Tired Chicken Tikka Masala Bowl, Fries and Samosa Overall average food Super clean restaurant and of-course friendly staff. And I also get 15% off just by showing my College ID.

This is a simple place with great curry options with black daal. I took basmati rice and that was a bad choice, basmati is a long grain rice with a very distinctive flavour but the one served was brown and short thick rice. I would suggest stick to normal white steamed rice. The staff is very friendly, definitely recommend for any one wanting to try Indian curry plus some vegi toppings.

Terrible Experience - I placed a request for 2 hot chai - 1 for myself and 1 for my friend. We expected both chais to be served together because that is how a social beverage is enjoyed. Firstly, they served 1 hot chai 10 mins after placing the order (Since, freshly brewed tea takes that much time. So, I overlooked this delay.). But then they said that they are brewing the 2nd chai and that it will be ready in "5 minutes". (So, I wondered, that the 1st chai wasnt freshly made and still took 10 mins!) After 15 mins since the 1st chai was served we were still waiting for the 2nd chai. At this point, we requested that they refund the money, they again said 5 mins and conveniently turned their attention to the next customer. At that moment, we were so disappointed, frustrated, insulted that we decided to leave the place. Before leaving I asked my friend to have the one chai that we got and on the first sip, we knew that poor customer service was not the only thing this place was poor at, the chai tasted terrible. The entire content of the cup had to be discarded. Basically, our time was wasted, our money was wasted (2 X $3.49) and we didnt get what we came for. I have learned from this experience and I am not going there again. On a not so important note, I am not a Indian food connoisseur but the taste of food here is like average. If you are hungry its okay but wouldnt recommend if you are looking for "authentic taste".

I had to call restaurant to make a change that I could not on the UE app for their 2 for 1 deal. They were great... polite and professional. The food was good, could be a little fresher. Packaging was sustainable and nothing dripped. The sauces and samosa I had was fantastic. However, the portion of veggie sides I got on my salad were very small. You expect for the lettuce to shrink, but sides should be healthy especially for a veggie meal. It's probably a better deal to buy pints for sides. Overall, tasty meal and I will likely order again.🙂

The service was very nice. They didn't try to sell me any other than what I asked for. The Tikka Marsala bowl was very middle of the road, the naan came about 5-7 minutes after I almost finished my meal. I really just wanted Tikka Marsala with naan, however that wasn't really an option. I won't be coming back.

Not your traditional triangle shaped samosa but has the traditional samosa flavor. Reminds me of my childhood memories. I would definitely try out the other menu items when I get a chance.

Not very authentically indian, but definitely some place to try out. Depends on your taste if you’d like it or not, but no harm in trying once. Kinda like fast-food.

I visited this place in expectation of good Indian food. I had Lamb, Rice and a Naan and I was super disappointed by the quality of food. Naan was very hard and difficult to chew. I returned back home with bad stomach☹️☹️

Naanstop used to be one of my favorite places for dinner downtown, but the quality has slipped severely over the past few months. Most recently, I ordered online but still had to wait for them to prepare the meal after the receipt said it would be "ready" and I showed up to pick it up. With a few hours left between when I ordered and closing, they seemed to be out of everything. Instead of offering to replace the now-impossible meal I had ordered with something comparable, the line chef tried to scrape together a rice bowl from the crusty scraps of rice at the bottom of the container and a few scant toppings. It barely looked like half of what the bowls used to look like. There seemed to be no plan to make any new ingredients, and maybe no staff to even do it in the first place! One of the kitchen-area cooks had tissues stuffed up his nose and kept wandering out into the dining area. I don't know if he had a nosebleed or a runny nose, but I'm sure he should not have been working that night. I really want to see this place get back to what it used to be and give it 5 stars, but based on the most recent experience and the last few visits before that, I cannot. Mixed up orders, slow staff, and just overall messiness compared to how it was before. It's a shame.

I have been a 5 year customer of NaanStop. The food and service is amazing ! My faves are their Samosas, Masala fries and Naanwichs. Also they have a Rosewater lemonade out of this world !

I had the Chicken Tikka Masala Naan Wrap (with a samosa) and it was a banger. Excuse my bad lighting but I assure, it looks way better and is filled to the brim. You won't regret coming here.

One of my favorite places! Their bowls are always filling especially with bullet naan. But the mango lassi is the real star of the show, freakin awesome. 10 out of 10

Staff was super friendly and helped discuss all the options and sauces available since it was my first time! His customer service was 10/10. I ended up getting the most popular dish which was the Chicken in the bowl to try for the first time and customized it to my liking and it was pretty good! The only thing is the portion size of the food for the price (about $16 with a water and tip) still left my hungry afterwards :( Would go back if there were better portions - may try again to see if it was just a skimp day!

