed to leave. Once again, we never asked for alcoholic beverages. We didn’t even sit down. This was a disgusting display of racism and horrible service. Do not even waste your time thinking about coming to this sorry excuse for a social establishment. Responding to below comment: I don’t know why I’m bothering at this point but here we go. I was already informed you do not have scanners during the day and that the systems were down. The bartender literally held up her Georgia ID to check against our Tennessee IDs and then decided they were fake. Say it was not racism all you want, I truly hope not, but then please explain to me why that woman was terrible to us from the second we stepped inside, before we ever said a word, AND as we were complying with her request to check IDs with no complaints. NOW she tried to keep our driver’s licenses AND TOLD US TO LEAVE. We cannot legally drive without them so I told her to GO AHEAD AND CALL because we needed them before we could do so. SHE declined to call the police. Not us. I almost called them myself when she took longer than 5 minutes to come back the second time around. For goodness’ sake this is the most amount of unprofessional behavior I have ever seen.

We went on a Friday night. The place is popping! They had love music from a band that was actually good from 9-12 and then had more dance style music from 12-2am. We tried the wings and they were great and the drinks were not crazy overpriced like a lot of places. We plan to return for sure. If your thinking about checking it out, give it a go. It's a large bar, so if you don't want the live music you can go to the other side, or one of the patios. They do allow smoking inside but it looked like they had the "smoke machines" in the ceiling because we never really smelled the smoke and didn't leave smelling like smoke. Loved it!

Food was really good. Nachos and tuna appetizer was delicious. Service was very quick and nice music band. Good environment. I prefer to go there frequently.

This is our go to place all the time. The closest I have found to getting Guinness that taste almost like you’re getting it in Ireland.

Great environment, AWESOME food, live music almost every day, and a super friendly staff. 21 and up smoking bar, really good food til midnight every night, and karaoke on Thursdays. 2 pool tables, 4 dart boards, and some other electric games.

Except for allowing smoking, this place was awesome! I gave a lower mark for atmosphere, literally. 😉 The waitress (Megan) was friendly and attentive. One of the owners stopped by and he was also fun and engaging. Good brew selection. It was my first time here and I'll definitely be back to try more food!

Very busy even for middle of day. Both of us had the special of the month which was awesome! Beers were good too!

The food here isn't what you'd think coming from a bar. The chefs special is always on point, i get it every time i go and it just keeps me coming back. I'd give it 6 stars if i could! They have a great bike night once a month and karaoke once a week on thursdays. I love this place! Top notch!

Food was great - Fried green tomatoes were devine! Service was great! The only drawback is the smoking. It gets overwhelming at times. I don't go nearly as often as I would if smoking weren't permitted inside. It's a shame because it's less than 5 miles from my home. Instead, I drive 30 minutes or more to see live music and dance.

Absolutely love this bar. Great live band and music. Potato wedges are great and they have the best fried green tomatoes I've ever tasted 😋

Old school bar. Huge draft beer selection, friendly service, great food. Menu is very inspired. Had the Philly Cheesesteak and the Crabby Chicken. The Philly would rival Tony Luke's in Philly. The crabby chicken is a must have. If your a smoker this your place. They also have live music on certain nights. Worth the trip.

Absolutely loved this place, if only I could’ve stayed longer. Can’t find many places to enjoy a drink and some food and a smoke after. The drinks were delicious! However my wings which were ordered mild was under cooked, the tots though is a recommendation instead of the fries. Wish I could’ve been around for the live music as well but work was calling. If you’re looking for a social hour I believe this would be the place.

The food, especially the wings, are amazing. Great adult atmosphere, and they, hands down, have one of the best bartenders out there in Kat. She genuinely cares for those whom she serves, and isn't about to just 'keep em coming' just because you think you need another one. She is super friendly, and truly a breath of fresh air when you walk in. They do allow smoking indoors at the bar if you've never been there...just a FYI. They are motorcycle parking accessible and biker friendly too (Fat Boy, Widows Sons). 😊

Taylor is the best bartender ever! She is so accommodating, always pours the best drinks, & knows how to entertain a crowd. Love coming here for the atmosphere!

I used to love coming here mainly for pool and drinks. But like if you have a seafood allergy please be aware to not get anything fried here, they fry everything in the same fryer and dont think about allergies nor food safety. Not to mention one of my friends had told me they banned him because he didnt spend enough money to get drunk. i will not be going to my “go to” place again

The food here is absolutely delicious and beats so many restaurants so for a bar this place is amazing! Bartenders are great! We love a great proper pint and many times we have come here just for the food. We do wish they had a non-smoking side but the employees, drink, and food are worth it if we can find a spot not so smoky. We love the patio when weather is good. We love it!

