Our vegan family of 4 moved to the Atlanta area 2 years ago and True Food Kitchen has been on our list of restaurants we wanted to try for a long time. Tonight was finally the perfect occasion, after a beautiful day of biking on trails and building up a big appetite. We sat outside and our wonderful server, Alex, made some great suggestions and took our order quickly. We decided to order a variety of small plates and entrees so that we could all taste lots of different things. Highlights were the cauliflower appetizer with dates and pistachios, the mushroom/spinach pizza with lemon almond ricotta, and the vegan burger. Overall, this was one of the best meals we’ve had in Atlanta and we will definitely be back. I also really enjoyed trading vegan info with Alex who told us he has been vegan for 9 years and had lots of food/website/video recommendations for us. Fantastic experience!

I was so happy to find True Foods while we were on the road. I’m traveling with my husband who is covering the MLB Playoffs and World Series , and it’s difficult to stay healthy when you’re constantly eating out . I have digestive issues, so it’s important for me to have access go healthy , Whole Foods. True Foods has a great selection of organic, delicious choices. I had their Turkey burger with a gluten free bun and side of kale salad. It was so good , I had lunch there twice out of my 3 day stay in Atlanta! This location is great , too because you can take a walk around the Lenox mall after eating , since it’s tight next door. I definitely recommend True Foods if you’re looking for healthy, quality food.

The gluten free pizza was good, the rest was just ok. The service was my issue, the server 'Corey' I believe her name is, She was very friendly, courteous and accommodating but the other one (didn't catch her name) seemed to have a time limit on the table, maybe because we had a baby and a toddler with us. She kept asking if we were finished and even tried to remove my husband's plate before he was done with his burger. He had to take a business call during which our party of six decided against desert and went elsewhere. I was definitely expecting a better experience with the location being right next to Lenox Mall. Overall disappointing, 3 stars for catering to Us with Gluten intolerance.

Definitely, the best restaurant I've tried in Atlanta so far. I'm sure there are many other places but I really enjoyed this one. I really recommend the edamame dumplings. That was AMAZING 😍 All the rest was tasty and healthy. The service was also amazing. I had some troubles paying using my phone and they took their time to find a solution Can't wait to have lunch there again

Only giving a 2 star because I take some responsibility for entering without thoroughly understanding their motto. I was rudely informed I could not order a soft drink and was told “we only serve health conscious food and beverages”, she then tells me they have beers to choose from 🤦‍♂️.…Ended up with a water. Where I take responsibility is not leaving as soon as I saw the menu, I trust there are many that love the foods they offer but it wasn’t for me. In fact I ended up ordering off the kids menu and got the burger. The sides were unknown, I had to ask the waitress what it was and she didn’t even know. I asked her to please find out, she came back shortly after and informed me they were purple and brown carrots 🤦‍♂️. When is the last time you ordered a burger with a side of carrots? Burger was dry, reminded me of a bland deer burger. Had drank entire water before eating half the burger and waitress never brought me back a refill after asking. Wife had some chicken taco looking thing and it was dry and bland, a pinch of salt can go a long way. I’m sure it’s probably the healthiest meal I’ve eaten in a while but life’s to short to eat bland food and pay high dollar for food the waitress can’t even recognize. If I had any recommendations to the restaurant, invest in some seasoning, soda machine, and training to your employees so they know what they are serving.

Food was very good. Average portions. Tasty menu. My rice was a little bit hard. Drinks are not very strong. Nice outdoor seating. Helpful staff. It's a great place if you're among people with different food preferences like vegetarian and vegan. Everyone can find something they like.

My friends and I came here for lunch and we enjoyed most of the foods. We tried many of the dishes on the menu including the breakfast tower. We enjoyed most of what was on there. It’s a great way to try different dishes on the menu without ordering full portions. My kids enjoyed the steak and egg burritos and the pancakes. The green juice was also refreshing.

