    Came in at 12:20 to pick up an online order placed and an old homeless man told me they were closing and 12:30 and didn’t complete order. I’m Assuming he clean up for food or money. Why would system allow me to place order but restaurant cancels it. Then have non employees communicating with customers

    Bought 3 large pizzas. All the toppings were correct but they were undercooked! The crust should be crispy and not like sandwich bread! I will NEVER go back to pizza hut. Go to mellow mushroom or a local mom/pop shop. This is purely commercial trash!

    The worst, I didn't receive part of my order and my pizza is cold. I tried calling but no one answers the phone. PLEASE SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN. THE OWNER SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF ALL OF THEDSE BAD REVIEWS SO FAR.

    Absolute worst pizza place I have ever dealt with. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Order placed and awaited delivery, after 30 minutes past the scheduled delivery time I called in. After being placed on hold for 10 minutes I hung up, called again and was hung up on. Called back a third time and the member said the number was for a call center and not the restaurant. Transfered and placed on hold for 10 minutes again before I gave up. Over 2 hours without any food and time wasted. Now I have to dispute the charge on my card wasting more time. PLEASE ORDER FROM ANYWHERE ELSE!

    My only complaint is that they don't answer the phone. It's best to use the app because even the online order system wasn't working. Their call center is terrible unless you're placing an order. If you have any type of complications they will transfer you to the store and no one will answer. I sat on the phone for 8 minutes waiting for someone to pick up before I just hung up and walked down there. I order 30 pizzas for an office party and they made sure that everything was done on time. Ms. Ann and the manager was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.

    I ordered a family box with wings. The cashier said pizza hut doesn't give Ranch with wings. I asked him when did they stop. He said they never gave it out. Me being 40 years old knowing he was around 20. I told him sir I've been going to pizza hut longer than you've been alive. Dressing is standard when you order wings. Unacceptable. I will not be going back...

    They definitely load your pizza with lots of toppings and are very friendly at this location. Definitely worth trying them if you are near GSU or Grady.

    My Experience was a very pleasant one , they honored The Pizza Hut Rewards and my Pizza arrived was Hot , Tasty and they even gave me some Parmesan and Crushed Red Peppers it was so good I will order more of Those Boneless Wings this weekend for those were indeed the star of the show ... WoW Update 4/5/2022 They forgot my Parmesan Packets well they did bring the plates but I asked for my Parmesan Packets now i am sad😭 Update 6/23/23 Today I ordered another Meat Lovers with My Birthday Free Breadsticks 2 Garlic Sauces and 2 Mariana Sauces let see what I get when it arrives hopefully 2 boxes with the correct number of Sauces ...tick tock.

    order the pan supreme the topping were so skimpy, paper thin toppings on a loaf of bread, you could barely tasted it, guess they had a bad inventory. My last time ordering from Pizza Hut.

    Ordered twice with two separate cards and no delivery was ever made although our two cards were still charged. I do not recommend this location to anyone. They keep the phone off the hook as well so, only internet orders could be received, zero questions answered nor could refund could be seen about.

    Placed an online order through Uber eats and the driver did not have the correct car or plates and they forgot all of our drinks and now we have to wait 5-10 days for a refund. They also did not provide any utensils or napkins. Food was also blah and the pizza had very little sauce.

    I never received my pizza and no one cared to find a solution to my problem. I have not received a refund and still walked away with no pizza after having to physically go to the location. After delivery fees and tipping the driver, I AM PISSED!

    Ordered pizza at 9pm for three kids and two adults through Uber eats… after two hours of.waiting they cancelled our order!!! When we called Pizza Hut they wouldn’t even talk to us. One time they hung up on us the next time they put us on hold for over half hour

    Terrible experience. Ordered. Got a call about an hour later saying there was a mistake, and they put it in as a future delivery. Placed a second order. Pizza never showed. Called, and was told they were trying to call me when they got to my hotel, but they had the wrong number. I reminded them they called me originally over the first mistake. After 3 hours, cancelled the order, and called papa johns.