A bar person's bar. Ever since their revamp in 2017, the food has been superb, the drinks always flow, and you can watch live music many nights. You WILL see familiar faces. Security is always there to make sure rowdy stuff is kept at a minimum. Wayne is my bartender but there are plenty other great staff.

First and foremost this is a place that allows smoking so keep that in mind if it bugs you. If it's a good time it's something I can tolerate and this place is a good time. Also, the food is really good. Spinach salad and salmon was cooked perfectly medium.

My husband and I enjoy eating here often. The lobster bisque is always great & we get it every time. We have had different burgers, wings, entrees & all have always been wonderful! It is a bar/restaurant so the cigarette smoke is thick, but other than that it is great atmosphere.

Had the salmon, it was great. Service also great. Too bad they allow smoking INSIDE....We had to sit outside in the cold. Won't be back as long as they are a health risk to others.

The food and service has made me become a regular here for lunch. It’s always fresh, tasty and very reasonably priced compared to other places in town.

Clean bar, friendly staff. Hard to find a server when it gets busy but that's expected. Beer is cold and the food is tasty. The pool tables are maybe the worst I've ever played on.

It got too smokey and had to leave. Further, had to quarantine my clothes in the washroom. Yikes. Normally this results in 2 star reviews... ... That's how great the food was and how great of a time I had: it clawed back two stars. But wait, there's another star missing? Yeah pool tables are too expensive for how bad they are. And dumb how it's set up. Don't come here "for pool". Just don't. Well, unless you're rich. 🤷

Wife and I went for a late lunch, nice friendly staff, place was a bit dark though which can be off putting to some. This is a smoking facility so be warned ahead of time. We both ordered fish and chips as well as a lobster bisque. Bisque was good, the fish and chips were a bit greasy from old oil but still good seasoning and fluffy fish. One thing that stands out a bit is the wait staff needs more training on some basics, ordered a single old fashioned and it was not correct other than makers mark and bitters. It's a simple bar standard so I would expect most people to be able to make it or ask someone for advice. The waiter did say she was new so I'm not blaming her for being new here, just a bit more training on the basic drinks needed.

Emily was a great server. Her suggestions were on point and she was consistently taking care of us. The food was awesome and much better than typical bar fare. Only regret was not getting desert.

Food is passable for a bar. I had the salmon and it was good. Server was attentive. WARNING: Smoking venue. Yuk. If you don't smoke you will want to sit on the patio.

I am only posting this review so other Brown humans know..I don’t think many of the white peoples that was there that night are actually used to Black people..they were legitimately racist🫤..The bar was awesome..the music was top notch and all the bartenders was very attentive…and not all people were this way for the record I met some really nice genuine people.

We are from Minnesota, wanted to find a good bar. This fit the bill. Great jukebox music, great friendly bartender. Food was was awesome. Made the husband happy!!! Loved it We are not smokers, and they do allow smoking, but it wasn’t over whelming at all. Not like the Good Ole Days

Great service and food. We have a dog, and they allow him on the porch. It's great food at a fair price and the service has always been great. I will say we have always eaten on the porch.

Popped in for a quick lunch if wings and a salad. Asked for wings well done and they came out extra crispy. Salad was fresh and crisp. Our waitress was one of the nicest ones we have ever had and her service was on point. This place did not disappoint.

Loved the food, I got a delicious spinach salad with a bacon dressing! It was fabulous! My friend loved her sandwich too! The service was good but the atmosphere rates low because there is smoking aloud in the bar which is in close enough proximity to the restaurant that we were disburbed by the unpleasant odor of pipe/cigar smoke.

Sat at the back bar and was served by Brooklyn with a great personality. We ordered wings, pizza, fried mushrooms and tator tots. Everything was served perfect and fresh. Excellent experience and a lot of fun!

I'd only been inside briefly to get a water. Was running a venue outside for an event space. They let us use some of their parking lot. I will be going back to enjoy some really good food.

Truly a unique and awesome spot to grab some drinks/food and hang out, its one of the few rare places where you can smoke indoors so that was very neat and the food was 10/10, seasoned and cooked to perfection, would definitley come again!

Food is great. Servers are friendly. General heads-up: this is a smoking establishment. If you are sensitive to cigarettes or cigars, they have outdoor seating you can enjoy.

Omg the fried mushroom are amazing perfectly fresh. I felt very welcome. Environment was great everyone wan wonderful especially my server Avery she was the absolute best making Sorensen had everything we needed. I've been to several places in my 7 months since moving here and never felt more comfortable than here. Again if you get Avery she the best.

Great food music and drinks! The staff is amazing and you can't go wrong here. As a nonsmoker the cigars can be rough but the entire place makes it worth it.

Excellent atmosphere. Waitress Cami was excellent, very friendly and provided wonderful customer service. Will recommend to friends. Went again on 03/04/22 for dinner and to hang out. Waitress Skylar was excellent. She provide wonderful custom service the entire time we were there.
