Location is good. Parking is overpriced. Valet service people are friendly but the rest of the staff, front desk for instance, is just not friendly or helpful. I know it's COVID, but all you get is a very austere functional room. There's nothing comfy about it. Minimal hygiene or coffee product in the room. And come on guys please have some liquid creamers instead of that powdered stuff. Room isn't that comfortable. Lacks a good little sitting area and the toilet shower area is uncomfortably small without sufficient hooks to hang towels and your clothes, that you take off before you get in the shower, since if you're sharing a room that's the only door for privacy. And when I visit a new city I want to find a little guides like the"Where" magazine. there's none of that here. Luckily I found one on the second day at a visit to the Carter library, which by the way is outstanding. there's no housekeeping services. I can understand what code it reducing that to every other day but to have none is absurd. and if that's the case then make it up in another way. Hilton always greats Hilton honors members with a couple bottles of water. It's nothing and cheap but has a little bit of goodwill. they don't offer any thing up the Hyatt. and I consider them to be a step above Hilton. I was not happy with my stay this time, at all.

I enjoyed my stay, at the Hyatt Regency, was an excellent choice. I was able to check in early which was so appreciative. The staff from entrance & car service to the front desk was on point. It was a nice additive to have guest attentiveness, professional, and friendly staff to ensure my stay to be enjoyable. My room was super clean and my balcony view amazing especially at night. There's plenty of places to eat. The fantastic eatery across the street, in the main lobby, and the hotel connection to the marketplace.

Superb. I have stayed at hundreds of hotels around the world, and this Hyatt stands amongst the top 1% in terms of quality. The hotel was stunningly beautiful on the inside. The staff was extremely courteous. They allowed us an early check in and a late check out without flinching. The cleaning staff was incredibly kind, always a smiling face and a good morning when you see them in the hall. We ordered room service for breakfast one day (since we were in a rush), and we were expecting something mediocre (as room service usually is), but we’re delighted when the food arrived. The presentation and quality were restaurant quality. The hotel was busy but was quiet, and kept clean. The common areas were beautiful. Truly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. My ONE complaint is the $55 per day parking charge. Feels like a steep charge to park a car. But besides that, you can’t go wrong staying here.

My stay here was rather pleasant. I was able to check in early which was super awesome! There's plenty of places to eat in the main lobby and it's connected to the marketplace. Room was super clean and the balcony view was a plus. The gym was nice and spacious. The elevator area can get quite crowded though. I would definitely stay here again!

I am not a guest. However, I am attending an event( 01-28-22) I have to say that your morning global guests agents and the front desk morning manager, who worked on the morning of my conference are not what I expected from Hyatt customer service agents. As a first time visitor to your Atlanta property, the service was much to be desired. I am a doctor and I have never in my many years of traveling had to experience what I experienced at your property. There is much needed sensitivity training needed for your global front desk agents and the female manager that was on duty. It’s important for your agents to ask probing questions. Never insult an individuals intelligence. Greet guests with a smile. We are living in tough times and you never know what people are dealing with in their personal lives.

Well we only stayed there for the rooftop view from restaurant. It was being renovated and that was not posted anywhere when booking. We were told we could eat at the downstairs restaurant. The down stairs restaurant food was HORRIBLE! When they are charging that much for food it better be at least decent but this was just bar food at best! Drinks were not good either. As for the room. Room was nice but bathroom was nit clean and tiling didn’t drain. Faucet in bathroom is so close to sink you can barley wash your hands. They did give me a 25.00 credit for rooftop dining being closed. I didn’t even bother telling them how horrible the food was. I am NOT one to write bad reviews ever but I was very disappointed!

Nice location central to everything. Beautiful hotel inside. Mall downstairs. No room service until 3rd day stay; for the price of the rooms, that's not acceptable. Parking is outrageous park in the cheaper surrounding areas. You'll thank me. Great bar and bar staff excellent, always a party in downstairs dance hall and that's a treat.

Very nice hotel. Staff was kind and helpful. My room was very clean and the balcony was beautiful at night. I do wish there was seating on the balcony as if was nice to end the night our there before turning into bed. There is a cute bakery across the street with amazing breakfast and lunch choices. The hotel is attached to 2 other hotels which makes it nice for dinner/restaurant options. There is also a food court connecting the hotels which is open 6am to 6pm on most days. CVS was just a 2 min walk from the hotel if you forgot anything. Will definitely stay here again!

