We went for an early morning walk in the park. It was so quite, serene and peaceful. The birds were chirping, the ducks and the geese were happily swimming in the lake. I highly recommend this park for a family outing.

This is a huge park and I highly recommend visiting if you are in Atlanta. The place is accessible by Martha. Ideal for cycling, walking, jogging, a picnic, or to enjoy the beauty of nature. There are some monuments you might want to check out. The entrance to Piedmont Park is free.

Came here for the one music festival and it was amazing! Although a little too crowded for me everybody had great vibes no fights (from wat I saw) and the food was good too. Definitely had a great time the artists put on a good show.

Great open space in the midtown Atlanta. There are baseball fields and huge walking trails. There is also a picnic area and a playground. There seems to be lot of volunteer opportunities within the park. Surrounded by busy Atlanta metro buildings.

Great park. Good mix of greenery and open space. This is a great place for exercise and people watching. There is ample parking and the rates are acceptable. Only complaint I have is that the calendar on the website is not always updated for new events. I was turned away at the entrance today because there was an Atlanta United event for season pass holders, but I could not find any communication on the park website to support this.

Beautiful! My daughters wedding was held above the pool, and it was spectacular 💞🥰. The weather was sunny and calm. The perfect venue for the 21st Day of September. Her bridesmaids all agreed to hold their weddings there as well. This was the only close contact event that I had attended since March 2020 without a mask 😷. (Big mistake because I suffered for the next 10 days due to a sinus infection 😕.) But it was beautiful, the bride was beautiful and so was the wedding party. I highly recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.

Lots of open space! The park was bustling during a festival yet still comfortably accommodated thousands of attendees and vendors. Conveniently located in the city, near numerous restaurants, hotels, etc. The grounds has water fountains, trails, dog park and much more - there’s ample room and something for everyone. Perfect for both intimate or large events.

Visited for the One Music Fest and although the festival was not a great experience, I can’t say anything bad about the park. The park is huge and well maintained. I was able to capture this picturesque scene while leaving the festival at night.

Nice park. Pretty big one too. Don't forget to take water bottle although u have enough drinking water fountains everywhere. Enough restroom facilities too. No crowd at all. 30 min free parking and $2.00 upto 1 hour. Got pretty good swimming pool too. Best for cycling and electric biking

Piedmont Park is a great outdoor spot to take a walk, picnic or walk your dog. They sometimes have little shops and food you can buy. It gets very crowded on nice days.

A beautiful park rich in history and located in the best part of Atlanta. There is so much to do all year round. Tennis, running, swimming, volleyball and soccer, concerts, grilling, concerts, festivals, and also the beautiful backdrop for tons of movies filmed in Atlanta. Bring the dog, the kids, your friends, & special person in your life! There is something for everyone at this historic gem of a locale.

There is a lot to do here. You can casually walk. There’s also a section for exercise. There’s a public pool…. playgrounds…. fields…. lakes… There’s bathrooms. There’s a lot! The park is well maintained. It’s a really great park. They also host events: for example, the Jazz Festival was held here this past Memorial Day weekend.

Piedmont Park was awesome, one of the better inner city parks I've been to. A vast, green, safe, and clean park. Lots of parking made it easy to get in and out. There are tons of open space to play games and enjoy the weather. It's definitely an awesome experience. There was a bar there too. It was awesome.

Piedmont Park was one of the greatest experiences I’ve had since being in Atlanta. I’ve lived here 4 years & surprisingly I just decided to visit. The park at so many things going on I was overwhelmed but in a good way. The people are courteous, staff is very informative, the sights are BEAUTIFUL! The park is HUGE I couldn’t even look at it all, but every time I turned my head it was another beautiful sight to see.

Beautifulllll park! You will get to see an amazing view of midtown skyline specially from the reflection lake. So much of greenery and serenity. It’s a good picnic spot for couples and family. There is a swing near the football ground facing the skyline, you can just sit there and watch the skyline. This park also has the provision for wedding ground. It’s a beautiful place to get married! So much of lush green space. Also, this place has got good parking space.