    I called to order some food and when I found out that they don't deliver to my address. I asked the employee named Carlos if he could find a store that would deliver to my address. He said sure and after I waited 15 minutes. They hung up on me. So I called back and asked to speak with the manager and they hung up on me again. Absolutely unprofessional behavior. That have lost any chance of me conducting business with them.

    Placed an order at 8pm via Uber eats. Uber eats had to reassign the order 3 times to different drivers because they had not even started to prepare the order at 9pm.....not even started. Not sure who owns are operates this location but it needs to be shut down.

    they cancelled my order without telling me, and when i told them i would've appreciated knowing before waiting for two hours until every other delivery place closed the person on the phone said "alright" and hung up. couldn't even provide an apology or why my order was cancelled.

    In town visiting for dragon con. Having a good time, getting drunk, hanging out with friends. I order a few pizzas, WELL before these guys close and wait AN HOUR AND A HALF before calling them and finding out they're closed and theres no-one in the building. My food should have been delivered because the order was placed before the building closed. I work in food service, and you should never disregard a completed order even if it's close to closing time. I did get my money back, but I never got any kind of notice that my order was just going to be ignored, by phone, text, or email. I wasted almost 2h waiting on an order that they did not seem to care about, and remaining hungry until an Uber eats driver could do what these guys were too lazy to do. If you place an order late at night, don't expect your food

    Go to another Pizza Hut. It seems that they do more socializing than working at this location. In addition to them not starting your food orders until you arrive to the location, no matter if you've ordered in advanced. Smh. Save the time and headache!

    Great service, fast delivery, fresh ingredients, and served at the perfect temperature. However, the pizza, a stuffed crust, was slightly undercooked. Still has very good flavor!

    My pizza was a thin crust with a thin layer of cheese and nothing else. That's not what the picture shows, crust and a little bit of cheese 12" cost me $23. I will never order from here again. Tried to call and complain but was told I'd reached the order only place they put me somewhere that never picked up.

    I walked in and looked at the menu. I did not see a personal pan pizza on the menu. I asked if they made them. His response was “It’s a 30 minute wait for it.” Not what I asked. When I asked about the toppings I could get, the employee pointed the boxes. I walked out. Improve customer service.

    I was feeling JUST fine until I ate some of the pizza box from here. Couple hours later my stomach was on fire! Next day, same feeling but even worse smh. Never eating here again. Seems like there actually isn’t too many Pizza Huts in the Atlanta area with a rating of 3 or above which is very telling.

    If I could give any piece of advice, it would be to not actually order from this pizza hut. But if you find yourself in the unfortunate situation where you must, you need to have a friend or a close confidant inside the kitchen who will actually be able to read your order and give you what you want. I have ordered from this very pizza hut 6 unfortunate times, asking for the same thing. Thin crust, pepperoni and bacon, with light cheese. They have gotten my order correct once. For some strange and wacky reason, they take 'light cheese' to mean 'triple cheese'. Sometimes my pepperoni was only on one side of the pizza. Sometimes there was absolutely no bacon. Today, I went in with hope and a prayer. Asking the casheer DIRECTLY to make sure the order I placed online had light cheese. She said 'ok'. And then I got my pizza... and it had extra cheese. So yeah, do not order from this pizza hut. There is a Moe's right next to it, just eat there.

There was also no easy way to let them know online without calling them, and lastly my valid address without a zip code made it impossible to use my credit card. I used to get pizza hut the first night of my work trips but it had been years. I think it will be years again after last night.

    Bad experience did not have the pizza advertised on their highlighted menu for that specific address Downtown. You can clearly see a spinach pizza in more than one picture for this address.

    Would give it zero stars if I could. Absolutely do not recommend. We ordered a meal as a group and they completely left out our order of 16 wings and 5 breadsticks. We called, trying to be polite, and they hung up on us multiple times. Finally we were transferred to another line where we sat on hold for 20+ minutes. We paid and did not receive half of our order. Would have gone to the restaurant in person and been a karen if we were closer. 0 stars. Really wanted my wings.