I celebrated my birthday with a friend at True Food... If Icould give this jewel of a restaurant "6" stars... I would! When you hear "it's healthy food" you may be inclined to take a step back. I am here to tell you to take a step forward! True Food has created an entire atmosphere centralized around great food, excellent service, and a comfortable ambiance! For the food, I highly recommend anything on the menu with butternut squash or avocados! (Trust me, you won't be disappointed)! The only drawback for this location is parking when it gets busy! BUT, that doesn't speak to the quality of True Food's effort to serve you the best food available with stellar service from the time you arrive until the moment you leave! Great place to meet friends & family for any occasion - you won't be disappointed!

I could live here!! I love the ancient grain bowl, Brussel sprouts, drinks, dumplings and the burger. Honestly everything on the menu is good! This is one of my favorite places to get quality, clean and tasty options. During my previous visit, David was our server. This guy deserves a 5+ for his attention to detail and amazing service! We all enjoyed our experience.

Got my turkey burger with sweet potato hash to go. Look at this yumminess!! Skipped the gouda cheese, but rocked with everything else. The jalapeño remoulade has a faintly spicy kick. The sweetness of the potatoes melds perfectly with the savory grilled onions and burger. And that bread? Soft and hearty. I voucheth for this meal!

Had lunch late Tuesday afternoon. My Chop Salad was very good, but my husband's Chicken Parmesan Panini was very greasy, and almost no flavor. The sweet potato hash was literally burnt. Flavored lemonades were also good; would have loved less ice and more drink.

Overall 4/5: Loved this place. I have been here twice now and have yet to be disappointed. The food they serve is meant to make you feel good and taste good! Love that idea. Drinks 4/5: I had the strawberry smash and my boyfriend had the watermelon mojito. I tried his and I really enjoyed it. Super refreshing! Mine was also very good, but next time I would probably get the watermelon mojito. Food 4/5: Okay, so the herb hummus here is literally to die for. The first I had it, I came right back the next week to get it again. We also had the seabass, the chicken parmesan, and the shrimp teriyaki bowl. The shrimp teriyaki bowl is the best. We loved the sauce on it and the vegetables in it were great. The brown rice was delicious. The whole dish overall was super flavorful. Service 4/5: Our server was great. Super knowledgeable and gave great recommendations! He was great. Thank you, True Food Kitchen!

First time visiting this restaurant. We popped in just to get a quick look and check out the menu. Lovely inside, great vibes. We decided to sample something so we ordered the Vegan Double Cheeseburger with Sweet Potato Hash for takeout. The presentation was lacking. The burger was good but the toppings were slight. The sweet potato hash was less than a small portion and burnt! I’m calling out ALL restaurants that slack on takeout orders. In this era restaurants MUST have their takeout business equal to dining in. We will return for the dine in experience as there are several items we want to try on the menu.

The service was outstanding. The bartender was able to suggest a good wine from the list and recommended a great dish. Pure healthy eating restaurants are not my typical cup of tea. I enjoyed the sea bass. I wish there was a little more on the plate but, it was overall very delicious. This is one of the nicer restaurants in very nice mall. I would absolutely recommend and dine there again.

This is your healthy kind of a restaurant where they don’t have regular fries for you but a healthy option of a sweet fries or kale salad. The burgers were good, just ask for medium not well done because they don’t put any sauce in it so it might be too dry. Menu had not a lot of options. They had lots of servers that night. Parking next to restaurant is valet only. The interior was pretty nice! I loved plants and that their kitchen was fully open for you to see how they cook your order. DO NOT park across the street from the restaurant! If you don’t want to pay $75 parking fee🥲 it has a sign on that plaza that it is a private parking ONLY for plaza visitors so they literally watch you on cameras if you go elsewhere!

Very nice restaurant where we went for lunch before a shopping session at Lenox. Healthy Whole Foods and good service we would definitely go back it was very tasty. Went for the breakfast bison pizza with a fried egg and the pesto pasta which were both very nice. Great job and thank you

Best damn vegetarian food l have have ever had. Too bad, l heard they discontinued the walnut beet burger with vegan cheddar cheese. Why? I don't know. Big mistake, if ya ask me. *Update - Well, l was contacted by Stephen, who told me that the vegetarian walnut beet double chedder cheese burger is, in fact, still available to order. This is the best news ever, and I can't wait to come back to try this. Oh, and it's gonna be very soon. I assure you.