There’s so many things I love about this park. There are art festivals throughout the summer, great spots to sit and soak up the sun or relax in the shade. There’s a couple of ponds and great views of the city skyline. There’s something for everyone and it’s hard to believe it’s right in the heart of Atlanta.

A very iconic park with historic significance location at the heart of Downtown Atlanta. The area is vast ans located right beside the World of Coke and next to the Atlanta skyline. This park is perfect for a weekend outing or a family picnic. You will find plenty of couples also. There is no entry fee. The park is very well maintained. Would surely recommend to visit this place.

This park is like Atlanta’s Central Park. Close to the centre of the city, easily walkable from anywhere in Midtown, lots of walking/ rubbing/ biking trails - make it an above average park The little lake (it’s more like a pond tbh) in the centre has ducks and geese. Please don’t feed them bread though! The Oak hill lawn regularly has events too. The summer has performances by the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra and the music festivals are held here too. As is a regular Saturday Farmers Market If you’re a local or visiting- you should definitely check this out! Lots of options for food and drinks around too although parking can be a bit of a pain

Piedmont Park is a great tourist attraction. It reminds me of a southern Central Park. It was rather cold the day we went but there are joggers, dog walkers and a normal amount people taking work breaks when we arrived. If you are a tourist you have to try the park as it has multiple trails. The park has at least 4 trails that are flat. They do have swings for young kids. You can park walk to the park and stroll through midtown and see everything in about 2 days. There is the Atlanta Botanical Garden which is right next to the park as well. You can see water and lakes and its great for pictures. There are benches and places for picnics and also ways you can take photos with a good background. If you park really far away from the trail you might be able to find some free parking. The park was very clean and looked great. While I'm not a native to the location I was trying to search for free parking. It was a hard find but if you try about 20 minutes out and you're okay with it you can find some parking in some streets off of Monroe if you are down for the extra steps.

Beautiful park in downtown Atlanta. Wife and I walked here from the Hyatt Place near Centennial Park. Didn't realize that the Botanical Garden has a separate paid admission, so we skipped out on that. We were still able to walk around and enjoy the scenery and get some great pictures. There is a gift shop outside the entrance of the botanical garden, and also paid parking nearby inside the park. There is something for everyone at this park!

I had the pleasure of visiting Piedmont Park early one morning, just in time for the sunrise, and I must say it was one of the most breathtaking sunrises I've ever witnessed. The park exudes a serene beauty that's simply unmatched. It's a hub of activity in the morning, with people walking their dogs, jogging, and engaging in various forms of exercise, creating a vibrant and energetic atmosphere. One of the highlights for me was the small water body where you can feed bread crumbs to the ducks. The park was remarkably clean and well-maintained, which added to the overall appeal. I highly recommend visiting Piedmont Park early in the morning to experience the mesmerizing sunrise and soak in the tranquility of this beautiful urban oasis.

Gorgeous park to hang out with friends and family! This is a wonderful place that you can relax yourself when you now work! And there is a long side walk place for people to walk and run. People can breathe the fresh air when they are doing exercise here. And this park nears Atlanta Botanical Park. They are close to each other. You can just go to both places at one time, which is great. One thing I need to mention that the first time I went there, I was confused by the parking and the entrance of Botanical Park. Don’t trust the recommended place for you to stop when you are using Google Map. Cause that door is not open anymore. Just keep going straight and you will find another entrance. When you go inside, you can find a Toll that you can get your parking ticket. Then you are getting the right place. Moreover, I recommend you go there when there is a show or special events. Cause different time they offer different exhibition of plants style. Like sometimes they have very special topic. Then they will have a lot of botanical stuff relates to that. So do some researches online before you go there!!

