This park is located right in front of Ponce City Market and there’s direct access to the beltline. Beautiful park. Nice to just enjoy the sights and workout.

This review is mostly for toddler parents. I bring my 1 year old here all the time, and it's got everything she could possibly hope for: 1. A playground full of big kids to watch, with 3 distinct areas (good to have options for social distancing for the extra paranoid like us). Also baby friendly activities like bongos to bang on, and super short stands to pull up/cruise across, and shallow stairs to practice going up and down. 2. Large grassy areas to just let loose crawling/scuttling around. There are a lot of dogs in the area (fun to watch!) But that means I'm a bit vigilant about what's in the grass. 3. A construction site! Full of trucks and excavators and a big crane etc. etc. My daughter loves watching them for a long time. 4. A pond with several fun water elements, and animals! We've commonly seen turtles, fish, and ducks. There's also a heron. We even recently saw a bunch of baby ducklings! There's also a sprinkler area, but we haven't seen the water turned on yet. Generally everything is stroller accessible and kept up well. Definitely our favorite park!

The skate park is really fun here with lots of different features and bowls of various depths good for both beginners and more experienced skaters. The vibes here are pretty spectacular and there are usually spectators from the beltline that stop for a minute or two, cheering and whooping for people. Restrooms on site as well with water fountain.

Great place for an outdoor event. We went to the Mimosa Festival here. It was mimosas, food and fun the entire evening. They had a large screen to watch the football games and a silent dance area. Great park for skating and walking around along the belt line.

One of the nicest parks in ATL. Small but serene. Always clean, well lit by night , water is clean, turtles , geese and other animals are always around the lake. A real gem to get your mind set straight after a hard working day.

One of my favorite places in Atlanta to take my son for skateboarding. I love that I can walk around the beltline or sit in the shade. I always being my camera so I can get pictures. We get there early and never have problems parking.

This is such a beautiful family friendly water park here. Even had my daughter's 8 th birthday party here with family, friends and a few of her classmates. You will not be disappointed just how amazing this place is here. I love this park! It is definitely my go to park. For fun and relaxing and cooling off in the summer's hot sun. ❤️

We had a great time at the park, our second Mimosa Festival. There were mimosa stations conveniently located throughout the park, music was great. Very nice park, great location. Can't wait to go again.

Absolutely love this park, that sits right across from Ponce City market. It’s nice to walk around the pond, see the ducks. And so much has built up around it in the last few years that it’s a welcoming oasis! Great for walking dogs. There is a great playground for kids (in the summer they turn on the splash fountains for kids to play!) and restrooms, which is a bonus! Parking around there may get challenging at times, but you can always park in the neighborhood and walk over.

Went for a walk after looking it in Google maps as I was in the area. It’s a nice little park where you can go walk your dog and enjoy the view. It is forbidden to go swim I. The lake, but you wouldn’t want to get in the dark green water. You may find a few turtles swimming there though.

Attended (worked) the Atlanta Food and wine festival and what a great location. The market across the street had amazing eateries to grab lunch in. Lots of parking options close by. Cannot wait to return next year. I love the revitalized area. Feels safe. Very clean!

One of Atlanta's most beautiful parks. little but peaceful. Turtles, geese, and other animals are constantly present surrounding the lake, which is always clean and well-lit at night. An absolute jewel for clearing your head after a long day of work.

Went in Jan and the fountain was barely working. I hope to go back when things green up. Splash park looed fun. Found free street parking. The multiple levels makes is a nice idea. enjoyed seeign others walking their dogs. Boardwalk across the water, and other fountains make the space seem bigger.

I used to love this park. I remember when it was first built by Disney community parks, went to the opening and my niece and I were some of the first to play in the splash pad. Now the playground and splash pad looks run down. All the sprinklers don't work, the toddler slides and jungle gym needs to be replaced and there are holes in the padded ground. The park is not maintained and the bathrooms are horrible. Atlanta Parks and Rec can do better. Hopefully it will be improved with all the new building around the area.

Great splash pad area for kids. There was plenty of benches and shady areas nearby to sit and supervise your child while they played. The area was neat and clean. The playground that is nearby could definitely use more shade as the play equipment is in the open sun and some of the equipment was hot to the touch.

Very cool outdoor skatepark. Loved how open it is and welcoming for beginners and advanced skaters alike. Can’t wait to visit it again!

This kid friendly park (rubber ground) and splash pad was awesome for our 5 and 2 year old. They loved it and we loved it. Free close parking if you get there early (9am) as the water starts at 10am. Also a good place for a picnic or outside party. Bring your own chairs and tables as the park benches get quickly taken up.

Historic area of Atlanta with so much to see. Plenty of boutiques, restaurants, parks, and historic significance.

I really like this park. There is a large pond with ducks and turtles. The playground is very good, for children of all ages. There is a Little Free Library at the edge of the park, and it is in a nice spot just behind Ponce City Market and the Beltline.

I walk here everyday during lunch. It has beautiful views of Atlanta and is located directly adjacent to the beltline and Ponce City Market. In terms of location it really doesn't get much better than this. I live to walk here because of the water, since Atlanta has no real water attraction other than the reservoir which is still under construction. The park had two water falls and a water feature in the middle of the lake/pond. The pond itself is full of life and energy teaming turtles and ducks swinging around daily. A perfect location to walk away some stress of the day.

It’s a patch of green space smushed in between yuppie apartment complexes but it’s a great spot to hang out and people/dog watch. Dogs are often running around after work in the large field just off north ave. The lake is a nice spot to take a nighttime stroll. There’s a playground and splash pad and several open areas to stretch out on a blanket.

Great to see this park with lots of green space, a skateboard park, bike paths, place under the bridge where murals are ever changing, music is played .... unexpected

A really great park but why let the weeds grow through it the way it is, van barely see the lake, pond, whatever it is. I wasn't about to walk around that park with my knee the way it is so I parked my butt on the nearest bench🙂 my daughter walked around the pond by the time she made her way back around to us she was dredged in sweat 😓 , its a beautiful place they are building apts or something around it. On a cooler day it would be pleasant to sit out or walk the grounds.

I really loved this park. We was looking for something to do before taking my boyfriend's cousin to the airport and I wanted to walk. I found this park and saw it had an interesting history along with great praise from parents. So, we went and I have to say I feel in love with this park. It was so beautiful and the walking trails were short but great. I loved the history that it was built on an old amusement park. It has many many great places to take pictures. I would definitely go back to the park again.

I’ve been here many times. It’s a lovely park right across from the Ponce City Market. Great place for exercise and dog walking. Up the stairs there is a playground and splash pad for the kiddos. I’ve also done a photoshoot here. There’s also a bathroom next to the playground.
