This
place
is
AMAZING!!
If
you
are
in
Clayton,
you
absolutely
have
to
come
here.
The
hostess
and
the
servers
are
some
of
the
nicest
people
we
met
in
Georgia.
They
were
busy
when
we
got
there
but
we
got
seated
very
quickly.
The
restaurant
is
huge
and
has
a
very
airy
feel.
The
ambiance
is
a
mix
of
a
simple
restaurant
with
splashes
of
Spanish
flair.
There
are
very
interesting
paintings
for
sale
on
their
walls.
Onto
what
we
ate
-
we
were
all
starving
thanks
to
hiking
all
day.
Yet,
I
would've
loved
the
food
even
if
I
hadn't
been
hungry.
Delicious
bowls
and
very
authentic
flavors.
We
started
with
the
Sangria,
which
was
delicious.
This
was
followed
by
the
Yucca
cheese
fritter,
which
was
a
bomb
of
melting
cheese
in
the
mouth.
I
haven't
had
another
yucca
cheese
fritter
as
good
as
this
one.
The
cilantro
dip
was
a
perfect
accompaniment
and
the
only
problem
with
it
was
that
it
wasn't
enough!
For
the
main
course,
we
ordered
the
Picadillo
a
Cabello,
the
Vaca
Frita,
the
Chachapa
with
Chicken
meal,
and
the
Americana
burger.
The
portions
were
all
very
filling.
My
brother
enjoyed
his
Picadillo
a
Cabello
-
cuban
style
ground
beef,
a
fried
egg,
beans,
avocado,
sweet
plantains
over
rice.
The
sweet
plantains
definitely
stole
the
show.
My
Vaca
Frita
was
definitely
the
star
of
the
table
-
mojo,
lime
and
onion
laced
shredded
beef
carnitas,
avocado,
beans,
sweet
plantains
and
rice.
It
really
was
a
Chef's
kiss.
The
shredded
beef
in
itself
was
delicious,
but
to
eat
it
with
everything
else
in
the
bowl
was
heaven.
My
cousin's
Chachapa
and
chicken
was
also
delicious
but
we
all
agreed
that
the
chachapa
(corn
pudding
cake)
was
better
than
the
chicken.
My
other
cousin's
Americana
burger
was
very
good,
especially
the
fries,
which
had
a
hint
of
Cajun
spices
to
them.
I
got
an
order
of
Tres
Leches
to
go.
It
was
ok.
For
as
amazing
at
the
rest
of
the
meal
was,
the
tres
leches
seemed
a
little
too
flair-y
with
extra
components
that
it
didn't
need.
So
it
didn't
feel
as
satisfying
to
have
it
as
the
food.
Even
so,
our
experience
here
was
great.
Prices
are
reasonable.
This
is
an
absolute
must-go.
If
there
is
one
place
you
can
stop
to
eat
in
Clayton,
it
is
The
Hush!