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The room was clean and very nice. The reason for my 3-star rating has more to do with logistics. The garage was full and I was given a list of 3 recommended parking garages to go to nearby which was fine. I asked 3 hotel staff, as well as 2 parking garage staff if I could go in and out of the garage throughout the night without paying a charge each time and unfortunately no one had a definite answer, so I left my car in the garage overnight and used other means of transportation throughout the evening. I also specified when booking my reservation that I wanted to pay for a balcony with a city view, and when I got there, my reservation did not meet those standards, which was unfortunate because I booked this hotel at such a price for that specific reason.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful hotel. When we arrived we were warmly greeted by the valet, helped with our bags and check in was fast, friendly and efficient. The room was large, comfortable and clean, as was the bathroom. There are plenty of food options right at the hotel, from restaurants to a small marker with snacks, sodas, etc. When we arrived late one night, we were able to get food up until midnight (which was great! We were very hungry!). The hotel is accessible, the elevators are large, have electronic doors and wide open spaces. The seating areas in the lobby are set up to be inclusive of wheelchairs, which is very nice. The area around the hotel is quiet. Parking at the hotel is pricey, but it’s fast and efficient. There are plenty of parking garages in the area, but no convenient street parking.

I had two separate stays here in a short period of time. One of my rooms was great, the second clearly needed some updating. Big fan of the Hyatt self-check in through the app. If you stay here I recommend parking at the 31 Baker Street garage and walking to the hotel. It’s cheaper than the hotel’s garage and they have an attendant 24/7.

I was at the Hyatt Regency Hotel for a work trip between July 18 and 21. While the event itself was fine, my stay in Room 1219 was not the best at all. I was 'upgraded' to Room 1219, but it turned out to be a nightmare: The shower curtain seemed to have dried blood or "red substance" on it, the drain to the bathroom sink was slow, and there was dried urine on the bottom part of the commode. I called it in on day 1 but it took day 2 to address it. So, this means I had to deal with it on night 1. After my day's conference, I noticed that a pair of fancy suede yellow shoes were misplaced from the way I placed it as it if was tried on. As a result, I chose to place it in a bag and near my suitcase for easy packing and to ensure that my speculation of someone trying it on was not a reality. The day I took the afternoon off from seminars, there were so many who addressed my complaints from night 1. However, in this nonstop movement, why would I pay attention to the yellow pair of shoes (and a black pair) to see if they'd still be there? Long story short, 2 pairs of shoes were "misplaced" (according to the hotel and after my complaint the day of my check out on 7/21). My shoes were stolen, despite the independent review with hotel staff. I am very upset, I felt violated, and my privacy was compromised. My personal possessions were stolen at the hands of a very "willing to assist" hotel maid who was overextending her services. Hindsight is 20/20, but this maid's behavior should have prompted me to be suspicious. But I am a person who looks for the best in people and I am not be presumptive. After much follow-up with the hotel directly, contacting corporate by phone and email, and even being called by top-level supervisors, I will be reimbursed for shoes that should not have been stolen. There was no accountability, especially when staff kept asking me if I placed it near the trash bin and "confusing" the cleaner. Cleaning 101: Do not touch personal effects! If it's not trash, do not touch. This was very upsetting and completely unnecessary. I do not recommend staying at this hotel if you want a secured stay. Unbelievable.

The Hyatt was a great location for our 1400 person conference. Conference and meeting space was spacious and clean. Staff was friendly and amenable. Multiple food options in hotel and surrounding area. Traffic around hotel was bad. New carpet shed a lot. Otherwise, great stay!

We chose this hotel due to the location, and how close it was to the stadiums. On the website, they show that EV charging is an included amenity. However, once we arrived at the hotel, and went into the garage, an attendant approached us told us that the EV charging was only available if we paid for valet parking, which is $55 per night. We were then told if we didn’t pay for valet parking, we had to park off-site, which was $30 per night. Had we known this before hand, we would have never chosen this hotel. When we got to our room, the room was decently clean, albeit a bit warm since the AC wasn’t left on. We then noticed there was a hole in one of the sheets on the bed and reported it to the front desk. Overall, the parking situation left an incredibly bad taste in my mouth with this property, because none of this was on the website, which makes me feel like it’s false advertising. Showing an amenity then arriving and being told you have to pay for it is not acceptable. I won’t be staying here again.

love this hotel I have stayed here countless times and they never disappoint its a very nice hotel. Staff is always kind and helpful no matter how busy and they do get busy . The rooms are very clean and the balcony views are beautiful at night. Checkout is smooth the only con really is the price for parking.

