Me and my husband used to go here every year for our Anniversary. We were never ever disappointed not even the slightest! We’ve been married since 2018 and when Covid hit it was a huge shock to everyone but we thought that as things would eventually open back up so would Nikolai’s. Y’all I’ve been checking this site off and on since 2020! I genuinely think this is one of the best restaurants in Ga. Our anniversaries are not the same and will never be the same until this place opens back up! Stephanie please open Nikolai’s back up for 2022. Me and my husband will be one of the first ones through the door and will probably come monthly 🤣 bc this restaurant has been that type of staple for us in our relationship! We’ve tried numerous other places but NOTHING compares! And frankly I don’t think it ever will! I’ve gotten my hopes up bc it’s states it’s open but when you try to make a reservation you can’t. I’m going to break down and call and start leaving messages 😂 I hope and pray that they come back soon. -The Longs

The food here is outstanding. Everything was very good. They have a plan where you can choose a three course or a four-course for a set price. They have a nice wine selection the view is absolutely gorgeous. It does not rotate but still a beautiful view. The only thing I could say there is they need to wash those windows. For these prices it would be nice if they had clean windows so you can look out. The service was very good. Very attentive.

Came here for my birthday dinner and it was an amazing experience! The view was a neat perspective of Atlanta. The food was amazing- everything was so yummy, and the price was great considering portion sizes and what you were able to try. The service was perfect and they really went above and beyond. Definitely a great place for a date night or a celebration!

Started with the crab cake, the flavor was delicious, juicy, but a tad more seared than I prefer. The greens beneath were such a great pairing, and the preparation was unique. Another starter, the braised boar risotto was also very tasty, and a break from the norm. My wife had the beef tenderloin, and it was delicious, and cooked to the appropriate temperature, flavor, bite and chew were all what you would expect from a restaurant of this caliber. I had the herb crusted lamb chops. In fairness, they were cooked well, the seasoning was great, but were pungent than any other lamb chops I've ever had - sorry for the poor quality on the photo, low light and dimmed screen weren't exposed until I posted this review. The symphony bar, with the cinnamon ice cream was delicious, divine even. The creme brulee was not our favorite. All in all a 5 star experience, and the view wasn't hateful until the fog rolled in. Staff was super friendly and patient in helping my wife find a wine that she enjoyed.

One of the best fine dining experiences we've ever had! The food was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. Service was impeccable and the rooftop view was simply amazing on the 30th floor. Highly recommend!

Solid restaurant atop the Hilton. Food was good. Service was good (albeit very slow…I think they were understaffed). Ambiance was good. No serious complaints…just nothing memorable (except the people we had dinner with…they were fantastic). Menu was either 3 or 4 courses. Fois gras was just OK, but the beef tartar had a good salty punch. The branzino was cooked just right (crispy skin, moist and flaky…sorry for those who don’t like the word moist, but it was moist). The grilled cheese was lackluster. Other dishes were good but I’m pretty sure nobody will be talking about the food the next day. For the cost of the meal (I think it was $89 for 3 course or $100 for 4), I wish it had been more impressive. Overall a good place, if good is what you’re after.

We went there for our anniversary yesterday and it was good. We weren’t mindblown, but it’s definitely a place to try out if you don’t mind spending 200-300 $ for a dinner date. One thing that we found extremely annoying is how cold it was, seriously, we were really freezing the whole time which took away from the experience and made us uncomfortable. Will we go back? Probably not, but like I said it’s worth a try :)

Beautiful restaurant. Excellent service, even though the food and drinks take forever to come out. The food is good. Not the best cocktails the pineapple mule was extremely watered down. When i went to the restaurant the windows were filthy, which was disappointing because we came for the view. The windows had black dots on them and were blurry. I wish I would’ve had a better experience because i came for a anniversary.

This is a fine dining restaurant with views of the city of Atlanta. Nice people, gourmet dishes and great atmosphere. Take your date, wife or business partner. It's a quiet enough place for good conversation.

What a great dining experience we had at Nikolais Roof. The food was prepared perfectly and delivered to the table right on time throughout the four courses that we had selected. Everyone from the Valet, Host and Wait staff was very friendly, professional and enjoyable to talk to. It made us feel welcome and it all made our anniversary a memorable one. The waiter and restaurant picked up our parking and had our car waiting pn us at the door when we left. I highly recommend Nikolais Roof for dining or special occasions. You will not be disappointed so give it a try. You will be back

Food and service was great, with a Great view, However the space decor is showing it's age, and is a bit basic. They break their food into 4 categories: starters, entrees, cheese and desserts. You either choose a 3 course meal or 4 course meal. For the 3 course meal you have to choose a cheese or dessert, but the 4 course meal let's you pick one of each (both include a starter and entree) I spent almost $250 for a single date night with my wife and we both chose the 3 course meal, with some drinks. I hope this help you budget for the night. Highly recommend if you're looking for high class cuisine and experience.

I wish I can give 5 starts review but I just can’t. First thing we walked in the room that must of been 85 degrees warm. If you will be serving dinner that cost you more than $150 per person you can’t serve it with broken AC. We should of known it was our first sign and gone somewhere else. Service was mediocre and food was ok definitely not worth $$$$ we spent. Nicole’s roof that was well know as a place to fine dine 20 years ago is gone!!!! Only left the name over the door.

