    The number 1 combo meal. Fries were cold and stale tasting. Yuck. 🤮 Most times this location is a 5-star. Maybe next time.

    Great experience, Naudia, who took my order, was super friendly. The food came out hot and quickly. Definitely some of the best fried chicken I've had while visiting Atlanta. Restaurant was relatively clean, but a bunch cramped with a lot of people. Great location with lots of parking

    Hello Zaxby's, I went to your establishment on May 19, 2023 at 5:42 pm. I was redeeming the coupon on the receipt from a previous visit at the restaurant. The food was cook well. I was met with resistance by the cashier who took my order. He didn't want to give me my complete order that I paid for even though he rung it up and understood what was mentioned on there. He gave me a small drink when I asked for a large. I asked for several sauces and was only given 4 sauces. The coke freestyle drink machine was not operational at all. It was extremely filthy and disgusting to look at. Someone had spat some chewed gum in the drain. I had to request ice from the staff at the front. I just wanted sweet tea, which I managed to get without incident. The table I sat at was filthy and unclean. The employees were all unfriendly and looked miserable. No one smiled or greeted me at all. I felt uncomfortable the entire time I was there. It just felt like I didn't belong in the restaurant. It shouldn't be this hard to get basic customer service at one of my favorite restaurants. Needless to say, I shall never return. I would encourage you to work on your professionalism, listening, and reading comprehension. Make sure your restaurant is kept clean and tidy at all times. This restaurant needs to be monitored by the health inspector and Zaxby's corporate office. I wouldn't recommend this establishment to the scum of the universe. This restaurant had 1 person inside sitting down and 1 car in the drive-thru. So it was not "busy" as far as I could tell. Sincerely, A former guest

    Look at how many fries they put in the small box. Just sad to say the least They Gave me fries that taste stale and burnt. I went inside to ask for a refund and I was told that I could not get a refund. I definitely called corporate because I will receive my refund one way or another. The manager was very rude. And I suggest you do not waste your money at this location. How are you going to tell me a consumer that no longer wants your food or your services that you cant give me a refund?? Are you serious. Avoid this location at all cost. Yes they made me new fries but guess what they were half done this is a very ghetto location and I said it once and I will say it again do not go here

    Visited this location while visiting Atlanta. Customer service HORRIBLE! The girl taking the order was very rude. We ordered over $100 worth of food take it that the dining area was closed we had to go through the drive through. We asked about sauces for the tenders and boneless we ordered she said we only get 4 but, we were willing to pay for extra. The girl that took our money was very polite but, due to the girl that was taking orders rudely interrupting every time she spoke she couldn’t explain. We asked for the manager and the rude girl said it wasn’t one there. I attempted to call the store 10 times and the recording states to call back. As a person you choose your job if your not a people person don’t work drive through at a popular food chain restaurant. The order wasn’t even right but, due to the horrible attitudes we did even go back.

    Inconsistent. Sometimes you'll get food fresh and exactly how you order it. Most times, you'll be sitting in the drive thru for 15 minutes and they'll get your order wrong. With the increase in prices and messing up my order multiple times. I don't think I'll be coming back to this location.

    I guess it's not just one zaxby's. I guess all the y'all are on that Communist Soviet union chicken tender strips agenda. I eat here at least 3 days a week. But I'm a start ordering chicken strips from somewhere else and then just coming by here and getting sauce.

    i loved the inside of the place from the signs to the options of drinks. the zaxbys sauce was amazing and the fries were delicious, was a long drive for us but definitely worth the treck. i got the signature chicken sandwich loved it to bites, not a long wait for our food either

    Quite literally counted 13 children working there. The ones in the kitchen were working. The ones at/behind the counter WERE NOT. The service is beyond lackluster, there’s no organization, in addition to myself i witnessed 4 other people come in either getting the wrong orders or waiting for the orders that didn’t get served to them while others who came in after them were served. They need organization and a manager that’s not “in the office” and on the floor making sure things operate smoothly. Finally the restroom handle on the men’s door is broke . I understand having a code to get in the door but access to the restroom and properly working restrooms should be a priority for paying customers. No need to go to this location, it’s all around trash!

    After purchasing meals with drinks. Sprite and Dr pepper. Sodas tasted very flat and watered down. Fries where below room temperature and soggy. Wings and things as well as club sandwich cold outside and inside as of the whole meal was kept in the fridge then took out when ordered. This is what I get for $25.97😠😠😠 SMH!!!!! Could have eaten at longhorn for almost the same price an gotten hot food.

    I wanted to shout out the employee with glasses who took my order this time for the care she took to ensure that my sandwich substitution was properly taken care of. She kept checking on it in the line to ensure the substitution got swapped and even checked up on me after that it worked out. Thank you for the extra care!

    Clearly all they require to be employed here is a 3rd grade education. I was told to park and wait for my food. After 15 minutes I went inside after I hadn’t received it. The cashier asked me for my receipt (which they did not give me), turns out they never even made my food. I was met with extreme attitude from the team inside. None were wearing gloves, or hair nets around the food. This place is disgusting, and I will not be back.

    This location is one of my favorites. These employees must have worked at Chick-fil-A before. I just came from Sephora at Lenox and was thinking for the life in me why do people apply for customer service jobs and they aren’t customer service oriented. Well there front end didn’t disappoint.