This hotel was very nice. I love the room in the Radius Tower. Me and my boyfriend came here for vacation, everything in the room was nice there no microwave in the room but did have a refrigerator. Clean room , but small, walk in shower was nice and bed was comfortable .Had to pay for parking rather it was the across the street parking or Valet parking. Other than that very luxurious, great view has restaurants in the lobby. And the staff was friendly.

So, overall, the stay in the actual hotel was great. Aside from a few room issues, our weekend was enjoyable. However, the valet at the hotel was absolutely horrendous. The valet employees, except 1 nice young man, were very unprofessional and very rude. If they tell you that the self-parking for the hotel does not have in and out privileges THEY ARE LYING TO YOU! Trust me, we had to learn that the hard way. Self-parking is way more convenient, cheaper, and you have in and out privileges. Your best bet is to not even go to the valet. Go to guest services and ask where the self-parking garage is. It is within walking distance from the hotel. DO NOT GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO THE TRIPLE AAA VALET PARKING IN THE ACTUAL HOTEL. They are disrespectful, take unnecessarily long to retrieve your vehicle and it is honestly just not even worth it. They even lost our key for an extra 10 minutes and we ended up being late to our dinner reservation the first night!!!! The worst part is, we spoke to the manager and he refused to make it right, basically telling us that it's a business and they don't really care about guest satisfaction because if no cars park there they don't get money. The food at the bar was not good. They over charged several of my family members including myself. We checked out last Sunday August 22, 2021, and we are still trying to get our bills correct. Some family members have been charged two and three times on their bill. They keep saying give it to or three days to correct itself. They now have my credit card maxed out for multiple charges which I have been trying to get corrected all week, still not correct. My credit card billing now coming out with a maxed card because they can't seem to make the corrections fast enough. It takes one day to charge a card and multiple days to fix it or put the funds back. Sunday, August 29, 2021 my billing still not correct. We had over 20 people stay here and everyone is experiencing billing issues. Being over charged for rooms and valet parking is now causing issues with automatic drafts for other bills and they are taking their sweet time making the correction. They also sent other family members invoices to other family members emails (private information). We will not be staying here again because of this.

Beautiful hotel, the atrium is eye catching and loved going up and down the elevator because of the view. Rooms are spacious and comfortable except the bathroom could be a bit bigger to comfortably fit 2. Bed was very comfortable and balconies were nice for a nice view and to get some fresh air. The only thing that could use improving is the food. Sway and the market were very mediocre and not worth the price. Sway has a good breakfast buffet concept but everything was bland and/or cold. Other than that I would recommend staying here.

The room I stayed in had a great view of the city, it was freshly renovated and was kept clean. Upon check in we were greeted by the friendly staff and the whole time the valet was very accommodating. The hotel also has complimentary electric car charging as well. The location of the hotel is great you can get to the convention center within minutes with a scenic walk through centennial park. You are also conveniently located to many restaurants within walking distance as well.

For attending my first convention, this hotel gave me my most comfortable stay throughout the weekend. Staff was very friendly and accommodating and the quiet hours helped ensure I get a restful sleep for the event. My room was just the right size and the hotel itself was conveniently a short stroll from the convention site. I highly look forward to booking with the Hyatt again next year.

We had an excellent stay at the Hyatt Regency in Downtown Atlanta. Check-in was fast and efficient. From beginning to end all the staff we interacted with was very friendly and professional. Yes, valet parking isn't cheap, but they have a great system and it's really the best option and goes with the territory when staying downtown. As soon as we got there we were quickly greeted, our bags were loaded and we were on our way. Our room was plenty spacious for our family of 4 and very clean. The hotel bar staff were great and did a great job. The hotel is in a great location and in walking distance to many popular attractions and dining. We were there for a concert at the Mercedes Benz stadium and walked to it with no problem. Check-out was very busy but again, very quick and efficient for how busy they were. Would definitely stay again. Thanks!

