I did want to leave a 5 star review, my food was great, OUR waitress was awesome. However. This was my first time ever in Atlanta Georgia. The other waitress was... We HEARD her.... Agree with some ladies on how when they walked in and seen us sitting there!! "I can't stand the sight of that white family" "na me either", and proceeded to sit the ladies in a corner where they could not see us. And for the waitress to show just as much disrespect as the uneducated ladies is a disappointment, especially when my white sister is fighting in the United States Army. I will never spend my money in Atlanta again. This place did bad, I mean really bad.

I have been too many IHOP, but this one customer service was excellent. I can't remember her name but she was well dressed, she always kept us abreast of our order when it was late. She laughed with us and called our table the VIP table. The food was good and fresh when it came. She made sure our drinks were filled and kept comrades with us through our whole stay. I will definitely come back again.

Disgusting...I consider this my go to place in my neighborhood bt after today ill def pass going forward. Manager appeared to be unaware of how nasty the place is....all the partitions btwn tables filthy, floor, counters & ceilings too. Dish guy came out lookn super yucky no offense bt presentation...ppl & food is everything in a restaurant. Place gave goonie vibes😷

1st I tried calling but the phone was off the hook, when we got to the desk nobody was there so I called and the phone was still off the hook (it was laying on the counter in front of me) everyone looks like they're high on something other than life. My Coke tasted horrible, my food was all the way cold, my cheese eggs had no cheese in them and my bacon was burned.

My first time eating at this location the food was very good. Betty which I was our host she was a charm. She made our experience a pleasurable one. I would definitely suggest to come to this location again. The only downfall in my opinion there were no soap in the men's restroom and the parking can be kind of tight esp if it get busy.

We went on a holiday at 9am and it was not super crowded. The staff was a bit rude and the food ok. Worth the experience if you are traveling to the US.

This place has turned around a great deal. The service was very good. Job was done server was engaging. Steady flow of customers kept a good vibe in the building. Big steak omelet is a fav 😍.. the temperature should have been better (hotter)

Server and hostess were amazing! But the food was special to say the least. Hahaha what in the Ponce De Leon is this happy face pancake? Hahaha if you don’t know what it supposed to look like…google it…I’m mean the cooks, not other customers!

One pic showcases a wall piece which says, "the best looking thing..", well I suggest asking to sit there bcuz I'm advised by one of dee BEST waitresses ever, GAYLE that, that area is the VIP section. And GAYLE certainly treated me with utmost respect n service. This IHOP shood know how lucky they are to have her, if they don't, hopefully they'll learn after reading this. "Preshahnate cha" GAYLE. The 4star is based on meal, which was a veggie salad having iceberg lettuce, as opposed to romaine, which I would have preferred over the berg. We'll see wat it do next time since I want to have GAYLE serve me up again as King😉.

Went for breakfast with my son on a saturday morning. Our waiter was on top of everything. The food was delicious. The place was very clean and well organized. Bathrooms were clean. Parking lot was clean. I was so happy with my service from my waiter i asked him how much of a tip he wanted and he said $100...so i gave it to him. I cant remember his name but i highly recommend him. Thank you IHOP...you made my day.

Good food. Good service. Came on an busy Saturday morning and the place was buzzing. We were seated promptly and serviced expeditiously without feeling rushed. Our server Teena was the best! She was well acquainted with the menu, smiled, made us smile, and most importantly made us feel like valued customers. The food came out in a reasonable amount of time made perfectly to order. IHOP continues to be a favorite with their consistent core menu and regular innovative new flavors. Great job IHOP, especially for a large chain.

At 5:45 am this place is delightful, fun, and cheery. Pleasant conversation and upbeat employees. The food looked/tastes very good 👍! Actually, it tasted better than it looked.

I just got to town & we had never been to that IHOP location so we checked it out. Food was good & no one left hungry. We were there for hours & didn't notice & staff was very friendly, courteous & believe the Mgr. was the woman who came to us & was inquiring to our visit, food, server & what was makin us laugh & have such a good time. She had an engaging conversation with us. Thanks for a wonderful experience. Nice way to start the day when returning home.

