Good place for a family meal. There are lots of delicious options for everyone's tastes and they have a good kids menu. We found a large booth that could fit everyone and our food came out pretty fast. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I visited this place on a Monday around 5pm. It was very slow inside. I sat at the bar and ordered a PBR because it was on special. Aside from the keg having to be changed and that taking forever, some of the employees lacked professionalism which made things uncomfortable. My beer had some things at the bottom of it. But I had already drank half the mug 🥴 otherwise, food was marvelous. I’d order out again 😂

This place has great menu variety and a unique atmosphere. The cheese fries are always a good barometer for the rest of the menu in my experience, and these were top notch: the whole plate was perfectly crispy and totally smothered in cheese. Jive Turkey is a great burger option if you're not feeling beef! There are some great flavor combinations in every item on this menu, so you really can't go wrong.

Quick summary: Pretty good burger, not a huge fan of the fries Came here for dinner on a Friday. You order at the counter. Received my Green Chile Queso fries first. It was nice that they put the queso in a cup on the side to keep the fries from getting soggy. The fries were thin and got hard pretty fast - not sure what was up with that. I'm glad I was with a friend and we could split the fries, since you're forced to get a big order for $8+. Definitely would have just preferred a normal side of fries, but that isn't an option. I ordered the Double Bacon Jam burger. I really liked the jam and it was plenty bacon-y. I wish it came with normal burger veggies too (lettuce, tomato, etc). Burger is on the smaller side. My dining partner had the Goodnight Good Cause which has a caffeinated BBQ. You can also get the BBQ at their sauce station for the fries. It's pretty smoky and pleasant. The Stubborn root beer at the soda fountain was different and really good. Overall I'd definitely eat here again and try the Brussels instead of the fries.

Great burger and atmosphere. Super busy spot, but it was worth it. The food was great and prices were not that bad. Worthy of a visit!

Over the weekend we tried this yummy place. The best part were the fries. The burgers are pretty tasty too. Although I would have to say they put a little too much mustard on the front porch burger. It's a little confusing when you first walk in. You don't know if you should wait to be seated or what! Finally figured out that your suppose to wait in line to place your order. They then bring your food to the table. So it's like a semi self serve. Speaking of tables the are pretty high especially if you have young children. They do have lower booths but they seem to fill quickly. Over all my family enjoyed burger night. This spot is located in the same shopping plaza as LA Fitness, the post office and chic- fila. It is closest to Long Horn restaurant in the plaza. I opted to place a pick up order. I tried the chicken patty burger and the hot honey and sage sweet potato fries. I arrived a few minutes after the noted time for pick up and to my surprise my food was ready . Although my interaction with staff was quick, I will give them credit for being friendly. The burger I tried was good. While I enjoyed the fries they are not something I would have to have again. I am interested in trying other items on the menu. Those Parmesan fries look tasty! Overall, this is a decent burger spot worth checking out!

A true delicatessen atmosphere. Not as clean as it should be...a few fruit flies buzzed us, floor was gross. Burgers were awesome, but all chicken is fried fyi. Full bar.

Attended their community day soft opening today. When we entered we received information about Hopdoddy, the company, and the ingredients that they use. We were allowed to each choose an entree of our choice and our group of three were able to also choose two shareable fries and a shake for the table. We chose the the Parmesan truffle fries , & the hand cut fries. Both came quickly, were large servings, and both were hot and delicious. For entrees we had the Classic burger, Double Bacon Jam, and the Ahi Tuna. Unfortunately the Classic & the Double Bacon Jam we're so salty they were inedible. The Ahi Tuna was also quite salty, but not to the same extreme. Hubby said the Ahi was very fresh and he enjoyed it, but the salt built up as he neared the end. Daughter and I can't comment on the quality of our burgers as we couldn't get past one bite. For the shake, we ordered an Oreo shake which was quite delicious. We also purchased an additional vanilla shake which my daughter didn't care for as she said it had a weird aftertaste. All the food came out pretty quickly especially as they were still in their training days, and it all was hot and looked good, but they need to work on the seasoning. I spoke with one of the staff people and it seems that we weren't the first to make similar comments about the salt. The restaurant itself was attractive and clean with plenty of seating, both booths and tables. There is a nice bar area and happy hour M-F from 3-6. The staff was working hard and training seems to be going well as orders were accurate, staff was happy and pleasant and everyone we spoke with said they enjoyed working at Hopdoddy. A few other little issues, they are a cashless restaurant, but they had no way to turn their touchscreens around for customers to add a tip or to sign the receipt. Maybe their system wasn't 100% up and running as this was a free event and I just happened to purchase something?? So far, staff is doing great, they need to get their seasoning on point.

First time customer and the food + customer service blew me away. The ambient music was just loud enough to hear, but not so loud that you couldn’t hear yourself. Ordering is a bit unique in that you order at a walk up register and then order food to be delivered to your numbered table. There are menus posted throughout the restaurant, but also available via QR code. Our food came quickly and the service was friendly. The Jive Turkey is hands down the best turkey sandwich I’ve had in a very long time. It was juicy, well cooked, and came with an appropriate amount of toppings. I also ordered a vanilla shake, which was tasty as well. I paid about $18 for both. This is a great choice for a quick, casual bite.