The hotel itself was nice but everything in between was inconvenient. They don't tell you the only parking available is valet parking until you get there and its 55$ overnight each night. The workers at the desk where you retrieve your car were always on their phones or had an attitude. The workers in the lobby to check in were polite , however I paid for a room that wasn't available and I got a "complementary" downgraded room when I should've received some sort of refund along with it. I was also charged a convience fee of 60$ a night for damages which is normal , however I wasn't made aware of this charge until it was already made and I had to go up to the desk to have my charges broken down and turned off. The beds were hard and the shower unclean with someone else's hair in it. Overall the look of the hotel was very nice but everything else docks stars from my rating. It was nice how close it was to the Georgia aquarium which we were able to walk to but that's all I truly liked about this hotel.

Overall a nice hotel with just a few hiccups. When we checked in they sent us to a guest room that was being actively worked on, so we had to haul everything back to the front desk for a new room. Several of the vending machines are out of order, and the toaster and microwave for guests to use near the cafe looked like they hadn't been cleaned in days/weeks. Plus the pillows in the room were all impressively flat. I've never seen such flat pillows in a hotel, ever. For the price of the rooms I would've expected better, but it was still a pleasant stay overall. The view was lovely, the elevators are cool, and the rooms were spacious, but just a few small improvements could help a lot.

Older location. Was welcomed as a globalist and was given a suite upgrade. Rooms were clean and spacious. The atrium lobby is dated with the fake plants but still impressive. Polaris is open again and is a must do. Excellent service at the Polaris bar and from the kitchen/ chefs. Great cocktails and small plates inside a rotating restaurant - very nice. Valet is confusing.

The only reason this is not 5 Stars is because of parking for guests. You only have one option, which is valet for 55$ and I am a person who prefers options. I like to have a cost affordable as well as a convenient option. This only offers one. The best parking option is not extremely far, but it is not close if you've got a lot of luggage and someone with disabilities. That option is also 25-40$ there is no free option anywhere near by and that I think is not fair to every guest. In terms of the rooms, they are great! Th amenities are wonderful the food options are great, no Starbucks on site but they do have a coffee shop with so so coffee. The near by attractions are excellent for this location and they are in walking distance. The service has been perfect and the cleanliness is also a 10. Overall parking is my only complaint. I'd recommend this location with some prior planning for parking and that's about it! Wonderful Stay!!!

My best friend and I stayed on Sunday just for the night. We were going to the Doja Cat concert at State Farm area and it was very close by! The staff were wonderful and the hotel is very beautiful but that was not the stand out of our stay. After the concert we ordered room service and got the cheese plate as a late night treat. The cheese and meats were fine. I have to say we were truly blessed with the most delectable, scrumptious, absolutely delicious pickles I’ve ever tasted in my life. I cannot stop thinking of those pickles. I called the food and beverage line to try and see if I could find out the brand but the lady on the phone didn’t know. If anyone could tell me what brand of pickles those were I would be so grateful. Signed a desperate pregnant woman

My go to hotel @ Atlanta downtown. Good location. Clean. Nice lobby. Sky bridge connection to other key buildings. I have stayed on the international tower and I had amazing view from one side of the tower, but the other side views are blocked with buildings. Reception is helpful and professional. Issues: This time, when I checked in, the soap in bathroom was used. The wrapper was in bin and soap had lather. I asked in reception to replace the toiletries, and they requested, but nothing happened. I had to request again next day evening to get fresh soap. Things that can improve: Bit modern fittings/furniture and additional amenities in room would be nice. Adding breakfast would be nice.

I used to love to stay at Hyatt until my last stay. Once I arrived it was already chaotic. My wife and I decided to stay here for the weekend after getting married. As soon as we got there we were told due to the competitions and over booking (we had the reservation in advance) the parking garage was full so we had to pay to park far away from the hotel for the next two nights. There was issues with the parking where they sent all the people to park so a lot of cars, including mine, got booted overnight. As we walked back to the hotel to check in, I was double charged and got put in a tiny room with two twin beds after paying for a queen room FOR A HONEYMOON! The service was terrible and I never received my money back for the double charge. I tried calling but got put on hold and no one ever came to the phone or seemed to care for the one time I was able to speak to someone. Needless to say me and my wife lost over $600 staying there for just two nights with the worst experience for a small pitiful room that wasn’t even cleaned properly. We lost over $1,000 in just that one hotel room and parking that was a mile away. Not to mention the money we lost for our reservations out because we had to wait on one guy that had to take all the boots off of everyone’s cars. So if you want to stay somewhere with broken promises and no parking that will steal your money, this is the right place for you.

