Great food with a fun atmosphere! I took my family for a nice dinner and the kids loved the food and watching all the planes and jets take off and land. Our server Denice was amazing and all the food was delicious. The chef even came to confirm my child’s allergy and ensure us he would make sure we were safe! It was a great evening and we will return especially to check out some of there fun events!

Haven’t been here in many years. Still the same. Still fun. And good food. As you pass through the sandbag lined bunker you go back in time. Past the unfinished portrait of FDR ( if you’ve never visited Warm Springs, go there ). Try to sit by the windows or on the patio to watch the planes take off and land at PDK. I had a lunch spinach salad. Excellent. Wife had a burger. Order it more rare than you normally do. She asked for medium and it was closer to well done. She still liked it. They have a full bar at reasonable prices, so we took advantage of it 😄. We will not wait so long to return.

Spent the time dancing and outside most of the night. Ordered fries..they were yummy shoestring fries, seasoned well and salty. I'd like to try more food. Will definitely go back to do so. I liked the dancing. Music choices were everywhere, which was kind of good. Dance floor wasn't too crowded.

Really enjoyable brunch spot! The food was good but I wish they had a little better selection. The service was great and the price was reasonable. An added bonus is that you sit and watch the planes take off and land at the airport next door. Pretty awesome!

Super fun place to hang out. Make reservations if you want to sit in the quieter dining area, otherwise you'll be in the lounge which is still cool it's just whatever vibe you're looking for. They were busy the night we were there but our waitress was still amazing!

Unique restaurant with great variety of food options & a great view of flights landing & take-off. Ambience of this is an add-on. Take your friends out for a party & make your feets dance in the dance floor. I loved the burger & the fries that we ordered. Service was quick. Friendly staff.

A unique restaurant that has great food, great views of planes landing and taking off, plus an amazing ambiance that highlights our aviation history. Take your family, enjoy the trip through the bunker on your way to the table, enjoy all the pictures and history adorning the walls, and have a wonderful meal to top it off.

Quirky World War II themed restaurant from the past with a very loyal following of mixed age groups. Indoor/outdoor bar and dinner seating in several rooms with dedicated event space beside the runway of the DeKalb-Peachtree Airport. Prices appeared fair and menu offering on a dinner and sandwich menus appeared well prepared and of generous portions. Parking was adequate as was physically handicapped accessibility. Service was very good and all guests appeared satisfied and well cared for. Several televisions were playing sports and extertainment for a later evening dance floor was being prepared. Well worthy of a second look!

We love coming here. It's perfect for our toddler who loves to watch the planes take off and land as we eat. The theme is super cool and the food is good and varied. We especially love their buffet brunch now that they've brought it back after Covid. I highly recommend!

We had dinner at the 57th Fighter Group Restaurant on a Friday night with two little kids and it was a real treat! This place is themed very well and almost gave me Disney World vibes. The coolest part is how the planes land directly in front of the windows and outdoor seating. For dinner, the kids got pasta and we got the hangar steak *no pun intended? or was it?). It was not *amazing* food but definitely better than what I was expecting for this type of place. A highlight was the Cheese Grits, which were some of the best I have had in a long time. The best part of our meal was a biplane that landed and parked right out front of the restaurant. The kids absolutely loved this. It was right in front of our table and the walk outside to see it up close was quick. Stop by this place if you have kids, or later in the evening of you are looking for a bar with a dance floor.

Went to meet some people here. There was a bit of confusion at first, once that was settled we were seated. Drink orders were taken (water to mixed) and showed up pretty quick and all at once. The food was good all around, no complaints or dislikes. The rest of the service was wonderful. My opinion the place is too dark and dank. I get the motif but didn't seem to be a great dining experience, to much war zone.

Cool WW2 concept right on the airport runway. Service was very friendly. Menu is very simple but the food was good. The experience is worth the trip.

The 57th Fighter Group Restaurant is a really cool place. Casual outside seating, and cosey/formal dining inside. Good food: I had Ruban and spinach/artichoke dip. Sat outside on a beautiful evening and watched planes take off.

Unique restaurant with World War II themed atmosphere. You enter through a sandbag bunker to find real fireplaces and an authentic bunker feeling throughout. On top of the unique atmosphere the food was great. We ordered everything from Burgers to New York strip, and everything came out perfect. Fun atmosphere for the kids as well with direct view of the runway and active taxiways. Definitely a recommended dinner spot if you find yourself anywhere near PDK Airport.

