DON'T EAT AT THIS LOCATION I ORDERED AN ORIENTAL SALAD FROM THIS LOCATION. WHEN I FOUND THIS LARGE ROACH IN MY FOOD!!!! DIGUSTING!!! PLEASE DONT EAT HERE EVER!

I made a mistake going to this Applebee's. Big mistake. My burger was good but the service was terrible. My friend ordered 2 appetizers as her meal. The waitress brought it out as appetizers verses with all the food which was fine but then when mine came, someone else brought it out which left me needing a few condiments. Taylor (our waitress) never came to see if we were ok. Never came to see if we needed anything. Never refilled our drinks. She came only when she absolutely had to. Needless to say, I never got any lime for my Quessadilla, no ketchup or ranch for my fries.....nothing. So I ended up eating without all. Make matters worse, when she finally did come back, my friend told her that the wonton tacos were so spicy she couldn't eat them. We didn't want to put in a complaint or get the tacos taken off the bill, my friend was just letting her know but before she could say anything else, Taylor got a attitude and said she was going to get a manager and stormed off. She was walking back towards our table and I told her we didn't want a manager that she was just letting her know and she said ok and went to get our check. Taylor's whole demeanor was terrible. She would walk away when we were speaking and to not check on us not one time and never get a refill, it was just Terrible. You guys know that if I get good service, I will tip as much as the entire check even if it is in the triple digits....but not today. This is why I stay away from chain restaurants. Truly sad. I will never go back to this location. Period.

I came in to make a to go order because this was the only place open at that time. It was my first time in here. I walked up to the bar, and the female bartender just stared at me, mean mugging. She finally spoke and said can I help you. I told her I was placing a to go order so they directed me around the bar to a register. The floor was really wet and slippery so I walked around the long way. The person that took my order was nice and pleasant. I would avoid this location if you can. It was just unprofessional. I did however get a whiskey bacon burger that was made pretty good.

This location doesn’t care for their guest at all!! I placed my order at 10:45 was told to pick it up at 11:25, I came 5 mins early to pick up my food. Came home hoping for a nice hot meal, the queso isn’t done, my breadsticks where cold and my boneless wing where cold as well and when I called this establishment back before they closed I was told they couldn’t do nothing they do last call at 11:30 even though it closes at 12! Will never come back and don’t recommend to others. I think I’m entitled to a refund as well

Food is TRASSHHHH ! they reheat everything and bring food in TO-GO containers! Also waited 10 mins just for someone to come to counter to assist us after we walked in when no place wasn’t busy. Food also taste like Kroger food & sticks together so I’m sure it’s warmed up very unprofessional been this way for years still haven’t changed

Excellent service! The food tasted great, the tables and seats were very comfortable, our area was very clean, the mozzarella sticks with the waffle fries along with the blue raspberry lemonade drink were all delicious and were all made perfectly! I've been here before, but this is my second time coming here as I was out with my grandmother, sister, and Mom to celebrate my Mothers 57th birthday on October 6th! So yeah, everything at this place went wonderfully. And plus, there's one waiter girl there who has such good memory and memorized all of our orders without even writing them down! She is really outstanding and does great at her job as well. So definitely a 5 out of 5 for this place! Great service and great food preparation too.

I came in on a Saturday night and my server was hopkins and he was exceptional. He had many tables with big parties and handled them all mostly alone, with little help, but he was superb. He not once complained, he listened, made sure to check on us along with his other tables and kept up the pace for a busy night. He maybe hands down the best server I have came in contact with, and I have been many places. The front desk host Jonah was also amazing and helpful. They both had excellent customer service and great attitudes. Even the manager was amazing. I had great service tonight and I am beyond satisfied.

This Applebees has a great atmosphere. Definitely has a cool local neighborhood vibe. Love the music they play. Kianna is a delightful server. She is always smiling and knows how to make your dinning experience feel special!

Went after Sunday Church Service and the wait was only a 15min wait... the server and the hostess was very pleasant. Enjoyed the food and waiting Sunday football! Thanks for bringing excellent Customer Service to the Southside.

On a Monday night, I ordered my lunch at 10:50 p.m. and received it at 11:25 p.m. I ordered two for $20. The spinach and artichoke dip with parmesan was my appetizer. While the dip was mediocre, the chips were flavorless and needed garlic salt or at the very least salt. The 6 oz steak with garlic mashed potatoes and garlic green beans was my first entree, and the chicken tender platter with garlic mashed potatoes and garlic green beans was my second. The steak was juicy and the amount was generous for a 6 ounce steak, but it lacked more flavor than the exterior. The chicken tenders were tender and flavorful. The garlic mashed potatoes and garlic green beans were cooked properly but lacked seasoning, which I was sure to add to make the dinner more flavorful. The mango lemonade was awful. It was acidic and sour, as well as it was not mango, and tasted like Milo's lemonade. Despite my request for no ice, there was plenty of it. I did pay for honey mustard and Asian chili sauce while attempting to modify it to honey pepper, but any phone calls I made to the restaurant were put on hold for several minutes.