We had a very good stay at Hyatt Regency Atlanta. We arrived at the hotel around 11 pm in the evening and were kindly welcomed. The lobby of the hotel and the elevators are very impressive. Our room was very spacious and had a balcony with a nice view of the city. We had four suitcases with us and were able to lay them all open in the room without any problems. The bed was very good. The television was huge. Very nice! The bathroom was also fine. We stayed there for three nights and our room was cleaned very well each time by the housekeeping. The guest services and check-out staff were also super friendly and helped us very well. The hotel is centrally located. About a 10-minute walk from Centennial Olympic Park and Word of Coca-Cola and about a 20-minute walk from Mercedes Benz Stadium. I can definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Atlanta!

Our room was clean and comfortable (and close to the microwave, which was a definite plus). The staff here is always friendly and very helpful Our only issues were 1) there were extremely limited things to watch on the TV, and 2) there was unfortunately a rash of break-ins/thefts during the event we were attending which caused issues. Very nice place, as far as expensive hotels go, and close to everything we like doing downtown, but not place we would stay outside of events.

Loved it! My room was quiet and very peaceful each night. The pillows were just the right tension and the mattress feel perfect. There was one hiccup with my room service order, but the staff worked quickly to correct it. The food was great. I didn't get to visit the rotating Polaris restaurant, but I will on my next visit.

Wouldn’t let us check in just a little early because it was before 4. We had a concert scheduled and needed to head over at that time. Found out after the concert that other guest were allowed to check in early. Drove 4+ hours from out of town to get ready in a public bathroom, and just sleep. I would have rather paid for a motel 6. Had a big room wish I could have stayed in it for more then a few hours. Had people yelling at 1 am and people running up and down the hallway at 3am. Was completely disappointed with check in staff. Don't waste your money. We were told we could check in from the app, which also didn’t work.

What an experience! It was amazing. Everyone from the valets, front desk clerks, to the guys who bring up the luggage, staff who work in the restaurants, what an amazing job Everyone did, they were friendly, paid close attention to details, and were happy to help you out! It's a big beautiful hotel located on Peachtree Street in Atlanta, GA! We will be staying there again, when needing accommodations in that city!

The Hyatt was absolutely beautiful 😍 I'd stay here 100x. The front desk was fast and nice. The house keepers were great. Room was huge and the view was amazing. The hotel is located downtown literally a 7min walk to the aquarium, Coca-Cola world, civil rights museum, children's museum, Olympic park and the Farris wheel. Also the hotel is connected to the Hub which is like a mini food court and some shopping. Also connected to a CVS that's open until midnight. The hotel it's self has 2 sit down restaurants in the lobby with a bar.

Hotel = Beautiful (was here last week for 3 nights, this week for 4) (I’m a Hyatt member) (Stayed at a Hyatt this year already 5-6 times) Room w/ balcony = Awesome view Valet = Typically good. Had one experience where my truck disappeared for 30 minutes. I had to get the hotel manager, Tyler. He had to walk downstairs to sort it out because the valet people couldn’t give a straight explanation over the phone. I’m curious to know if my truck was used by valet. Other Guests: Just had to leave the balcony (again) because the guest next door is smoking marijuana. It appears locals often come here for a staycation. They are a loud! Would definitely comeback. Suggest more control over loud, disruptive guests.

Here’s a gem of advice: before any hotel booking, look at HoteIDuIIy.cᴏm It’s a game changer. I was completely blown away the staff at this location! I've stayed at a lot of hotels, and I'm not exaggerating when I say that I've never had such exceptional service from every single member on staff before. From the valet to housekeeping to the bell men, the front desk, the restaurant, the ENTIRE team-- everyone we talked to was so friendly and so courteous and so helpful. They're a stunning example of southern hospitality. Our room was gorgeous and had amazing views. The entire hotel was so beautiful inside--from the lobby to the restaurant to the rooms. The hotel is also very well located close to many large attractions. We went to the Georgia Aquarium as part of our visit and it was an easy walk down the street to get there. We also enjoyed breakfast at this hotel. I was grateful to the restaurant manager for taking the time to point out some allergy friendly options. The rooftop honey was a nice touch too!!