I went there jogging in early November 2021. It was an early dark chilly morning, but I enjoyed every minute of it. This is a beautiful and well-maintained public park. Except some far corners, I felt safe exercising at 6am in the Park. The foliage was an unexpected treat during my run in the Park.

We just had our first annual family reunion at the park. Love it! We traveled from Florida, and a few traveled from New York to gather with the ones here in Georgia to have this reunion. The park is huge, so thank you for the map guide, which helped us find our pavilion. We spent the whole day at the park while the kids played, and the grown-ups talk about the good old times.

Amazing park and lovely environment for children to play safely. The park is well tended to and cared for. There are several play spaces and a sublime pond teaming with wildlife. There was so much here to engage a young person and gave us a terrific opportunity to spend an afternoon in a magnificent park.

So happy the Park was open this year for the Peachtree Road Race!! Last year it being closed hurt the feel of the race. The park was beautiful as always with lots of space to lay a blanket down and chill. Race day with all the different people there having a great time represents Atlanta and what makes it a great city!!

Beautiful park. We were staying in midtown a few blocks from Piedmont. We came to see the botanical garden one night and the next just the park in general. We did the skyline belt walk from Ponce market and ended up at the park. We decided to ride some scooters around the park. It was quite fun. Lots of space for picnics, games, sightseeing, walking, exercise. Even has a dog park. Something for everybody hers.

One of my favorite places in Atlanta with a beautiful view you cannot get enough from! The park offers many leisure activities. It is large and well suited for doing sports, going for a walk or enjoy the events that are organized here. The lake invites for a break to relax and on the weekends there is typically a market with fresh and organic things. It is directly connected to the Beltline and on the weekends you see many people gathering here for doing sports together

Find the events Calender on their website and follow what’s going on at the park. We went to listen to a symphony orchestra. Amazing ! Lots of parking - street and there is a parking deck as well. Beautiful well maintained park. Also check the belt line that connects it to restaurants and cafes. Please mark where your park and make mental notes as you can easily make mistakes. Marta midtown stop is 6 blocks away.

One of the best spots in Atlanta. This park has many options for your leisure. You can walk, run, play tennis, bring your kids to play, walk your dog at the dog park, have a picnic with your friends or your loved one, go to the botanical garden or just sit and read a book. By the pond, there’s a nice view of downtown Atlanta buildings.

The weather held up and eveone had a great time at Music Midtown. We picked up the VIP 3-Day tickets this year and that was a pretty cool experience. They could add another food vendor or two (to offset the challenges and lines) and it would be cool to offer a slightly larger selection of included drinks. Overall it was a good experience and we would probably do some level of VIP again just for the space, seating, and shade.

Great park with miles of trails and a pretty pond overlooking the cities skyscraper’s. Only walked a mile, but I spotted a great art piece “Free Nelson Mandela”, there may be more throughout the park?! Visited Saturday morning; found a few parking spots off a street, but come early for free street parking. Otherwise it’ll cost to park in the lot (otherwise this is a 5 star park).

Beautiful park in the middle of the city, you can walk for a couple of hours, ride a bike, scooter, roller, etc. You can also rent a bike at any entrance of the park or simply enjoy the lake sitting on a bench. It has wonderful views and sports courts, an event center and a big public swimming pool.

I visited this park located in the heart of Atlanta city for the first time last week. It is a large park catering to the needs of local people -- to walk, jog, and relax under the trees. It houses a Botanical Garden as well. There is a car park garage and the parking fee is also quite reasonable. Despite wading through dense traffic in that part of the city, the visit was worth it.

This place kinda means a lot to me and my wife. This is the place where we had our first date. Also this is the place where I proposed to my wife. Piedmont Park is a good place to just chill, have a picnic or take your dog to the park. They have a big field where you can also play soccer and baseball also run around the park. The park is big and it is connected to the Atlanta Beline which can lead you to Ponce City Market, Atlanta Botanical Gargen, Krog Street Tunnel. Also you can have lunch at the Tavern. Also they have swimming pool and a playground for kids to play in.