    Hour plus wait for drive through service. Three separate employees asked about my order. All were incorrect. I won't ever go back to the store on Ponce de Leon. 2/10 Avoid.

    The kickin' chicken sandwich is my guilty pleasure. The experience is usually pretty consistent. Drive through fries always end up a bit soggy, but that's been my experience at most locations.

    I just leave the Zaxby's on Ponce. The manager was so rude. I had a large bill to pay for my order. I didn't have any other cash. The cashier asked if I had anything smaller? I told her no. She called the manager to the window and she asked me the same question to which I gave the same answer. Then she ask do you have anything smaller or a credit card? I was trying not to use a credit card. I said no again to a smaller bill but reluctantly reached for my card. That's when the manager used profanity and called me a liar. I will not be returning to that location.

    The seasoned crinkle fries are great and they have a wide selection of sauces to combine with the delicious fried chicken. The staff were very helpful despite our visit being during a busy lunch period and the restaurant and facilities were clean and hygienic. The traditional wings were excellent and I'd definitely visit again.

    Here’s to hoping new the Chick Fil-A puts this place out of business. The drive-thru customer service tonight was terrible. Rude for no reason. This was my first time at Zaxbys in a year, and I won’t be retuning.

    Customer service is not what I would go to a Zaxby’s for but it’s just just too poor not to comment on. Wait times are longer than usual so employees are swamped but of course they aren’t getting paid more. Which leads to the issue of poor customer service at least for the most part. Fries were unseasoned and soggy for some reason and the menu was restricted.

    I've only been in this location a handful of times and 4 out of 5 they've been great except for today a Sunday around noon. Most actual born here from here Georgians all know that you either get your shopping done before 11 a.m. or after 3 p.m. on a Sunday otherwise you're going to run into your Church crowds flooding the stores and restaurants. Nothing wrong with that at all by any means. Today I was heading to pickup a doordash order that was heading in the direction I was heading to go pickup some storage containers. I walked into Zaxbys and right from the start it was chaotic. Not even organized chaos, they tried to look the part I'll give them that. I checked in waited and waited, watched all these customers come up and had either wrong orders or had not even received their food yet at the 20 minute mark. After 20-30 minutes I'm waiting because all these people were jn there before me waiting for theirs yet still. Finally a manager had seen me sitting there forever asked what I was waiting on, showed her my phone and immediately she wanted to start blaming the young gal that was doing Togo orders. Telling her where did that ticket go and so on. She had no clue. She was organized and I had a feeling it wasn't her. A couple minutes later as I'm watching the manager fumble through the receipts, she calls me back up and says, sir that order has been picked up. I said no it hasn't so she proceeds to show me a signature that is just a couple of circles and says, whoever signature this is picked it up. I laughed I said I wouldn't have a clue who's that is, but in my head I knew she had done that to cover her own rear end and she was so cool, calm and collective about it, made me suspect that this is her go to for letting someone else take that order or the kitchen not making the order at all and just throwing the receipt away instead of simply remaking the order because I was on contact with the customer the entire time and he never received it. She asked me to have the customer reorder it which was unacceptable and the customer never got his order. Point of this story is accountability, Sunday comes every week and it's the same chaos, so pre-planning and having a meeting with all employees before the door opens would help with organized chaos, shorter ticket times, instead of showing your frustration as a manager, take some deep breaths, give these young kids and young adults that are working for you some words of encouragement and so on. Even if you think it might be cheesy, you'd be surprised at what it can do and the attitudes change from stress to upbeat and positive. Don't go on Sundays between 1130 a.m. and probably 2ish unless you don't mind all the above. Again 4 OUT OF 5 trips have been great.

    I've been in the drive-thru a few times, and it's the quickest Zaxby's in the Midtown area. They haven't messed up my food at all. Customer service is nice. Just don't expect extremely fast service as the kitchen makes orders for drive-thru and delivery apps too.

    Everytime I come thru the drive thru, at 1045pm or 11pm they either closed or they have ran out of ice. Every time. SMH. If Google say the drive thru close at 12am then that’s what it should be. The so called manager need to run the restaurant properly.

    We live an hour south and I have not had Zaxby’s in some time because the locations near us are not great. Stopped today because we saw the new fries ad and up this way for a doctors appointment. The best Zaxby’s we have ever been to! Clean, nice staff, good food, and awesome service. General manager was involved and had great leadership!

    Wings are undercooked as well as the fries instead of them being crispy and well cooked. I’ve came here multiple times and the wings look completely different every single time. Someone had even came up to me and said my food didn’t look real and that it looked undercooked.

    The restaurant opened a half hour after posted hours. When I went in, there were some upset customers in front of me. I understand situations come up, and was prepared to wait for my lunch. When I got to the counter I tried to ask how long it would be until they had food ready. I asked 3 times as the guy behind the counter continued to talk over me. He asked how my day was, then asked the person behind me, then started talking to other staff members. On the third attempt to ask how long it would be until the food would be ready, he again over talked me to talk to another staff member. Then looked at me and said “go ahead”. I walked out. Now I can understand why the people in front of me were so frustrated. Completely unprofessional, rude and to add to it he look dirty and unkept.

    The food was soooooo good and they make it fresh to order. Highly recommend!!! I’ve never dined in but they were still fast for the drive through. We spent around 10-15min in the drive through with a line that halfway wrapped around the building. If you want your food right away then maybe go inside but if you aren’t in a rush then use the drive through you won’t regret it either way!