This huge hotel is great for meetings and conventions. It’s very convenient to stay in the same place of your meetings. There are plenty of rooms, a nice restaurant and snack store. There’s also a convenient pedestrian from inside the hotel to a mall that also has access to the subway.

Design of the rooms is not great. Vents for AC were right over our heads. I wound up with a head cold by the time I checked out. Bathroom was a bit small could barely turn around in there if the door was open. Biggest issue was the ripoff of $165 for one night of overnight valet parking. Was there for a conference with rooms booked at a group rate I guess that parking fee was a way to recoup for the reduced rate rooms. Front desk clerks were friendly and helpful.

Stayed at this hotel's Radius Tower (queen room) for a night. While Hyatt Regency offered one of the least costly prices at the time of my booking, I admittedly was expecting more from the brand - I found their rooms slightly outdated and could use some refurbishing for a modern feel. Interior amenities were alright, though the bed was a bit too firm. Soundproofing also has space for improvement as I could hear, albeit minimally, what was going on in the other room. Service goes without saying as expected from the Hyatt hotel chain - nothing negative in particular for me to comment on. Overall, I would recommend Hyatt Regency Atlanta if you are looking for a hotel with prices on the more affordable end of the spectrum, though one shouldn't set their expectations too high especially if the room is one of the base choices.

I'm writing this review at 5:31am because I can't sleep in this room. I'm on the 5th floor and the traffic noise is terrible, the ac system sounds like a diesel truck, and the bed is easily the worst I've slept on. When booking through the app it will automatically set it a week in advance even if you search for a different day, it's also not refundable if you notice it immediately after booking. So, I'll just stop that payment on my card. Next we called the to enquire about a shuttle and before I could finish my question the front desk receptionist was saying "NO" very abruptly like I was inconvenient to him. Upon my arrival he also dropped the "F-Bomb" several times while checking me in. We get to the room and it looked like a hurricane had hit. The fold out couch was half way unfolded with cushions on the floor. The closet door hinge (top) was completely broken so the door won't close and will randomly open a bit on its own. The bathroom mirror looked like it was cleaned with dirty mop water. The floor is dirty. There are marks on the walls... The ONLY good thing I have to say is that the valet was exceptionally nice. He opened the door for my wife each time we arrived, he remembered my name, and we had a great conversation about local restaurants. Other than the valet, this is definitely not a luxury place to stay. Not worth the $350 / night that I'm paying. We visit Atlanta several times a year but will not book here again.

I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times but this time I didn’t have the best experience. The room was well taken care of but when we went to get ready in the morning for market, the electrical outlets in the bathroom and in the entry way where you iron clothes weren’t working properly. This wouldn’t be a big deal if your girlfriend didn’t have to get all dolled up and curl her hair. Also I wanted to iron my clothes but that wasn’t possible, the iron was broken and leaking water everywhere. Also the steam button on iron was non existent as you can see in the photo.

Beautiful hotel. My room was spacious, no views but very comfortable. The lobby was big and bright. The breakfast at the restaurant, Sway was good. It provided both a buffet and menu selections. I would definitely stay here on my next visit.

Still staying at the hotel for a few more days due to a conference that I have to attend. So far the hotel has been abysmal. The rooms are small and unkempt (i.e. hair in bathroom, dirty sheets). Half of the appliances don't work. There is no housekeeping or room service so expect smelly towels and unmade beds when you come back to your room in the evening - they will claim COVID but it is obviously a cost-saving measure. Every other hotel I have been to in recent months has not had this issue. Food in the restaurant is barely edible. What was once obviously a nice hotel (given the extravagant lobby) is now an outdated, dilapidated shell of its former self.

When you walk in, its gorgeous! But the impressed feeling soon wore off as nothing was explained (i.e. you need to scan your room key in the elevator to actually select the floor you need). We ordered food from the hotel restaurant. Where as it was ready quickly, it was mediocre. Also we used a valet (for the first time ever, so maybe it was us) and again, nothing was explained. We had to walk to 3 different places before finally being able to get our vehicle. And it was $50 to use their 'service'. With the $ I spent on the room, parking should have been included! This is the most expensive hotel stay we've ever had, so maybe the previous things are just on us. However, in the hotel room, the temperature never went below 76! We had it set to 65 but nothing helped. None of us slept well.

Great location from all downtown places and activities. Good value for money expect parking which is overpriced in my view. Rooms nicely renovated but you can hear workers in the morning. Stuff helpful and friendly, I want to send my special thanks to Kurtis from front desk who helped a lot with Covid 19 test place.