We ordered omelet big steak and chose New York cheese cake. The waitress did not say that you need to pay extra for this. But most of all outraged that the waiter demanded more tips. She was also wearing dirty pants. Terrible place....compared to other IHOP restaurants.

This location is absolutely horrible. I placed an online order at 4:05. I arrived at 4:19 (when my order said it would be ready). Went inside to check the order at about 4:25. After about 10 minutes, was told they’re “extremely backed up” and it will be way longer. When I went back in to check about 10 mins later, I was completely ignored (along with about 5 other people). People literally had to walk up to the kitchen and ask where their food was. The “manager”, when met with the knowledge that nobody had bothered addressing a majority of the people in the waiting area, responded with “well i wasn’t up here”. ZERO accountability for the horrible timing and complete lack of customer service. I did not get my food until 4:55. 50 mins is absolutely ridiculous for an order that was placed ahead.

This is where my son wanted to go for his birthday. I like IHOP, however, not today. We did get there at a great time. 10:30AM on a Sunday. They were not busy. The crowd started to arrive around 11:30AM. My food was just ok. I had pancakes and hash browns. The food was not hot. The hash browns were not good and the pancakes seemed different from what I remember. My son enjoyed his chicken tenders and fries. That's what matters. It was his day!

The service is quick, the wait time is nonexistent, and the waiters are really nice. The place is clean, the people are very attentive, and they are very accommodating. We’ve gone twice while on vacation with my autistic brother and they were very nice to him.

Walked into this IHOP on a Saturday morning at about 11am and there was no wait. Me and my son were seated right away. The service was on point. The waitress took our orders and was very informative and courteous. We got a breakfast sampler and steak omelette. They came out in 10 minutes. We were in and out of there in 45 minutes. It was almost full but it was still a calm and quiet environment. I highly recommend.

Love the atmosphere and the service was very good! But I didn't like the food. It could've been just me having one of those days. I was tired and just ready to go and sleep. I tried something new I'd never had before and didn't like it.

I often frequent this location, it had drastically improved under new management but tonight it was like I went back to the service of five- ten years ago. Server did not greet me when I walked in. I waited ten minutes as he decided not to seat us as he put in another order. He could have had the other waitress seat us. He Moved very slowly as I waited over 10 minutes. Then he looks at me and walks past me to seat a couple that came in after me. I addressed the fact I was there first. He acts as if he is so busy and with an attitude asks if I want to dine in. I say yes he then looks at me and with an attitude says oh well you can follow me too. No apology. Just attitude. I am not paying for attitude and disrespect. I left. His name was Thomas. I will probably not be back for a while.

Placed an order to go via the app. Arrived at the designated time. The order wasn't ready. Waited 45 minutes only to be told they did not make/lost my order. No explanation why. Waited additional 20 minutes for it to be made. Offered 'a drink' and told by the server, "Sorry, it wasn't my fault." The manager made no effort to talk to me. I know she knew what happened because I saw the server telling her what happened and the managed helped her bag up the order.

We had the most pleasant experience of dining at this ihop today. The waitress Louise C. Was very friendly and speedy with our food. The mgr. Yasmine was nice and walked thru and asked if everyone food was ok! Great customer service and atmosphere! The restaurant was clean .

I was a little disappointed. Usually the food is so good. My omelet was sweet. Everything else was delicious and our server was great. I am hoping is was just an off day. Please bring back the stuffed French toast. That was one of my favorites. Come on people give me some thumbs up so we can see if we can get them to bring it back!! 👍

They went all out to provide a great experience, and most importantly - to get my huge order right. Only caveat is for a pancake place they are stingy with the syrup. I asked for blueberry syrup, I had four meals and two tall stacks - they gave me two of those little ketchup containers of syrup? For that many pancakes I should have at least a cup (8 ounces) of syrup! Otherwise, the food and service was excellent.

