I
visited
this
restaurant
with
high
expectations,
especially
to
try
their
coal
fire
pizza,
and
I
must
say,
I
wasn't
disappointed.
The
flavors
of
the
pizza
were
spot
on
–
the
sauce
and
pepperonis
were
a
delightful
combination,
hitting
all
the
right
notes
for
a
pizza
enthusiast
like
myself.
However,
I'm
giving
this
place
4
stars
because
the
pizza
was
slightly
underdone
for
my
taste.
I
prefer
a
crispy
crust,
and
this
one
needed
just
a
bit
more
time
in
the
oven
to
achieve
that
perfect
crunch.
It's
a
minor
detail,
but
for
pizza,
the
crust
can
make
a
big
difference.
What
truly
took
me
by
surprise
were
the
lemon
and
herb
wings.
They
were
absolutely
amazing!
The
balance
of
zesty
lemon
with
the
subtle
hint
of
herbs
created
a
unique
and
memorable
taste.
It's
not
often
that
a
side
dish
stands
out
like
this,
but
these
wings
definitely
made
a
lasting
impression.
In
summary,
while
the
pizza
was
delicious
but
slightly
underdone,
the
unexpected
star
of
the
meal
were
the
lemon
and
herb
wings.
This
place
has
great
potential,
and
I
look
forward
to
seeing
how
they
tweak
their
pizza
cooking
times
in
the
future.
The
flavors
are
definitely
there,
and
with
a
bit
more
attention
to
the
crust,
their
pizza
could
easily
become
a
favorite.