My first time here and I elected to sit at the bar and enjoy a cocktail. It was kind of empty when I walked in but it was nice to have a clear view of them prepping & cooking the food. It smelled wonderful. NJ was my waitress very kind and I ordered the cucumber martini to start. It was both refreshing and sweet. I also ordered the guacamole which came with sesame crackers it was delicious. Next I ordered the burrata bruschetta. I liked that the most definitely packed with flavor. To finish I had the strawberry cake which looked great but was really hard. They brought out another and it was much better. It was very very sweet but I enjoyed it. We have walked by this place for 6 years and finally went in. Love the atmosphere and vibe. The waiter was fantastic and we were impressed with the menu. We ordered the watermelon salad appetizer, the portobello beet double burger and teriyaki bowl w/tofu. All we’re vegan and all we’re fantastic!! We will definitely be back.

What an absolute pleasurable experience with some orally titillating foods! I loved the bruschetta trio, the Rainbow trout poke bowl was exquisite and the mango tart with Blueberries was wonderful! My server NJ was so knowledgeable about the menu. Fresh and tasty dishes from a beautifully crafted seasonal menu! I recommend getting a smoothie with your meal! The waitress worked well with substituting/ removing ingredients in various dishes to accommodate the food allergies in my party, such as gluten, soy, and dairy. Efortless experience!

I was referred to this place by a friend. She insisted we go there and have lunch. Definitely was not the wrong choice! I sat at the bar because the vibes were immaculate. I was greeted with warmth from Ciara upon my arrival & she was absolutely wonderful throughout my visit from Ohio. It was my first time & not my last. Brussel sprouts with the glaze is absolutely fire. I enjoyed a blissful lunch filled with Espresso Martinis and new friends. Thank you to my cute friend Courtney for the 10/10 recommendation.

Oldie but goodie! Came here a few times a few years ago. Food still awesome! Love the seasonal menu and everythingbis based off of an anti inflammatory diet. Which, is ideal. Had the Curry bowl, so good! Will definitely come back again. As I do infrequently but, will always be a great choice in my book.

My experience here is always top notch. I often sit at the bar due to the super bubbly and attentive bartender, Ciara. My food is always fresh and tasty, and she makes the best recommendations. The drinks are also stellar. Everything comes out nice and quick and I’m never left waiting. Superb experience every time! 5 stars.

Soo yummy! I was surprised they had a location here in Georgia. I am from California so they're every where there. But the one here is no different in that it's delicious and has a very kind staff and atmosphere. I got my usual teriyaki quinoa bowl and tried the key lime pie. That one was not as good but it was interesting. The key lime pie was more like a strange foam with no crust... I asked for it to go and they kinda just slapped it in the container ? but it was no big deal since it was foam with no real shape anyway. All in all, thankful for this location and that I could get some yummy vegan food again.

Came here during a lunch and it was super busy and they still managed to sit us down very quickly. The food was so fresh and the restaurant was very clean. I'm a picky foodie who does not go to chain restaurants. True Food Kitchen has absolutely delicious and FRESH food! I wanted to order everything on the menu because everything sounded amazing. I ordered the Winter Immunity bowl with added chicken, and my daughter ordered the margarita pizza. We both left feeling happy and satisfied and not at all guilty, bloated or in need of a nap like we sometimes do after eating at other restaurants. We will definitely be back real soon.

Whilst there are a number of True Foods around the US, this one is very good. The menu has some great healthy options and you can get both delicious and nutritious food at True Food. The waiters and waitresses always seem very happy and make the dining experience better. Great whether you’re in a rush or you want to take your time.