The restaurant was filthy at 6:50 AM. Trash under the tables, tables looked like they were wiped off with a dirty rag, and flies in the window frames. However, this location had grits and all of the signature syrups. Waitress was very nice, just disappointed I stayed to eat in an unkept environment.

Ooh girl, TRASH.🗑️🤮 Except for the one lady serving tonight, who was helpful. The "manager on duty chick (tatted w/short buzz cut)" or whatever and her minions weren't working. Just in there to be in there, apparently. I'll give the overall customer service a 1/10, wouldn't recommend. Do better!

I ate at this location on a Sunday, and two days later my credit card got hit 2 different times for 2 different charges . I called the location and the manager said they were having problems with Amex. They said their A team was on it. I gave them my phone number and they have not called me back after a week. That is a $60 dollar charge and they do not respond. Basically, it is theft. How did they charge my card 2 days later. What is going on at this location?? Buyer beware!!!!!!!!!!! Still unresolved........

This is the best IHOP I ever been to. The food was better than any IHOP I have been to. The server Carolyn was Amazing! So attentive to my whole large party.

I wanna give a big shout out to the management that has taken over and making the restaurant better!! The food was great and my party of 6 was really satisfied with their meals and service.!! Great job!

The chicken biscuit sandwich was real great at 12:30 AM! So fluffy! Toni is a wonderful server! On a busy, Halloween weekend night they treated us very well.

The service as we entered the restaurant was great. The host was not available at the time so I had to direct the elderly person to the nearest table with her walker. Finally there was tree waitress trying to overwhelmed my patient. As we were reading the menu, the tree waitresses kept approaching our table to see if we where ready to order. They were rushing us. Finally we ordered. The food was not anything like in the menu. My patient was not able to chew her bacon omelette breakfast because it was hard, and the steak omelette was horrible because the pieces of steak on the egg was gristles and more gristles. My patient wanted a strawberry shake and they did not have any so we had coffee instead. At the time of departure, one of the waitresses presented us with the receipt. We prepared to pay for our meal, as I hand my receipt and my card to the waitress for the payments of the meal, she checks out and hands me the slip for the signature payment and to add a tip for service. My patient refused to tip so I scribbled the section for a tip. Waitress responded with anger towards me and said. You are not goin to tip me, and I said No because this is my patient card not mines. She asked why scribble the tip section. I replied, so no tip can be added to her card. Waitress asked, Why we where no tipping? I replied the food was not prepared well. Waitress said, we should had said something. So we walked away. — I am sharing this because no one should DEMAND a tip. If the customer is satisfied with all the above them a tip should be given. This was a horrible experience!!!

We went on a Sat morning and of course it was packed. But we were seated immediately even though we were a party of ten. Four stars because I had a coffee to go and they had no Styrofoam cups. Just the big red plastic ones that you usually use for sipping. We were going to ABC, but who wants to wait an hour? When you're hungry, you're hungry. Right?

Everyone was friendly the manager sat us down Ms Queen was our waitress she was down to earth explained the menu well and made sure we enjoyed ourselves. Food came out quick I enjoyed the “Cali Turkey Melt “ first time it was good pancakes were greats thanks u guys.

Me and family went to eat some breakfast and the hostess seat us fast. The restaurant was full and they had to servers wait for more than 15 minutes. Brought the food and forgot my wife's food. My wife got upset 😡 and the server told us the food was ready but my wife didn't wanted and to be discounted from our bill. The server didn't get any tip from us and she got upset because of that even the hostess came to our car telling us that our server didn't work for free. That was funny and we just left talking about it. The last time going to that IHOP ever.

I really had a bad experience last night as they took one hour to prepare one omelette + burrito bowl. I placed the order via online and went there as indicated. I noticed they were able to serve some of the orders who came after me and when I confronted them then they said it’s almost done. Finally, I picked up my stuffs after 1 hour waiting … Guess what when I came hotel room and checked the order the burrito bowl was missing :-( If you want to grab some quick food then please stay away from this IHOP

I love how vulnerable waitstaff become while interacting. Being honest and vulnerable is truly the only way to establish any kind of real connection. Being vulnerable is how people find similarities between each other. Being able to listen effectively and have empathy for others is how relations between people are made and later embraced. Shout out to IHOP!!