This place is overflowing with character the minute you drive onto the property. The unique vibe continues as you enter the building where the hallway is designed to look like military trenches. The people are all kind and the atmosphere is very warm and welcoming. The food is good, but as a vegan, the options aren’t plentiful. I enjoyed their bean burger and fries (emphasis on the fries which are fantastic IMO). On a warm sunny day, I’d imagine it even nicer with a great view of aircraft taking off and landing.

They have a large dance floor. Have told many people. We were a group from our building for lunch. Tip, Get table by window so you can see planes taking off and landing... The attraction! Even if staff insists in sitting you by the wall. 😡 Told the manager to be the hero, our group was very much looking forward to enjoying the planes.

Pro Tip - the old fashioned isn’t their best, avoid it 👎 (watery because of the ice used) Otherwise, this place is amazing. A trip back to ww2 times, except this food is prob way better. :) All the food we had, soda, Long Island, all superb and well enjoyed. Service was polite, thoughtful and appreciated! Flights coming and going were by far another treat, and we got to see the red Bi-plane take off and land, very neat experience! We loved our visit, we would certainly come again and could recommend to anyone looking for good food.

It’s me! And if you know you know… Google please hire me!😁… I absolutely love this place for brunch. The food is always fresh…The host and servers have always been pleasant…The only constructive criticism is I wish they would put shield cover/sneeze guard over the food… Overall this is a go to for brunch! Ps. The scenery/view of the jets landing and taking off is the icing on the cake!☺️

This place is definitely a gem. The restaurant itself has a very cool vibe. There are neat historical decor from the moment you park the car that is sprinkled throughout the establishment. The hostess was snooty (she didn’t greet us and acted annoyed that we were there) and was borderline rude. The restaurant seemed to split into two; the casual dine in was situated on the left and the business attired folks were seated on the right side of the restaurant. We were seated quickly and our server was amazing. She was very patient and sweet and answered all of our questions regarding the food and the establishment. We sat by the window so my daughter could see the planes taking off and landing. She loved it. They also had ample outdoor seating right next to the landing strip which I’ll return to try when the weather gets warmer. The food was overall very good. The Rueben was delicious (per my friend) and the side of green beans was the epitome of perfection. Soft on the inside, slight crunch on the outside. It was flavored immensely well with a hint of garlic that didn’t overpower the vegetable itself. The Buffalo chicken dip was excellent and the chips it came with tasted fresh. The grilled cheese was a bit weak: the outside was burnt and the cheese was sparse. The fries it came with was also underwhelming. My salad tasted fresh but could’ve used more pecans and oranges. Overall we had a nice time and will return.

Great place for the dancing crowd , good DJ and decent dance floor although it should be larger for the amount of customers. Food was expensive for this type of venue but was very tasty. Steak was well prepared and I highly recommend the New York strip. The service was slow but not due to lack of effort, the waitress was trying her best but was overwelmed by the amount of customers she had. They surely could use another waitress or so. Atmosphere was as expected with overly loud music.

My first time visiting and the food was very good and hot, the music was great and our server was friendly. We will definitely return glad we found this place as we love to dance. The events are a plus we love to do costumes and cosplay.

I've never eaten here but great place to go dancing. They have themed nights where you can dress up, which is always fun. Huge outside area where you can watch planes take off and land. Only complaint is that the dance floor always gets super hot. They installed some small fans but it's not enough, especially in the hotter months where you can go outside to cool down 🥵

Haven't been here since the 80s. Was really excited to visit again! Overall disappointed in a $140 bill for my family of 3. Notables were 45$ prime rib served lukewarm. Shrimp appetizer was good n hot. My sandwich had a side of KRAFT Mac n cheese from a box(not kidding)! I get that margins are thin but really, maybe you could bake it and add some cheesy topping to spruce it up just a little? It was also served lukewarm-bleh! My sandwich was really tasty tho. Parking lot wasn't full, bar was active. Great atmosphere but cheap food, served poorly. Based on their food, they aren't looking for repeat business. Deeply disappointed in the experience.