Upset. Just came back to my room after a long day. Room service button on the phone, doesn’t get you to room service. You are directed to an app, or a channel on the tv(which doesn’t work). Front desk is no help. This hotel is not cheap, nor is valet, plus there is no housekeeping. Now I am told this about room service. I am so Hangry right now. Covid or not, I should have stayed at the Marriott. Next morning I find the shower is broken. 10:30 the next evening I was looking for an extra blanket. I called down to the front desk, only to be told I had to come down to retrieve it. There is absolutely zero customer service here.

Come for the breakfast! (and yes, rooms are comfortable too) The room I stayed in was reasonable good in size, with a small balcony, so with the door open, plenty of fresh air in the room. The breakfast experience was the best: the staff are sweethearts and the food is really good. The bathroom was a little bit small but functional. The beds are very comfortable. This Hyatt Regency building was a bit nondescript, a bit of a slab of concrete with pods to stay in... The in-house little convenience store has friendly staff but their stuff is grossly overpriced, in my opinion. I'd probably consider this hotel again.

Hotel is beautiful and airy. Great location, walking distance to all the attractions. Room was spacious. Our room was beautiful but had to have it cleaned again. Dinner was good. A little pricey. Overall a nice experience.

The hotel and the service was amazing! They allowed us to check in early and checkout late! 12pm instead of 11am. We had great service at the restaurant (Sway) inside the hotel. I can’t say enough for the young man (KURTIS) at the front who was more than helpful with our check in, directions and places to go! Valet park was vey prompt with getting our car and friendly, especially the young man (Xavier). I would definitely stay here again. Great job!

5-Star experience all around! The room, the balcony view, the water pressure were all top notch! I think that the gym is possibly the nicest gym that I've ever seen in a hotel. In fact, it's probably nicer than many fitness centers! The location is prime, as there are numerous restaurants nearby, and Centennial Park is short walk from the hotel. We didn't try the restaurant or pool, but we enjoyed everything else that the hotel had to offer. We're looking forward to next time!

Oddly enough I didn’t get any photos of the room but overall this hotel is great. It’s conveniently located and connected to multiple other locations. I went to downtown for the FWA convention of 2022 and it was amazing! The sky bridges make life super easy since the city can be a bit scary when it’s dark at night. The room itself was a standard two bed room and it’s pretty much the same as any other hotel room. One feature I loved was the motion sensor night light in the night stand. It was great for midnight bathroom trips and wasn’t too bright as to wake up my roommates. Overall I’d give the place a 9/10 for the innovative light system but I was a bit disappointed that not only was there absolutely no cleaning in between the days we were there but also that the telephone used to call for a cleaning was broken. It wasn’t a huge deal but it was annoying to use damp towels.

Hotel was beautiful and location was great and walking distance to places to eat. Checking in was easy with Mahari. He was so nice. Only problem we had was checking out and getting our car. We waited over hour to get the car from valet. They lost my keys!!! They finally found them. 🙌🏽. Overall the hotel is beautiful

We were here on business and despite the large size of the conference we were attending, the hotel was incredibly quiet and non-chaotic. Seemed like we were the only one on our floor. The hotel gym was large and beyond fully equipped. The bed was comfortable and the person cleaning our room did a very thorough job...it felt very clean! Check in was quick and friendly. The view from our room to the city street was just beautiful. The hotel restaurant, Sway had prompt, friendly and accommodating service, exceeding our expectations!

If you seek out exceptional service from your hotel experience, look no further than the Hyatt Regency. Every member of their staff is friendly, helpful and super knowledgeable about the hotel & it's history as well as the area. I mean every staff member; front desk, catering, maintenance and cleaning crew! This property is also being updated and the new rooms have a modern & well thought out feel to them. Comfortable beds & good water pressure. Bonus- they have a massive bee colony on the roof!

Stunning lobby and atrium space. Rooms were clean and accommodating and despite that it faced the atrium, it was very quiet. Having a balcony was a bonus! Only items were that I checked in early and there was a miscommunication with housekeeping on the room being ready and towards the end of the stay, there seemed to be an on-site convention so getting an elevator at some points took awhile. Other than that, would definitely stay here again due to location and accommodations.