Our sever Amaya was wonderful, we came in and she greeted us with nothing but an amazing attitude. Frank made us feel very welcome, which for 5 am was a blessing. The food was fantastic and we’ll definitely be back

Best IHOP I’ve been to in a while I got the breakfast sampler and the cooked it perfect. Scrambled eggs were cooked to perfection. Buttermilk pancakes were perfect! I will be coming back I loved it so much!

Ive been here on two separate occasions and the service was awesome. My food was fresh and I look forward to coming here regularly. I don’t have a pic because the food was so good but I had the cheesecake pancakes with a half French toast bacon and eggs. Even my coffee was hot and on point. My new favorite ihop spot. Coming from Chicago this was my best breakfast experience so far in Georgia. Shout out to the staff you guys rock!

Always open whenever I need them to be as they are 24 hours (seriously), even post-COVID, which always get them added to my list of Favorite Late Night/Early AM places to eat! I've never had to wait in line long nor has it ever been empty either - both good sign in my book. Overall a very friendly staff, and as I plan on eating there again, would 8/10 recommend.

Atmosphere was a little run down. Service was unattentive. I ordered the package tacos. They had to go back because they forgot I did not want bacon, but they second batch they brought out was bomb. Pancakes were soft and buttery made to perfection and the rest of the food was good.

Ordered my food online. My food was supposed to be ready at 8:55. I got there at 9:15 and had stood outside the curbside window to wait on my order. It took the woman at the window 10 mins to bring me my food because she was talking to her coworkers. While I was standing outside a huge rat ran from behind the building. I went inside to let the staff know and they all laughed at me and said they aren’t on the kitchen and asked do I have rats at my house. I should’ve asked for a refund. Never going back to this location. Ghetto and dirty

Ordered a T-Bone steak breakfast with a 6 dollar beverage called Oreo shake. Had an IHOP card to pay but needed 3 more dollars. I gave the cashier a 5 dollar bill for the overage. She credited the 5 in full to the card instead of just giving me 2 dollars back. She called the manager to fix it. Manager then brought my order and told me it was ready to go. When I got home, there was no beverage. I called back. Manager said she would put it on the book when I am able to return. It took me 2 weeks to return because I was in the midst of an annual 3 day major project. When I returned Manager said she didn't remember me. I said I didn't remember her either but she said it was on the book. She asked about a receipt. I told her I had none. She asked what I ordered. I said T-bone steak and before I could finish she walked away saying she didn't recall a steak order. When she came back with the book it indicated the correct beverage. The Manager made the initial mistake leaving out a 6 dollar beverage then treated me as though I was trying to hustle her for a free steak. It was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at an IHOP restaurant between the cashier, Manager and return visit for an over priced beverage they left out. I am not interested in returning ever again for more horrible treatment.

This is IHOP but they get 5 stars from me just for being open and available to seat us after a late night. Our server was really good, and everyone was kind. And to be honest the pancakes were everything lol

The food was good. I got the 2×2×2. My issue came when I wanted to order decaffeinated coffee. A simple, we don't serve it anymore would have been great as opposed to the rude & disrespectful comment that I received. Terrible service. I won't be going back to that specific location again. Too bad.

Worst experience ever!!!! We ordered steak and it was horrible!!!!! It tasted like it was spoiled. The manager acted so nonchalant about it. Our server, who seemed new, was awesome. I hope she finds somewhere elsewhere to work where they will appreciate her. One last thing that disgusted me was one of the workers kept sticking her bare hand in the ice and eating it. Never again will I visit this IHOP. Worst experience ever!!!!

Me my boyfriend and his granddaughter went to the ihop here today and our server was phenomenal. She made great recommendations and had excellent hospitality 🤩