I really did enjoy my meal at True Food Kitchen. The food is excellent-tasting, and you'll especially appreciate that the ingredients are high quality and healthy. However, a couple days after my visit, I noticed that the total bill on my credit card was a lot higher than what it should have been. I checked my receipt, and noticed that the tip I had written had been entered incorrectly by the restaurant. Actually, the amount I tipped and the amount charged had almost no correlation (the digits were all different). I called the restaurant, and after being put on hold for 10 minutes, finally spoke to the manager. She said she'd call me back within a few minutes to get the issue resolved. A day later, I am still waiting for a call. At a upscale restaurant like True Food, I would have hoped this issue would have been handled a little better. Mistakes happen, of course, but part of why I go out to eat at nice restaurants is so that I don't have to worry about cooking, cleaning, and—frankly—making sure the bill is accurate.

Drop everything you're doing and visit True Food Kitchen right now! Every time I've been, I'm blown away by the customer service, menu options, and the quality of the food. First, the customer service has always been exceptional. They are personal, warm, welcoming and if you're celebrating something, or just plain nice, you may just get a sweet treat on the house. The menu options serve many allergens and taste buds; from pizza to tacos to burgers or a hearty salad, you're sure to find something you like. They put a new menu out each season and I really like that some items rotate and some items stay on the menu through all seasons. Not only do they have many options, but everything (apps, food, cocktails, refreshers, desserts) is AMAZING! I take everyone I know here and we now celebrate birthday's here. True Food Kitchen will not disappoint!!

This became our go to lunch place while staying at the Whitely. Loved their Watermelon and tomato salad and brussels sprouts and the shrimp plate was excellent. My friend had a skinny Margarita that she really enjoyed. She also had the chicken and sausage pizza which was very good- I had a piece of it and think I will order that nexttime. They had outdoor dining but it was so hot we liked it indoors where they had great table spacing.

Great experience at True Food Kitchen tonight. Patio was spaced well and servers were very attentive. Menu was limited as can be expected but our evening was very enjoyable after a long restaurant hiatus. Felt great to support the restaurant industry tonight!

Very friendly staff, and I do appreciate very much that you guys are open during this times! But the food was very suboptimal. Burger was quite over cooked and the sweet potatoes were completely cold. Watermelon mojito did not really taste like mojito, it was just straight up lime juice. I am assuming the reason my experience was not very good one is only because of this COVID situation. Will probably give it another try at some point.

If you're coming here for curbside, no-contact delivery, be aware that might become "stand around with people in a covered area and pick it up from a counter." The food is usually quite good, though.

We had a party of 9 at 6:00 pm on a Tuesday night. There was no wait and we were seated right away. Our server was Erin and she was so patient with us! It took us a while to decide what we wanted to order, but she let us take our time and kept coming back to check on us. We got the Herb Hummus ($10) for an appetizer. It comes with feta cheese, cucumber, grape tomatoes, along with some other toppings, and pita. It was very good. Not sure it’s worth $10, but it’s good. For entrees, we got Turkey Burger with Sweet Potato Hash ($14.5), Cauliflower Polenta Bowl ($12.5), Grilled Chicken Avocado Wrap with Sweet Potato Hash ($13.5), Grilled Chicken Avocado Wrap with Kale Salad ($13.5), Creamy Tomato Soup ($7) with Seasonal Ingredient Salad ($14.5), Margherita Pizza ($13.5), Fig & Gorgonzola Flatbread ($10), Teriyaki Quinoa Bowl with Tofu ($14 + $4), and Chopped Salad ($12.5). Most everything was good. The Grilled Chicken Avocado Wrap wasn’t though. We would’ve preferred it to be warm. It was just meh. Also, the Kale Salad wasn’t anything special and we will definitely not be ordering that again. My main complaint with True Food is the price. The Teriyaki Quinoa Bowl is $18 with protein and you don’t even get leftovers out of it?? I understand that it’s organic and that location definitely plays a factor, but even for Buckhead, the prices are ridiculous. It’s a shame because the food is so good! The only way I’ll be back is if someone else is paying for me.