Good burger, not a fan of the fries. The drinks were also a bit hit or miss. We came here for dinner on a Thursday night. We walked right up to the counter and were able to order, and there was plenty of seating. Our food came out as it was prepared vs all at once. 🍔 BURGER - the burger was sizable with a thick patty. The FRIES, however, come in a big, metal bowl. So you'll have more than enough to share. We tried the hot honey sweet potato fries but we weren't a super fan of the taste. The sweet potato fries would have been fine on their own and the hot honey just seemed to be extra and didn't add anything to the overall experience. The temperature inside was also a bit too warm. They need to turn up the AC.

Great place to eat. The burgers were cooked to order the way you requested. Nice taste and not your plain burgers. There is a bar area for cocktails and booths and tables to sit and eat.

Way over priced for the food quality and experience (60 for two people sharing fries with one soda and one margarita). Service was poor on many fronts, the ordering process is unclear and the staff behind the counter did not greet us or bother the point out menus we might use in figuring out how to order, she seemed somewhat bothered to even have to take our order. My friend had finished over half his burger before his drink ordered with his food was delivered from the bar and the Fina margarita was underwhelming in my opinion. The Parmesan Fries while having a good flavor were less than appealing as they were soggy potato noodles being extremely undercooked. Lastly the burgers were flavorless and very overcooked thus not worth the premium price charged for them. Will not be back or recommending to any of my friends.

I happened to be in the Cumberland area, came across Hopdoddy and decided to give it a try. I ordered a mushroom burger and my partner ordered a bison bacon burger, both of which we cut in half and shared with each other. We also ordered a sharable order of parmesan truffle fries. We were asked if we wanted the fries while we waited on our burgers, which we decided to do. Our fries were delivered to our table within a few minutes of being seated. There were more than enough fries for the two of us, in fact, we didn't eat them all. The dipping sauce was absolutely delicious! Shortly after receiving our fries, we received our burgers. Both burgers were equally good. They were cooked medium (the bison burger was probably more med-rare to medium), so they were juicy and not over done. They were also a good portion size. The atmosphere of the restaurant was casual, but nice. Although I didn't order an alcoholic beverage, they did have a bar. The employees were friendly and the service was good. Overall, I enjoyed my experience and would definitely recommend.

First time trying this place, saw it on a TikTok, and decided to give it a go. I got the Doddy melt, the Parmesan, truffle fries, and the Texas Sling drink. The burger and the fries were fantastic, I love that they included the sauce on the side so that you can dip or mix as you please. The food tasted really fresh and it came out pretty quickly, although I will add that they weren’t as busy as they usually are so that probably had a lot to do with that. I do think that they should offer smaller sizes of fries. The size that they offer now is definitely more of a two people portion, and I only got through a little less than half of them. I was not a fan of the Texas Sling. It was supposed to be cherry, lime and pineapple flavored, but it tasted more like hand soap than anything else. it also was the last thing to be delivered to me, apparently the bartender never saw my order come in and so I did have to go up and ask for it. not sure if maybe it was just prepared incorrectly or if that is how it is supposed to taste, but either way, I will not be getting this off the menu again. The service was great, even the small issue that I had, with the drink was resolved quickly, and very politely. I was overall pleased with the cleanliness of the establishment, and the speed of service. 8/10 recommend.

Food was fantastic, I got the orange chicken burger. Hubby felt his was spicy and loved it. Son enjoyed his gluten free bun and fries were good too. We went at 1120 on a Saturday for lunch, floors were SO dirty like no one cleaned night before. Most tables were dirty as well. Music was so loud, we couldn't hear each other. The light bulb was flickering so we had to move but most tables were dirty. Soda had 8 empty spots and it was Pepsi products not Coke. Very poorly maintained but food is good.

The burgers were under cooked. No big deal but they were flavorless. The parmesan truffle fries were great and the specialty shake was good. A bit over priced though. Service up front was good but the bartender was too busy talking to the females at the bar then to make our shakes. I guess alcoholic beverages come first? 20 minutes to get 2 mini shakes, our order ticket was repeatedly ignored. All in all we will not be back.

Came in while at a convention just up the street. Food was good and service was quick. Would recommend grabbing burgers or the special here if you’re just in the area for a while.

Solid burguer as always, fries were delish but portion could have been a bit more generous. Restaurant was packed full so service took a while too. I wasn't in any hurry

Bacon love burger barely had any bacon in it. This is NOT a $10 burger, it would have been $8 if I had gotten the version without bacon and it is still not an $8 burger. Save your money and go to steak and shake.

My former co-workers and used I used to love grabbing lunch here. They used to have this delicious dip made with sausage and cheese, but since the pandemic, it hasn't been on the menu. Grub is now a meetup spot for drinks and apps before attending various events. The service is great. There are great options for vegetarian options, too. Try the veggie burger. It's one of my favorites. I'm a bit of a stickler when it comes to customer service. They do it pretty well here. Peter (one of the owners) and every employee are genuinely friendly folks. Check it out. And when you do, beg them to bring that great dip back to their selections. Enjoy! I always do.

Nice burger spot. A tad pricey for burgers but they were good as well as the drinks. They give a good portion of food. They have specials on different days. I'd probably come back at some point though.
