Nice attention, good service. The food was a bit greasy and ok looking. However, everything tasted good but the amount of butter flavor was overpowering most of my meal. I would return to try other dishes. $$$$

This place is busy, but our service here was faster than I expected on a Friday night. I had a taste for catfish. It wasn't on the menu, but they did have it. A little more salt than I like but it was fried nicely. When in doubt, just get the shrimp scampi. It's delicious!

Don’t come here for…. Cleanliness, Efficiency, Seasoned Food, Safe Drinking, or anything else. In short there were dirty glasses and silverware. I walked to the bar to get my water with no ice after asking repeatedly. They assigned one server to a party of 18. The manager served my father-in-law a drink in a chipped glass. No drink refills. Bland food. Crunchy rice, like pop a crown or filling type crunchy. Nobody checked to see if the food was ok. We got here at 7:30, got meals after 9, it’s now 9:38p and I still don’t have a check. Our server was nice initially and we appreciated it, but the service, food and experience are lacking. The server was more concerned about connecting with my sister for lashes than she was about our experience. The empty parking lot should’ve been an indicator. For $100+ it was giving $15.99 experience at best. Oh and the best part: secret rat door (see photo)

This location is way better than the last location we ordered from (Jonesboro). I'll have to post those pics if I haven't already. The only thing that was off about this order was the teriyaki like sauce that came with the coconut shrimp. The whole reason for ordering the shrimp was to enjoy the piña colada sauce that usually comes with it. Other than that mishap, our order was delicious. I will be ordering from this location from now on.

I don't normally give names in my reviews but I give credit when it's due. The manager Tameka was very welcoming and the server Ladrea was very professional. Ladrea catered to our needs and was very helpful. We will be back to see Ladrea. We drove to this location because they had fresh oysters 😋,The food was delicious 😋.

Camp Creek Marketplace 3360 Camp Creek Pkwy, Atlanta, GA 30344 Front Entrance/Seating There was no wait when I came in, the staff was friendly and sat us in a cold area but quickly moved us. Food We ordered the 3 Seas Choose a soup or salad, individual-sized starter, and entrée all for just 15.99, which is not a bad deal. The food was delicious and well seasoned. Service - 9/10 Food - 9/10 Cleanliness - 8/10 Over All - 4/5

Review update: I received an email from Guest Relations saying that someone would be in contact no later that yesterday, but as I suspected, no one has contacted me and no corrective actions are being taken. I've resolved now that Red Lobster should be 100% avoided. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- My wife and I visited the East Point, Georgia restaurant last night, and this was the most horrific meal we have ever been served. The experience started off badly when our server brought out bread, and I asked for small plates. She told me: "We don't have no clean plates, that's why I didn't bring you one". Things got worse from there. My wife and I both ordered the Lobster Feast and waited 35 minutes for them. During this time, no one checked on us, no one offered to refill our drinks, nothing. Our server did pass our table several times, but not once during our wait did she so much as acknowledge us. When the food finally arrived, our server dropped the plates and literally walked away. No word, no drink refill offers - again, nothing. Sadly, the terrible service was not the worst part of our night. Everything on our plates: the baked potatoes, the broccoli, and especially the lobster, was cold, heavily salted, and far from fresh. Our food literally tasted as if it had been sitting on a counter all day. The entire meal was inedible and an embarrassment to your brand. We sat at the table, angry and bewildered, watching our server walk by several times without saying a word to us. When I finally stopped her and asked her for our check, she remarked, "But you hardly touched your food." I told her how bad it was, and she applied a military discount to our meal. Our whole night was far from unacceptable, and needless to say, I will not be returning to this restaurant. I really hope they investigate their practices. I question now whether the food they are serving is even safe.

Scallops were very fishy. Seem like they were in oil and not butter. I had to dry them off then dip in scampi garlic butter to eat half of them. And the Watermelon Martini taste like all the soap wasnt washed off the glass. Ceasar salad was ok but next time ill ask for dressing on the side. Top part of salad seems crisp n fresh but under was submerged in dressing Wimpy. The Mcdonough location yesterday was better.

Great experience! The waiters were polite and well mannered. Food was okay and presentable. I tried the lobster linguini and it was too creamy it almost made me threw up. In the positive side, the biscuits were tasty and addicting. I love the biscuits and also very clean place.