I stayed at the Hyatt Regency for a business trip. The first room I was given was in the Radius Tower and it was small, very warm, and the air conditioner extremely loud. I went back to front desk to ask for a different room and was given one in the International tower for an additional 10$ per night. This money was well spent. My new room was very nice, spacious, and relatively quiet. I found the front desk personnel to be very friendly and helpful. I ordered a meal via room service and was not impressed. I recommend staying in the Hyatt Regency if you can stay in one of the newer rooms.

I love the new remodeled restaurant, coffee shop and the lobby. Great location downtown Atlanta. Very convenient to shops, restaurants, and businesses. The rooms are small, but very well organized. Everything has been updated at this hotel and I love what they did. Did I mention they have one of the friendliest staff at the front desk?

The hotel has a good location. Easy to get to aquarium & other attentions. The staff is polite. The room was clean. Very comfortable beds. The pool wasn't bad either. We have never encountered the fact that there was no place near the pool. There are towels next to the pools. We did not like: a small bottle of water in the room for non-members $4 (is it really impossible to give water for free for such a room price). The air conditioner was noisy in the room. Long line for check-in & check-out (also waiting for the elevator at this time). Expensive parking

Second time staying here a year apart and same quality service. Location downtown is great too as we walked to several places. Rooms are comfortable and the elevators are speedy. I really appreciate the infused water available in the lobby.

I called twice to speak to reception about my reservation and both experiences were terrible. They really need to hire better people. First time, it took forever for her to locate my reservation. Second time, the lady placed me on hold without telling me. I kept saying “hello, hello” and there were no responses, but the call was still on. Maybe she didn’t want to work and thought I would hang up. If that was her goal she achieved it. After 5 mins of waiting without being told I was on hold, I hung up. Hire better employees.

I typically stay at Marriott and Hilton, but after my recent stay at the Hyatt Regency Atlanta, I think I might never go back. This hotel was perfectly located to jump on a metro or bus. Everything was super clean. Every staff member we encountered was out of their way friendly and helpful. They even had our room ready several hours before standard check in time. The hotel has a great design and the elevators are so fast and quiet. Will definitely stay here next time I visit ATL.

For the Hyatt Regency Atlanta Thank you to the staff—valet and concierges, Twenty-Two Stories Bar bartenders and waitstaff, gift shop associates and the quiet, hardly to be seen housekeeping, for making my stay ever so comfortable. I found the people of Atlanta happy, kind and friendly—that impression imprinted at the door with first contact at arrival and valet personnel welcome. Cheerful, funny, helpful, with welcoming smiles and hearty laughter, they were the face of Hyatt Regency Atlanta but also of the people of Atlanta. A wonderful stay, indeed!

I had a great time in Atlanta but not sure if it’s due to a small limited amount of staff post pandemic but their bar stated closed at 12AM on a Friday?!? Most close at 1 or 2am. But when I went around 11:30 they had long time closed up and was cashing out registers. Also they do not specify that when you park in their grounds it requires that you pay $55 a damn day! So each time you want to leave you must go down stairs and get them to get your car! Otherwise the only other options was their parking garage $30 a day up the street around the corner so if you are out partying you will have to get from the parking lot down the street and around the corner back to the hotel and hopefully not get mugged in your process! Lots of drunks hanging around. Or take your chances at on street parking or lots that everyone says you car will be stolen or broken into. The bathrooms were very small and no air ventilation so when you do #2 and it’s a bad day everyone will smell your funk! 😩🤷🏾‍♀️

Have had my reservation of 2 days booked and paid for. I called in a few days prior to verify(I paid digitally) and that it would be a late check in. All was good. I call again the night of, to let the front desk know. All was good. I arrive at 4am after working all day. Because they don't have tap to pay, they can't use my digital card....I already paid. Now I have to pay double the price I already paid for to get a room. Explain this to me. Would have gone somewhere else if I didn't already pay the $55valet...

STAY AWAY at all costs. There are many great places to stay in downtown Atlanta and enjoy the beautiful city- this is not one of them. Hotel front desk staff are incredibly rude and unhelpful-denied us at check in for a reservation booked through Klarna. Had to shell out double the original room price since the valet had already taken our car to overnight parking. The rooms are dingy and outdated. Cleanliness is OK at best. Overnight parking is pretty pricey but that's standard for the area. If we weren't getting off the road at 3 am when we were checking in we would've stayed anywhere else after dealing with the complete bait and switch from front desk management.