We actually wanted to dine -in but decided to place an order to go. Okay cool.. The service is bad all the team members walked passed us like they don’t even see there was people. There is no Hostess or anyone to let us know what is happening, near the table there was an older lady complaining about being waiting for an hour.. then we decided to order online since no one was was willing to entertain us. Left to do grocery and walked in for a pickup, we waited and Valencia assisted us very well, with a Smile. Thank you Valencia T. If we come again we will ask for your service. pasta was overcooked.. Everything else was fine.

The wait for our food was too long. Our server was amazing. The manager explained they were short of help. When I finally got my dish it was delicious.

Order was supposed to be ready at 7:49pm but didn't get it until 8:17pm. Did not have any utensils, burgers didn't have any condiments at all nor any packs of condiments!!! Burgers weren't cooked as requested and didn't taste good!!! Drinks were supposed to be without ice! I was told lemonade was horrible even without ice!

I came here on a Saturday afternoon. Our food came out pretty quickly, but once I got my food, my condiments (ordered with the food)came out in stages and which delayed eating. I ordered two drinks (neither came frozen) , the second one took a seriously long time. Once I got it, this was not the same drink I ordered the first time. It tasted like straight syrup and I did not like it. The manager came out to speak to me and because he made the drink, proceeded to defend it and proceeded to tell me that I drank half (mind you it wasn’t completely full). He literally told me that ppl usually take one sip and don’t want it. He then accused me Of wanting something for nothing. Mind you I ordered food and two other drinks. My waiter spent the entire time forgetting simple requests and at the time of this review, I’m still waiting for a ticket....

Waited maybe 15-20 minutes but once I received service I had an Great Experience. The manager was on Duty & just so happen to be my waitress which was pretty impressive to me. Don’t know if they was short of help or what but I didn’t care. I was happy I was getting serviced by the Manager he greeted my Son & I (Mr.Doug) & proceeded to take our order. Came back numerous of times to check to see if we needed anything I have been going to Applebee’s on Cascade since I was a little girl & I love the atmosphere & the service I always receive I will be back…. The service here was great, we were greeted at the door by a pleasant young man. We were seated fairly quickly considering it was a busy night. The atmosphere was pleasant, nice vibe. Our waitress was friendly with a upbeat personality. Our food was delivered hot and as ordered.

Not what it used to be-really quite slum. Service lacking in attentiveness to customers-26 minutes for a beer and one shot. And look at this dead dish of wings. I never touched them! 👎🏿👎🏿

1.25 hours at this place. Kids had no food. I had to chase down salad dressing. Poor communication between kitchen, servers and patrons. We sat across from a family of six who hadn’t even gotten drinks in 35 minutes and the mom was pregnant. We go different excuses about the issue. No excuse for waiting excessive amounts of time between items especially drinks and dressing. Food is mediocre. Ambiance is alright, but service varies and apparently they can’t handle large volumes of people. Manager nowhere to be found.

Me and a group of friends went only four of us total we were ready to order after looking over the menu for quite some time. It was hardly anyone in the location, so that was a good thing for us. You wanted to order the classic combo then when we ordered, we were told that there were no more boneless wings, so then we attempted to see if we can get the traditional wings to substitute the boneless wings manager came to the table told us no corporate had taken it off the menu for them. They couldn’t even bring it up but they did have traditional wings that will cost double the price of the 1799 for about four wings. That was ridiculous we refuse , someone ordered the crispy chicken sandwich and the rest of us place our orders about 10 minutes after we placed our orders the server came back to the table looking disappointed stated that they were out of chicken. They were not frying any more chicken or they didn’t have any more fried chicken so we asked about a grilled chicken breast. He said yes they can definitely substitute for a grilled chicken breast instead of the fried one like the menu stated we were confused as why they couldn’t just drop the chicken breast in the grease, The manager was not accommodating or would not budge when it came to substituting traditional wings for the boneless wings for the combo and told us that for traditional wings would be double the 1799 and that was ridiculous. Once we were done eating and drinking, we asked for our bills, the server forgot a lot of things but he was still OK but then we were told by the server that they didn’t have any lids to any of the to go containers so he doesn’t know how we would take anything out since they didn’t have Lids we ended up asking for aluminum foil, and he was accommodating to bring aluminum foil for our items to take home I should’ve went to Fridays. This Applebee’s is really out of everything is not accommodating for the food choices and no one told us before ordering of all the things that they were out of. He finished it was not hot. It was warm. The cheese wasn’t even melted all the way through. Seems like they put it in the microwave for about 20 seconds. Also, the bathrooms need to be attended to as well. I also have pictures of how we had to leave with our food and the aluminum foil, but I’m not showing a place where I can post them on here. We will not be going back to this Applebee’s at all.