The reality it was okay. The food definitely wasn't the best of the best. The food was good but it lack something. The lobster bisque was disgusting I didn't know what I was eating. Of course the cheddar biscuits are always good and the pasta I had was just blah. The server was okay she was serving a large party but it was just okay. Would I come back here probably not, better give A for effort.

Lobster was overcooked. Broccoli was undercooked however, the butter made for the broccoli was delicious. Service was mediocre. Atmosphere would have been great had we not sat by a family who acted as if they were the only ones there. Extremely loud.

This Red Lobster is an example of how a Restaurant should be run. Bravo to "Jada" very good waitress. The food was hot fresh and delicious Only complaint was the 1 pound crab dinner was not snow crab. It was the smaller type like the local Chinese restaurant serves on there Saturday buffett. Very hard to get into not much meat. Outside of that great job

I ordered a salad with a dozen cheese biscuits. The biscuits was awesome but the salad was just lettuce and the dressing tasted like mayo not ceasar

Red Lobster is a chain. Nice thing about that is that they all have the same menus and the food tastes the same no matter where you go. I had the Bar Harbor dish which consists of lobster tails, scallops, shrimp and mussels over pasta in a white sauce. That is my favorite. My wife had the make your own with shrimp scampi and scallops over rice. Great meal.

This is my first visit at this particular location and I do not believe that I will ever return. Upon walking in(about 4:15 or 20?), there was no one there to greet us. So it was about a good 2 to 3 minutes of standing around, like do we just grab a empty spot? *Sign one, nobody paying attention to the front door.* Eventually a lady comes and stands there. Does stuff with some papers. And then finally acknowledges us. Asks how many, and then says its going to be 15 to 20 minute wait, due to shift change. Then another young lady walks over like 2 seconds later and then tells us that she is available. *Sign two, they are not on the same page.* And then we are taken to a booth. We we were not asked if we wanted a booth, high top, or a table just we were given what was available at the moment. As we were walking away, I could hear the greeting lady, asking the Older Gentlemen, who was standing directly in front of the front door when we walked in. How many was in his table? He said that he was there before us. We thought he was just standing there waiting for his name to be called. But obviously he had not been addressed either. *See sign one* After sitting, someone came over asked us if we needed anything, and then walked away after. I mean we just sat down. Eventually, they returned to take our drink order as well as our food. I don’t know how things are done in ATL, but in Miami every Bar I have ever worked. I need to ID EVERYONE who looks under 40. That being said, I was not ID'ed nor my partner. I can imagine teens come here often. So anyway they came back with our drinks. We ordered the Tito's strawberry lemonade drink. It was like drinking old, heavily water down pink lemonade. And the food took forever to come, received about 4:55. And when it did finally come, it was not complete. And we couldn't start to eat since we didn't have silverware. And my food was cold. No one wants cold, unseasoned, linguine, with a spoon full of thick cold sauce. I was informed when I ordered the lime shrimp that it would be a tequila lime sauce that came on the shrimp, nope. Just grilled shrimp with the smallest hint of lime I had to search for. I also ordered the dragon shrimp. Again I asked how it was before ordering it and would have appreciated being told it was very spicy. But that was ok since that was actually the best thing on the plate yet cold. With the ultimate feast, my partner should have received 2 sides. They only got 1, about 75% through eating they plate, and MY FRIES, their second side finally arrives.(about 5:15) Eventually, after the waiter has been to our table twice, for honey mustard, and what I thought would be a replacement drink. I was already done with my first selections (about 5:11) of shrimp since they came in small portions of 4 and 5. And the shrimp linguine was cold so I didn't really eat it. So it didn't get replaced. I was finally about to order my second selection of shrimp and the waiter say "yeah, I didn't see any sauce on there." Well if he didn't see it, why he brought it to our table? So I ordered the lime again and got the waltz. Felt like forever waiting for it(arrived about 5:26). I get the lime shrimp and he tells me there is no sauce. What??? I didnt even care about redeeming my dessert reward. I'm am so over this experience. We couldn't pay at the table top terminal since another waiter took it. They brought the check and a to go box, but no bag. So again waiting for a bag. So to sum this up. The service was horrendous, we received food, with no silverware. We got cold food, watered-down drinks, sides well after the main course was delivered. We are waiting for small things that should have come with our food initially. Or we just didn't get them. I never was offered cocktail sauce for my fried shrimp. From my understanding when lobster or crab is ordered. You usually get the butter dip. That never arrived, never offered it. I told the waiter that lemonade was watered-down, I didn't like it, still was charged for it. Several things are wrong with this place. Dont come here.