Everything was wonderful, from the view to the menu to the spot on service by Vassil. His knowledge of the menu, presentation when dropping off plates, and clearing added so much to the experience, nothing needed to be asked for and we wanted for nothing. The menu was small and we still had trouble deciding what we wanted. Hope to be back to test a different menu offering and see what else this skilled crew can do.

The place was almost empty when we first got there for our 7pm reservation but was completely full when we left. Every course was perfect. I had lamb chops for the first time an they were amazing. Would definitely recommend.

Great restaurant at the top of the hotel with amazing views. They have a three course meal or a four course meal (small bites). The drinks were delicious. The bread was fresh and they kept it coming. The food was really good, flavorful and tasty. The service was perfect, everyone was friendly and attentive.

This was my second time eating at this restaurant, and have to say it wasn't worth the money. Out of four course, 2 was horrible the soup that in the menu was sold as a vegetable soup taste of nothing but Curry and the tartar was so salty that you couldn't eat, yes tartar have mustard but it should taste of nothing but.. Yes I told the waiter and he couldn't do anything about. The only reason I leave 2 stars is the carot cake dessert and the main course. I don't mind paying 300$ for a dinner but for that price I expect at great dinner and this wasn't.

Absolutely FANTASTIC experience, from beginning to end. Kevin got my wife and I a reservation when their online section was full, and gave us a great table with a beautiful view, and passed us off to Vasil who was an amazing server. He explained every dish, the way they did the ordering, and made suggestions. The drinks were absolutely delicious, and came to the table quickly. The crab cake and the salad were a great start to the meal, both very tasty. We both got the steak, and although there was a hiccup where my steak was overcooked, they fixed it immediately and without question! The truffle demiglaze was an absolute perfect addition to the melt in your mouth steak, and the carrot puree was an excellent accompaniment. The best course for last, we had the souffle and the molten chocolate cake, and neither lasted long at all. Amazing service, perfect experience. If we're ever back here, we will be visiting again!

Beautiful view! The best atmosphere with live jazz music in the background. I gave 4 stars because I did not found Jack Daniels here. I was in the mood to drink a JD or mix a Whiskey Sour w/ JD.

I booked here for my friends birthday and THIS ESTABLISHMENT IS CLOSED! Smh I didn’t find out until the last minute and had to book somewhere else :( This was an extreme inconvenience. Hilton should update the restaurant status as CLOSED! DO NOT BOOK A TABLE HERE !

Food are expensive but unique. The atmosphere fits business and romantic settings. Portions can be smaller than Americans are used to so I recommend getting the grilled cheese and dessert 4 course. I also really liked the crab cake appetiser it has a lot of crab. Our server from Bulgaria(forgot his name) was excellent. Self parking is validated.

Had an incredible experience last night! The views of the city are amazing, the service was exceptional and the food was amazing. We started at the bar with caviar and martinis…. The presentation was beautiful the bartender was spot on. We then enjoyed the three course dinner in the dining room overlooking the city.

We were in town for a convention and was told about Nikolai’s Roof restaurant. So glad we were told about this place...The food was amazing! My dinner was great. Thoroughly enjoyed it. And the service was outstanding. Scott was our server and he did an excellent job. Needless to say we were glad we came here for dinner. It was a good choice.

I went here for my birthday and it was really nice, my cousin is vegan and they made alterations for her. That was very considerate and I am grateful they accommodated her because most white tablecloth restaurants will not substitute. Every time I got up someone was there to tuck me back into my seat. The server came around as soon as we were done eating each course.

It took a moment to be greeted by the hostess which was fine. Location of the restroom was horrible because you have to flight 1 1/2 story up (don’t get drunk). View was not so great. Food was good but the portion was not def worth 89.00 and 16.00 for cheap wine (roof tax). Took a while in btw appetizer to entree to dessert.

Get the bisque!! The cocktail called The Orthodox is also rich and amazing. Vassil was a charming host to our prix fixe three course dinner. The lamb was tender with a flavorful skin and the creme brulee was a light to light as a finisher.

Exquisite dining! Our waiter Vassil, in addition to the other staff, was phenomenal. He truly added to the exceptional dining experience. The piroshki was excellent, as well as the salmon belly which I ordered seasoned and uncooked. beef tenderloin was perfectly cooked, medium rare with only mild charring on the outside . It was beautifully garnished with foie gras butter. the Godiva chocolate truffle was a perfect end to such an amazing meal. highly highly recommended . Even though it was a very rainy evening, the view was still beautiful.

Professionally staffed. The food was delicious and the course menu was explained well prior to and at service at the table. The view was great but they need to clean the windows, which is no small task being on the 28th floor! The 3 course option was plenty and we shared the final course with each other to essentially get four courses anyway. 😁

😠 DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!! Terrible service! The server cannot remember what you ordered…it cannot be that hard to write it down. Friends waited for (Hennessy) drinks…at the same table for an hour and 15min. It took the bartender 3 tries….It took over an hour to get food even with a reservation. YOU CAN...