First, when we Walked in the host barely greeted us. He was very rude and nonchalant. We ate here for dinner. Appetizers were pretty good. My husband ordered the endless wings, “which were hardly endless, coleslaw was not cold. We ordered a rack of ribs, they picked my side for me instead of asking me which side I wanted. Too much to complain about. Our waitress walked pass us numerous time w/o even asking if we needed refills or anything else. We had to keep asking for napkins etc. We will not be eating at this location again or probably any other Applebees. Definitely not this one.

Food 1/5 We placed an to-go order. A burger tasted like it was straight from a freezer and fries were so old I could have used those fries as weapons 😭😭 Atmosphere 0/5 This place was so disgusting!!!! Like where are the management and how do they even operate with such a messy, dirty place. There was a big puddle of water in an area where I walked by, I could have easily slipped and got hurt. Employees doesn't speak, just mean- mugging as if they wanna fight 🥴 and the place had funny sour smell.

Bartender rude and customer service the worst ever. I will be contacting corporate and ill never return. The bartender has a very nasty disposition and shouldn't be allowed to work in the midst if she doesn't have patience find a new line of work. I've retired and lived in Cascade never ever have I been treated so disrespectful. Such a distasteful experience. The bartender is the reason for 1 star wish I could give less. She even gave us drinking straws that were cut into halves. Where are you Osha?

God bless the servers! The chicken and shrimp with garlic mash potatoes called my name, sorry no pictures. I was hungry. The food was yummy also.

The food wasn't bad, but the whole experience lousy. The wait staff needs some schooling, they express themselves with bad service, choosing to speak to you rough, plop the food in front of you as if you're interrupting their peace of mind. I doubt if any cooking is being done in the kitchen, everything seems microwaved. Yuk!

This is the BEST Applebee's I've been to. The service was superb and the food was Delicious. My daughters and I ordered the steak with garlic mashed potatoes and garlicky green beans. The steak was cooked to perfection. We ate ALL our food. My grandkids have never been that quiet at the table. Their food was delicious as well. They ate it ALL. I can't remember the waitress' name. She knew her stuff. She was very attentive and knowledgeable.

Dream was our server & was incredible. First of all we arrived pretty late (1am, they close at 2) and thought we were going to have to order to go and eat in the car. The entire staff was focused on closing & told us we couldn’t get a table. While waiting on our to go order my friend noticed a server talking to security about a customer who refused to leave or pay for her food. My friend offered to pay the food if we could have her table. Dream graciously accepted and proceeded to serve us drinks and allow us to eat our to go order at the table, despite the restaurant closing in 30m. She was so sweet & gave us amazing service despite the circumstances. She is truly the definition of elegance; she changed our whole night with her energy and grace. Servers, pls take note, because to be frank, the bartenders, hosts etc were not willing to deal with us. All we wanted was some food, and with an hr until close, it should not be that hard to get. As a food industry professional of 10y myself, I do understand the frustration before closing so I don’t blame the employees who weren’t as warm, but I do think the store should have more employees at that hr if they are that busy before closing. You should never have half the restaurant empty and be forced to refuse customers a whole hr before closing.. we were def a bit late, don’t get me wrong, but their attitude reflected that they were stressed, overworked, and understaffed, and Dream made it happen, we were very lucky to meet her! The food and atmosphere were both amazing, and the $1 margs were so fun!! Will definitely be back to Applebees soon :)

The food was OK ordered unlimited boneless wings and fries so you can’t complain about that. I can complain about the excessive weight time and also that the server did not notify us when our table is ready. Also, I left a five dollar tip for the waitress they charged me an extra $10 tip over top of the five I normally like giving people the benefit of the doubt but it’s really hard to mistake a five and a 10 written on a paper I was told my money would be refunded, and I have not received my money yet. This was three weeks ago.

I came on a Wednesday night , they was short staff with waitresses it was a hour wait 😩🥴 but soon as we sat down the food was brought out promptly, didn’t have to wait on my Bahoma mama I got the quesadilla burger it was pretty good first time trying it, but other then the wait food and drinks was good, my waitress was pretty nice and cool maybe I’ll come before 7 so I won’t have that wait that long that was the only problem 😎

Khaijah was wonderful. It seems as if everyone sat down at the bar, at the same time. She worked effectively behind the bar with grace. Her demeanor was nice, and she didn’t get overwhelmed. I will be back to see her.