Would never come back here . I understand that the restaurant is busy but it is completely unacceptable that we waited for over an hour for food and had to keep reminding the server to bring bread and she didn’t know we had not received our food which is crazy. We requested for a manager TWICE but they never came. Horrible customer service !

This was our very first family trip to Atlanta, and we wanted someplace near our hotel to grab a late dinner. My kids had never been to a Red Lobster before and they were very impressed with their first visit. Our server was amazing (I think his name was Mykel). My 12-yr old commented that our server gave the best service he has ever had in all of his 12 years. Not to shabby of a compliment if you ask me 😎. I'm fairly certain there will be many more Red Lobster visits in our future. Thank you.

I went to the restaurant for brunch. I arrived shortly before 11:00am opening time. When the doors opened I was immediately seated. It took a few minutes for our server to come to our table but after the initial delay, he was very attentive . My guest arrived about a half hour into the meal, our server immediately took the order delivered food in just a few minutes. It was great dinning experience.

Haven't been to this establishment for several years. No wait time. Party of 5. Food was alright. 3 ppl ordered fish & chips. They didn't care for the fish that much. The side of Mac was plain. We ordered a Kids' meal-popcorn shrimp w/ broccoli. It was decent, but the broccoli, which is a favorite, was too buttery for my kids' liking. The flounder sandwich was so plain. Thought it would've come with lettuce and tomatoes. Nope, it was between brioche bun and that's it! The waitress did something special for my kid, so the overall rating is a 3.

Preston is AHmazing! We sat at the bar, ordered the watermelon martini and those were delicious. He was quick with our drinks, positive, and brought our food out as quick as he could. He was super attentive. This establishment was packed, but it didn't matter because we knew we were going to sit at the bar. The endless shrimp was cooked well too. Overall a great experience before we hopped on our flight.

I ordered a shrimp linguini for 18.99 and a Cesar salad....I was not impressed... linguini was dry....and I only had about 8 medium shrimp...I had to over butter my noodles...they were so dry....and the salad was not fresh....so not pleased.

Horrible my whole order was just discussing I order a crab linguini Alfredo with a side ceaser salad. My salad was missing the cheese and the crab linguini was hard the noddles was dry and under cook I would never come back. Wasted my time. But I made sure I got my refund and went to Olive Garden

  • 1/5 Danielle R. 8 months ago on Google
Terrible experience all around the board. Came in a little before 9 and was told there would be a 15 minute wait. Cool, no problem. Everyone in my party ordered endless shrimp. Food came out after 9:30 with plenty of items missing. Once we were ready to order our next items in our endless shrimp, we were told the kitchen was shut down so we were basically forced to end our meal. The server said we would get a discount and still ended up paying full price for meals we were unable to enjoy. Tara Blvd provides much better service and as long as customers are in the building the kitchen is open! Will not return to this location.

My visit was just OK. No problems encountered, just a regular experience-nothing special. The food and service received was just okay. The fish was piping hot from the kitchen and placed directly on top of my fries, which made them oily and soggy! The fish had no taste or seasoning, and it wasn't worth the money spent.

I visited the Red Lobster Camp Creek, location today , everything started out very good , appetizers hot, bread hot , waitresses awesome. We waiting on our food to arrive , it arrives cold and one of my shrimp in my scampi is raw and no baked potato , my boyfriend food cold as well , we send it back , comes back moments later cold still , we request the manager , she comes With scampi as a refill , I let her know it’s not a refill but a combination plate she says ok and never comes back . The waitress comes back with the ticket, nothing discounted , the manager comes back with a coupon for next time , so we received cold food , raw shrimp and you give a 10$ off coupon for next time after spending 30$ . We spent over 80$ for uncooked cold food . I don’t like causing a scene but I’m highly upset , that I had this experience today here.