I have been eating at this restaurant on and off since it opened. Let me start by saying the lady on the phone for reservations was helpful and friendly. I was excited to take my dad because he hasn’t been in years and it holds good memories for us. The environment was amazing as it always had been! Watching the planes is such a unique experience while dining. Now for suggestions. We had three people and none of our food was acceptable except for the beer cheese soup, which has been there from the beginning if memory serves. It just didn’t taste well and was very bland. I was told the men’s restroom was in a terrible state of uncleanliness. Also, they no longer have headphones to hear the control tower. I heard after Covid it was taken out. Possibly reinstate a system to where people could use their own headphones like on airplanes to listen in? This would add again to the uniqueness of the restaurant. We drove a total of 3 hours to dine at one of our favorite spots of the past. While we still enjoyed the experience, the food may cause us not to return for awhile. Hopefully, it was a one time issue.

We went for brunch and it was a fantastic experience. I highly recommend the mimosa kit! Food and service were exceptional! Can't wait to come back! Had the opportunity to return for dinner when celebrating my wedding! Food was delicious and our server was fantastic! She even took the time to take pictures. Another amazing experience!

The atmosphere was unique and well done. The food itself was also very good and I had the prime rib as you can see in the picture. My dish was very tasty and a few people in my party got the bone in pork chop which was also delicious and looked well. One of my friends got the filet which was cooked cooked to his liking call my but was slightly under seasoned. Appetizers at the table included the cheeseburger soup and fried shrimp which was a big hit. Our server was woefully slow and missed a few people that wanted to order appetizers. Over all would go again and The Visit was enjoyable

Used to come here all the time when I lived in the area. Cant beat the Friday evenings watching the planes come in on the patio. Hands down one of our favorite spots. Came back tonight while in town and I fear for its future. Not many people on the patio, sections of the restaurant closed to seating, many of our old favorites off the menu and the prices have got crazy. We got a Bunker salad, cocktail, burger, beer, and a kids grilled cheese out the door with tip $85. Know everything has gone up, but quality isn’t what we remember.

Our service (Jose) made the experience even more memorable. The food was very flavorful(we had the crab artichoke dip appetizer, buffalo chicken dip appetizers and bacon cheeseburger meal), the ambiance was soothing and the decor felt so surreal. Will definitely be back

I came for the murder mystery event and had sooooooo much fun!!!!! The hosts were hilarious. Everyone got in on the fun and the staff did an amazing job. I will definitely come back to try out the restaurant! The inside looked really cool and I really enjoyed sitting outside watching the airplanes.

I was fortunate to visit this restaurant this past weekend and I enjoyed everything from the food to the ambiance. It was full of WW2 paraphernalia which I found to be interesting. I had the stuffed salmon and it was delicious definitely a must try. My date choose to go with the NY strip with the Caesar salad in which she was very satisfied. I would definitely encourage anyone interested to stop in and give it a try.

Excellent food! The shrimp creole was delicious and if you like a spicy appetizer, the Buffalo chicken dip was fantastic! I’ve ate at various restaurants all over the Deep South, but never experienced any better service than our waiter, ASHLEY, gave us. We had a party of 5 and she was always checking on us. She kept our drinks filled, without us even asking. She was very friendly and polite as well. We will be back again. THANKS ASHLEY!

The drive from the main road to the restaurant is long enough to help you transition to another place in time, another mindset. We took our grandson for lunch on the patio where we could see the planes take off and land. Very pleasant experience, the food was above average with decent pricing. (I am writing this just after covid 19 restrictions were lifted). Will definitely go back!

We went here for Father's day and the food in the service was amazing. I didn't realize how many planes flew out of the airport every day. The 57th airborne sandwich was amazing at how you would recommend anyone who comes here to get it. The chicken and waffles are so good I'll come back again just for that. I love how the The french toast had cinnamon toast crunch on it for the extra crispiness. I'll be back soon and recommend anyone to come here.

My experience is very old! I was there in the 1980's! Food was great and my co-workers and I thoroughly enjoyed our visit! Tried to take my wife there on a year's later visit and it was closed down! Am thrilled that the 57th is back in business! Just to give you a hint (I still have a menu!) - Filet (regular cut) was $16.50 and petite was $14.95. Ribeye with mushrooms was $14.95 also. Am so happy to see that the beer cheese soup survived!!! Loved it! Been a lot of years, but I still have fond memories of sitting right by the windows nearest the runways and watching traffic! Maybe someday!!!