So I wanted a little something before my appointment at 11. I went to Yelp to find a vegan restaurant near me. True Food came up nearest. I had heard of it be near been. I got there around 9:40 am on a Sunday and it appeared to be that I was the first customer. I walk in and the hostess just looks at me. I am like uuuuuuuuh, discomfort. No good morning, hello smile or nothing. She then finally says table for one. I say yes. She then asks my preference of table I decide just on the bar cause of the warm feel and the great televisions to catch up on the sports scores. At the bar again no smile from bartender she just hands me a menu and asks what would like to drink. What a great menu of fresh juices and smoothies. I ordered a Bright Eyes juice and a blueberry muffin the juices comes over ice which you should not ruin the juice with ice but she gladly drained the juice for me ?Very tasty. The muffin seems to be taking awhile for just a muffin and No one else in the restaurant. The bartender comes and says the muffin will be right out. A couple minutes later I see 2 plates come to the bar. Apparently the food was for the bartender as she takes the food and disappears to the patio. Still no muffin. I look out the window of the bar through to the patio and see 3 to 4 employees out there enjoying Starbucks food and drinks and having a great time. As seen in one of my photos. Finally the muffin is delivered I ask are the muffins baked to order I'm told yes...ok great. Well the muffin is warm on top but not in the middle??‍♂️ hmmm ok. It's good n tasty anyway I finish, pay and on my way after being there for 45min. On the way out at least 4 to 5 employees hostesses and waiters at the door do I get a thank you, good bye or have a nice day? NOPE ?So my first experience with this company was disappointment. And I only had juice and a muffin. Will i return yes cause the menu looks good. Will l come to this location? Problem not.

We ordered 2 new dishes & they both were equally delicious! Now the parking situation was a bit hectic, due to traffic. I'm not sure if this is the norm or because it was a Saturday evening & the restaurant being attached to a mall. Please be mindful of the valet & paid parking areas. The restaurant does not validate paid parking. Although it took quite some time to park, I'm still giving 5 stars. Here's why - we were 15 mins. late for our reservation, however we were seated as soon as we checked in (and they were busy!), our food arrived shortly after we ordered, all of the staff we encountered were pleasantly kind & accommodating, and the restaurant & restroom were very clean. So yes, 5 stars it is!

I was here on a Sunday for Brunch. Fast paced vibe which I didn’t love but the food was amazing the place was clean, and the bathrooms are nice and modern. Simple and great menu. Highly recommend the Brussel Sprouts!

My kids and I came her for lunch on a Sunday. As a warning the parking is absolutely horrendous since its connected to Lenox Mall. The food was excellent - I had the tomato bisque soup which was vegan (couldn’t taste the difference with the coconut milk). We had the spinach and mushroom pizza and a regular pie. The food was so good! The watermelon lemonade was very good and refreshing. I would suggest if you are in the area to visit this place during the week when parking isn’t much of a haste. I took off 1 star due to the parking. I would probably visit the Alpharetta location instead.

Good service, friendly staff, clean with a good atmosphere. Had lunch, turkey burger with kale salad and sweet potato hash as my sides. All very good. Black iced tea to drink was also unique and good. Would definitely go back.

The food was delicious. I ordered off the seasonal menu which was great.the service was subpar. It took the waitress 15 minutes to greet us we ordered water and it took another 10 minutes to get. We placed our food order via the system and it didn't go through traffic twenty minutes later we asked her and she said it didn't go through...very annoying. She lacked communication and any sense of urgency. People who sat after us got their food and drinks in a timely manner.

I received awful service. I had booked a reservation for my mom and I to have lunch here. I’m a loyal customer of true food because food and service is usually accept up all but not this time. We show up for our reservation and they sat us outside. Like outside the wall. I was imminently concerned about our service and people being able to see us to be waited on they assured me it would be great as usual. So my mom and I filled out the paper menu ready to order when the waiter or waitress came around. 5 of them walked past us and not a single one acknowledged us. We waited 38 minutes. No one took our order, said they’d be with us, or even brought us water. I then asked to speak to a manager and shocker one wasn’t available. Horrible experience will not be returning would not recommend.

