The worst hotel I’ve ever been in. Barely any of the lights worked in the hallways, no lights in the stairwell. All around gross and creepy place. Do NOT stay there or bring your family there. I never once felt safe there and on my second night we canceled and moved hotels because we never felt safe going back there at night. On the bright side, the staff there were some of the nicest people and the girl working the front desk when we first got there made us feel comfortable and happy.

This is a roach friendly location. There is a "renovation" happening. The outside looks to be covered with mold. You can't pressure wash it away. The hotel is not secure at all. Some rooms have no glass doors. Obviously rain is just getting in. It appears as though they are doing work without permits. Of course having a construction background I looked it up and found none. Stay away

upon check on, a Prostitute was leaving the hotel and the Guy at the front desk talked to her like they were friends. Half the rooms were "out of order" one elevator was not working. When we walked into the room smelled like butt. Only one light worked. there were pubic hair under the beds, and on the TOWELS in the bathroom. The air filters were completely filthy and filtering dirty air. The bath tub had dirt in it and had paint splatters all over it. The sink wouldn't drain. I was there for all of 10 minutes and felt like I needed to take a chemical bath. You could see the stains on the pillows and didn't even bother to look on the bed. The balcony seemed very unsafe to walk on. I was scared to touch everything and anything in that room. After 5 minutes we left and found a different hotel. there were about 6 cops outside of the hotel when we left. DO NOT GO HERE.

I live and work here next month I will be here a year.i started as a regular guest, then I became a worker and a guest. With in that year i have seen many changes. The sixth and seventh floor has been renovated. The rest are being worked on now. As for the insect problem, that's being taken care of by professional instemenaters they are starting at the top and coming down ,so we can be bug free. The business owners in the area are working together to make the area more safe. As for Me I'm part of the security team at this hotel and I want our guest to be safe and comfortable as possible. I try to do unto others as i have done to myself. So please come spend the night with us thank you so much. It's a good place to stay and getting better every week

More than poor conditions. Poor customer service and the worst hotel I've ever been to in my 29 years of living. Unclean unkept. Cabinets missing. Refrigerator is disgusting. Covers and pillows dirty. No towels or wash cloths or iron. Non working TV and air conditioning doesn't really blow out air. Did I say it was poor conditions?

Horrible hotel, DO NOT GO HERE. Its so disgusting. Dirty halls, stained towels & sheets. We had a old room where the lights didnt work & the sockets where out of the wall. Then the area is bad as well, they have hookers & drug dealers standing all round & running in & out of the lobby. I honestly feel like 60 a night is too much for this hotel, if anything it should be 30 a night. The only good thing is the awesome Chinese restaurant across the street.

over all the bad comments the new owner is trying his best to turn it around. I’m staying here until I get things together to move into my house. It’s comfortable and safe my son is here with me and we have had no problems. Haven’t seen any type of bug problems. I get clean sheets pillow cases towels and face towels on request. It’s an old historic building so yes it has a few problems you could expect that it’s an old man lol. And if I ever needed to I would stay again.

There's no tissue, cigarette bud on the floor, carpet partially wet/stained, the heater doesn't work, one of the wash cloths look like someone washed up with it after their period then bleached it, the water remained scorching, the pillows look like someone has owned them for some years, it smells odd, holes in the wall. This is the worst motel I've been to in my life. The staff are nice and mean well, guess they need the job.. even if they know it's crappy.

Well it's dirty ! It's falling apart . I think we used a search engine like price line or what ever ! Any ways ! Virtually no hot water ! Shower curtain fell metal and all ! Toilet wouldn't flush ! Beds were so uncomfortable! Not to mention the boogers and fluids on things like the walls and bed skirts ! Sheets so cheap and thin you know your laying in other peoples slobber and god knows what else ! They don't answer when you call down ! There is no wifi ! There is no breakfast ! There's a fridge in the room and microwave ! The balcony is wobbly and railing is loose ! There dealers every where ! Offering everything from sex to drugs of any sort ! It was scary nasty and the lady was so rude it was cold up there and raining and she refused to check us in 15 minutes early to this nasty room waited till after three so we couldn't get our money back or find another place to stay ! This hotel shouldn't be advertised ! We are going to the people we booked through and pushing and issue this hotel is gonna see people killed and I wouldn't want to have been any part of advertising of this hotel !

This place was absolutely disgusting. The elevator did not work. The restroom had dried poop all over the seat and an overflowing trash can full of bugs. The rooms had sticky notes on the doors with the room numbers. As we walked up 7 flights of stairs we smelled a combination of rot and a smell I can't even define. We didn't even make it in the room before we walked right back down the stairs and got a refund.

The worst!! They deserve -⭐ for filthy room and crackheads & prostitutes. The elevator overheats and shut down, front desk had attitude, they give security at front door copy of your ID. The room mirrors were dirty, carpets dirty, blood on comforter, dead bug in sink, pubic hairs on shower floor. On the way out of building cause i wouldn't allow my son to stay there there was a room being treated for bedbugs.

This here motel is closed. As in, all doors gone and boarded up. The walking dead avoid this area. This is Atlanta at its finest.