The nastiest food I have tasted in a while. The environment is dirty the food is bland and honestly I’m disappointed but not surprised. Food on campus is rarely good. I should’ve just went to Moes. Update: my throat is clogged with mucus and my stomach as been churning with gas and diarrhea. Please, protect yourself and don’t go here. I’m going to be filing a complaint to health department because this is ridiculous.

I created a rice bowl with chicken tikka masala and lamb. It was a very delicious, fast, and easy take away. 😋🤤 The server/cashier also provided exceptional service, he was very friendly, respectful, and welcoming. Thank you NaanStop for the great experience !!

I ordered two meals from this NaanStop location via GrubHub yesterday, and while I was in the middle of eating I had to open this app to Favorite the restaurant bc I was blown away. The lamb rice bowl was good, but it was the Chicken Tikka Masala that got my attention. The flavors were 10/10, and this is from someone of Jamaican descent who pays attention to flavor profiles (West Indies spices are in line with Indian spices too). I highly recommend trying it out (and I hope your dish is as amazing as mine was!). My exact orders were as follows. Lamb rice bowl: white basmati rice, lamb, Punjabi Dal, Chola, grilled onions & peppers, fresh spinach. Chicken Tikka Masala: brown basmati rice, grilled onions & peppers, corn salad, fresh spinach.

Located in a pretty convenient plaza. There are many options to choose from. Good Indian food and they constantly have promotion if you subscribed to the email list. Good place for fundraising as well if anybody is looking for a way to support their cause.

Food was delicious, very well packed and prepared, very tasty! I ordered chicken tikka masala + naan + samosas! Everything was great, the only thing that didn't go so well was that I ordered a light coke and they sent me a regular cucumber lemonade (that I didnt like + had sugar)!

  • 2/5 David B. 2 years ago on Google
I had the lamb naan sandwich. It was tasty and messy. There wasn’t a lot of lamb. I’d say maybe 1/4 cup of lamb. They need to work on portions. Maybe they should serve the lamb bbq.

I ordered samosas and I had a terrible experience. The flour used was bitter in taste either it’s expired or a cheap one. Half cooked and half fried flour in cheap oil, stuffed with just boiled potatoes and throw in some spices. Mango Lassi had coconut cream in it. It’s disgusting!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

This place is my favored. I eat in plenty of restaurants but to this one I keep coming back again and again. The crew is very amicable and the cuisine they cook is so delicious. I never miss an opportunity to have a decent dinner in this place. Highly recommended.

I ordered the palak paneer naanwich and it tasted horrible. The onions were bitter tasting and the worst thing was the naan was so burnt that it was flaking off. The fries were also overcooked and really hard.

The Indian version of Chipotle. Quick service, good food quality, nothing fancy. Naan was nicely cooked and a nice portion. A wide selection of vegetarian options.

EXCELLENT customer service. Delicious food and drinks. I ordered the chicken tikka masala and a lychee juice drink. Great prices. Clean, well lit restaurant inside. Very friendly owner and staff. 100% recommended!

Always delicious! I go fairly often for lunch. I usually get the rice bowl, I like the paneer! I also very often get the masala fries as a snack - delicious! I wouldn't mind if the flavors were a bit stronger or spicier, but it's good and I feel that most people will like it!

I've been to several Indian Fusion places across the nation and this place is at the top of my list. Amazing customer service and amazing food in a prime location. Just minutes away from attractions such as World of Coke etc. The owner and his family have a great recipes and a huge shout out to his mother who came up with them. Highly recommend the place!

Naan wrap was yummy . Chicken Tikka was flavorful. Quick and yummy so all the stars for you! The over all experience is awesome; from the food to the service. Amazing samosas. Just got back from India and these are the best I've had! Naan was fresh and baked to perfection. Good quick Indian food but sometimes the food is soggy. Great Nan Shop.

What is the wrong with people’s taste buds that they call this trash as good and even rate it as 4.2 Such disappointment this place is in the name of Indian. Tasteless food and since when tortilla bread is naan 😯😶

  • 1/5 Mark F. 8 months ago on Google
Ordered bowl and salad to go. Both were underwhelming. Ordered extra protein but still got stingy portions. Cauliflower overcooked and mushy. Rice hard. Not enough leaves or addon items. Samosa filling bland. Feeling ripped off at over $40 for the order.

Naan Stop is delicious! Every dish is flavorful and exciting! This is one of my first times tasting Indian food and I really enjoyed the journey these dishes took me on.

Their naanwich is really good and not too pricey at 10 dollars. I’d also really recommend getting the mango lassi, it’s one of the best I’ve had so far!

  • 5/5 Samrangi G. 5 years ago on Google
The naanwich was awesome..I had opted for chicken tikka and panter tikka masala as the fillers. they made the naan only after we ordered. So, it was very fresh and soft. It's a definite recommendation.

  • 3/5 Srinivas K. 5 months ago on Google
Naan warp was saggy due to lot of sause in the curries (chicken tikka masala and others). It is not a good idea to have heavy sause based curries in the naan wrap.