I’m on a layover nearby and my entire Crew, the van driver, jumped and raved about this restaurant!!! I concur😍😻🥰 My server patiently explained the new menu/ordering process and suggested ways to stagger the mean (highly recommended😉). I’ll try to get my servers name, it’s not posted🙃 ...McKenzie is her name! 👍🏻👍🏻

Looove this place! I've been there twice for the past week and both times our experience was great. Awesome variety of healthy food, quite unique and unexpected dishes and a great service! They do provide a lot of vegetarian options and some vegan choices as well. Definitely one of my favorite places in Atlanta now.

This was our first time here. It was Amazing!! Our waiter, Desirae, was fabulous! She gave us her recommendations that were all on par. We had the heirloom tomato salad as an appetizer, Turkey burger and spaghetti squash casserole for entrees, and shared flourless chocolate cake for dessert. We were satisfied but not stuffed. Truly recommend this place for any type of eater!

A limited menu compared to pre-pandemic days, but I expected that. The food is still good. Their digital menu is a bit clunky, but it's not a deal breaker. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking to have a pleasant, safe brunch/lunch experience.

Did not get to eat, heard the food was good but they had one side of the restaurant closed without explanation the wait was over two hours long. I left and ate somewhere else. Subsequently the notification to my phone came in after we had made it home by time , eaten dinner at another restaurant. Keep in mind we were told our wait would have been forty five minute wait . Before we decided to leave we had already waited an hour and that is too long to wait for anyone especially when they have a heated patio that they decided not to use and wait staff is dumb founded as to why they weren't using it. #needs new management

Entering the establishment you can tell this is a relaxed establishment with a slightly upscale/intimate feel. Possibly because they have see-through partitions to mitigate the spread of COVID, which is very conscientious. The food was delicious, not heavy at all. Food is definitely worth its money. Would visit again.

The food here is superb. The outdoor area is lovely as well. What I do not appreciate are the people who wander around the outdoor patio interrupting people's meals asking for money. Restaurant management really need to be more aware of this behavior and remove said parties. I was approached by no less than 5 people whole dining for lunch.

I have eaten at True Food Kitchen pre-covid a handful of times and with every visit, I tried something new and FELL IN LOVE!!! The restaurant is beautiful, the food is yummy with a variety of vegan/vegetarian options that I always adore, the drinks are always crisp and tasty, but I’m not sure if it was due to the fact that they have a limited menu online, ordered food is different than dine-in, or maybe they have new chefs. Whatever the case, the food I ordered wasn’t appetizing at all. I love trying new dishes. Especially when they offer vegan options because many places don’t normally, but the Jackfruit Wraps and The Butternut Squash Soup were a no for me. And I hate being disappointed when I try vegan dishes for the first time. The jackfruit was too salty and had hard pieces of the shelling that hit unexpectedly while I was chewing. That’s never ok. And the soup tasted like a cup of sweet potato pie just puréed. Which isn’t all bad, but is when you’re expecting butternut squash. It was overly sweet as well. This won’t stop me from visiting and ordering other dishes because I genuinely love this restaurant. And it’s handy when I don’t feel like cooking and I can treat myself. What happened to the Tofu Wraps!? Those things were amazing!!!

My vegetarian meal was amazing, I got the Korean noodles bowl with tofu and the charred cauliflower! My leftover noodles tasted even better the day after! Mood and vibe was great, location was great and the facility was clean and neat. Some sort of covid precaution but not a whole lot. I love the whole open kitchen concept, it's cool to see all the chef's working in the kitchen. It wasn't too busy on a Friday night but out waiter still was a little slow to our table, they looked full staffed... the QR scanning to place our own meals didn't work. Parking is a tad bit worrisome as it is at Lenox Square and... well... we all know the Lenox crime nowadays. I drove around very close by until I was able to find a parking close by to the entrance. They do offer vallet but I'd rather spend the 10-20$ on drinks rather than on parking that should be free to the public anyway 🤚🏽

Fantastic. We ordered the steak tacos, with corn and cauliflower rice. Brussel sprouts as an appetizer. Tea and green tea to drink. All were beyond our expectations in flavor, freshness and presentation. The staff is friendly and seem to share jobs to deliver food or assist. Ordering and payment is done via QR code succeed to the table. We were so impressed, we'll go again soon.