Food n drinks weren't bad. Kionna was pleasant n fine, so she made it better. A few minor snafu's and a bit of a minor menu wait does call for some improvement.

Normally I don’t enjoy myself here because the service is sooooo bad mainly the bartender. But I must say Khaijah has made a change in my viewing of this establishment and if I come and don’t see her I’m leaving not waiting my time or money. Host was a little rude to me and my mom and didn't acknowledge us. I had to ask when we would be seated. The food was absolutely amazing, and the waitress was very attentive. Will likely come here again in the future!

Pretty prompt service. Food was decent though I wish they had healthier soup options and more diet soda options. For lunch on Mondays, it can be a decent choice if you are still trying to avoid crowds.

Walked in and the host barely greeted us. He was very rude and nonchalant. The waitress Brittany was very nice and kind. She was very helpful great customer service. The drinks were very watered down. I ordered rib basket the the ribs were dry the meat was tough the fires were cold and gummy. Then I ordered the burban chicken and shrimp it came out like a lunch special chicken breast was so small I had 4 pieces of shrimp on the plate bad services all the way around.

The service level is exceptional. They have a lot of new faces, looks like a great team is being built. A friendly variety, with great food. You can tell the GM works hard, she is on the floor a lot interacting with quests and her staff.

The atmosphere was great. It's a lot of people in that commune there often, they all knew each other and when one of them walked in, the other ones would cheer and a happiness would come across the room. The atmosphere was good, my company was great, the music was fantastic and the food was tasty. I had a salad with grilled chicken. The waiter was good but I think he had a lot of tables and he forgot a couple of times what we needed

We walked in to no greeting and employees just starting at us. After waiting for 15 minutes an employee walked inside coming off her break and spoke to us and made us feel welcome. I later found out her name is Ms. Thea. She was a god send. The waitress finally showed up to take our order with no menu. She came back a few mins later with the menu and then proceed to ask us what we liked. It's seems to me like these employees didn't want to be at work today and if that's the case then just stay home. When working in a customer service industry greetings are very important and its makes a person want to spend their money inside your establishment. I love coming here and the food is great but black restaurants has to do better with customer service towards black people because we are the one's who spend at your business!!! I was very disappointed with the customer service I received while inside of Applebee's today. Thank you Ms. Thea for your excellent customer service and I will be back to see you again!!!

I ordered thru UberEATS. I placed two orders. One was correct. The other order was correct and the other order was not! I was missing half the rack of my ribs, my fries and my green beans. Instead they put cole slaw in the order which they could have kept. There was hardly anything in it.

Mediocre at best. Got there around 10pm late night 1/2 price apps after drinking can’t mess this up right?? Wrong. Got on the waiting list came in soon as the text came in at 9:46 pm was told it was sent @9:23 and I’d now have to wait for a new table okay no problem. Bar seats come avail cool grabs seat. Bartender is nice, pleasant, but bar is dirty syrup everywhere and wet so I ask for it to be cleaned she promptly gets a guy to do it. This fool sprays the bar and me and doesn’t even apologize and then half wiped the area he goes to clean to Where I take the cleaning supplies he leaves out and redo it myself. Bartender wipes down the remaining syrup okay fine. Wonton tacos have hair in them. Spinach dip is scorched and the boneless wings were the best thing I ordered despite the runny blue cheese. The manager did apologize for the hair in the food and offered to remake but yeah no I’m good on that. I get everywhere is short staffed and patience may be thin but for the most part these folks did work well under pressure, crowds in and out, and people coming in with attitudes and for that reason I could possibly return (after making sure there’s no hair on the plate of course).

Good time with family. Service is a little slow but the atmosphere is very nice. Good oldies playing. People two stepping! Good drinks and food!

Not as bad as I thought.. Hadn't been in 10 Years.. This used to be my HAPPY HOUR spot.. Surprisingly the service was great. The food came out Hot and Cooked to perfection.. The manager. A Square who just recently moved to Ga.. I was impressed. Staff was a little short handed, yet they handled everything well... The wait was worth it.. NOBL1

My mom recently passed away. She loved Applebee's; took me all the time as a kid. So, I called to have the reception dinner there. They don't normally take reservations. But the manager and waitstaff went above and beyond to accommodate us. It was really nice. And delicious.

Second time experience at this location. Way too better than last time. We had Beautiful as our server , she was very vibrant and smiling. Good service Food was good too.

Khajah was a pleasure. She was friendly, fast service, knowledgeable of the menu, and what items were made with. It was a great experience. Thanks again. And the drink was top-tier