  • 5/5 Ludovico H. 3 years ago on Google
This place is great to get a quick bite to eat. Everything is fresh and it's easy to eat healthy and still be satisfied by the delicious flavors. Gotta get the native Indian Hot chili cilantro chutney. The samosas are to die for and you can watch them make the naan right in front of you. This place is just as good as the NaanStop Downtown.

I love this place! The food is consistent (shout out to the garlic naan and chicken tikka masala) and delicious, but the best part of Naan Stop is the staff. They’re always incredibly friendly and answer any questions you have. Also, a random side note is that the music is always super eclectic and fun. I never leave naan stop in a bad mood!

  • 3/5 Josiah D. 4 years ago on Google
Firstly, this is just a quick pick up spot if you’re in the mood for some Indian cuisine. However there were only 2 people working and as the only person in there it took 10 minutes for the guy to take our order. Then waited another 20 minutes for the naan to come out the oven and his reason was that the oven was cold. Advice for the owners, just hire 1 more person to work, it will help out a lot and you won’t lose customers that don’t want to wait on line for so long... at least 3 people walked out because of the wait. Food was good otherwise.

  • 3/5 Bruce M. 4 years ago on Google
I am right in the middle with this place. I love the concept and the idea of fast food Indian BUT it was not executed well and the food lacked the flavor and kick that I am used to when I eat Indian. My food fell short of being anything more pleasurable than eatable but it was eatable. My fries were creative in thought but was not executed well. I would have liked fresh fries instead of the generic frozen fries w/tikka masala and mint chutney, that both fell short individually. My wrap did not hold well... The Naan bread served as my base with Chicken Masala, corn and some sort of pickled slaw (which I thought was the star of this meal). Again, concept was great but you have to come correctly when we are talking Indian spiced food. Highlight of my meal would be the Organic Sodas, these were amazing!! I tried the Blood Orange and the LemonGrass. I would definitely look forward to these drinks. Unfortunately, if I returned, it would be to only drink the sodas. But I am optimistic that this idea can really work if the flavor profiles of the food improved. It is worth a try. Just once though without improvement.

Came here yesterday at 11 am on 12/17. A tall, slender man wearing a black shirt served me. Too bad I didn’t catch his name because his service was great and he was friendly. I ordered brown rice bowl with paneer tikka and chola with medium and cool chutneys. Also, I ate a side order of naan. The food was fabulous. It seems like he tries hard to keep the restaurant clean, yet it is small and still seems a bit dirty in the kitchen. There was an unpleasant odor as if it is sour water. I don’t know where it’s coming from. The Naan Stop in Atlantic Station is nice and seems more clean, but the service quality was average (I’ve only been to that location once). Other than those things I would’ve given this place 5 stars.

While the rice bowl was good the hot chai was horrible in taste. If you are looking for hot tea with Indian taste then this is NOT the place to buy it. Definitely not worth the money

If Chipotle made Indian food. It would be this.

  • 5/5 Syd G. 4 years ago on Google
I always say it’s like chipotle but Indian food instead. And it was so good! We got the double rice bowl, instead of two meals. And it was more than enough, especially because we made it a meal with a side and a drink (you get 15% if you’re a student). We got the tikka masala fries and oooooweee they were good. In the bowl we got the lentils and chickpeas as our protein, because you get to choose two. Then you add as many toppings as you want. And can add some sauces too. The workers were all so nice and cheery, added bonus. the location is kind of odd, we went on a Saturday at 330 and many businesses were already closed and the restaurant itself was not busy. So although weird, it was a cute street with string lights and very quiet.

Man this place is horrible I don’t know the lady name but we waited 40 minutes for our food Because she had to make more. Plus she kept forgetting my order then she gave us small portions of Our order talking about she need to have enough for other people. I said I order chicken masala I got three 3 cut up meats an rest is small not even a scoop of rice. Then she gave me one naan bread for three people to share. So now here we are waiting another 15 minutes for the rest of my order because she forgot the rest of the stuff.

This is by far the worst place to get Indian food. I ordered chicken Marsala but it was gray and it was dry. It lacked the creaminess/ sauce and the fact my naan bread was burnt! I ordered 2 orders of Marsala and naan and they’re both a disappointment. It didn’t even taste like garlic but more like cardboard and the rice wasn’t even basmati and was sticky and clumpy. Let’s not forget the portion sizes are tiny as well. Would not recommend eating here I’d give the taste a 3/10

Got the chicken tikki masala on white basmati rice. Delicious! Very aromatic and flavorful. Paired very well with the cool chutney. I also got the sweet and medium chutney. The sweet one was good, but I thought the medium one was too strong for me (but I don’t like coconut in general so I think that’s why). All the topping I got were delicious: spinach, corn, and grilled onions and peppers. The staff is very welcoming and getting my order went quick. I came in for lunch and even though there was a the line, it didn’t take long. This restaurant is pretty and clean.