Food was amazing, flavorful entrees. On our menu today we had the korean Noodles, the shitake mushrooms were prepared so well! Butternut Squash Pizza, i really enjoyed having such a crispy soft crust. We had the Edamame Guacamole with Pita and the Charred Cauliflower which had such a mouth watering flavored tahini sauce with it that just made it even more wonderful!

As a first time experience here, it was truly memorable. The dishes and cuisines served here are all healthy, just as the name suggests. Wholesome ingredients, and vegan options as well, served fresh and hot to order. They truly made it known that you CAN have good healthy wholesome food that actually tastes GOOD! The Lasagna Bolognese was exceptional! Chock full of spinach, mushrooms, herbs, organic cheeses and chicken sausage, this truly is a dish worthy of recognition and I highly recommend! True Foods is certainly worth a visit.

Great food, service & ambience @ True Food Kitcehn @ Lenox Mall! I made a reservation for a party of 10 for Sat afternoon. When we arrived, our table was ready and our server (Joshua) greeted us and provided menus. We brought a cake to celebrate a birthday, which the kitchen kept for us until our meal was over. Ordering was a breeze and our food was absolutely delicious! We were able to eat, laugh & talk for 2 hours, without anyone rushing us out. Joshua provided outstanding service and I am grateful for True Food Kitchen for making our family gathering/birthday celebration such a wonderful event. Will definitely be back!

Starter-braised bussel sprouts with jalapeños very tasty and grilled charred smoky flavor $10. Starter-edamme dumplings in daiki sauce. Flavorful $10. Drink-common code bourbon mixed drink. Tasty not too sweet smoky undertone $13. Not picutred: grass fed steak tacos $19; Korean Bowl sweet potatoes glass noodles with pan seared tofu $17; Turkey Burger with sweet potatoe fry and kale salad $23. Great place for vegan/veggie options. Nice indoor/outdoor atmosphere next to Lenox Mall.

So I actually had an issue on my visit and it was resolved so tastefully, professionally, and considerably that I still rate them 5 stars! Tyler was so attentive that when mistakes were made he fixed them immediately. Hair in my food but meal was replaced in minutes. Kindness and good service is a lost art that they seem to get here at True Foods which is why I will be back! The vegan burger was good but the squash pie was GREAT!! And you gotta love a clean bathroom

I’ve dined here a few dozen times over the years. It is one of the few restaurants where I can consistently rely on the quality of the food, service, and ambiance. Always an enjoyable experience. It seems to be a very well-run operation. The servers are quite knowledgeable about the menu and, when requested, are able to provide recommendations based on any preferences or dietary constraints. Although the employees are busy, they are really efficient and attentive to customer requests. As for the food: I’m always impressed with the variety of options and the high standard for both the creativity of the options and the freshness of the ingredients. There are too many to list out, but suffice it to say that the menu is also somewhat dynamic, and parts of it can change with the season. For sides, we have always enjoyed the charred cauliflower, edamame dumplings, and herb hummus. For bowls/entrees, the squash casserole, sustainable salmon, and ancient grains bowl are delectable. And the Kale Cobb salad is awesome as well. Don’t forget about the solid dessert options. Glad to have this in Buckhead. We’ll continue to be regulars here.

The best true food location we have been to! Our server Alex was incredibly knowledgeable and kind, and everyone was very aware and careful of our food sensitivities (also so kind about that)! Chico made our pizzas and they were the best we have had!! It's a longer drive than the other locations for us but we are willing to make the trip back here just because the experience was so good! Highly recommend the spinach mushroom pizza with chicken (the gluten free crust is AMAZING)!

The charcuterie board made for a perfect meal. Matched with a very smooth Italian Chianti made it especially enjoyable. I sat with a fantastic view of the kitchen and could not appreciate and enjoy the way they've made a significant portion of the seating feel like a "kitchen table.". This also gave me insight into why the staff worked so well with each other, leading to an even more enjoyable event.
